Reviewed Sep 3, 2026Staff molto presente e disponibile, compreso quello del bar/ristorante. Ambiente fresco e giovanile.

Reviewed Aug 15, 2026We had a wonderful stay at Ramada Tres Cantos and truly did not expect it to be so lovely. One of our children uses a wheelchair, and the staff were excellent with receiving the necessary equipment we rented, storing it until our arrival and also storing his medication that needed a refrigerator. The staff are so attentive and helpful and the facilities are clean and comfortable. Tres Cantos is a quiet location north of Madrid where we enjoyed peaceful evening walks and found things for all our kids to enjoy. I very highly recommend this accommodation, it made our stay perfect!

Every morning for breakfast , I always have to come to the reception to ask for the fruits to be topped up . Not much selection for the hot meal for the breakfast . We stayed there for 5 days . Lots of free parking outside the hotel so we didn’t need to pay for the hotel parking . The location is very peaceful .

A simple hotel whose facilities are in need of renovation and/or upgrades (for example, the air conditioning is old, noisy, and inefficient). The breakfast is terrible, with very few options and processed foods from low-quality brands. It’s not worth paying for breakfast! It would be better and more honest toward guests not to charge for breakfast or, if the quality is going to remain this low, to stop offering it altogether.
