Reviewed Aug 16, 2025Accueil médiocre, on nous a donné une chambre qui n'avait pas été nettoyée, on a dû redescendre pour en avoir une autre, située au troisième à côté du bar, impossible de dormir avant 3h00 de la nuit, le bruit, les cris des clients, la musique extrêmement forte. Service inexistant, autant à l’arrivée qu’au départ.

Il faut retourner à nos chambres et ne pouvons pas emprunter de serviettes. Chambres correctes mêmes si ne sont pas récentes. Bain qui s'écoule mal et toilette chambranlante.

Reviewed May 19, 2025J'ai demandé d'avoir une chambre avec le stationnement devant. On m'a dit que ce n'était pas possible à un prix similaire. Pourtant, il y avait maximum 6 chambres louées dans tout l'hôtel. Comme il y avait des disponibilités, un dimanche soir 19:00, je pense qu'il y aurait eu moyen d'être accomodant. Une chambre ou une autre quand l'hôtel est vide. Pour un prochain séjour, j'irai probablement ailleurs.

Reviewed May 18, 2025Le son du bar était si fort que nous avons dû changer de chambre à 22h avec deux jeunes enfants car le son était épouvantable. Visiblement, on ventait l’endroit pour la famille mais c’est un endroit pour faire le party entre ami jusqu’à 3h du matin. La deuxième chambre sentait la moisissure et l’air climatisé était très bruyante. De la rouille dans la salle de bain et à la piscine. Besoin de beaucoup d’amour. Le lit était confortable et il y avait un micro-ondes, ce qui était pratique.

Also the ridiculous amount of room deposit of 150$ and another charge of 250$ if I smoke in the room?! That’s ridiculously discriminatory, I think. So dissatisfied. I hope I get good sleep at least.

Our room was clean, view of the river, beds were incredibly comfortable, bar was fun, restaurant had great food and service and we enjoyed the mini golf. Would absolutely recommend.

A hockey team was there during my stay, kids were running up and down the hallway til 12:30-1 am. Room was clean. Good breakfast restaurant with reasonable prices if you opt out of the continental breakfast.
