Nos dieron el peor cuarto de todo el hotel, la habitación 399 que está en la planta alta y al final de un corredor muy largo. El hotel no estaba ocupado como para que tuvieran que mandarnos a esa habitación tan remota. Pagamos tarifa completa con desayunos incluidos y no entiendo porque nos mandaron hasta esa habitación. En fin muy inconforme.

Nunca funcionó la calefacción, por el costo de la habitación, lo menos que podía hacer era cambiarnos de lugar, hacer un reembolso, ofrecer una disculpa. Pero no pudieron solucionarlo.

Reviewed Apr 22, 2024This place was really great for my travel needs. Friendly English speaking staff, gift shop in the lobby, and a large room service menu with food that didn't make me sick. The water in the hotel also didn't get me sick which is a huge plus. The location is a minutes walk to the metro station and also a quick car ride to the Old Town. Overall a great stay.

The sheets and pillows smells dirty, horrible, we need to look for the cleaning lady and call more than twice to the front desk in order to have the room "clean". Every time when the A/C turn on, smell as death animal, next to our bedroom was the utility room, 24/7 we can hear the noise of the pumps and pipes; impossible to sleep. The hotel does not has elevator. Restaurant service and staff is the best from the hotel. Excelent service and food. Congrats Capitan Dario and rest of the restaurant staff. We'll continuing going just to the restaurant.

Reviewed Apr 18, 2023It is a clean and well kept hotel. It is a little dated but it seems that there have been some Reno’s, like the showers. The staff was very responsive. My room was always well cleaned. Room service was quick. The gym equipment was in good working order and the poolside was always clean. The business Center was well equipped. It is great that there is a restaurant open all day. Beware that there are a lot of walk-ins so the weekend breakfast is very busy. Expect to wait in line for a table. The hotel felt safe.
No complaints. It was an enjoyable stay overall.

They don’t let you have visitors whatsoever and if they do somehow allow you to have any they’ll charge you an extra $40 USD for every additional person. That’s ridiculous! From what I believe this is the only holiday inn that does that kind of stuff. It’s like extortion.
