La gentillesse et l’amabilité du personnel

L’état général du bâtiment annexe (mobilier, sanitaires) bien que propre et en bon état ne correspond pas à un hôtel 4 étoiles. Le port obligatoire d’un bonnet de bain dans la piscine n’est pas des plus agréable.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war super - sehr vielseitig. Toll - jeden morgen gab es frischen Obstsalat eine große Auswahl von allem und der Service ganz hervorragend. Besonders freundlich, zuvorkommend und stets hilfsbereit war der Maitre Peppe. Er hat uns auch abends, als wir nicht reserviert hatten immer einen tollen Tisch bereitet. Leider war das Zimmer und das Badezimmer schon ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen wir wollten ein Zimmer im Haupthaus buchen es war aber leider keins mehr frei zu der Zeit. Im Zimmer hat ein Mülleimer gefehlt.

Het restaurant team van Maître Peppe was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Posizione, panorama, Pulizie

Het was zuiver, de bedden waren fijn (wel stevig) en het personeel was erg vriendelijk en voorkomend. Maitre Peppe maakte ons ontbijt tot een feestje. Het ontbijt was voor Italiaanse begrippen ook erg uitgebreid.

De prijzen van de drankjes aan het zwembad en de rooftop zijn voor Italiaanse begrippen echt heel prijzig (10 tot 12 euro voor een Aperol Spritz). De locatie is qua ligging ten opzichte van Napels helemaal prima; hotel Marad is een oase van rust t.o.v. Napels. En Torrel del Greco is ook leuk. Het hotel ligt echter wat hoger op de berg waardoor te voet naar de trein of het dorp echt pittig is vanwege de klim terug. Een auto is wel aan te raden.

La pulizia, l’accoglienza e la disponibilità del personale nel gestire ogni necessità. Ottima la colazione come varietà e servizio da parte del maitre Peppe e di tutto il team. Sicuramente da consigliare

Fantastic restaurant staff especially Martina and the dinner and breakfast could not be faulted. Just perfect.

Ok we were given a room in the old block over from the main hotel and the room was dated and old and not very clean. We approached one male receptionist in particular and was met with total rudeness dismissive and not accommodating to our concern and request to move rooms. Avoid the adjoining building accommodation as it seems to be used as an overflow and still classed as staying in “the Marad”

Schönes Hotel, Rezeption sehr gut und hilfsbereit, Frühstück sehr gut, Kaffee geht so, reichlich Parkplatz

Eine Brause für 3€ die nicht hält, 1 Flasche Wasser, 1 Glas für 2, Der Barkeeper hat beim wechseln von 50€ nur 30 € zurückgebracht und behauptet ich hätte die 50€ nicht gegeben. 2 Personen haben ihn mit dem Geld nach unten gehen sehen, aber er hat hartnäckig weiter nochmals 50 € verlangt, die ich dann gegeben habe. Ich hoffte er merkt seinen Irrtum bei der Abrechnung, leider nicht. Sehr schlecht für ein Hotel.

What I liked most was the exceptional cleanliness — everything was spotless and very well maintained. I also really enjoyed the rooftop café with its beautiful view — a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the atmosphere. The swimming pool and the hotel grounds were also beautiful and well maintained. Overall, the hotel made a very pleasant impression thanks to its cleanliness, neat surroundings, and lovely views.

In my opinion, the price is a bit too high for the level of this hotel. For this price, I expected a little more. The swimming pool is nice, but it is too deep, which is not very convenient, especially when travelling with children. I was also disappointed with the TV in the room. Although it is advertised as a Smart TV, in practice the Smart features are almost unusable, and you are basically limited to Italian TV channels. It would be much better to have access to Netflix, YouTube, or other common streaming services.

30min de marche pour le centre, pas grand chose autour de l’hôtel

Fijn zwembad, fijn dakterras, fijn restaurant, vriendelijk personeel, centrale ligging in een wat afgelegen zone, maar goede uitvalbasis voor allerlei culturele bezoeken, lekker ontbijt, kortom, heel fijn.

Roof top bar and pool excellent, staff exceptionally helpful and friendly - nothing too much trouble. Actually better than the photos, rooms and bathroom facilities both bigger and nicer than appear.

Its location is convenient for tourist areas but the local area is not great for walking out for dinner ( but hotel does excelllent dinner)

L'hôtel, la piscine, le cadre magnifique et le personnel très agréable.

La ville n'est pas très belle et très bruyante. L'hôtel est en revanche très bien placé pour visiter Naples, Pompéi et le Vésuve !

Loved the aircon, how clean the whole hotel was and the pool. Some dishes at the hotel restaurant were exceptional, as were all members of staff who were fantastic.

Location for us as it was hard to get around without a car and taxis were extremely expensive! But if you had a car it was a great location for the archaeological sites. Expensive water at the hotel and you are told that it’s best to drink bottled water only. Maybe that’s for the whole of Italy?

La struttura è composta da 2 edifici. Ho soggiornato nell'ala più vecchia c'erano formiche in camera e in bagno. Il bagno era datato ed il box doccia aveva ruggine, non degna di una struttura a 4 stelle.

Overall, I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Marad. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always willing to help, which made the experience very enjoyable. One of the highlights of the hotel is definitely the rooftop terrace. The view is absolutely stunning and was my favorite part of the property. The hotel itself is very clean, quiet, and feels safe. However, the atmosphere was much calmer than I expected. During my stay, most of the guests were older couples or families, so as a young traveler, I found it a little too quiet and not very lively. That being said, if you’re looking for a relaxing vacation, travelling with family, or simply want to unwind in a peaceful environment, I would definitely recommend this hotel. It’s a great choice for those seeking comfort, beautiful views, and excellent service.

Personel rewelacyjny, bar na tarasie świetny. Pokoje przestronne. Śniadania bardzo dobre - każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie.

Niektóre pokoje mają widok na pracujące maszyny na zewnątrz od strony basenu. Basen czynny tylko do 18.30 - wartością byłoby gdyby można było popływać później. Na basenie obowiązują czepki.

De douchecabine was erg krap en de bedden kunnen beter. Qua directe omgeving is het niet heel bijzonder, zonder auto zou ik dit hotel niet aanraden.

La colazione senza glutine, mi aspettavo qualcosa in più, purtroppo c’erano tutte cose imbustate e non erano proprio il top… quindi non credo che si possa considerare proprio “colazione”

Ganze Anlage war sauber. E-Auto Aufladestation funktionierte gut. Wir konnten unsere E-Bikes sicher versorgen. Zimmer war hell und Klimaanlage gut. Speisen im Restaurant waren gut. Rooftop war wunderschön und das Personal sehr freundlich. Man hatte von dort eine tolle Aussicht aufs Meer und konnte schöne Sonnenuntergänge genießen.

Wir bekamen zuerst ein „lautes Zimmer“ (Geräusch draußen von gesamter Klimaanlage der Anlage), durften jedoch sofort und unkompliziert wechseln. Das Personal (Rezeption und Service) wünschte ich mir herzlicher und hilfsbereiter. Das Personal beim Frühstück was sehr unterschiedlich aufmerksam und freundlich.

Dettagli che fanno la differenza. Il box doccia con evidenti segni di calcare cementificato stonano in un hotel sinceramente. Alle 18.30 quotidianamente non c era acqua calda in stanza. Per la doccia era necessario attendere. Migliorate i piccoli dettagli perché l occhio cade lì.

Guter Parkplatz. Bin erst 21.40 Uhr eingetroffen, Restaurant schließt 22 Uhr. War 21.45 Uhr im Restaurant. Wurde sehr freundlich bedient und habe noch Abendbrot essen können. Beeindruckend!

The rooms are big and cozy. The view from the balcony was fantastic. We could see the entire Naples bay including Sorrento and Capri. Breakfast is good and plentiful. Always with several types of cheese, cereals, vegetables, eggs, ham, bacon, croissants, etc.

The shower was very small. Barely had enough space to wash myself. The first 2 nights were cold, and the heating was off. After complaining at the reception, they turn it on.

Endroit calme et bien situé. Bel hotel avec un bon restaurant a prix correct et personnel au top. Nous avons été surclassee gratuitement pour une chambre avec grande terrasse.

Dommage que nous étions dans un bâtiment annexe avec salle de bain a ll ancienne mais le confort y était. Bonne literie et chambre spacieuse

Pdj en self-service très copieux et varié. Personnel très accueillant et serviable. Restaurant avec spécialités locales et à des prix très corrects. Parking gratuit. Excellent rapport qualité prix.

Attention, les photos des chambres ne correspondent pas à la réalité. Nous avons demandé dès notre arrivée à changer.Nous avions vu sur les poubelles.et une arrière cours désordonnée.Le lendemain on nous a transféré dans une autre chambre. Nous étions logés dans une annexe de l’hôtel. Attention également à la distance vers Naples. Nous y sommes allés en taxi. 60,00 euros l’aller.,60,00 euros retour. Par contre situation proche de Pompéi, de l’autoroute, à 1 h environ de la côte Amalfitaine.

We stayed here for a week and really enjoyed our time. The annex was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were exceptionally friendly, polite, and always willing to help.
