Holiday Inn Shanghai Pudong by IHG

Mobles antics

Obsluga w recepcji nie miła. Pokoje stare, brudna wykladzina, grzyb w lazience. Zapach pleśni w pokoju. Dobra lokalizacja

Posizione, camera e vista

Nulla in particolare perché nel complesso andava tutto bene

they gave us a room at the 30th floor, the view was nice. also the toilet was very cool and comfortable with a strong hvac system. room was always cooled.

i think at least one (1) person should know english such that we can communicate.

Great breakfast.

Good location

AC can only be adjusted to 23 degrees and it was pretty warm for me. I’d like it colder.

Enjoyed the robot room service, if you use the local food delivery app. Hotel has a great breakfast buffet and other eateries. Staff are helpful.

Extremely close to airport

Desayuno y ubicación buena, pero nada extraordinario. Check in and out rápido.

El ascensor tarda mucho.

Ubicacion, Instalaciones, desayuno

nada, todo excelente

They upgraded us to suite room free of charge. The breakfast was amazing. It had so much variety from Chinese to Full English to western. Hotel rooms were so clean and tidy. The cleaning lady cleaned the room even when we said it’s not necessary. Bathrooms are spacious and all amenities are there.

I would’ve liked if the staff could speak a little bit better English but it wasn’t an issue since they had an AI translator at the front desk.

Easy Accessible to tourist place like 30mins by taxi Staffs were really helpful Concierge very good, helpful and sincere people. Breakfast excellent 👌 Fresh fruits

I believe a renovation could make the place a better one. The spa, not worth, unfortunately unprofessional people, a sit is not run by the hotel, they were very rude. More variety for food for dinner( even a lacarte)

Przepyszne i obfite śniadania.

Pretty large and convenient room, great location, delicios breakfast, very helpful (and even English speaking!) stuff

The hotel's location is great: metro stations are close, there are a lot of restaurants and cafes nearby. Our stay was exceptional: breakfasts were various and tasty and it was always enough space for everyone, we found everything we could possibly need in our room, the room was cleaned on a daily basis.

Good

Super friendly staff, great breakfast with a wide choice of western and eastern food, great location with 10 minutes walking access to several metro stations, parks, and shops.

The WiFi in the room was terrible; I had to rely on mobile data.

The breafast was very good with Chinese and western type foods, somany varieties of foods were layed in buffet. it's great and worth.

If they add few indian style foods like chapathi, sambar, chicken masala etc, it will be very good for the Asian guests.

Excellent hotel within T2 PVG airport. This hotel is the best airport hotel I have ever stayed after visiting almost 40 countries around the world. We were given a brand new suite plus two breakfast included with such reasonable room rate. The front desk staff name Jeep was so helpful and friendly and professional. We definitely will go back because of Jeep!

The sheet was not clean beside the conceive was great. The night staff was bad. Interaction was slow or non responsive.

The hotel is just an okay establishment for a business traveler - nothing spectacular, but decent. The location fit well my needs as it was within walking distance from the business meetings locations I had and walking distance to my favorite shopping malls as well. Swift check-in and even faster check-out - no time wasted.

The dinner closes quite early, which is weird the least to say. Drinks bottles are nicely displayed, but only two choices are in fact available. The bar was closed entirely. We would enjoy better TV channels selection - quite limited choices for a foreign traveler. Bathtub had a weird setup which determined usage of a curtain, rather than a glass door and the bathtub surface was slippery - they had an info sign for that though.

The facilities were great. Beds comfortable and breakfast had a good selection. Stuff is very friendly.

NA

The location was quiet and easily accessible by car and subway.

The breakfast buffet choices and the staffs were quite annoying, my half eaten breakfast was taken away while I went to grab a coffee( without asking and is obvious that my belonging were still at the table).

After some initial issues related to a language barrier at the reception (unfortunately, their English is poor), thanks to the personal involvement of the Duty Manager with over 20 years of industry experience, our initial issues were resolved, and I consider the entire stay extremely enjoyable and the hotel highly recommended. Instead of access to a business lounge, the hotel provided access to the ground-floor restaurant, and despite the limited food selection, the dishes were delicious and warm. The breakfasts deserve a special mention – during my two-week stay in China, they were the most delicious and best breakfasts of any hotel or other establishment I've ever had in P.R.C. The selection is vast, and each dish was a true masterpiece, including the smoked duck breast. I congratulate the hotel staff, and I wholeheartedly recommend them to travelers!

Everything was good The breakfast also was excellent for non Asian people

The swimming pool is not a property of the hotel 😑

Very close to the city and easy to get around the area. Very close to the metro as well.
