The only thing I liked was the space in the room and the bed.

I didn’t like how some parts of the room was damaged. I didn’t like how the toilet was separate and very small. I didn’t like that the gate had to be opened by someone at the desk and one time I was stuck outside for like 15 mins at 1am because the person had left the desk. I also didn’t like that there was no hot water in the building on my last night and next final day in the room. I had to shower with a cold shower while I’m already sick. Also I had forgotten to bring a French adapter and went to ask for one at the reception and they didn’t have any to give me that would work in their rooms and the person at the desk said the shops outside were closed but I was able to find a shop which had them available for me. I was travelling solo so that wasn’t good.

Tout. malgré l’environnement très urbanisé autour c’est hôtel est un havre reposant et très agréable. Tout était parfait accueil, literie, propreté, petit déjeuner piscine et ses transats, espace de jeux pour les enfants la déco, le parking la proximité des restaurants autour

Man konnte nicht in den Pool und es gab mitten in der Nacht einen Alarm.

Le manque de communication et de professionnalisme entre le personnel remplaçant. Ce qui s’est traduit bien entendu par la défalcation du prix de la chambre sur ma pré autorisation alors que j’avais déjà tout payé via booking.com.

Staff were very accommodating. We arrived late as our flight was delayed and dinner service had already finished. The ladies at reception were very accommodating and made us and brought this to our room. Great customer service

Je recommanderai cet hôtel à mes amis, c'est juste parfait, le personnel est génial, la nourriture ( même si ce n'est que le petit déjeuner) est utilisée avec des produits frais . L'emplacement est très bien

Dans notre chambre la climatisation ne fonctionnais pas, il n'y a pas de pression dans la douche, l'ascenseur fonctionne une fois sur deux, la piscine est pas top pas comme sur le photos, le portail de l'établissement est cassé, à part la réception tout est vieux. Cet hôtel est beaucoup trop cher pour les prestations qu'il propose.

La baignoire et en plastique et sale , et le ménage n’était pas assez approfondi.

Propreté de la piscine médiocre, pas de maître nageur pour encadrer les graces qui picolaient et fumaient à la piscine. Consommation abandonnée dans l herbe pendant que le personnel discutait au bar… Essui abandonné dans l’ascenseur. Contenu et Carte du restaurant très faible. Alarme incindie déclenchée durant la nuit. Propreté des alentours à l’image de la France, en décadence.

La chambre était spacieuse, propre, le personnel agréable, bien situé et petit bonus la piscine surtout quand on vient de loin. J'ai mangé au restaurant de l'hôtel le dernier jour et franchement j'ai bien mangé et les ingrédients sont excellents. Le petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet superbe. On a du choix.

Madame, Monsieur, Je vous contacte afin de solliciter le remboursement intégral de mon séjour effectué dans votre établissement Novotel d’Aulnay-sous-Bois dans la nuit du samedi au dimanche. Lors de ma réservation, plusieurs prestations et services m’ont été présentés comme disponibles. Or, à mon arrivée et durant l’ensemble de mon séjour, j’ai constaté de nombreuses défaillances et indisponibilités qui ont fortement altéré la qualité de mon expérience. Parmi les problèmes rencontrés : * Le lavabo de la chambre était bouché. * Le bar était fermé. * Le service de restauration était indisponible. * Plusieurs autres services annoncés lors de la réservation n’étaient pas accessibles. * La chaleur dans l’établissement et/ou la chambre était particulièrement difficile à supporter, sans qu’une solution satisfaisante ne me soit proposée malgré mes attentes. Ces manquements constituent, selon moi, une non-conformité importante entre les prestations annoncées et celles réellement fournies. Je considère avoir été induit en erreur lors de la réservation et n’avoir pas bénéficié des services pour lesquels j’ai payé. Compte tenu de l’accumulation de ces dysfonctionnements et de l’absence de solution adaptée pendant mon séjour, je demande le remboursement intégral du montant réglé. Je vous remercie de bien vouloir étudier ma demande et de me faire parvenir une réponse dans les meilleurs délais. Le confort, la propreté, l'accueil qui était parfait, le personnel au petit déjeuner super sympa. Une dame hyper joviale et accueillante. Parking gratuit c'est top. J'ai trop aimé le petit déjeuner, la possibilité de faire des œufs au plat c'est génial et le café Nespresso mmmh. Et les cakes étaient fabuleux.

Ce n'a rien a voir avec la prestation en elle-même, il ya eu des feux d'artifice dans le quartier vers minuit et nos voisins de chambre étaient très bruyants durant la nuit.

First of all. I booked premium room and ask if it is possible to get room with bathtub on the highest floor. Of course, booking manager was so kind and make that happen and gave us LOWER TIER ROOM FOR PRICE OF PREMIUM because, quote "premium room only have showers". So is that a good reason to charge your customer for PREMIUM room and give them room from 1970s where render from walls is falling out, same with socket next to bed and creepy toilet room where smells really bad, and bathroom with mould on ceiling that have not been cleaned for ages?! Same thing with deposit. First time in my life where I had to pay deposit for a hotel room! Only good thing that we managed to negotiate lower deposit. But the cheeky smile on receptionist face when she said "oh, it's in the small letters". Another thing. Room service coming into room without knocking! What the actual f...? Neighbourhood also doesn't feel safe. Abondoned trucks and trailers around hotel. Lots of rubbish and beggars selling tissues to cars on traffic lights. Highly not reccomend and definitely far away from 4 stars hotel.

Clean rooms and comfy bed, good breakfast.

The sound proofing of the rooms were terrible, we were on ground floor and with the room door closed you could still hear all the noise from the lobby, this made it impossible to sleep in the morning. You could also hear all the conversations from people walking the corridor and the doors make a very loud noise when they close - enough to wake you up from your sleep.

De manière générale l hotel devrait faire appliquer un savoir vivre au repas. Les portables ... Des gens regardant des émissions ou personnes recevant des appels visio. Bien entendu sans écouteurs !!!

Hotel is run down, and we found a big thick fake eyelash stuck to the "clean" bedsheets. View out of the window was the hotels empty, run down outdoor swimming pool. Food labelling was poor at breakfast with no allergen labelling

Ontbijt Het ontbijt was erg eenvoudig en bood weinig keuzemogelijkheden. De selectie bestond voornamelijk uit muffins en enkele soorten koeken, wat vrij beperkt is voor een hotelontbijt. Voor gasten die wat meer variatie verwachten, kan dit tegenvallen. Personeel Tijdens het ontbijt was het personeel helaas chagrijnig en totaal niet vriendelijk. Dit zorgde voor een onaangename sfeer en gaf ons niet het gevoel welkom te zijn, wat jammer is omdat gastvrijheid juist een belangrijk onderdeel van het verblijf zou moeten zijn. Badkamer De badkamer was schoon en netjes, wat zeker een pluspunt is. Wel was de douche voorzien van een waterbesparende douchekop, wat de douche-ervaring minder prettig maakte. Daarnaast was er geen bad aanwezig, wat voor sommige gasten een gemis kan zijn.

Bij aankomst werkte de creditcard niet, waardoor de borg niet direct kon worden voldaan. Betalen via een andere methode, zoals pin of contant, was helaas niet mogelijk. Na ongeveer een uur bellen met de klantenservice van de creditcardmaatschappij en met vrienden om een oplossing te vinden, mochten we uiteindelijk toch door. Door deze stressvolle en tijdrovende situatie was de sfeer en het plezier voor het hele weekend echter grotendeels verdwenen.
