Hampton Inn & Suites Stuart-North

Staff were very friendly

Hotel was clean

Great location. Good value. Excellent friendly staff

Great staff

Good breakfast , clean rooms, pleasant staff.

That the pool was in the parking lot . Coffee wasn’t always hot in urn. Don’t love carpets in hotel rooms.

It was great

All good great parking and quiet

Customer service and Breakfast service was excellent.

The air conditioner in the room was very noisy.

I liked everything must stay again

Great location. Rooms clean and spacious. Safe parking. Staff was very friendly. Facilities are very well kept.

Bathroom could had been cleaned a bit better. Breakfast was just ok.

Clean, comfortable and friendly staff

Nothing

It was warm which was good

selection of food for breakfast

Called before hand asked for pack and play to be in room and it was…however not easy to set up. Someone should do that

Guy at night not friendly. Called down to lobby no answer. Rooms felt damp. Fridge wasn’t working but was fixed once I told the friendly morning lady

The location

Myself and family have stayed here before for family get together and was very nice. It definitely went down hill. The beds were absolutely horrible!! My other family members who had rooms, which were 5 rooms all experienced terrible sleep from the beds. I got there around 4:00. The person who checked me in wasn’t very pleasant. I paid for a suite and went to the room and wasn’t a suite. I call front office and advised. I went back downstairs and he seemed annoyed. I had to wait about 30 minutes before I was given the correct room. The a/c was horrible. Had to keep at 62 just to be comfortable.

Comfortable stay and good location

We did not like the breakfast. Fewer better quality items or even a resturant charge guest a breakfast fee $10 each.

Just not fresh

Cleanliness, amenities, and breakfast.

Personal preference: bed was too soft. It wasn't bad, though.

Very quiet, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great

Too short of a stay

Nice room! Breakfast was great!

Nothing

Water pressure was bad in the shower

There’s not much

The pics on web site made the room I payed for seem like it was much bigger, very small and paying over 200 for this small room was upsetting to say the least, I need the larger space for family, and this didnt work out…

Great room, extremely friendly staff, good breakfast and comfy beds

Close to what was needed

Had no employee there when I went to check in

I did not stay here. It was cancelled.

I did not stay here!!!

Nice atmosphere, safe parking.

Our room was not available when we arrived 30 min after allowable check in time. We had to leave for an appt. so had to check in later. When we checked in later, we were given a room that was already occupied. We didn't get the King room we paid for due to that we were given a queen room.. Hair dryer didn't work. Air conditioner in the room sounded like a freight train. Fire equipment testing at 8 am. This facility charges a fee if you arrive too early, they should have given us money back for not having the room ready in time and also for not getting the correct room type after their check in mistake.

The property was clean, well located, and the general facilities were in good condition. The check-in process was also efficient and the staff was polite during the initial interaction.

The reservation was made for two adult men with the expectation of two separate beds to ensure privacy and comfort. Regardless of whether the issue originated from the reservation system or not, the hotel should have proactively corrected the situation and offered an alternative room with two beds. Ensuring guest comfort and proper accommodation should always be a priority. Not addressing the situation or offering a solution was disappointing.

It was clean and safe feeling.

Nothing.

Morgenmaden var ok. Ikke over middel

Typical, clean room. Front desk staff friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was annoying. When we arrived around 9:00 the first morning, there was no milk of any kind. They said the truck did not show up (there was a supermarket 1/4 mile away). They were out of coffee and eggs, but those were refilled after 15 minutes. The second day was better - they had milk and coffee. Some of the standard breakfast items were again empty when we arrived.

The place was awesome would like to stay anytime I am stuart

No remarks at all

Locations was good, it’s around plenty of places to eat. Breakfast was ok with quite a few choices. Lobby and bathroom lobby was very clean. Parking was great. Very quiet as well.

The room was dirty especially the carpet and walls. The beds were not all that comfortable. You kinda sink into them.

Location

The bedding smelled sweaty and the AC seemed to create dampness in the room.

Room was very large, decently supplied.

Bed was not the most comfortable, too soft and uneven mattress. Night stand inside drawer was not cleaned out from previous occupant. Carpet was not vacuumed fully. Bathroom could have been cleaner. Only bone trash can in room. Poor lighting.

Great staff, very helpful and friendly!

$200 a night was a lot for a hotel that doesn’t clean every single morning

I had a racial encounter with the hotel desk clerk

Breakfast was very good, staff excellent.

Staff services, clean and friendly

Booking..com

I was expecting steak & lobster but had to deal with rubber eggs.

The location was convenient, rooms are clean and comfortable.

Comfortable and good breakfast!

Nothing

Staff was attentive and friendly

Great location, close to friends we have in the area, spacious room, friendly staff and amazing value for money. We wished we could have stayed longer.

Spacious clean room

Breakfast not great

I went for solo retreat a one day staycation for relaxation. I enjoyed the rooms spaciousness and it felt safety. The third floor gave me a view of nature and tree tops and sky - which was lovely. I slept better than ever in comfy bed. Also staff were so kind and greeted me with a smile and helped me when I need supplies (tape) for a project I was working on. The breakfast was great as well.

No major complaints except bathroom had some normal wear water damage near the bathtub hardly noticeable but still there.

Nice rooms nice breakfast and the personal was nice

location

a little bit worn out

Very nice

This is not my first time staying in this hotels, I highly recommend it, what I like about it is the breakfast .

So they excuse the maid walking in on us naked and said it's because the person at the desk accidentally checked us out .I was supposed to be ok with that.

Really nice for a Hampton Inn! Huge rooms, comfy beds large bathrooms. Wish they had a full length mirror.

I always like staying with you when I am in Stuart. Great job!

Furniture needs to update fabrics

Everything about this facility was terrific. Rudy came and adjusted the shower and the other lady helped me with the door. Neither acted like it was an inconvenience. The breakfast was wonderful and appreciated. I would recommend highly. Thank you.

Access to breakfast, pool and gym

Limited on plant based breakfast options

Good place

Staff rooms family atmosphere

Good

My room didnt get cleaned and the trash inside my room wasn’t removed after I reported the overflow

This is a standard Hampton, it was ok but showing signs of aging. My room was large and beds were actually very comfy with lots of pillows. No hallway noise at all despite being close to elevator. Front desk was friendly and helpful, even late at night. The AC was a little loud for me, but I am sensitive to sounds. The carpet felt damp, which was a little gross. Self serve breakfast was decent- scrambled eggs and assorted breads. Also had a waffle maker, which was nice. I do wish that they would provide actual plates and flatware, instead of plastic.

Excellent room and very clean.

Great

Friendly check-in staff

The staff is very nice and the property is clean.

Have stayed at this location several times. It has remained very well maintained, great job by staff and management

GOOD STAY
