De faciliteiten maar vooral het uitermate vriendelijke personeel. Ze lieten ons zoontje van 1 jaar onmiddellijk thuis voelen!

Het hotel ligt niet op wandelafstand van het centrum maar dit stoorde ons niet. Met een brommer of taxi ben je er zo.

We did ask for an umbrella for a little shade around the table with chairs however they said they did not have one, the heat was intense and on occasions I didn’t want to lay on a bed. Small minor issue really

Schöner Strandabschnitt, aber Zugang ins Meer etwas steinig

Das Personal ist super freundlichen und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns zu jeder Zeit sehr wohl gefühlt! Das Resort und die Zimmer sind super sauber. Der Pool ist toll. Beim Frühstück gibt es täglich ein kleines neues Angebot und lässt keine Wünsche unerfüllt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Unser 3-jähriger Sohn hat sich genauso pudelwohl gefühlt!

We hadden een fijne ruime kamer. Personeel supervriendelijk. Prima ontbijt. Heerlijk een privé strand, neem wel waterschoenen mee want er zijn veel rotsen en het is ondiep. Hotel ligt op een rustige plek, met de Grab is het ongeveer 8 minuten rijden naar het centrum. Personeel had mij verrast met een heerlijke taart voor mijn verjaardag, dank je wel!

Afwerkingen in de badkamer kan professioneler en schoonmaak kan ook verbeterd worden. Kleine gym

Nos encantó la atención del personal, siempre muy amables y atentos. La playa que tenía el hotel era prácticamente solo para los huéspedes, lo que nos pareció genial. También disfrutamos mucho de la happy hour.

El desayuno podría mejorar. Hacía bastante calor en la zona donde se servía y no encendían el aire acondicionado, por lo que no resultaba muy cómodo desayunar. Además, se nota que el hotel tiene algunos años y necesitaría alguna renovación.

היינו בסוויטה הגדולה הכי קרובה לחוף, עם בריכה פרטית בחדר ומפל. הנוף מדהים, והסוויטה מאוד יפה ונוחה, ממוקמת ממש על הים, למלון חוף פרטי נקי ויפה ומבודד לגמרי, הצוות מקסים ומאוד שירותי, הכל היה נקי, אוכל טעים בארוחת בוקר,

המיקום של הסוויטה ממש בקצה של חוף למאי, וכל מקום שרוצים להגיע בתכלס צריך מונית להתניידות.

Besonders gut hat uns die ruhige Lage gefallen. Das Personal war immer sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Anlage ist sehr schön gepflegt. Eierspeisen gab es sehr viele unterschiedliche Varianten.

Was wir sehr Schade fanden, das der eigentlich sehr schöne Strandabschnitt nicht zum baden geeignet war. Das Frühstück war sehr eintönig und wurde nicht immer aufgefüllt. Der Pool müsste neu gefliest werden. Leider waren viele Fliesen lose und die Kinder haben sich oft geschnitten.

Wir hatten mit der Seaview-Suite ein wirklich geräumiges "Zimmer" mit super Ausblick. Das Personal war in immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Anlage ist zwar klein, aber genau das macht sie aus. Der Pool lädt zum baden ein und die Ausgangslage am Rande von Lamai ist schön, wenn man es ruhiger mag.

Die Dusche im Bad ist leider eine Fehlplanung. Duschen ist nur mit Vorsicht oder Überschwemmungen möglich, da es keine Türe gibt. Dadurch lässt sich auch die Regenwalddusche nicht nutzen. Leider ist das Gefälle in der Dusche nicht ordentlich ausgerichtet, wodurch das Wasser nach dem duschen stehen bleibt.

Ligging langs drukke lawaaierige weg. Je kan in theorie te voet naar centrum Lamai maar dit is zeer onaangenaam langs zo een grote baan. Het ontbijt buffet was eentonig en niet wat je voor een 4 sterren verwacht. Idem wat betreft de bediening/bar/lobby in het algemeen. Voor mij is dit een goede 3 sterren en zeker niet meer

Das Appartement war sehr schön, geräumig und sehr gut ausgestattet. Vor allem die Freundlichkeit des Personals war beeindruckend.

We really loved every moment of our stay. The room was beautiful and clean with an amazing sea view, the staff were friendly and attentive, and the location in Lamai was ideal for families. Our kids had a great time and we felt completely at home. Wonderful breakfast and a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. We'll definitely be back!

The beach was full of rocks, not a good location. On one side of it there were disturbing dogs so I couldn't go for my morning hike.

Accommodation was beautiful and well maintained. Food in the restaurant was amazing and good value for money. The staff were really helpful especially Noon on reception and Mohamed, the hotel taxi driver who had lots of tips to help us make use of our time.

We had the best time here. Our little bungalow was just perfect, right infront of the pool with a sea view from the balcony. The staff were fantastic, really looked after us, nothing is too much bother. They put on a special meal for our wedding anniversary, got flowers for my husband to give to me, it was just perfect. The staff work long hours in crazy heat and they always have a smile. The resort is a little far our from Lamai centre (its a taxi in the heat) but I knew that when I booked. For myself the location was perfect. The beach i front of the hotel is empty most times, it was like mine and my husbands private beach.I would book this accommodation again in a heartbeat.

The only thing I would have liked was a light above the mirror at the dressing table.

The pool was great, the beach was very accessible and beautiful, the bars next to the pool and beach were great, and overall the place looks amazing. The room is very nice for its cost.

No A/C in the restaurant, at least during breakfast.

Rustige locatie, direct aan het strand, barretje en restaurant aan zee Maar ook een gezellig barretje aan het zwembad. Echt super lief en gezellig personeel bij zwembad bar en aan de zee top! Zelfs in de avond langer open gebleven

Bij het ontbijt viel het op dat een vrouwelijke medewerkster wat minder enthousiast rondliep

Meget dårlig strand, som var så lavvandet at man ikke kunne bade og bunden var grumset som en søbund. Vanskeligt at gå til butikker

ein wahnsinnig großes und sauberes Familienzimmer. ausreichend und sehr gutes Frühstück. Auch die Preise im Restaurant (untertags/abends) sind in Ordnung. Die Tiefe des Pools ist gut abgestimmt (für Kinder und Erwachsene) tolle Poolbar mit super Personal. Overlap Stone 2 (Hand) ist zu Fuß zu erreichen bzw bis zur Basisstation (danach führt ein Gratisshuttle bis hoch).

fußlaufig sind einige wenige Restaurants erreichbar. Für weitere Restaurants, Märkte etc benötigt es einen Transfer (Taxi, Moped etc).

L accueil, la taille humaine de l hôtel et le personnel qui a été adorable. Le dîner sur la plage est aussi très sympathique

La plage n est pas vraiment baignable. Et Lamia beach n est accessible qu en voiture car trop loin à pieds. Une plage est toutefois accessible en 20min à pieds mais nous l avons découverts un peu tard car le personnel de l hôtel nous avait dit que c était loin.

Property was a little bit dated, and was not as comfortable as I had hoped. Although in saying that the staff are absolutely delightful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Prachtig uitzicht vanaf ons balkon, grote ruime kamer. Schoon zwembad. Heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. (Ze hielpen uitstekend bij het regelen van uitjes en vervoer.) Leuke restaurantjes op loopafstand. De wekelijkse vuurshow was schitterend. Het eten in het restaurant was niet heel bijzonder, de service was verder top. Heerlijke jacuzzi op ons balkon.

In de hoofdslaapkamer was het bed heel hard, terwijl de bedden in de slaapkamer van de kinderen (1 persoonsbedden) heerlijk waren. De vloer in het hele appartement was erg glad. Onze kinderen gleden steeds uit, en soms best hard ook. Geen airco in het restaurant(wel waaiers). Verder was het echt een heerlijk verblijf!

This was exactly what we expected to have in such place. We booked the private pool vila, this is the closest room to the beach with a lovely small pool. The room is huge with a private kitchen. Breakfast at the hotel is very good Room set and hotel restaurant is good and the prices are reasonable. To get to the city you need a taxi.

Durante le basse maree, non è sostanzialmente possibile fare il bagno in mare e il colpo d’occhio è decisamente poco poacevole.

Le camere sono spaziose e pulite, la doccia è molto grande ma l’acqua non è tanto calda, ottima la piscina e il servizio veramente gentile e disponibile

La spiaggia di fronte e il mare non erano praticabili, a parte la bassa marea ci sono tanti scoglietti e sassi e per arrivare a fare il bagno occorrono le scarpe per gli scogli

Wir haben 9 Nächte im Royal Beach verbracht und waren rundum zufrieden. Vom Flughafentransfer, über das Essen, bis zum Zimmer war alles perfekt. Die Anlage ist wunderschön und ruhig gelegen, auch der Strand war kaum besucht. Teilweise fühlte man sich, als wäre man allein in der Anlage. Die Lage war für uns perfekt, im Hotel konnte man sich Roller leihen, mit denen man einfach von A nach B kommt. Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unsere Klimaanlage ist in der zweiten Nacht ausgefallen, es sind sofort Techniker zum Reparieren gekommen und uns wurde ein anderes Zimmer angeboten. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Einige Mitarbeiter tun sich mit Englisch sehr schwer, manches muss mehrmals angefragt / abgestimmt werden. Beispielsweise werden täglich zwei Flaschen Wasser übergeben, wenn man das Personal nicht daran erinnert, erhält mein keins.

Nettes höfliches Personal Gepflegte Anlage

Kein ruhiger Ort, überall am Pool , Strand oder Restaurant läuft bergige und zu laut Musik. Kein Ort um zu entspannen wie wir finden. Frühstück ist sehr Sperlich. Und der Strand des Hotels ist nicht zum Baden geeignet. Zumal nebenan Bauarbeiten starten, es besteht ein neues Hotel!

Quiet, small sized resort, easy motorbike rental from hotel. Seaview from our room.

Breakfast buffet was small and not tasty. Not so much choices. Pool was nice but water was too hot. Hotel outside Lamai, good for quiet stay but you need a motorbike/scooter to move around and go out. Can’t swim at the beach because of rocks. Shower in bathroom not modern and not super clean. No free water everyday as advertised Room price is high for what you get. Older style bed so not the most comfortable

Ogólnie bardzo ładny kameralny resorcik. Nie za duży więc nie ma tłumów. Restauracja z pięknymi widokami. Polecam pokoje z widokiem na morze. Pomocny personel, udało nam się zamienić pokój na ten którego nie mogliśmy wybrać na bookingu.

Jedna sytuacja z kelnerem pracującym w restauracji. Pan Rut cały czas stał przy stoliku i zaczepiał nam dziecko także podczas jedzeni co powodowało duży dyskomfort. Wiem że Tajowie uwielbiają dzieci ale reszta obsługi okazywała to bardziej taktownie. Po tą sytuacją nie ma się czego przyczepić.

Super Ausstattung und tolles Personal. Etwas abseits vom Lärm und dafür schön ruhig gelegen. Restaurants und Supermarkt in 5-10min gut zu Fuß erreichbar.

Leider ist der Strand bzw. das Wasser am Hotel nicht so soll. Wasser und Strand müffelt nach alten Fisch und Wasser war algig und schmierig. Dafür kann das Hotel aber nichts! Das ist Natur. Der Strand an sich ist schön und gepflegt.

Great location if you are looking for a quiet place. Great sized family deluxe room with sea view. Breakfast with good selections that do not vary much, but solid quality. Friendliness of the staff was great.

Proximity to Lamai beach center requires a scooter, grab or rental car, if you are looking for nightlife and clubbing. Beach is small and you may need bathing shoes to overcome stones etc. for going swimming.

Music at pool bar was louder than would have liked

Lage war am Ende vom Lamai Strand, für uns kein Problem, sind immer mit einem scooter unterwegs. Dafür war es nachts sehr ruhig. Kleines, feines Resort zum Entspannen. Frühstück war sehr gut, frische Spiegeleier, Rührei usw. Konnte man jeden Tag bestellen, süsses, Käse, Gemüse, Obst jeden Tag frisch. Alle sind wahnsinnig freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Sea is not the cleanest at times

Beachfront room was light and spacious. Reception staff were very helpful. Bar staff were friendly and helpful.

Cleaning staff were not as fastidious as previous hotel. I used a cup with some water in to bathe an Injury, I expected this to be replaced but cleaner looked at it and turned it over and left it. Ate evening meal once in hotel, food was lovely just one comment the portion size of the chips was miserly

Fint bassengområde, og privat strand i umiddelbar nærhet. Kort vei til lokale fine restauranter, bruk google maps for gode tips og anmeldelser. 5 min med taxi eller 20 min å spasere til handlegate/restaurantområde. Bra treningsrom med alt av basis treningsutstyr. Vekter, apparater, mølle etc. Frokost er helt ok, men kunne hatt noe større utvalg.

Det var ikke noe jeg mislikte, men stedet har godt av en liten oppussing eller en grundig finpuss. Det er ikke noe galt med noe, men det er noen små avvik om man ser nøye etter. Litt slitasje her og der, uten at det går ut over komforten, men prisen man betaler gjør at det ikke er 10/10 score.

Od wielu lat podróżuje po świecie i tu jadłem najlepsze, absolutnie pyszne śniadania ! Sam hotel zadbany, piękny ogród. Obsługa hotelu bardzo miła i uczynna. Spędziliśmy tu tydzień czasu, i z czystym sumieniem mogę polecić go każdemu ! Drobny minus za ciepłą wodę w basenie popołudniami ;) Przy basenie 2 jacuzzi do korzystania dla gości.

Stundtals avloppslukt som letade sig in i rummet från duschen. Hårda sängar. Aningen slitna rum, utnötta handdukar mm.

Accommodation, beach, quiet, cleanliness. I liked that everything in the resort was close by. There were also dining options and 7Elevens near-by. Food at the resort is reasonably priced.

The only thing that didn't meet expecations was massage. But maybe I just had bad luck with the massage therapist.

Pool area was over crowded with people and loud children, as the hotel are letting non resident guests in at the pool area. So it was not nice to stay at my room or at the pool area all day Saturday because of noise.

Très bonne piscine, bonne chambre. Service d’entretien parfait.

Veľmi slabá gastronómia. Raňajky biedne a skúsili sme dva krát aj večerať, no jediným pozitívom bola skvelá atmosféra pri mori. Jedlo je hanbou pre 4*hotel. Tiež nás sklamala nepohodlná posteľ, ktorá mala byť už dávno vymenená.

I only stayed here one night but the room was great, and so was the breakfast. It’s on a main road but that was good for me as easy walk to the yoga studio black cat white cat and many massage places and cafes. The location is also nice cos the breakfast has a beautiful view over the sea. Helpful friendly staff.

The hotel grew on us after initial disappointment.

Next to busy, noisy, main (4 lane) road. We wanted a Thai stay experience but the hotel was like any international hotel. Rubbish consistently washed up onto private beach. Bed was quite hard and room was dark even with all the lights on.

Es handelt sich um eine kleine hotelanlage, die an sich gut gepflegt ist. Das Frühstück ist für die hotelgröße in Ordnung. Die Zimmer an sich sind auch in Ordnung allerdings sind sie ziemlich dunkel gehalten und ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Alles im allem haben haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Die Lage an sich ist in Ordnung. Fußläufig ist man rund 10 Minuten unterwegs um zum Supermarkt oder Restaurants zu kommen. Für uns war das aber ok. Ansonsten Roller mieten und los.es gibt top Sehenswürdigkeiten in der nähe. Der overtop 2 ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Staff are very kind and attentive. Room was clean. Daily housekeeping service was excellent. The pool was nice to swim in. We had a seaview suite and the view was amazing to wake up to for 2 weeks we stayed here. It’s located in the quiet side of Lamai. You will need transport to get to Lamai night market but we had rent a car which was not a problem for us. Overall enjoyed our stay and was comfortable.

The beach was rocky and so many seaweed you couldn’t go for a comfortable swim. Would have been nice if this was shown in the pictures.

The staff were lovely, everything was clean, breakfast was always hot.
