Front Desk staff were great, spoke English like Pros. They even guided us how to get to the Night! They fed us well with the Pack Breakfast which we ate ate the airport 🛫

Breakfast was great. Lots of consistent options each day. The location was good it was next to a park near a river stream which was nice to jog around.

住宿地點很棒，很方便就可以找到，附近可以吃飯的餐廳很多選擇。本次住宿的早餐也很棒，有很多不錯的選擇可以讓人吃飽，雖然出現外籍服務生來服務，但是表現得很專業的專業度也非常高，可以看到櫃台人員及時處理旅客的所有問題，人員及時處理旅客的所有問題，並且能用全英語服務，讓人有國際飯店的感覺。

既然飯店沒有提供房間內的飲用水瓶，就應該每一個樓層都設置飲水機方便取水，如果僅有不到一半的樓層設立飲水機有點不夠，希望能改善。另外，因為飯店的建築比較舊一下，電梯的啟動和移動希望能持續安全檢查，會讓旅客更放心，謝謝。

Staff & services are excellent

The dining area was too cramped and the kitchen/bus staff was not equipped to handle Saturday and Sunday dining room occupancy. The rooms were fine and housekeeping good.

everything was outdated. whether it’s a common rooms or inside the rooms, lights flickered a lot. small pillows for kind bed, not what i expected and when i compare to the marriott hotel i stayed at the night before, this was not comparable at all. would not stay at a holiday inn again, staff were really nice just unfortunate they work at this hotel.

Staff had excellent customer service. Property was convenient to Taoyuan airport (about 20 minutes) and breakfast was decent and more than ample. Would stay here again.

the BUS STOP just opposite the hotel and the drop off just beside the hotel. Convenient and I enjoy being with local people in the public bus like a free tour. Staff Jay Jeng and Intern Arin very patient and knowledgeable giving answers every time I ask about directions. Thank you to all the staff of the hotel housekeeping staff Putu for making my stay in the hotel comfortable and pleasant.

Staying for 1 night at Holiday Inn Taoyuan Hotel, 15 minutes drive to airport. First impression is very good, the lobby is spacious and bright. It also has vending machines in lobby. The room is very big too, I had 2 queen bed inside and spacious area too... hot water and aircon ran well. Everything was perfect. Very recommended..

This is a good quality room with a nice layout and good amout of room for Taiwan, where the rooms tend to be small and dark. This was light, had plenty of outlets, well laid out, and the bathroom was separated a decent distance. Basic amenities include a water heater, safe, etc, shower supplies, and it is located near a few mini-malls. Staff very helpful to call cars and recommend places. I prefer to be a bit out of the downtown Taoyouan railway station area which gets overcrowded.

I did not have any major complaints, just minor ones. It is not near the major malls like Taimao or the outlets, so it is a bit 'local' for foreigners, but that is hard for me to judge as someone who is in TW a lot. There were a lot of foreigners in the hotel however.

Stayed here for 1.5 nights before flying out. We have family in the area, so that's the only reason why we chose this location because it is situated along a very busy road and the immediate area is not pedestrian friendly at all. That being said, the staff were all awesome, nice beverages and snacks out for folks all day. The breakfast spread is pretty good and offers many different options. The rooms are pretty small but functional. It was about 25 minutes in at uber to the airport from here.

I recently stayed at this hotel for one night. I intened to stay three nights but on arrival I realised it was a long way to the city. The hotel is relatively close to the airport (about 20 minute drive). The rooms are small and do not have carpet on the floor but comfortable. The staff werer very profesional, helpful and understanding when I informed them that I would have to move to another hotel closer to the city. The buffet breakfast was good.

Very good buffet breakfasts with a variety of dishes which were changed up daily. The staff were very helpful and nice.

Located about half an hour drive from the T2 TAOYUAN airport. Property provided a nice pictorial map of place of interest that surrounds it. Property is closely located near few supermarket and a shopping mall just down the street (about 10mins walk). Also a 24hours CARREFOUR shopping mall is located close by also about 15mins walk away. You can choose to do some last minute snacks souvenier shopping at this last stop. Good bathing amenities is provided such as showering soap and shampoo and conditioner. We found this nice Japanese restaurant that opens till 3am just opposite. its nice!!! Room is small but enough to fit in 2 adults with 2 big luggage and 2 small luggage. Breakfast is too provided (fee option) and its adequate selection. Dining area is small so time preference will be allocated to avoid crowding and queue time. Coffee and tea is provided at the dining area 24hours (self service). SO just drop by anytime if you may need.

Door gap. We notice our room door is not concealed all the way to the ground and a gap of about 3-5cm between door and floor. This does not provide much security feeling for us. I had to block the door with my luggage bag as extra security after locking up from inside. Frosted bathroom wall. Our room comes with a frosted wall that can see the figure of bathing person from the bed. Not so suitable for friends traveling together. As the room size is small; the bathroom design is smart as such that the same door that closes the toilet area will also serve as the showering door.

Great access to Taoyuan airport, about 15 min by taxi. Railway station 5 min by taxi. Great welcome by reception, special mention Mr James and Mr Chen. The only downside is lack of parking place for taxis. Lots of dining outlets in the vicinity.

Pros - The hotel includes breakfast with good price - Bed was comfortable Cons - The property was okay. It is old building so there was a bit mould in the bathroom. - Staff were friendly and helpful. - Gym area is not a gym area… only two pieces of equipment. - The most painful part is you only can take taxi or Uber to the hotel. Bus is not very convenient.

No walk in shower as stated, just a hose above the bath, room very small and very over priced for what you get. Room smelt stale and very dated.

Perfect hotel for our one night stay. Front desk staff was welcoming and quickly told us everything we needed to know. Room was very clean, and bed was quite comfortable. Coffee and water (both hot and cold) were available in the breakfast area 24 hours a day. Hotel was about a 30+ min drive to TPE airport in morning rush hour traffic. Hotel close to 7-11 and a Domino’s Pizza as well which worked for a quick dinner.

Bathroom floor is slippery, probably due to wrong choice of tiles (tiles used seems to be used for wall type). Probably replacing universal adaptor for bedside power port will be more convenient.

I had a very brief, but wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn Express Taoyuan. I had arrived early to Taoyuan at 11AM, and although the official check-in time is at 3PM, the recepcionist (Ann, I think was her name) was kind enough to check with housekeeping to corroborate if a room was ready so that I could have an early check-in. Fortune was on my side and I had a quick and easy early check-in. The breakfast area is small, but offers a variety of Taiwanese and Western food items, with beverages like tea and coffee and some cookies available 24/7. If you are looking for a meal, nearby you will find restaurants (there is a Japanese grill right across the street) and the always trusty 7 Eleven. Carrefour is also some blocks away. The room was spacious enough for my stay, the bathroom (with bidet) and shower clean, and the shower also has a line to hang your clothing if you decide to wash it. If you are gym rat, the hotel's fitness room is located on the second floor, but you won't find much equipment inside the small room: a treadmill, a stationary bike, a pair of light dumbbells, a grip trainer, a lacrosse massage ball, a mat, plenty of bottled water, towels, bathroom, and shower. Not sure if they have another fitness room for another guest to work out at the same time. The staff at the front desk and at the breakfast service was kind and attentive. They even helped me call a taxi to the airport. Overall I would recommend this hotel to friends.
