Es muy bonito, tiene lindas vistas!, es para estar tranquilos! Claro que no es plena temporada!, y las piscinas hermosas!

Apartahotel al que llevo viniendo desde 2020 cada verano. Familiar y aceptan mascotas.

Todo perfecto, a destacar la atención de Fernando (recepción); el único inconveniente es que el hotel está bastante lejos del centro, es necesario agarrar el coche para todo.

staff doesnt speak english well, noisy till late in the evening hotel is more for spanish people, not for tourists

Hotel con unas instalaciones maravillosas, pero la mayoría descuidadas y sin usar. Se nota que hubo y tuvo tiempos mejores.

Alrededores poco sccesibles

Me ha sorprendido para bien , limpio , bonito y personal muy amable , solo que la playa queda lejos y no hay nada al alrededor, Pero las instalaciones perfectas..

estuvimos en la suite real, era muy grande y con todos los servicios estaba bien. el punto en contra es el zumbido por la noche, imagino de las máquinas de aires de la azotea. piscina con toboganes, devertidos e ideales para niños y no tan niños. en pleno agosto, una piscina jacyzzy sin funcionar (tenía pinta de llevar días por el estado del agua. pueblo de los alcarazers con restaurantes y pasea marítimo del mar menor. el mar menor en estado deplorable, no recomiendo el baño...

Estuvimos en el hotel en agosto, también tienen apartamentos. Muy buenas piscinas, el agua no está fría, se está muy bien, aunque le falta mejorar la limpieza del agua. Hay muchas tumbonas. La habitación es grande y el balcón con mesa, 2 sillas y tendedero de ropa, la limpieza buena y la cama cómoda al igual que las almuadas son buenas. El baño es grande, ducha con gel y champú en dispensadores de pared, al igual que en el lavabo, tiene secador de pelo. Recomiendo llevar toallas para la piscina, aunque el hotel te presta toallas, pero son muy finas y apenas secan. Buen lugar también para ir con niños, tienen actividades de pinta caras y otras cosas de entretenimiento, piscina para peques y otra piscina con toboganes para todos, tanto niños como adultos. Los miércoles noche hacen Cine al aire libre, me imagino que según fechas hay unas y otras actividades de entretenimiento. No cogimos pensión por error nuestro, pero lo recomiendo porque es un lugar para no salir del recinto. Una vez allí lo pedimos pero nos digeron que no podía ser porque estaba completo el aforo, osea que mejor contratar antes de ir pensión completa. Nos gustó mucho todo y volveremos a repetir, y ya iremos mejor preparados. Espero que os sirva de bien mi comentario. Un saludo.

Encantados de este lugar. Habitación del hotel muy espaciosa con balcón y baño grande. Camas cómodas. Limpia buena. Trato del personal bien. Las piscina muy grande y profunda, hay desnivel desde 1'10 cm. hasta 2,20 cm. Recomiendo llevar toalla. La salida del hotel es antes de las 12:00 horas y la de los apartamentos antes de las 10:00. Digo esto porque en Internet sólo figura el horario de los apartamentos y confunde. Por todo lo demás muy bien. Volveremos a ir de nuevo cuando podamos.

La piscina cierra demasiado pronto, a las 20h y lo peor es el check out a las 10h. Aparte el moviliario cada año está mas deteriorado y no lo renuevan, ni sillas, ni sofa, etc...

Sejour en famille parfait pour les enfants la piscine tres bien avec toboggan, le snack bar et glace a prix olus qu'abordable. Les apparts hotel sont grand confortables avec de nombreux rangements et équipements dont machine a laver. Par contre sans voiture il ny a rien autour il faut 5 a 7 minutes de voiture pour arriver a los alcazares qui est une petite ville adorable avec restaurants abordable

La habitación limpia, amplía y cómoda, iluminación mejorable pero adecuada, muy bien insonorizada. Buena presión y temperatura de la ducha, baño con bidet, secadora de pelo sin mucha potencia. Camas cómodas y limpias. Mini nevera tarda pero enfría las cosas. Buena velocidad de WiFi. La mucama tarda muchísimo en limpiar las habitaciones, pero lo hace bien. Toboganes y piscina muy bien.

Tiene sus pros y contras, por eso es más barato

Trevligt hotel som är stort och luftig. Väldigt hjälpsam personal. Vi hade tre olika rum mot vägen. Balkongdörren släpper igenom en del ljud från motorvägen.

Lo describo con una palabra, TERRORIFICO!! Si tu intención es que te amarguen las vacaciones es el lugar perfecto. Si no quieres pegar ojo en toda la noche, es tú lugar perfecto. Este hotel es gitanolandia, un territorio sin ley en el que cientos de gitanos harán todo lo posible por amargarte la estancia con el beneplácito de la dirección del hotel. Fiestas hasta altas horas de la madrugada, con música y palmas incluidas. La piscina una locura, con gritos, masificada, se apropiaban de todas las sombrillas de la piscina. Todos los clientes al sol mientras ellos se las llevaban incluso a las terrazas de sus apartamentos, vamos un horror. Digo masificada porque alquilaban 10 habitaciones pero de la calle aparecían por decenas. Sí , sí, mejor que las ofertas del Carrefour del 3x2, ellos tenían el 1x10. Y lo peor de todo es que la dirección del hotel era conocedora de todo esto porque muchos clientes así se lo hicimos saber, pero no hicieron absolutamente nada, ni comprobar quién era cliente del hotel, ni invitar a nadie a abandonar el hotel, ni nada de nada. Simplemente nos dijeron que éramos afortunados por haber venido en junio que es temporada baja, que en julio es aún peor. Peor que esto??? Lo dicho, si quieres unas vacaciones terribles, que te amarguen la existencia y que el disfrute sea inexistente, no lo dudes, este es tú hotel, no encontrarás uno mejor. Es la primera vez en mi vida en la que he deseado que el fin de las vacaciones llegué cuanto antes. Sé que parece exager

It took over an hour to check us in. Only 2 very slow staffs who don’t care about customers. Beds were stiff spring boxes. I kept waking up not feeling my arm as I sleep on the side. Air con stopped working in the middle of the night.

El alojamiento está muy bien, la única pega que el aire acondicionado apenas enfría la habitación incluso poniéndolo al minimo de temperatura.

Pool area and hotel nice. Be aware it's quite remote from the town. So you will need a car or taxi

This was our second stay here, although this time it was out of season and service's were closed. Overall great value for money.

Todo bastante bien

No tienen la cafetería abierta en temporada baja, con lo cual no puedes tomarte ni una infusión si te pones malo. Nos mandaron en frente, al club de golf y esa mañana tampoco servían desayunos, así que nos vimos negros para poder tomar un café. Menos mal que la recepcionista nos indicó un chiringuito por allí cerca. Está en medio de la nada, ni restaurantes ni supermercado cerca. Pero la relación calidad precio no está mal.

El alojamiento está bien, pero el hotel es consecuencia del boom inmobiliario, parece un cementerio, alrededor del mismo, escombros, casas vacias, y desidia. Si quieres tranquilidad, la tienes.

Un poco retirado del paseo marítimo de los Alcázares (3km exactos) Pero es perfecto para ir en familia apartamentos muy limpio y completo muy buenas piscinas para ir en verano

Unfortunately the entire hotel is closed except for the apartments and golf course until the summer and possibly later bc the entire hotel is under renovation. Hotel restaurant, pools and spa are all closed. TV had no cable or tv service. Must drive to get to any restaurants or stores. Nothing is within walking distance. No hair dryer available. Had to ask reception for blankets for the beds. Apartment however, had a nice size balcony and apartment was very quiet bc the hotel is closed.

Leiligheten luktet som et røykerom for sigar røykere. Mine klær må rengjøres for og få bort lukten. Ingen info at man her ikke kan få en kopp kaffe eller noe som helst. leiligheten var kald og uten noe mulighet for varme.

I januari var detta ställe väldigt tråkigt. Inget folk, inga restauranger, långt till mataffär = trist. Bra som mellanstopp när vi skulle vidare söderut dock.

Vedenpaine surkea ja lämmintä vettä ei juuri käsienpesualtaasta tullut kylmällä sai pestä myös bideessä. Juoksutin vettä aina vähän aikaa, mutta lämmintä vettä ei aina ollenkaan tullut. Suihkun paine mitäänsanomaton. Siivous oli noin suurinpiirtein lattioiden lakaisun ja pyyhkimiseen suhteen. Asiakkailta tullut lasinsirpaleita ruokapöydän , sohvan ja yöpöydän lähettyville. Siivooja pyyhki lattioita, mutta itse pyyhin pöytien alta ja nurkista ja sain niistä aina lasinsiruja. Patjasta tuntui selälle jouset. Kaupat pitkällä, mutta kauniit golf kentät vieressä. Kolme vilistävää pitkää mustaa ( hopeakalojen) tyyppistä ötökkää tapoin kylppäristä ja keittiöstä. Kosteudesta niitä varmaan tulee, mutta aika inhottavia kuitenkin. Mukavaa oli kävellä leveillä kävelyteillä meidän pikkuisen koiran kanssa. Lakanat ja tyynyliinat vaihdettiin viikottain puhtaisiin mikä oli kiva. Meidän sohva oli rikki ja emme juuri siinä istuneet vaan ruokapöydän tuoleilla.

Everything was closed, bar closed and restaurant closed but when I arrived they had a wedding party. Pool closed but people in it. No air con, no WiFi in room and no working plug sockets. Went to receptionist on arrival 3 times and still wasn't sorted, waited until the next day and another receptionist who let maintenance know. Maintenance fixed air con and plug sockets eventually but WiFi still not available in the room. Maid turn down each day but didn't change sheets or towels plus left bottle of D10 in bathroom. Hotel was too far out of mar menor, 30-40 min walk or 10 euro cab away.

We’re nice place

Positives: Location, pool area, apartment as a whole. Negatives: Mattresses far too hard, sunbeds all need replacing. Tips: Hire car a must.

Unable to recieve a refund for two nights that we were unable to stay due to flight cancellation, had to purchase a further night to stay as our flight was not returning on original booking date Cleanliness of rooms completed by maids excellent Broken dishwasher fixed and replaced immediately , but room had damp spores through the living room and second bedroom and smelt damp, we requested that we be moved and this was granted from ground floor to 3rd floor, the same was apparent in this room don’t know if from air conditioning or if from leaks from room above, Hotel staff very friendly and helpful Area is beautiful and would come back

We stayed in an apartment. Which was lovely, clean and very spacious. Didn’t get water in the fridge which was disappointing. Breakfast was good lots of choice. The pool was warm. Well managed by lifeguards. The whole area was very clean. We enjoyed our stay would love to go back. Only negatives. The reception staff didn’t explain anything when we arrived and there was a language barrier as didn’t speak very good English and I’m rubbish at Spanish!

Apartment was 1 bed decent kitchen and lounge area. Balcony was small and shaded, furniture was ok. Bedroom had plenty of storage, bed was queen size and comfy, shower was really good. No english TV channels but not a major ussue for me. Staff at reception and bar were friendly and helpful, pool area was good size, plenty of sun loungers, more suited families, great pool options and slides for kids.

Booked a 1 bed suite all inclusive...bath in bedroom was broken and although highlighted to staff was not resolved. However the room itself was amazing with 3 balconies and a fab shower.Did not get into room until 3pm and thought that the food did not match the quality of the room. The food was ok but a little bit canteen style rather than restaurant...big round banqueting tables and a handful of tables for 2...not the romantic getaway we expected. pool was fab and lots of sunbeds and a nice pool bar. We had a lovely stay and would go back but maybe not all inclusive unless quality improved.

We stayed for 3 nights from 31st May to 3rd June but on arrival we’re told that no facilities (pool, bar, restaurant, doors to main reception) would not be open for the first two nights of our stay as the season hadn’t started. We were not informed of this at the time of our booking or at anytime before we arrived at the hotel, so very poor and unacceptable. The hotel itself was just ok but difficult to rate facilities we didn’t have access to.

Nice hotel right next door to La Serena golf course which was perfect for us but this hotel is very quiet & a remote location, the apartment & pool area was decent but the pool bar wasn't open & the restaurant/bar was shut too, perhaps as the season progresses more becomes available, we travelled week commencing 24th April for a golf trip so for us we spent most of our time at La Serena golf opposite the hotel, overall good hotel for a quiet holiday 😎

Enjoyed our stay - was very quiet as it was out on a bit of a limb from town, but this was great as it meant we had the pool to ourselves! Would have been better if all the pool facilities were open (eg jacuzzi was empty).

This hotel is overall very good. Our room was a larger suite style room and had 3 aspects over the pool, golf courses etc, all in good order and kept clean on a daily basis. The pool area is ok, the sunbeds do need an update and there do seem to be to few of them at certain times of the day which im sure is not unusual in mid august. Theres are some strange rules regarding no balls in the pools? Not sure why balls designed to be used in pools are not allowed.. Food in the hotel was good value and plentiful in choice. Location is ok, not relalistiically walking distance to los alcazeres but taxis were easy to come by. Overall ok hotel.

Perfectly ok. Not the Mar Menor Golf resort Hotel we intended booking. Two hotels using same name led to the confusion.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment overlooking the pool. Apartments are clean and come equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, ironing board and iron. One bedroom has a double bed and the other is a twin. Two bathrooms, one with double sink and shower and the other with shower over bath. Balcony with small table, 2 chairs and small drying rack. Lounge has a sofa bed and TV (didn’t watch it so no idea on channels). Air conditioning is very good. You do hear some noise from other apartments and from the pool but it’s not excessive and didn’t impact on our holiday at all. Bed mattresses are quite hard. There is no hairdryer and there were only 4 hangers in each wardrobe. Apartments were cleaned every day by the lovely cleaners and bed linen was changed mid week. Pool is great, there is also a kids paddling pool and a separate small pool for 2 water slides that are great for kids. Sun beds are adequate but they really need new parasols as they were often blown away due to being broken. There is a poolside bar that is reasonably priced for drinks and ice creams. The building could do with some general maintenance to paintwork, poolside toilets and to some of the steps. The vast majority of the guests are Spanish with a smattering of other nationalities. Many of the staff speak little or no English so good chance to try out your Spanish! There is a small entertainment program (magic show, kids disco, aqua fit) again all in Spanish. Lots of on street

Unfortunately on arrival they demanded €179 for a kitchen in the room the resort then flooded no not the hotels fault but the care of guests was appalling there was no electricity no food no drinks and on the 3rd day if this they transferred us to another golf resort where we had to pay extra even for towels!!! Appalling holiday overall

As hotels go this is a good one with just a couple of niggles.
