It was very convenient when we had just flown in from Tokyo and arrived quite late at night

Our room seemed a little dated and had a bit of a dusty smell

Lovely relaxing overnight stay while in transit through Sapporo/Chitose area in Japan. The room was so comfortable and nicely appointed, but it was also lovely to have access to the shops, fitness and restaurants on site. Both the dinner and breakfast restaurants were so delicious, and I could purchase small gifts to bring home before heading to the airport.

很棒的飯店，這次我們四人選擇住宿兩間雙床雙人房，舒適的床墊讓每位家人都能得以放鬆的休息睡眠，飯店體貼的幫我們安排兩間相通的房間讓我們家人可以渡過快樂的時光。

Very close to the airport. Less than 3000 yen to go to the airport by taxi. Big shopping malls in walking distance.

Not many plugs! You can't even charge your phone while lying in bed.

호텔도 시설은 괜찮았고 조식은 훌륭했습니다. 호텔 주변 식당도 많아 여러모로 편리했습니다.

予約時の対応が丁寧で気持ちよく宿泊できました｡

駐車場はほぼ満車状態でちょっと焦りました．第二駐車場とかあるのでしょうか。

値段の割に部屋が広く、ホテル内にコンビニもあって良かったです。

枕元にコンセントがなかったのが不満です。

電梯非常快。飯店大廳相當漂亮。 裡頭還有全家便利商店。房間也有雨傘。 剛好遇到下大雨。真的幫了大忙 但是感覺門禁管制有點隨便。 至少要刷房卡上去會比較安全

沒有提供微波爐。

部屋内とても綺麗で浴室も広くとても快適でした。周辺の飲食店へのアクセスもよくランチ･ディナーともにお店探しに困らない点もいいと思います。

空港に近くてアクセスが良い ビュッフェで少し北海道を感じた

布団に毛が付いていた・変な匂いがした 複数人で泊まると使えるコンセントが少なかった 1日目部屋の電気を消すと、充電が出来なくなった

I liked the location of the hotel. It was near the Aeon Shopping Mall and had access to many food places. Their Family Mart inside the hotel that stays open late is also extremely convenient.

I requested and paid for a room for 3 people, but I had to argue with the staff to get bedding for the couch bed

직원의 안내가 매우친절하여 좋았고, 조용하고 룸이 청결하여 기대한 만큼 좋은 호텔이라서 만족했습니다.

The hotel is showing its age. It’s dark and the AC wasn’t cold enough. Room’s small. Best Western is much better and I paid almost twice more for this hotel. I wouldn’t stay here again. We expected much more with a hotel with Ana Crowne’s name on it.

Front desk, although they did forget to ask if I was Hilton rewards member when checking in.

Overpriced Japanese restaurant.

朝食は美味しかったです。 　お野菜も豊富に取り揃えてあるのが良いですね。

ディナーを頂くのにレストランが少ないのは困りました。 　また、今の期間がビヤガーデンのみというのも飲めない私たち夫婦には残念でした。

No air conditioning, so warm at night without air conditioning.

The room was perfect, everything was provided. The room was big enough to open 3 luggages and still have space to walk around. The location was even better as there was free onsite parking and right next to aeon mall.

We chose to stay in a corner room with a balcony. Watching the city traffic, the trains and the weather was a treat over the usual box room. The rooms themselves were very comfortable - with a spacious bathroom.

It is well located and there is an AEON department store just next to the hotel.

Staff was awesome. Checking in was straight forward. I will come back again.

Honestly, I no nothing bad comes to mind.

子供の体調不良で救急車を要請していただくなど、流石の大手。対応が早く、スタッフの皆様にお気遣い頂き感謝しております。娘は元気にしております。ありがとうございました。

Loved everything about it. Friendly staff, excellent service. Heavenly room, beautiful bathroom. Exceptional buffet breakfast. Family Mart on site. Convenient location, great stores nearby.

Location and when we went it was snowing so having food options in the hotel including Family Mart was a plus.

アメニティのコーヒーがインスタントだった。 ロビーの感じだったら、ネスプレッソみたいなカプセルのコーヒーが置いてありそうだったので。

Loved the breakfast , they gave me an early check in. I was tired, I really appreciated that. Room service was reasonable. There was some confusion. They fixed it up, no charge. Booked me on a free airport shuttle bus. It is a very nice comfortable hotel. Came away refreshed, feeling good.

The room service menu was out of date, but they fixed up the confusion without charge.

Close to the airport and other food/shopping options. Book this rather than the Sapporo Crown plaza if you want to be close to the airport Great breakfast

Reasonably close to Chitose airport - taxi driver quoted c£35 from airport, but only charged c£20 as was closer than expected (temporary driver in the area). Large hotel, good facilities, very comprehensive buffet breakfast and I'd recommend the omlettes ;-)

Fijne plek voor een overnachting. We waren gestrand doordat onze vlucht niet ging. Winkels in de buurt, goed ontbijt.

Very helpful staff. Very accomodating.

We just stayed one night and that was for a morning flight. The breakfast buffet was good, the staff was helpful. Room was clean.

The airport shuttle has limited hours (every hour in the morning except 10 am, the time we would have taken). The hotel decor was a little dated.
