Δυστυχώς, η ηχομόνωση ήταν πάρα πολύ κακή. Κάθε φορά που περνούσε κάποιος έξω από το δωμάτιο ακουγότανε πολύ δυνατά. Έτυχε να μένουμε στον ίδιο όροφο με τους μαθητές ενός σχολείου, οι οποίοι έκαναν πολύ θόρυβο και κατά τη διάρκεια της ώρας κοινής ησυχίας. Επίσης, το δωμάτιο ήταν σχετικά κρύο και τα κρεβάτια στα οποία κοιμηθήκαμε καθόλου άνετα. Στην υποδοχή σου δίνουν ένα ζευγάρι σεντόνια και μια μαξιλαροθήκη για να στρώσεις στο κρεβάτι. Γενικότερα οι υπάλληλοι της υποδοχής μας φάνηκαν κάπως αμήχανοι, όχι ιδιαίτερα φιλικοί.

pero los baños eran compartidos y no se especifico creo, además faltaba higiene a los baños constantemente, porque al ser compartidos eran muy utiizados y no bastaba con el aseo que le daban.

The closest u-bahn station and tram stop are within walking distance and the hostel is located in a truly calm, friendly neighborhood, undiscovered by tourists (yet). Moreover, the receptionists were experienced and nice, and were prepared to solve really sticky and slimy situations in a professional way. Overall, it was a really pleasant stay, also shaped by the experience I had while walking around in Berlin and meeting new friends at the summer school I was studying at.

There were a couple of school kids with a lot of energy and willingness to run around in the corridors and make as much noise as possible most of the time, without any intervention from their lovely teachers who usually just sat there during the evenings and looked at them as to a bunch of holy icons while the little brats kept banging loudly on the tables under the guide of playing card games. I also had whole droves of not particularly shy or polite people sitting right in front of the door of my room - every single evening.

Établissement propre. Le personnel gère très bien l’attribution des lits et chambres en fonction du type de clientèle (âge, genre, etc.). Dortoir de femmes confortable, propre. Salle de bain et sanitaires pour femmes également propres. Literie propre et confortable. Dortoir à l’écart des dortoirs des collégiens en séjour. Quartier autour sympa avec de bons petits restaurants. Proche tramway et métro. Parfait pour visiter la ville et revenir au calme le soir.

Le petit déjeuner. Un tarif un peu excessif pour la nourriture proposée ainsi que les boissons. Pas assez de fruits frais proposés. Mais c’est mon avis de parisienne alors c’est assez biaisé. J’ai quand même très bien mangé.

Classique, ni spécial bien ni spécialement mauvais. Expérience plutôt neutre : ça va mais avec quelques couacs. Les toilettes communes ne sont pas un problème, c’est propre avec du papier renouvelé (en tout cas à mon étage). Une prise disponible pour chaque lit. Drap propres fournis à l’arrivée. Agréable d’avoir un miroir et un lavabo dans la chambre.

Mon lit grinçait, heureusement c’était le seul de la chambre avec ce problème. Le ménage certes passait tous les jours et était assez succinct. Je me suis plantée une écharde de verre dans le pied juste en enlevant mes chaussures dans la chambre, j’ai peu apprécié. La douche de mon étage était fixe, aux réglages sensibles et sans endroit pour poser ses affaires, juste deux petits portemanteaux dans l’alignement du jet de la douche : attention à ne pas mouiller ses affaires.

I’m sorry, but I cannot give this hotel a rating of -1, or even -100, because the rating system does not allow me to go below zero. This was by far the worst hotel experience of my life. The hotel was expensive, extremely noisy, and completely unsuitable for a night’s rest. More than 100 students were crying, shouting and making noise throughout the entire night, while the hotel staff did absolutely nothing to resolve the situation. I paid for a hotel room in order to sleep, but it was impossible to get any rest. Honestly, sleeping outside at the train station would have been more comfortable — and certainly quieter — than staying in this hotel. Given the unacceptable conditions and the fact that I was unable to sleep at all, I am requesting a full reimbursement for this night.

It was one of the worst experiences of my life: extremely noisy, arrogant children, and unfriendly staff. This is completely unacceptable. An absolute nightmare. Avoid this hotel if you are travelling for work or simply want to get a good night’s sleep. However, if you enjoy being surrounded by drunk students making noise until midnight, then this is the place for you. It was impossible to sleep. The room was unpleasant and the design made me feel like I was staying in a prison. Overall, a terrible experience and definitely not a hotel I would recommend. Who designed these beds, with such short blankets and such tiny pillows that you end up breaking your back? It’s an absolute disgrace.

Location; Residential area, family friendly with many accessible restaurants and supermarkets, there were a lot of Halal restaurants nearby. The tram station was only a few minutes walk away and the metro station was nearby as well. Cleanliness; The rooms were very clean and the sheets/duvet/covers were crisp clean and neat. There was a sink in the room as well, very convenient. The toilets were very clean and toilet paper was always available. The kitchen was neatly maintained, there's a fridge, many available stoves, cutlery, water boilers, they even had some free food. The eating hall was spacious and clean. Staff: All the staff I met were friendly and very helpful. Overall, I felt very safe staying in this hostel as a solo female traveler

I had a room mate peein in the room in the middle of the night. I made a complaint and the Staff changed my room immediately with a room which was completely vacant.

Don't know about the people staying with you. If u don't feel comfortable ask the hotel to change it they will help u.

My transport was delayed so I risked to arrive around midnight. Many hostels won’t let guests check into dorms after midnight. No problem here!

La chambre ultra sommaire, pour moins cher nous étions logés dans un Hotel beaucoup plus confortable la veille !!!

La posizione era comoda e la zona tranquilla, check in eseguito in 5 minuti. La cosa positiva che pulivano il bagno comune e ascensore disponibile.

La cucina era sporca e chiudeva alle 23, per me orario scomodo considerando che sono venuta a Berlino per stare in giro e anche solo per tornare all’ostello ci mettevo minimo mezz’ora di tempo. Sono arrivata all’ostello abbastanza tardi per dei ritardi dei treni e a mezzanotte mi sono dovuta pure fare il letto, a castello oltretutto. Inoltre la stanza non è mai stata pulita in 4 giorni, avendo un cestino in camera e riempiendolo per quattro giorni, iniziava a esserci una puzza insopportabile, per il resto tutto ok.

Reception staff were impersonal and curt during interactions. No air conditioning in dorm. Lack of social vibe at common areas.

4 bed rooms are spacious. Location is near local transportation.

The food that had left label inside the fridge was missing. There was a big group of teenagers who were very loud.

O Amstel é um hostel que fica em uma região menos central de Berlim, mas ainda sim de fácil locomoção. O café da manhã corresponde ao padrão de outros Hostis de Berlim (pão, frios, ovos, iogurte, fruta, suco, cereais). A cozinha é mantida limpa, mas a geladeira deixa a desejar pelo tamanho, sendo pequena para o número de pessoas que a utilizam. Tem poucos utensílios para cozinhar, mas para o básico é suficiente. No quarto há locker grande que comporta duas malas grandes. No quarto feminino (4 camas) tinha pia com ambiente privativo e mesa para refeições.Nos beliches tambem havia iluminação e tomada individualizada. Nas imediações há lojistas de Bairro mais baratas para compra desouvenirs.

Não tenho nenhuma queixa. O hostel atendeu bem minhas expectativas.

Ubytování je.relativně blízko centra, resp kousek od metra. Personál je velmi přátelský. Pokoj byl čistý a nebyl hluk. Méně čisté byly společné sprchy. Vše je na kartu. Na baru skvěle ceny. Design opraveneho hostelu je hezký. Jde zaparkovat ve dvoře, ale vjezd je úzký, tak tak standardního kombika. V okolí multikulturní čtvrt, výběr cenově dostupných restaurací, blízko REWE. Hluk v ubytování nebyl. Pokid pojedu zase do Berlína, vrátím se sem,poměr cena vykon ok.

Good location

Unclean washrooms, uncomfortable and unsafe beds, the bunk especially felt unsafe to climb for an average sized person, I thought it would fall on me unless held in place by someone else. Very noisy at night, the walls don't block sound very well. Shower areas were not only inconvenient (no place to hang towels/clothes or keep our shower stuff). Hallways are quite dark, didn't feel safe as a woman.

There was a kitchen area with the necessary equipment to prepare your own breakfast/meals. You receive your bed linens at check-in and put them on yourself, which feels more hygienic. However, when I got my pillowcase, I found hair on it and went back to reception to ask for a replacement. They were helpful.

Finding hair on my pillowcase kept me wondering if that 'cleanliness' was actually genuine. There were no hair or body products in the showers. The soap dispensers had open tops, which didn't feel hygienic at all. There was a sink in our room for washing hands, but no soap? Also, just a heads-up, they charge an extra €2 for bath towels. You might want to bring your own towel. Other than that, the room looked clean, but it never really felt hygienic. Since I was only staying for a short time, I didn't make a big deal out of it, but if I were staying long-term, I wouldn't choose this place again.

The employees were kind and helpful, and breakfast starts early at 7:00.

The cleanliness of my room was really poor, I didn't have the feeling, that the room was cleaned before me. Also there were very many mosquitoes but no mosquito nets, so you couldn't open the windows. The breakfast is also very basic, even for 9,50 €.

Die Lage ist sehr gut um von dort überall gut hin zu kommen und gute Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel

Für ein Hostel, ist es auch nicht sehr günstig. Wir hatten ein 2 Bett Zimmer mit eigenem Bad . Gross bewegen konnte man sich jetzt in dem Zimmer wirklich nicht!

Het was een heel fijn hostel met een makkelijke checkin, op goede afstand van het centraal station. Er waren verschillende ruimtes waar je mensen kon ontmoeten, wat ook erg leuk was.

We hadden een kamer aan een straat en werden de hele nacht wakker gehouden door de bar aan de overkant. Het is gewoon een erg gehorig hostel.

I booked four nights at the hostel and was mauled by bug of all sorts all across my body for two nights. I told receptionist my issue and was not greeted with any sort of help, so I told them I would have to leave early because I couldn’t put up with another 2 nights of bites all through the night, which they understood. I requested a refund for the 2 nights I won’t be spending there and was met with a positive and helpful attitude saying that it was no problem and they would follow this up. After this I was completely ghosted by them. No response to my polite messages and no refund. DONT STAY HERE SAVE YOUR MONEY.

Het was een fijn hostel met een goedkope prijs voor een tweepersoonskamer! Alles ziet er netjes uit en is goed geregeld.

Dit ligt niet aan de accommodatie, maar het metrostation TurmstraBe is (vooral ‘s avonds en ‘s nachts) echt geen fijne plek om te zijn en is niet veilig. Die zou ik vermijden, door bijv met een step of taxi te gaan! Verder was het top

I shared the female room with just 2 women.

One of those women was an old lady that snored and the other one was probably an autistic one that behaved like a kid about it. Then, we got mosquitoes and it was super hot in the room but if you opened the window there were noises from construction work coming from outside. Pillows were too big to.

The staff was amazing

Ich hatte ein Problem mit einem Gast im Raum, der mein Bett besitzt hat. Das Personal hat mir direkt ein Bett in einem freien Zimmer zur Verfügung gestellt.

Die Bette quietschen mit jeder Bewegen und stören die ganze Nacht.
