LOISIR HOTEL SHINAGAWA SEASIDE

Location was amazing! Amazing view of the Bay, shops and restaurants located directly adjacent to the Hotel. Friendly and accommodating staff. Beds very comfortable and cozy pajamas provided. Ice and vending machines along with laundry facilities provided.

Really nice hotel with a nice view. Clean and staff were helpful. Close to a little shopping area. Around 10-15 walk from the train station. Bus and taxi rank outside.

Everything was just perfect. Their breakfast buffet was absolutely fantastic. This place has the best of everything at this price. You could spend 3 times as much and not be as satisfied.

I can't say there was really anything that I didn't like. The table tennis was closed. I hope I can play it next time.

Camera grande

nulla

Frühstück

Badezimmer in die Jahre gekommen. Flure und Räume riechen nach Nikotin

They can receive the package and when you check in they already put in your room what a wonderful service

The refrigerator can be bigger and colder

Location good and facilities good. Plenty of shops and places to eat locally.

Room very very small for 4 people with 4 carry on cases. No wardrobe or storage space.

Tutto positivo

Bell'albergo siamo rimasti soddisfatti!

Rustig, locatie t.o.v. luchthaven, ontbijt was goed, personeel was zeer vriendelijk

-

Location, comfort and the place.

the lack of reception at the breakfast restaurant, it’s confusing we’re to give the tickets and what table to sit, we have to wait for the staff to come out in the kitchen.

Chek-In und Check-Out mega problemlos.

Comodo per raggiungere l'aeroporto, servizi top, vista spettacolare, colazione perfetta

Nulla

You had the bus and train stations nearby various food and grocer shop within short distance

Everything was fine

Spacious and thoughtfully designed and furnished. Delicious buffet breakfast. Train station under the building.

A swimming pool would be nice. Also, despite it being very hot .. 30+ degrees… the air conditioning was too cold for us but centrally controlled.

Posizione vicino alla metro. Ottimo centro commerciale sotto la struttura.

Comfortable beds, good location.

We were with 4 adults and there wasn't much room for bags, but for an airport transfer, it was good enough.

It was quiet and comfy per se.

Since my family got itchy and felt some sort of allergic reactions during the stay, there must be mites or dust problems (either from the bed or the a/c) in the room. Rooms may need better sanitizing. Bathroom smelled like mold or old water stain, so it also needs better cleaning.

清潔

Very well located, practical check-in and check-out system.

The rooms were great. 22nd floor with view of downtown and Mt Fuji. Loved the towel replacement service each day. Beds were comfortable, shower was awesome. Breakfast was outstanding - best we had on our two week trip to Japan. Have never experienced such a wide variety of good quality food to eat for breakfast. Location was excellent. In a newer area of Tokyo with lots of shopping, restaurants, convenience stores and grocery store only 5 minute walk away. Was also only a few minutes from the train station to get to Shibuya, Shinjuku, Yokohama, and Tokyo main station. It is a little bit of trek by train to get to the Shinigawa Shinkansen, but Uber was less than 15 minutes away, so not an issue. We would stay here again.

Only thing I did not like was that that the outlet and charging ports were so far away from the bed, so had to walk to the desk to turn off my iPhone alarm in the morning - a minor inconvenience. Would have been nice to have a charging unit between the beds.

First impression of the hotel lobby was very beautiful, staff in the lobby was very nice and informative. The breakfast had a full assortment of Easter and Western cuisine. My whole family loved all of the options. The hotel room was nice and clean. Beds were comfortable.

I did not like that you had to have the room key inserted in the card holder to make sure electricity in the room was functioning. The AC would turn off when we left so coming back to a hot room was uncomfortable. The bathrooms seemed dirty on the walls and ceiling and little tiny bugs were crawling/jumping around. The rooms were a tad small so it would not fit all of our luggage comfortably, although it was nice that the reception was able to hold some of our luggage during our stay.

The elevator closes too fast
