Piękny obiekt z klasą. Profesjonalna i miła obsługa. Dwa baseny na zewnątrz oraz zejście bezpośrednio do morza jest absolutnie wspaniałe. Czułam się zadbana w każdej chwili. Hotel bardzo przyjazny zwierzętom, na które czeka wyprawka w pokoju. Pokój przestronny, czysty z dbałością o każdy szczegół. Przepyszne śniadanie jak i jedzenie w barze przy basenie. Widok z hotelu jest niesamowity.

Niektórzy goście, ktòrzy nie potrafią się zachować. Ale to nie wina hotelu.

Location, beach club

The service is not at 5 star level. Room cleaning service showed up at 4pm, which for a weekend stay is really unfortunate. We asked for a reservation at their restaurant through their whatsapp channel and never got a response, once we checked in they said they couldn’t find the message and they would take care of the reservation, then we show up at the restaurant and again they said there was no reservation under our name. The service during breakfast is slow and not attentive, we had to request water multiple times as it’s not available at the buffet, and they got our food order wrong.

Le service pas à la hauteur du standing que revendique l’hôtel et des prix pratiqués : le jeune personnel est relativement sympathique mais n’est pas formé comme on l’attendrait à ce niveau de standing, des surcoûts multiples ridicules (22€ de parking facturés pour le parking pour une chambre à 1000€ la nuit), personnel débordé et attente très longue à la Chicoula, restaurant principal bon mais pas au niveau du standing de l’hôtel non plus

Stunning location and decor, comfortable bed and great sized room, fabulous food, and exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, would definitely return to this ‘wow’ hotel!

stunning location, super curated-hi level interior design, spotless room, amazing breakfast. the Spa was definitely another highlight.

The pool area and dinner service were unfortunately not up to the standard we expected: service was often slow and inattentive, with delays, forgotten orders and little attention to keeping the pool area properly maintained. At dinner, despite the selection of expensive wines, the team was not sufficiently knowledgeable or prepared to guide and recommend wines according to our preferences, that i would have expected from a 5 stars hotel.

One of the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Perfect location, very calm and quiet. The views are breathtaking. Interiors are beautiful. Service was professional and very accommodating. Food, both in the pool restaurant and main restaurant, was delicious. We will be back for sure !

La struttura è meravigliosa: lo stile, le piscine, la posizione, la colazione. Tutto veramente bellissimo e curato. Un posto dove potersi rilassare e godere il mare e il paesaggio.

L’offerta dei ristoranti potrebbe essere migliorata inserendo più varietà . I prezzi delle bevande poi sono troppo alti: non ci sono particolari ragioni per pagare una Coca Cola 8€.

Le cadre exceptionnel, la tranquillité en pleine saison (c’est à peine croyable autant de tranquillité dans un établissement en bord de mer en pleine saison) Je recherchais un cadre exceptionnel et atypique pour une nuit avec mon épouse, je ne m’attendais pas à une expérience si parfaite sublimée par notre chambre vue mer.

Incredible spot on the rocks, direct access to the sea, great panoramic views, sexy and thoughtful Design, beautiful architecture, Junior corner suite with sea view untopable!

Limited comfort: the new building AC concept doesn’t allow both guests to spend time on the balcony at the same time, because the AC always stops automatically if doors are not closed properly, so one! Person has to stay inside to switch it on again. During summer heat and with this sun exposure it’s unbearable that you can’t cool the interior while hanging out outside, especially while room rates demanded are exorbitant. Hotel management couldn’t solve the problem, because its a general system issue. Sucked!

Service around the pool is very slow and often forget what you order.

Relaxing stay at a fantastic hotel set on the riviera coast line. Having a pool, salt water pool and direct access to the sea was a highlight. The staff are friendly, helpful and attentive and the rooms are clean and spacious with great sea views. There are plenty of sunbeds and areas to sit and relax and even at high capacity it did not feel busy.

As the hotel is set outside of Saint Raphael I would recommend having a car if you want to truly explore the surrounding areas.

Amazing location. It was a dream staying here. The pool and views are unmatched and staff were friendly but we had an unpleasant situation at the end

Accidentally left a brand new outfit I was obsessed with in the room. Contacted the property right away and they kept pushing my question off. I know it was left in the room as I wore it at check in and when I arrived home it wasn’t there. This can happen of course- though it has never happened to me in the past. I told them I could pay all fees for sending it home and they said it was never found. So either someone took it from the room or they didn’t want to send it but for a hotel at this price point I felt turned off by this

We love this hotel and are coming back every year for close to 8 years now. It keeps getting better and better with restaurants improving, great water facilities with paddle and kayaking, a gym etc…

Nothing ! We will be back next year as always ! My husband would love more weight machines in the gym and that the gym has a sea view

Am meisten muss man das Personal hervorheben. Sie waren immer hilfsbereit, gut gelaunt und aufmerksam. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und gut ausgestattet.

Das Restaurant das zum Hotel gehört war unserer Meinung nach eine Katastrophe. Geschmacklich schlecht und sehr überteuert.

We hardly left the hotel for the duration of our stay as it had so much to offer! The service was outstanding and warm, all the staff were incredibly helpful. We booked a sea view room and the view was second to none as you truly feel immersed in the ocean. We had lunch, dinner and room service and the food was great overall! This is truly the perfect place to unwind and relax.

Location straordinaria, il molo direttamente sul mare è pazzesco. Ho apprezzato particolarmente il design delle stanze e delle zone comuni.

Siamo stati all’apertura di stagione: check in alle 16 (tardino quindi), siamo arrivati alle 16:45 e la camera non era ancora pronta. Problema risolto in poco tempo, ma non è molto accettabile. Il servizio in generale è apparso non all’altezza di un 5 stelle sebbene tutti i ragazzi siano stati molto gentili.

Es war fantastisch! Wunderschöne Zimmer mit toller Aussicht! Super Pools! Das Frühstück war toll, leckere frische Säfte und Früchte. Eier, Speck, Crepes, Pancakes.. werden frisch für dich zubereitet, das hat mir sehr gefallen! Am bewundernswertesten war jedoch der super Service! Die Mitarbeitenden an der Rezeption und am Pool waren so herzlich und angenehm und bei jedem meiner Anliegen sehr hilfreich! Vielen Herzlichen Dank!

La chambre très confortable avec vue. Les bars et divers terrasses magnifiques. Le petit déjeuner impressionnant. Un très bon dîner dans un cadre magnifique, malgré une note Google qui ne laissait pas présagée. Le personnel pas trop guindé.

Chambre un peu petite en surface. Les cocktails dilués, cher pour la qualité.
