Appartement confortable, et fonctionnel, literie confortable , de qualité. Personnel agréable et disponible. Complexe avec jolies piscines. Toutefois l appartement mériterait une petite renovation , la table de la terrasse correspond à 2 personnes pas plus. Les jardiniers qui passent la tondeuse et debrousailleuse thermique à 8h15 (1 fois/sem) Et le problème de canalisation , on entend les vides d air dans la cuisine lorsque les voisins de dessus utilsent l eau. Nous avons passé un bon sejour sur minorque

L’ hôtel est très agréable et très pratique . Il y a un arrêt de bus devant l’ hotel et la plage crique Pices à 2 min à pied . On voit la mer du premier étage . La réception est ouverte 24h/24h et il y a un bar restaurant et deux belles piscines. L’ endroit est calme .

The hotel is extremely clean and well equipped with AC. It's perfect for a weekend getaway!

Bad smell from the bathroom. Kitchen equipment quite old and in bad shape. A lot of things were dirty when we arrived such as the table and kitchen equipment. Communication was unclear. We didn‘t know, when we would get new towels/sheets or what happens to our waste for example. We had to dispose our waste ourselves.

Accueil et personnel sympathique et discret. Logement propre, draps et serviettes changées deux fois dans la semaine. Piscine au top, et la partie restaurant est également agréable. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Nous sommes arrivés juste avant l’ouverture de la saison (15juin), nous avons loué un scooter juste à côté de l’hôtel, nous avons passé un séjour incroyable, les criques sont vraiment magnifiques, le personnel de l’établissement est très agréable, merci à Alexis pour les petites adresses. Un hôtel qui a un peu vieilli c'est sûr mais on s'y sent bien. Le confort est rustique et rudimentaire mais tout est propre. L'accueil est très bon. Tout à proximité, les commerces, les restaurants, les magnifiques criques. J'ai beaucoup aimé cet endroit.

Tres agreable sejour dans cette partie de l ile. L'apparthotel est tres bien, propre, literie tres correcte, une belle piscine agrémente ce lieu. L'accueil est chaleureux et rapide. Alex est de bon conseil et parle francais. Le village est dynamique en soirée. Les restaurants sont bons et des animations sont proposées dans certains d entre eux. Je recommande vivement ce village a qq pas de Ciuatella et cet appartement

Pros: quiet, good staff, location is good Cons: Hotel is a bit old, no air conditioning in the room (but the living room has), swimming pool is nice but needs cleaning. Overall the stay was good, 7/10

L'hôtel mériterait peut-être un petit rafraîchissement, mais il est quand même très bien. L'appartement spacieux, la piscine en rentrant le soir très appréciable... La personne à la réception était très gentille et très arrangeante. Très bon séjour.

Demasiado calor en la habitación. La humedad es brutal, es como estar en un baño turco. Solo se estaba agusto en la terraza cuando no daba el sol. Todo está bastante anticuado.

Quite a nice little apartment, comfort was what you'd expect for the cost, wasn't dreadful, wasn't opulence, very chilled out atmosphere there, limited bar, may have been down to visiting in May. Good location, would return.

Un aparthotel super correcto y el personal increíble, siempre atento por si tenías algún inconveniente y con una sonrisa en los ojos (por la mascarilla) que te hace sentir como en casa

Se debería de actualizar el mobiliario instalaciones en general, para ir con amigos y estar poco tiempo en el alojamiento bien pero para familias y pasar parte del tiempo allí no, mejor otro

Struttura datata, avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturazione totale. Negli appartamenti manca l'aria condizionata e nelle notti molto calde è difficile dormire in quanto il ventilatore non è sufficiente. Abbiamo avuto un problema con il motorino noleggiato: una notte ci hanno rubato gli specchietti nel parcheggio della struttura e la gestione del problema è stata a dir poco imbarazzante... La prima impiegata ci ha detto che non poteva fare niente e che non ci sono telecamere. Abbiamo parlato con una seconda receptionist che almeno ci ha fornito un modulo di reclamo per il dipartimento del turismo (chissà se la nostra segnalazione sarà presa in carico). Una struttura così grande deve garantire la sicurezza dei suoi ospiti, dovrebbe essere prevista una vigilanza notturna

Desde luego que es la primera y última vez que me alojaré en este apartamento . La limpieza mala Las camas son muy duras y nos son nada cómodas el el ventilador que te dan es de muy mala calidad y encima tienes que abonar 10 euros , para secador de pelo lo mismo hay que pagar 10 euros para. Que te dejen utilizarlo, la limpiadora se le olvidó Dejarnos toallas , cambió las sábanas y súper mal arreglado las camas no había ni espejo. Solo un espejo en el baño y ese súper alto qué apenas llego para verme maquillar. El armario más roto imposible … Desde luego que le falta mejorar y mucho yo pienso que no era de dos estrellas era de 0 estrellas por que fui a otros alojamientos de 2 estrellas y le daba mil vueltas en limpieza organización en todo había espejos secador aire acondicionado no ventilador … esperó que mejore por el bienestar de los clientes Por que por 100 euros las noches la verdad que me parece muy caro por la poca cosa que era el hotel

Según Hotels.com, la entrada al alojamiento podía ser realizada a las 13:00, nos tuvieron esperando hasta las 14:00 La limpieza dejó mucho que desear, suelos sucios, pelos por todas partes. En 8 días cambiaron la basura 1 vez, y tuvimos que bajar a pedir papel higiénico… Una noche hubo tormenta y el apartamento tiene goteras. Pago 900€ muy a gusto cuando se me dan unos mínimos. Aquí, no se cumplieron.

La piscina y las vistas de la puesta de sol

Me gusto la piscina . Lo que no me gustó fue la falta de limpieza , el primer día estaba limpio los demás días no se dignaron a limpiar l habitación ni poner jabón solo cambiaban las toallas .

El apartamento limpio pero a la cocina le falta mucho menaje. La piscina a menudo estaba sucia. El personal muy amable. Muy buen comunicado con transporte público y muy cerca de cuatro calas magníficas

La estancia como tal, no ha estado mal. Podrían mejorar la limpieza de los apartamentos ya que de los 7 días que hemos estado, han pasado solo dos días y no han barrido ni fregado. Por otra parte el desayuno en el apartahotel no merece la pena contratarlo, ya que es un desayuno cerrado en el que solo eliges cómo quieres los huevos y el sabor del zumo.

Funcionales pero con bastante uso. Necesitarial alguna reforma y actualizacion. El personal agradable y muy resolutivo

Super séjour de 7 nuits, appartement tout confort, vue mer au 2ème et dernier étage ! Peu être parfois bruyant

Tenemos sentimientos encontrados por lo siguiente: 1. Al llegar el apartamento estaba bien limpio y tenía buena pinta en general... la cama es normal, ni cómoda ni incómoda, aunque si tenéis pensado dormir en el sofa-cama, ni os lo planteéis, es horrible. 2. El complejo de apartamentos en general es bonito, sobretodo la recepción, la cual está reformada y bonita y con aire acondicionado, lo que haría falta básicamente en las habitaciones. 3. Nos ha parecido muy mal que no hubiera ni un triste bote de sal, ni aceite, ni champú, en general, cosas básicas para los que vamos a pasar 4-5 días, por lo que lo tienes que comprar tú misma, lo que es un inconveniente por que después, a no ser que factures equipaje, o lo tiras o lo dejas ahí. 4. La señalización de la obligatoriedad del uso de la mascarilla estaba muy bien dispuesta, pero dependiendo del empleado que estuviese en ese momento se cumplía o no, y eso que en la recepción se esta de maravilla con el aire acondicionado. 5. Por último pero no menos importante, no teníamos bolsas de basura para reponer en la habitación, y nos la cambiaron el quinto día, por lo que si tenéis pensado hacer alguna comida en el apartamento, tendréis que vivir con el olor a basura, además de que nos ha parecido totalmente necesario el cambio de los utensilios de cocina, que parece que llevan ahí ya varios años.

Gustarme nada en especial. Y no gustarme lo mal cuidado que está todo y las sábanas y toallas rotas. Muy viejo y despreocupado. Una pena.

Me gusto el complejo en general, los apartamentos antiguos pero aceptables, TV antigua y mala señal de antena. Limpieza muy justita habia hormigas en baño y cocina

Los apartamnetos son sencillos pero funcionsles y bien situados. Personsl muy amable. La limpieza se hizo un par de veces en dias alternos en los primeros días, a la hors de ls siesta. Ya no volvieron más. Los apartamentos de prinera planta tienen la terrazs totslmente descubierta, sin toldo, y da mucho sol. No se puede usar hasta por la noche. Piscina agradable pero todo enlosado, sin hierba.

The apartments were really well looked after . The staff was friendly. It is a great way to have a relaxing holiday experience. The reception has alot of different brochures for site seeing and exploring Ciutadella. I will definitely recommend this.

Rooms were excellent. Very roomy and clean. separate bedroom, bathroom and studio kitchen/diner with balcony. Sun beds are static not adjustable which becomes uncomfortable if using for long periods. The resort has plenty of choice for food but not many Spanish bars. Best bar is Casual (Watch out for Thor the Rotweiler - He's lovely) Best places to eat - Breakfast - Castaway and Evening - Haiti

We booked here after a quiet break two years ago. We booked the same week again and it seems that a lot of other couples had heard of the apartments' popularity as there were a lot more guests than previously. However, that didn't detract from our holiday. We had a similarly relaxing time and plan on returning there again in the future, more than likely on the same week. Whilst the facilities are basic, and with no entertainment on during our stay (2nd week in September), that suited us down to the ground. There is a small bar on site serving bar snacks. All accommodation is self-catering and with enough supermarkets within walking distance, you can easily cater for breakfast and lunch. With a large selection of restaurants close by there are plenty of options available for evening meals too. We hired a car for the week and explored a couple of places on the island including the old and new capitals. Everywhere is within easy reach as there is only one main road running the length of the island with several spurs to the resorts on the north and south of the island. There are lots of beautiful places to explore - it's a lovely island. All in all, a place we want to return to again and again.

No gym as on website, basic rooms but have enough cooking essentials. Could do with updating appliances and bottle opener. Only 1 fan in room ,air conditioning extra . TV you pay for 1 euro an hour but mainly Spanish tv. Safes are located in reception not the room and you pay for them. Resort great location for shops and restaurants but no good beaches ,you have to bus ride to them.

for the price we paid we were very pleasantly suprised. good view from room. Good location easy to get around. Good size room and good size bathroom. kitchen facility was good for the money, well kitted out. could have done with air con but again for the money no complaints. reception staff very helpful, room very clean and suprised maid came twice in one week. A good stay but glad we went when we did, as as we were leaving hundreds of teenages came due to spanish schools end of term !

I have stayed at this hotel twice now, its a basic 2 * self catering situated in a great location, not too far from whats going on, yet far enough away that you get a great nights sleep. Perfcet for a family get away or like me a girly holiday :D
