Reviewed Sep 12, 2026Het inchecken was uitstekend. De weg voor het hotel was opgebroken en heel attent ontvingen we een mail met wegwiizering en we werden geholpen met de koffers en de trappetjes. En fijn dat er een eigen parkeerplaats is.
Bij het uitchecken werden we niet geholpen op de trappen. En het was een heel gesjouw met de koffers. Maar goed als de straat weer klaar is is het euvel verholpen.

1. We should have been informed that the lane infront os under construction which made the hotel difficult to access. 2. No concierge service for suitcases.

Шарм, особлива атмосфера, комфорт, затишок, відмінні номери і ненавʼязливий дуже привітний персонал. Відмінне співвідношення ціни і якості. Прекрасний заклад , який сміло заслуговує на 5 зірок і на те, щоб повернутись сюди ще раз!.

Reviewed Jun 4, 2026Beautiful hotel in wonderful location in the old part of Conegliano. Very nicely appointed hotel in an superb area of Conegliano. The room was of medium size but beautifully decorated, comfortable and clean with a perfect and roomy bath room. Comfortable bed. Overlooking the road but very quiet at night. Appealing, tasty and varied breakfast. The hotel offers parking at an extra fee. The hotel is accessible from the parking lot by many stairs - so maybe not for mobility impaired people. We can recommend this beautiful hotel and its wonderful flair. Will be back.
The parking situation is what it is in an old part of town.

State alla larga. Questo hotel è decisamente al di sotto degli standard, non è assolutamente un 4 stelle e non vale il prezzo pagato. La struttura è vecchia e ha un odore di muffa. Viaggiavamo in famiglia: la camera era buia e con un forte odore sgradevole. Non c’era acqua calda in camera e, a tarda sera, abbiamo dovuto fare la doccia a noi stessi e al nostro bambino di 3 anni dall’altra parte del piano. Il WC perdeva. Il risarcimento promesso non è mai arrivato. Mai più.

Stay away. This hotel is far below standard, definitely not a 4-star property and not worth the money. The place is outdated and smells musty. We were traveling as a family; the room was dark and had a strong unpleasant odor. There was no hot water in our room, and late in the evening we had to shower ourselves and our 3-year-old child at the other end of the floor. The toilet was leaking. The promised compensation never arrived. Never again.

Le stanze avevano il riscaldamento che non si poteva regolare. Pur spengendo i climatizzatori i riscaldamenti in bagno erano al massimo e non si potevano abbassare. La camera che avevo era affacciava sulla strada principale e se capitare quando c’è la raccolta indifferenziata di mercoledì su giovedì dalle 4,30 passano di continuo camionette della nettezza fino alle 7,30 di mattina!!! Praticamente non si dorme !!

The staff were very friendly and most attentive to all our needs, as well as our dogs’. The restaurant was excellent as well.
