Les sanitaires sont à refaire, il faut un renouvellement électrique, les équipements de la salle de bain. L'isolement de bruit par rapport à l'extérieur est inexistant.

La femme de chambre ne fait pas son travail . Elle ne change rien ni draps ni les couvertures ni les oreillées .Les portes du balcon : impossible de les fermer on sortant de la chambre on prenait tous nos affaire avec nous... il faut enlever les housses pour voir comment il sont sales (Oreillées).

I have been staying at this hotel each year for 14 years and clearly no money has been spent on it. To start I had booked a twin room, which ended up being a double bed with a camp bed supplied. I was told on arrival that it was a preference. Correct my preference, not the hotels! The zircon in the room did not work and the other 3 rooms I booked. The towels were threadbare and 3 of the rooms had no shower curtains. Still the same old bedding covers I remember 14 years ago.

The hotel is in a good location, about a 4 minute walk to the beach. It is also situated close to the bus station with a local shop over the other side of the road and plenty of cafes and bars within a couple of minutes walk . The.hotel.l itself is spotlessly clean. The staff are very friendly the breakfast and food is great at the hotel as well as the bar at the front of the hotel along with a cafe both attached to the hotel. There is a bar situated just next to the pool area, and waiter service is available. The pool is very clean, and the sunbeds all have a cushioned top on them. There is a new paddle court for people to use. All in all, I would rate this hotel and facilities 9 out of 10

The beds are a little firm for my liking, but I still go back as you can't please. Everyone wishes bed preference wise, which is really the only reason I didn't give it 10 out of 10

L'entretien des chambres vetustes laisse à désirer...vieilles baignoires...cuvette de WC cassée...coffre fort qu'on ne peut pas ouvrir...et porte fenêtre du balcon trés difficile à manoeuvrer.

The location was good.

The room wasn’t clean at all.. the sheet were re-used, they just make the bed and keep the sheet used by other guests, with hair on them and lipstick. The floor is so dirty and full of sand, we asked twice for someone to mope it, and no one did it, they came and did the bed and left. The shower had no curten and the water goes everywhere when we use it, we asked at the reception about these things, and they just say they will fix them, but nothing has been fixed for the 3 days we were there.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. When we arrived, we were given a room that was extremely dirty, full of humidity, and completely inappropriate for guests. The shower was full of mold, and the overall condition of the room was shocking. After complaining, they eventually gave us another room that was a little better, but this actually made the situation even more frustrating. Why do guests have to complain before being given a reasonably acceptable room? The second room was also not comparable to the room/category we paid for. It felt like the hotel only reacted after we complained instead of providing an acceptable room from the beginning. The towels were another issue. Some were **dirty**, and when we asked for clean towels, we were told around **11–12 o'clock that they were not ready yet**. At other hotels, clean towels are available early and basic amenities are simply taken care of without guests having to repeatedly ask. And the breakfast was another shock. I actually found a worm in my breakfast(in the soap). This is completely unacceptable from a hygiene perspective. Finding something like that in food is not something you expect or should ever have to experience in a hotel. Before booking this hotel, I had actually read reviews from other guests complaining about cleanliness and the condition of the rooms. At the time, I thought perhaps they were exaggerating or being overly critical. Unfortunately, after experiencing it myself, I now regret not taking those reviews seriously. I should have learned from their experience. Overall, the experience showed a serious lack of cleanliness, hygiene, attention to detail, and respect for paying guests. A hotel should not wait for customers to complain before providing a clean and acceptable room. I would strongly recommend thinking twice before booking this hotel. Based on my experience, I would definitely not stay here again.

The cleaning staff were polite, and the porter and security guard at the front of the hotel were friendly, helpful and pleasant.

⭐ 1/5 – Extremely disappointing stay at Odyssey Park Hotel, Agadir My stay at Odyssey Park Hotel in Agadir was honestly appalling and I would never stay here again. From the moment we arrived, there were problems. For the first three days, I repeatedly requested an iron for the room. Despite asking several times, I was not provided with one until day 3 and when I called the reception she hung up on me. When I first entered the bedroom, the air conditioning was not working, and the vents were visibly covered in thick dust. This was completely unacceptable and made the room uncomfortable. Another major disappointment was the hotel’s advertised gym and spa facilities. The hotel presented these facilities in its information and photographs, but when we arrived, there was no gym or spa available. We were not informed beforehand that these facilities were unavailable. When we asked the staff, we were simply told to “go out for a spa.” This is not what you expect when you have chosen and paid for a hotel based on the facilities advertised. I would strongly advise people not to rely on the photographs when booking this hotel, as my experience did not match what was advertised. The pool was also extremely disappointing. It is very small and, in my opinion, not fit for purpose. There was also a serious hygiene concern when someone at the pool cut their toe and there was blood around the pool area and leading up to restaurant area. It took over three hours for this to be properly cleaned up, which I found extremely concerning. The breakfast was not acceptable and there was very little that made it enjoyable. There was also no all-inclusive option, and if you wanted to eat at the restaurant, you had to pay separately. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. The facilities, cleanliness, service and communication were nowhere near what I expected from the hotel’s advertising.

La proprete. Nettoyage fais en 2 min. Saleté dans la salle de bain qu on lave pas et dans la chambre. Les buffets matins et soir peu variés. Le personnel a la reception parle à peine français et ne sont pas là pour satisfaire le client mais juste pour encaisser. Pour un hotel 5 etoiles c etait tres decevant.

Unfortunately, the hotel is in serious need of modernization and general maintenance. The overall standard was below what we expected, and several issues affected the comfort of our stay. There was an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom, and we had to change rooms because the air conditioning in our original room was not working. The general level of cleanliness also needs significant improvement. Another frustrating issue was the housekeeping practice. At around 10:00 a.m., while we were still asleep, the cleaners would call the room and knock on the door simply to ask whether we required housekeeping service. This happened without any prior arrangement and unnecessarily disturbed our sleep. Guests should be allowed to rest without being woken up just to be asked whether they need their room cleaned. Overall, the hotel requires substantial refurbishment, better maintenance, improved cleanliness, and more professional housekeeping procedures. In its current condition, it does not meet the standard we would expect from a good-quality hotel.

Acceptable as a budget option, located on a main road. Nice staff at the bar and breakfast. Beautiful exterior, nice pools and garden. The best thing is that the shisha lounge is just one step to the left of the main entrance. If you can overlook the beaten-up toilet, bath and sink, it’s good value for money. You can also leave your suitcases in storage after checkout.

A major renovation would be a good idea, especially the bathrooms. Not acceptable to sell a stained toilet as a four star hotel stay.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéal, la piscine et jardin sont biens.

La propreté des chambres, l'humidité et la moisissure nous a empêché de dormir sans ouvrir les fenêtres. Équipements vieux a renouvelés. L’attente a l'arrivée n’est pas bien géré il faut faire un grand effort sur ce point, temps d'attente minimum de 2 heures.

⭐ Une seule étoile — Très mauvaise expérience Malheureusement, notre séjour dans cet hôtel a été une expérience très décevante et désagréable à tous les niveaux. Nous ne pensons pas y retourner. La propreté était très mauvaise : la chambre n’était pas dans l’état attendu à l’arrivée, et les oreillers dégageaient une odeur désagréable et persistante. De plus, la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas, ce qui a rendu le séjour particulièrement inconfortable. Concernant le personnel de la réception, leur attitude était loin d’être professionnelle et accueillante. Au lieu d’écouter nos problèmes et d’essayer de trouver des solutions, nous n’avons pas senti suffisamment d’attention ni de respect. Le comportement de certaines femmes de ménage était également inconfortable : nous avons remarqué qu’elles fixaient les clients et ne faisaient pas preuve du professionnalisme attendu. Ce qui nous a particulièrement déçus concerne le lit bébé. Lors de la réservation, nous avions clairement demandé qu’un lit bébé soit mis à disposition, mais il n’était pas présent à notre arrivée. Lorsque nous avons signalé son absence au personnel, leur réaction a été de rire au lieu de s’excuser ou de proposer une solution. Nous avons trouvé cela totalement inapproprié et non professionnel, d’autant plus qu’il s’agissait d’un besoin concernant un bébé. En résumé : chambre sale, oreillers malodorants, climatisation en panne, comportement non professionnel et manque d’attention aux problèmes des clients. Honnêtement, je ne recommande pas cet hôtel à ceux qui recherchent un séjour confortable et un service respectueux. Il existe une grande différence entre les photos et les annonces, et l’expérience que nous avons réellement vécue. J’espère que la direction prendra ces remarques au sérieux, car l’hôtel doit clairement améliorer la propreté, la maintenance, l’accueil et la manière dont les clients sont traités.

My second time at this hotel, I get good prices by booking one day before. Big beds, comfortable, swimming pool is nice, close to the beach and near nice restaurants.

Hotel von außen gut, Eingangshalle sehr schön, Hotelbars sehr gut. Die Katzen im Hotel sind wunderbar und es ist gut, wenn das Personal sich um sie kümmert.

Zimmer: direkt beim reinkommen riecht man den schimmel. Wir hatten keine Duschvorhang und Duschen war nicht möglich, ohne das Bad zu überfluten. Hotel ist generell sehr alt und runtergekommen. Die Putzfrauen können gar nicht so viel putzen, weil es einfach alles so abgenutzt ist, wird es gar nicht sauber. Leider werden auch so alte Wischer benutzt, dass es zwar gewischt aussieht, aber in Wirklichkeit total dreckig ist (ich bin im Zimmer barfuß gewesen und der Blick auf meine Füße versetzte mich in einen Schock: Pechschwarze Füße nach nur 1 Stunde barfußlaufen im eigenen Zimmer). Das Frühstück war bescheiden an Auswahl. Das an sich ist ja nicht so schlimm. Aber die kleine Auswahl die es gab, war noch nicht einmal lecker. Das junge Mädel, dass die Pfannekuchen zubereitete war sehr unfreundlich und legte mir die Pfannekuchen mit den Händen auf meinen Teller. Das größte Problem: Die Toilette unseres Zimmers war undicht und unser Badboden war vollgelaufen mit Toilettenwasser. Ich habe es der Rezeption gemeldet, sie wollte einen Techniker schicken. 1 Stunde später war das Bad immer noch voller Toilettenwasser. Erneuter Gang zur Rezeption. Die Dame sagte mir, der Techniker hätte es sich angeschaut, aber könnte nichts machen, weil ihm ein bestimmtes Teil fehle. Wir müssten bis morgen warten. Wir könnten ins ein anderes Zimmer ziehen und ich sagte ok. Aber da sagte sie, dass es erst am nächsten Tag ginge. Ich sagte, ok, aber sie sollen uns wenigstens den Boden wischen. 1 Stunde später Bad immer noch mit Toilettenwasser überflutet, da niemand kam, um es sauber zu machen. Erneuter Gang zur Rezeption. 1 Stunde später immer noch nichts. Erneuter Gang zur Rezeption mit der Bitte, dass das Bad gereinigt wird, da wir es nivht betreten können mit so viel Klowasser auf dem Boden. Die Rezeptionistin sagte, sie hätten so spät abends keine Putzfrau. Ich bat um einen Wischmob, damit ich es selbst machen kann.

There was no hot water. Bathtub was discusting dented and rusted. Whole bathroom needs ripping out. The room was moist probably from aircon leek. The bad slats were broken and sink tap not fixed properly. Simply handyman disaster. Good handyman with decent budget could actually fix all this. Simply outside feels like 4 stars, rooms feel like 2 stars.

1 étoile, et encore, parce qu’il est impossible d’en mettre 0. Je tiens à faire part de ma profonde déception concernant cet établissement et surtout de mon incompréhension face à l’absence totale de réaction de la direction. Je ne suis pas le genre de client à me plaindre pour un détail ou à attendre des prestations irréalistes. En revanche, lorsqu’il est question d’hygiène, de sécurité et de conditions minimales de séjour, j’estime qu’un hôtel doit être irréprochable. Dès notre arrivée, plusieurs problèmes étaient déjà présents : pas de papier toilette, très peu d’eau chaude, draps sales, sable dans le lit et cheveux à côté du lit. Nous avons pourtant fait preuve de patience. Mais au 3ᵉ jour, la situation est devenue totalement inacceptable. Une fuite est apparue dans la salle de bain. Nous n’avions plus d’eau chaude. Une odeur de moisissure était présente et de l’eau provenant des toilettes stagnait au sol à cause de la fuite. Le problème a été signalé. Et malgré cela, aucune intervention digne de ce nom. Nous avons attendu qu’une personne intervienne. Rien. Nous avons donc passé une nuit dans ces conditions et avons été contraints de faire chauffer de l’eau avec la bouilloire de la chambre afin de pouvoir simplement nous laver. Je pose donc une question très simple à la direction : Estimez-vous réellement qu’un client doit passer une nuit dans une chambre avec une fuite, de l’eau stagnante au sol, une odeur de moisissure et sans eau chaude ? Et surtout, pourquoi aucun responsable ne s’est-il déplacé ? Le 4ᵉ jour, nous avons finalement décidé de quitter l’établissement afin de préserver notre santé et notre sécurité. Lorsque nous avons demandé qu’un manager intervienne, la réponse qui nous a été donnée à l’accueil, en arabe, était en substance qu’il fallait attendre et qu’aucun manager ne se déplacerait pour ce problème. C’est probablement ce qui m’a le plus choqué. Un problème technique peut arriver dans n’importe quel hôtel.

Great location and extremely friendly staff! The hotel is in a perfect location—the city center, the promenade/boulevard, the beach, and public transport are all just minutes away. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it to everyone!

It was very convenient and enjoyable to stay so centrally and locally. Unfortunately, the service was a completely different story. First of all, I want to mention Mohammed, who was incredibly helpful and genuinely deserves recognition. There are also two men standing outside the hotel who help guests with their luggage. They were both very helpful and kind. If you have any problems during your stay, I strongly recommend speaking to these gentlemen or going directly to the manager rather than relying on the reception staff. Unfortunately, our experience with the reception was extremely poor. There are two women working at the reception who were, frankly, very rude and unhelpful. One of them was named Sara or Sanna (I am not completely sure of the name). When I explained that we had not been given any towels, she simply shrugged her shoulders and said, “Not my problem.” The other receptionist told me that she would give me bed sheets so that I could go to the room and make the bed myself because the room had not been properly cleaned. This is simply not acceptable service. We paid to stay at this hotel for an entire week, and it was not cheap. As paying guests, we expected a basic level of cleanliness, hospitality and respect. We also booked a room with two single beds but were given a double bed instead. After repeatedly complaining, we were eventually moved to a ground-floor room, even though we had clearly stated that we absolutely did not want to stay on the ground floor. To make matters worse, the patio door in this room was broken and could not be locked. This meant that anyone could potentially enter and leave our room through the garden. As two women travelling alone, this made us feel extremely unsafe.

The breakfast was another disappointment. On our first day, there was no msemen and no croissants, and overall the breakfast was extremely poor.

Nothing, this was by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Please avoid it at all costs. Don’t suffer the way I did.

The property staff were rude and obnoxious, terrible, the rooms were never cleaned, during our whole stay. The bathrooms were unsafe and the air conditioning ever worked in any room we were in. The site has an on site club which plays bass music until the early hours of the morning. Awful if you’re trying to sleep. They don’t let you bring bottled water from outside, and don’t replace towels or toiletries. I spent the vast majority of my time in the foyer as the wifi in the hotel room didn’t work. And when I reported this they didn’t believe me and then ultimately came to fix it the next day. The breakfast offer poor, the pool and other facilities poor still. Save your money and avoid this place.

Hotelkamer was erg vies! Voeten waren na 5 min zwart door de vieze vloer. Badkamer vol schimmel, handdoeken zaten vieze bruine vlekken op en roken niet fris. Nice location and the pool was very nice.

Our room was above the evening night club and the music was loud until 1:30. The service only left one towel in the room even after requesting more. One room was booked for three people And they gave us one bed and said they didn’t have other options.

J'ai pas aimé le buffet merci de bien assurer une nourriture saine comme des jus naturels et plus de variété de fruits et remplacer des cuillères en plastique par des cuillères en métal.

Chambre réservée avec 2 lits non respecté. Chambre vetuste Qualité du petit déjeuner peu varié et connaissant très bien le Maroc peut mieux faire.

L’emplacement est vraiment excellent : l’hôtel est très bien situé, à proximité de la mer et de la ville. C’est très pratique pour profiter des alentours et se déplacer facilement.

Très décevant pour un hôtel 4 étoiles Chambre sale à notre arrivée : salle de bain rouillée et tachée, portes sales, serviettes tachées de rouge à lèvres et de rouille et sol sale. Douche très abîmée, avec une très faible pression d’eau et aucun rideau de douche malgré la présence d’une tringle. Le service a également été décevant : serviettes récupérées le matin mais remplacées seulement vers 20 h, après environ deux heures d’attente. A fuir

Very disappointing experience – the hotel needs a serious renovation Unfortunately, our experience at Odyssee Park was quite disappointing. The hotel clearly needs a major update and investment. Most of the equipment and facilities feel very old and outdated, and honestly, it feels like the hotel has barely changed since the days when it was called Ali Baba. As a guest, you can really feel that the owner is not willing to invest enough money to give the hotel a fresh, modern image. It is a shame because the property has potential, but it is being left behind instead of being renewed and improved. The service was another major issue. During breakfast, we had to wait around 10 minutes just to get an empty cup or basic tableware. There were not even that many guests at the hotel, so it was difficult to understand why the service was so slow and why there were not enough cups and utensils available. The reception service was particularly disappointing. We arrived around 4:30 PM, but we did not get our room until around 6:00 PM. Waiting that long after arriving at the hotel was frustrating, especially when the hotel was not particularly busy. Overall, the service felt extremely slow and poorly organized. The hotel really needs to invest in its facilities, refresh its image and, most importantly, improve the quality and efficiency of its service. With proper renovation and better management, this property could be much better.

Kein Spa/Wellness obwohl in Beschreibung bei der Buchung angegeben, Zimmer nicht sauber kaum Handtücher Balkon sehr verstaubt Frühstück Naja,Teller nicht sauber,Gläser und Tassen immer knapp,so daß man ewig auf neue Gläser und Tassen warten musste Personal an der Rezeption unfreundlich und höchst unprofessionell
