Camere nuovissime, arredate con cura e pensate per essere funzionali. Letto estremamente comodo e dimensione della stanza decisamente ampia. Asciugamani, lenzuola e accappatoi nuovissimi e profumati. Parcheggio al coperto molto comodo e accesso diretto alla reception.

Innanzitutto il room service: 14€ per una colazione striminzita portata in camera 45 minuti dopo la richiesta, su un tavolino tutto sgangherato. I caffè erano freddi e non macchiati come richiesto. Per arrivare dalla reception all'ala nuova dell'edificio - dove era situata la nostra stanza - si doveva passare da una sala meeting e da diversi lunghi corridoi. Non proprio immediato. Gli animali non sono ammessi. Nel bagno, poi, mancava il sapone per il bidet (considerato che toilette e bidet sono in una stanzina a parte rispetto a doccia e lavandino, era necessario provvedere). Mancava anche la cuffia per i capelli e il beauty kit, che in un 4 stelle dovrebbe esserci. Qualche difficoltà con i tasti delle luci: tanti, forse troppi. E con l'aria condizionata un po' troppo fredda nonostante il tentativo di regolarla manualmente. L'hotel è vicinissimo alla zona dell'aeroporto ma intorno è una zona industriale abbastanza squallida e desolata. Noi ci siamo fermati solo di passaggio per una notte ma se la si sceglie come punto di appoggio per visitare Verona, non è comodissima.

Super Hotel mit Ambiente Tolles Pool und essen

We had a wonderful stay at this elegant hotel in Verona. The entire property is beautiful, and the combination of a modern hotel and a historic former monastery has been done exceptionally well. The atmosphere is truly special and very stylish. The outdoor pool is great (unfortunately, we couldn't use it due to our limited time), and our room was spacious, very clean and quiet. The breakfast was also excellent, especially by Italian standards. There was a good selection, the cappuccino was delicious, and even the scrambled eggs were served hot – something that is not always the case at hotel buffets. Another big plus is the very convenient underground parking with spacious parking spaces right next to the hotel. We were travelling with a hybrid car and were even able to charge it overnight free of charge, which was a fantastic bonus. Unfortunately, we only stayed for one night – far too short for such a beautiful hotel. We would definitely come back and highly recommend it.

The only small downside was that the room felt slightly dated, and we would have appreciated a little more storage space in the bathroom.

The hotel is pretty in combining both historical and modern style

There should be more water refilled stands available in each floor as we only see one in our floor that is quite inconvenient . The room we booked is a deluxe twin room with statement of overlooking the garden but we were placed in a room 127 with looking at the road and people’s houses. Since we checked in late at around 9:30pm with a child that we didn’t want to make a fuss for any change. Would be better to have a room with garden view as it stated as it looks much more comfortable with the rooms looking into their garden, they have a beautiful garden.

To call it an airport hotel feels wrong as it is very much more than that: a peaceful converted monastery with beautiful gardens, a spa and also an outside pool from which I watched the sunset. Very friendly helpful staff.

Ce que nous avons aimé L’hôtel est vraiment très beau, confortable et agréable. Malgré sa proximité avec l’aéroport, nous n’avons absolument pas été gênés par le bruit des avions dans la chambre, ce qui est appréciable. Le cadre reste étonnamment naturel et reposant compte tenu de sa situation. Le petit déjeuner est bien garni et propose beaucoup de choix, même si la qualité de certains produits pourrait être améliorée.

Ce que nous avons moins aimé Notre séjour a malheureusement été gâché par une nuit particulièrement difficile. Nous avons été installés juste à côté d’une famille avec un enfant en bas âge qui a pleuré une grande partie de la nuit. Dans un établissement de cette taille et de cette catégorie, je trouve dommage que l’attribution des chambres ne tienne pas davantage compte de ce type de situation, notamment lorsqu’un couple réserve une chambre avec accès au spa, à un tarif qui suppose justement une certaine tranquillité. Nous avions choisi cet hôtel comme une véritable halte pour nous reposer et nous ressourcer, et cela n’a malheureusement pas été possible. C’est d’autant plus regrettable que l’établissement est réellement très beau et avait tout pour nous laisser un excellent souvenir.

Property looks lovely not a typical airport hotel. Unfortunately our flight was delayed 5 hours which meant we didn’t get to the hotel until 2.45am so didn’t experience it properly. We only had 1 night there anyway but turned out to be only a few hours. However when I messaged ahead to let them know the delay they got straight back to me and it was no bother. We walked from the airport which is about 15mins. Breakfast was wonderful and they were so accommodating they extended check out for us until midday no charge.

Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und freundlich! Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und sehr umfangreich.

Bei unserer Ankunft wurde uns ein DZ zugewiesen in welchem man das Fenster gar nicht bzw. nur sehr wenig öffnen konnte. Nachdem wir um ein anderes Zimmer (im Altbau) baten, bekamen wir ein Zimmer mit Wannenbad. In diese Badewanne kommt eine 89-jährige Frau einfach nicht hinein, geschweige denn heraus. Sehr gefährlich ist es zudem!! Demzufolge war der Preis für das Zimmer einfach nicht gerechtfertigt.

This hotel is lovely and modern, spacious rooms with electric blinds on the windows, a huge shower, lovely lighting, efficient air con and comfortable beds. The food and wine in the restaurant is reasonably priced and delicious. The only downside if you are a tourist is that there is no shuttle into Verona (only to and from the airport for your transfer) and so you have to walk 15 mins to the airport to catch the airlink bus. We bought a 72 hour ticket for €22 which gets you on most buses int he area. We got used to it though and the pool was a massive bonus which you don’t always get in a city hotel. The pool car serves drinks and food which again was delicious and reasonable.

An extraordinary hotel experience from start to finish! Everything was exceptionally clean, modern, and beautifully designed. The staff were incredibly friendly. The hotel had everything we needed and more. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a modern, spotless, and comfortable hotel. We would definitely come back!

Avant de réserver, nous avons eu un doute sur le fait que l'hôtel soit juste à côté d'un aéroport. L'endroit est d'un calme incroyable. Pas de nuisances sonores. L'hôtel est magnifique et d'une propreté exemplaire. Le personnel est d'une gentillesse vraie et sincère. Pas de faux sourires. Je salue le personnel de salle du petit déjeuner qui est au petit soin chaque matin malgré certains clients sans éducation, ni savoir vivre. Je remercie le personnel de nettoyage et d'entretien qui fait un travail soigné. Ils n'attendent pas que l'on réclame. Ils agissent spontanément.

Le personnel de la piscine est très gentil, mais ne fait pas respecter les règles de manière équilibrée. Ce sont des jeunes qui se relaient et qui ne sont pas toujours cohérents. Rien de bien grave mais ils manquent d'observation. Les pieds des parasols n'étaient pas nettoyés, mais ce n'est peut-être pas leur rôle de le faire.. je le permets d'écrire cette critique car il y a un petit décalage entre le soin apporté dans l'hôtel et celui de la piscine. Ce qui ne veut pas dire que ce n'est pas bien.

The air conditioning in the room was not working properly and the temperature remained around 25°C throughout my stay. The room itself was very old-fashioned and dated. I later discovered that the hotel has a newer block with much larger, modern rooms near the outdoor pool, available for the same price, which was frustrating to find out afterwards. The most upsetting part of my stay, however, was my experience in the spa. I had a massage which was honestly the worst I have ever experienced. The therapist seemed extremely inexperienced and the treatment felt more like being lightly stroked than a professional massage. What really shocked me was that during the treatment, the therapist removed the towel and left me lying there completely uncovered. I felt extremely uncomfortable and vulnerable. I did not consent to being left exposed and was very distressed by the situation. I spoke to reception afterwards while extremely upset and in tears. Instead of showing concern or taking my complaint seriously, I was told that it was a “personal thing”. I found this response incredibly dismissive and rude, particularly given how uncomfortable and distressed I was. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience. The room and air conditioning were disappointing for the price, but the spa experience and the way my concern was handled were by far the biggest issues.

Rührei beim Frühstück oft kalt und sehr matschig, Spiegeleier nur gegen Aufpreis. Restaurant: Speisen teilweise nur lauwarm! Eindruck, dass das Essen vorbereitet und später aufgewärmt wird. Pinsa an der Poolbar außen warm, innen jedoch kalt. Durch die Größe des Hotels teilweise sehr lange Wege zu den Zimmern.

W obiekcie znajduje się bardzo duży basen i śliczny sklep z restauracją Signorvino. Jest położony blisko parku rozrywki, który bardzo polecam odwiedzić oraz jest takim miejscem wylotowym dobrym do zwiedzania. Jest bardzo ładny, w szczególności, jeżeli chodzi o części wspólne. Pokoje codziennie są sprzątane i dostaje się nowe ręczniki.

Jeżeli ktoś szuka czegoś bardziej kameralnego to hotel może wydawać mu się duży

Super groot hotel met volledig nieuwe aanbouw. Zeer klassevol/smaakvol ingericht. Redelijk uitgebreid ontbijt, super lekker gegeten in het restaurant naast de wijnwinkel. Zeer vriendelijk personeel, zeer hulpvaardig.

Soms lang wandelen van de B-blok (nieuwe aanbouw) naar originele hotel wanneer je daar moet gaan ontbijten. De tegelvloer van het zwembad was gevaarlijk warm!

Das Zimmer wurde nicht geputzt und auch die Betten wurden nicht gemacht. Das Personal am Empfang war nicht gerade freundlich und sehr unflexibel.

Tout était incroyable, nous avons notamment beaucoup apprécié le spa. Et ne parlons pas de la piscine extérieure, ce fut un moment détente ainsi que ses cocktails délicieux et ces encas qui proposent au bar juste à côté.

Phenomenal experience. From the room - modern, comfortable, very large - to the hotel itself - beautiful, comfortable, great restaurant - and the staff - everyone very kind and helpful. Would certainly come back when in the area.

Only downside was the airco of our room. The airco couldn't be switched off, making the room relatively cold at night. Despite asking for help twice, nothing was done about it (or the team couldn't get it fixed during our stay). As it was incredibly hot outside, it's better that the airco worked too much than it didn't.

Sehr schöne Hotelanlage mit Ambiente in gepflegtem Park, ein warmherziger, deutschsprachiger Empfang, sauberes Zimmer mit bequemem Bett und geräumigem Bad. Sehr vielseitiges Frühstücksbuffet, schöne Poolanlage, Restaurant mit wohlschmeckenden Speisen und mit hochwertiger Weinkarte, Vinothek, viele deutschsprachige TV-Programme, Tiefgarage Wir haben uns rundherum wohlgefühlt.

Der Herr beim Checkout war leider recht unfreundlich.

Abbiamo avuto il piacere di soggiornare in questa splendida struttura a 4 stelle e l'esperienza è stata davvero eccellente. L'hotel è immerso in un contesto curatissimo, con ampi spazi all'aperto, tanto verde, una bellissima piscina e un patio affacciato sulla corte dove è possibile pranzare o cenare in un'atmosfera di assoluto relax e privacy. Molto comoda anche la presenza di due bar, perfetti per concedersi un momento di pausa durante la giornata. Abbiamo soggiornato in una camera Deluxe, ampia e luminosa, con una confortevole zona living dotata di divano, letto king size comodissimo, minibar e un bagno davvero meraviglioso. La pulizia è stata impeccabile, curata in ogni minimo dettaglio. La colazione è stata un altro punto di forza: ricchissima, con un'ampia scelta sia di prodotti dolci che salati. Le torte erano tutte squisite e preparate con grande cura. Un ringraziamento speciale va a tutto il personale, sempre gentile, disponibile e professionale, che ha contribuito a rendere il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Abbiamo inoltre apprezzato moltissimo la SPA, inclusa nel nostro pacchetto e accessibile senza limiti durante tutto il soggiorno: un vero valore aggiunto che ha reso l'esperienza ancora più rilassante. È stato un weekend all'insegna del relax, del benessere e della tranquillità, in una struttura che riesce a coniugare eleganza, comfort e un'accoglienza impeccabile. Un luogo in cui torneremo sicuramente e che consigliamo senza alcuna esitazione.

Sehr ruhig und in völliger Natur gelegenes B&B mit einer sehr netten und hilfsbereiten sowie flexiblen Besitzerin. Dadurch dass eine Essmöglichkeit weit entfernt lag und wir nicht nochmals mit dem Auto wegfahren wollten, erklärte sich die Besitzerin von sich aus freundlicherweise bereit, uns ein Abendessen zu kochen, für das wir sehr dankbar waren.

Sehr kurvige, steile unbefestigte Zufahrtsstrasse mit vielen Schlaglöchern und Unebenheiten, nicht für alle Lenker/innen geeignet. Wir waren mit einem VW Caddy unterwegs, kreuzen auf der Strasse mit entgegenkommendem Verkehr nicht möglich.

Colazione variegata e buona, sala molto carina. Piscina stupenda Cibo di ottima qualità anche al ristorante Signor Vino La Torre, con bellissima location esterna.

- Das Shuttleservice zum Flughafen geht nur bis 22:00 Uhr danach gibt es keine Möglichkeit zum Hotel zu kommen außer ein Taxi zu nehmen. Zu Fuß vom/zum Flughafen fand ich persönlich zu weit bzw. ist es eine abgelegene Gegend. - Nächste Busstation in die Stadt ist 20 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Taxi in die Stadt kostet 30-35€.

Bellissima struttura, camera meravigliosa con pezzi d’arredo ricercati e moderni. Bagno spazioso. Non ho visitato la piscina esterna perché purtroppo siamo rimasti solo una notte ma la Spa è molto bella. Validissima anche la piscina interna riscaldata e jacuzzi all’esterno dell’area Spa. Nulla, tutto perfetto. Forse avremmo preferito un materasso matrimoniale unico anziché due singoli ma forse è sfuggito a me il fatto di poter fare la richiesta.

La struttura è super ! Personale gentile e disponibile anche per le richieste e chiarimenti qui in chat. Per me e mio marito è stato puro relax ; ci siamo concessi una piccola babymoon ( visto l’arrivo della nostra piccolina) e devo dire che ci siamo sentiti super coccolati; avevo chiesto di avere qualche cuscino in più e li ho trovati già in camera, a colazione avevo chiesto se fosse possibile avere le uova un po’ più cotte, essendo in dolce attesa, e mi hanno portato al tavolo un piattino con le uova strapazzate ( so cute !). La colazione abbondante, buonissima e variegata: dalla frutta ai dolci vegani e non, dal salato allo yogurt, il cappuccino e il caffè preparati al momento. Le stanze molto pulite, curate e suggestive, noi affacciavamo sul cortile dove c’era anche il ristorante SignorVino e che di sera emanava un’atmosfera bellissima. Abbiamo provato sia la piscina esterna che la spa interna e devo dire che la spa già mi manca tantissimo soprattutto la piscina con acqua salata, cascate cervicali e la jacuzzi. Non vedo l’ora di tornare !!!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

We stayed for 5 nights at this hotel. Hotel was spotless clean in all areas . Room was a great size. Really nice selection for breakfast 🥞 available. Pool area lots of space great pool bar . Towels provided. Pool open from 9-8 daily pool bar 12-6 . Restaurant at hotel nice food an ok price. Hotel is located 10 mins from airport. There is a shuttle bus which hotel provides to get to the airport you can also walk which was 15 mins ish. You can get bus from airport to Verona for 14 euros return. Also Lake Garda . This hotel really worked for us as after walking and sight seeing could relax by the pool. It was my birthday 🎈 while staying at hotel my husband arranged flowers fruit which was a lovely touch. L'hôtel est un labyrinthe, il n'est pas facile de repérer son chemin malgré les panneaux indicateurs. Il se situe dans une zone d'activités pas très jolie mais une fois entrés dans l'hôtel, vous oubliez tout ! La piscine est superbe

Everything! The staff are incredible - so lovely and kind and even helped me with the Sat nav system in my rental car I had for travelling to a concert. It’s a beautiful place with such a lovely feel about it. Super clean, great facilities and location.

Io personalmente migliorerei l'atteggiamento di alcune persone dello staff, perchè all'apparenza sembrano cortesi e gentili ma si capisce chiaramente che è una cortesia forzata. Mi riferisco al personale del pool bar.

Ett underbart hotell när man avslutar sin vistelse i Verona och vill vara närmare flygplatsen . Härligt häng vid swimmingpool. Fräscha rum, skön säng och en utsökt frukost.

The new rooms are “made in china”. Literally, I’ve seen airport rooms in Shanghai better than this.
