Pa ser de 4 estrellas: Las puertas y de mas estaban ralladisimas.tengo que decir que el baño tenia bañera y ducha muy bien pero la ducha es diminuta y vieja. El aire no lo puedes regular tengas frio o calor siempre en 21 grados y me impresiono un poco el desalluno.. me aprecio bastante escaso las opciones mermeladas sin rellenar bolleria un poco durilla..no se en eso si que me.esperaba mas si no me equiboco el desalluno cuesta 16€..

Pour les clients qui viennent faire du tourisme........Trop loin du centre ville pour y aller en visite du centre historique en transport en commun... quartier de l’hôtel mal desservit pour les transport en commun , les arrêts de bus trop loin de l’hôtel et pas indiqué dans le quartier.. Mais, un plan d'emplacement de ces arrêts est a fournir depuis l’accueil et serait le bien venu. Des indications depuis l'acceuil a l'hotel concernant les tramways une fois en ville devraient pouvoir être fournit aux clients . un distributeur de carte de transport serait un vrai plus car les bus n'ont pas de change .. il faut la monnaie exacte. Des solutions de propositions de taxi (type Uber) sont aussi a prévoir depuis l'accueil. Pour les clients touristes de cet hotel, il y a des améliorations a faire

Everything was great! A wonderful place to relax and unwind. The natural surroundings are absolutely beautiful, and the rooms are nice, cozy, and clean. It’s a very secluded, quiet spot for anyone looking for a truly restful getaway in nature.

Hôtel très bien décoré, chambre spacieuse literie très confortable. Salle de bain avec baignoire, douche et double vasques. Accès au restaurant très pratique, restaurant bon rapport qualité prix. Petit déjeuner copieux et varié.

La tercera cama, era una camilla supletoria muy incomoda para un adulto y cobrarnos como un adulto cuando era una camilla para un niño

I went for the eclipse and the location has a perfect view of the sunset hours. I still miss the food. I didn't like all the menu items, but the ones that were good were great, probably half of the menu. The breakfast buffet had a lot of variety and some exceptional options. The bathroom was enormous (bidet, bathtub, separate shower, large heated mirror etc). The room was tastefully decorated, but with USB ports everywhere. I didn't check the ethernet port itself because the WiFi was enough for me. And the atrium was impressive, with glass walled lifts that gave you a good view of the inside. Bear in mind that you'll likely need a car or a taxi because it's in what looks to be a business park. It's pretty far from the airport on foot (limited side walks, ask me how I know.. 1 hour of walking with no shade). But it's what I wanted and the hotel itself was much nicer than I expected.

Quizás la ubicación si es para visitar Zaragoza, pero a nosotros eso tampoco nos importó mucho.

Está un poco alejado de todo y las vistas a un patio no ayudan.

Breakfast was lovely with lots of choice. Lovely friendly and helpful staff. Fabulous room, we were upgraded to a suite which was a lovely surprise. It was enormous! It was 40° Outside but lovely and cool in the hotel. There is secure basement parking which was a must considering the temperature. We were just staying one night as we were travelling further south. Such a great location as the hotel is close to the motorway and airport for onward travel (so perfect for us) but you wouldn't know as the rooms are really quiet. The bed was very comfortable and we slept for nine hours! The jet shower was fabulous too. All in all a lovely hotel to stay at when travelling through Spain.

Que tenía un gimnasio muy decente, 2 lavabos, ducha, bañera y bidé.

Que los grifos del lavabo chorreaban agua y empapaban la balda de debajo, donde dejamos los neceseres. Y se nos empaparon. También que no se limpia debajo de las camas. Había polvo a expuertas ahí, pero eso seguramente no sea culpa de las limpiadoras sino de la gerencia del hotel, que seguramente les dé muy poco tiempo para limpiar la habitación y las pobres no llegan a todo como es normal.

La proximité pour reprendre l’autoroute, les chambre spacieuse, la propreté, le calme, le dîner et le petit déjeuner.

Lit d’appoint cassé dans un état déplorable. Obligé de mettre le matelas sur le sol.À 23h impossible de contacter la réception téléphone ne fonctionnait pas. Le lendemain matin la personne à la réception n’en n’avait rien à faire.

Tamanho do quarto, da cama e casa de banho. Insonorização para o exterior. O ar condicionado é muito silencioso. O pequeno almoço é variado e apesar de não ter muita escolha, o que há tem qualidade.

O pequeno almoço termina mesmo às 10h. Não há qualquer tolerância. Os funcionários arrumam tudo.

El hotel en general es genial. La ubicación es cerca del aeropuerto y para motoviajeros que no entramos a la ciudad está más que bien. Hecharia en falta una piscina. Y tarifa más baja para parking de moto. Ya que tienes que pagar como un coche.

I was driving to Alicante from France and the hotel is on the outskirts of the city, so know worries trying to navigate through a major city after a long drive. Hotel is excellent, really modern, comfy beds and a great restaurant. Will definitely book again on the way home.

Дополнительная кровать для моего сына была с плохим матрасом, он был очень неудобным и твёрдым , сын утром проснулся с болью в спине, пришлось принимать обезболивающие, так как спина болела очень сильно от этого матраса, один день из нашего отпуска был испорчен из-за этого. Также номер не был достаточно чистый, унитаз был плохо помыт, пол в комнате стоило бы чатильнее пилососить.

Très bel hôtel, joli et très propre. Nous étions de passage après un long voyage et l’hôtel nous a permis de bien nous reposer. Les lits étaient très confortables, ce qui a vraiment fait la différence. La possibilité d’avoir une chambre avec plusieurs lits est également une très bonne option lorsqu’on voyage en famille. Le petit-déjeuner était également très bien.😊

La atención en recepción para empezar, muy buena . La habitación amplia con una pequeña cocina y un baño muy hermoso . Está situado en un polígono muy tranquilo un poco retirado de la ciudad pero muy bien situado para salir a la autovía.

Family room for 4 people are very spacious and great with kids. Very, very clean and well maintained. Feels very premium. The restaurant was a good surprise as well. Spacious car park.

Nothing regarding the hotel! Maybe if the restaurant would allow customers to eat outside on the patio for free, that would be amazing (we asked but the staff told us it was possible for 4€ per person… way to expensive for just for a few meters from the door).

Al entrar encontaramos un montón de pelos tanto en la ducha como en el lavabo. Lo dijimos y nos cambiaron de habitación. En la otra habitación nos encontramos las sábanas llenas de agujeros. Vamos, un desastre.
