スタッフを信用してアリペイで決済したが、予約した価格の倍近い金額を取られていた。気付いたのか２日後に払い戻しがあったが、差し引きすると当初の価格よりも高い。うっかり食べてしまった備え付けのチョコレートかな、と思うがエライ高いチョコを食べたなという心境。 約10年前にも利用したが、当時は日本円で1泊6千円くらいでコスパの良さにびっくりした。今回は1泊13500円くらい。まだ日本のヒルトンでは泊まれない価格ではあるものの、円安と物価高で倍近くなったんだな。中国の成長と日本経済の衰退をしみじみと感じた。

Ms. Bella at the front desk is warm, friendly, and attentive. She thoughtfully wrote down the breakfast and executive lounge hours, provided a complimentary voucher for a delicious coffee sold in the lobby, and arranged early check-in. Like most Hilton properties, the hotel shows genuine recognition of elite member benefits by offering a suite upgrade. The suite is especially well-equipped, featuring a large-capacity refrigerator and even a washer and dryer. Highly recommended for elite members. The location is also very convenient—just turn left when exiting the hotel to reach Changhuai Station on Metro Line 1, with direct access to Hefei South Railway Station and Hefei Railway Station.

Highlights - Although the hotel is not the newest one, but I was still impressed by my suite with plenty of space and huge bathroom. There are also wash- and dry machines available which I have never experienced in Hilton so far - The happy hour and the executive lounge is one of the best. The choice of food is huge and there is even a live noodle soup cooking station. The food was delicious and tasty plus the service was perfect. - The hotel gym is very professional for a complete workout - Very friendly service in the breakfast buffet Improvement potentials - Some of the service teams were busy more or less with their mobile phones all the time maybe it’s not too busy in the hotel at the moment

The hotel is too old, located in old downtown of Hefei. The air condition was not working, room temperature was hot and not able to cool down.

It's the third time we have stayed at Hilton Hefei. The hotel is not very new, but the service is excellent. The staff, who are very professional and kind, prioritizes customer attentiveness. I doubt I will return to this hotel again, but I suggest it to everyone who has the opportunity to visit Hefei. I want to thank Ms Xu Wen Jing, the restaurant manager, for her great attitude.

Terrible experience. My wife fell off at the side entrance of the hotel due to an uneven surface at the entrance, scratching her leg. She had to go to a nearby clinic for a medical treatment. Her situation didn't improve after 5 days of staying at the hotel and she couldn't go anywhere for the most of time. Although the hotel acknowledged that it should be responsible for the accident, the managers refused to compensate us for the physical damage and the loss of time that could have been spent with my parents at my hometown, except for a waiver of breakfast charge.

I always stay in Hilton Hefei for my visit. It provided the best services and location is very convenient for travelers. The breakfast is my favorite while the pool and the fitness room are also great. I will sure come back soon.

staff is not co-operative, the property is in run down state and needs to upgrade to Hilton standards. even the shower was leaking, the toiletries kept were used one. after paying 150 dollars for the stay you get this service.

Room service needs to improve its food quality and delivery service. Missing of food items ordered and the presentation is poor. Staff service is good though.

I felt pretty hornered as an elite member when I stayed in this hotel! The most impressive experience is the service in the executive lounge where I felt comfortable and relaxing. I prefer to select this hotel when I travel in Hefei again

I travel a lot in China for work and almost always stay at Hilton properties. I wasn't expecting much from the Hefei Hilton, but I have to say it is probably one of the nicest Hilton's I have stayed at in China with regard to service and little extras such as HHonors wifi that doesn't constantly drop and have to be re-logged into. I arrived a bit late on a Thursday night and one of the sales managers, Daisy, took me straight up to the executive floor to check-in as there was a large group in front of me. At the time she had no idea I am a Diamond member. I found the entire staff there extremely friendly and easy to deal with. I have seen some other reviews saying their English level was not up to par, but I wholeheartedly disagree. Furthermore, the executive lounge breakfast had a chef you could see frying up eggs and omelettes, etc. which was a nice touch. They had quite a well-decorated bar on the 3rd floor, I believe, called SoHo. Too bad no one was there, because it looked quite nice! Just a suggestion: If you only have one customer, maybe ask them what music they would like to listen to. I was pleasantly surprised by the staff, the hotel and rooms, and the location. Really made my stay in Hefei a bit more relaxing amidst the hustle and bustle of work. I have stayed at Hilton's in larger cities such as Shanghai and Guangzhou that aren't even as nice as the Hefei. Well done, Hefei Hilton.

Clean, friendly, and convenient

Once again, a standard "high class" hotel re-branded and managed by Hilton. I had so many standard hotels like this in China and I'm not happy to this situation. Nothing special for Hilton accommodation. No good.

希爾頓本身就是很好的旅館合肥元一希爾頓我住了非常多次今年就至少入住超過20次。前台的服務人員態度很好動作很快我們要求都能夠達到。房間清潔人員非常的熱心幫我們打掃整理房間讓我們感覺很貼心.樓下鳳還巢中餐廳的中餐也非常美味。餐廳內服務的時佩芸服務員講話輕聲細語非常有耐心我們很喜歡他幾乎天天在那裡吃飯.住宿期間因為碰到我的生日他們還特別贈送一個精美的蛋糕。讓我在旅行途中倍感溫馨。非常感激他們。下次我還會再次選擇他們。

The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful during my stay. The room is large, quiet and clean. The hotel locates near Hefei railway station and very close to subway. In my point of view, Hilton Hefei is one of the best Hilton hotels in China.

Room is clean and quiet, and staffs are friendly and professional. Travel around the city is very convenient since the subway station is next door. More importantly, the breakfast is fantastic! So many choices make me feel I can stay there for the whole morning if I had time.

For those with a bit of China experience, it will be a "yeah, right" situation. For those, who have just arrived, it will not be what you expect, which is in no way meant negatively. I actually just spoke to a hospitality pro and he concurred that all the large hotel chains sacrifice their SOP to cater to the local clientele - and the Hefei Hilton really stood out. Great things: staff was really nice (hi Alina) and helpful but English level not quite there - I can see problems if you dont know Chinese. Thats probably because anyone with a decent English level leaves a third or fourth tier city like Hefei for a better life in Beijing or Shanghai. Breakfast in the lounge was fantastic. The bacon was a little undercooked and they kept running out of tabasco but they really had everything there that was necessary for a great start to a great day. Gym and pool were nice and well maintained. Things not that great: the coffee was not very good and the happy hour spread paled in comparison to the breakfast. The general atmosphere in and around the hotel was not international at all, which is nothing to be expected in Hefei. But, be aware, that as a non Chinese speaking person you may have problems socializing. Lastly, there were tons of kids in lounge. That in itself, I do not have issues with, but if you compare with other lounges in Chinese Hiltons this one really stood out. Anyhow, be prepared to have a Chinese Hilton experience at this property then you will have a great time.

Went to Hefei for two days work and stayed, as always in Hefei, at the Hilton. The hotel and staff delivered as always. Front desk very helpful, room quality clean and efficient check in and out. Only wish that the hotel was located in a bit more central part of the city (not that it is in the suburbs). I will surely return next time in Hefei.

First of all, the location of hotel is great, next to subway entrance. It is convenient to travel among the city. Next, the decoration of hotel is great and scented. I really enjoyed it. Thirdly, I enjoyed the gym and swimming facilities there. I could relax myself. Besides that, there are couple of high-end jewelry shop and tea shop inside. Overall, I enjoyed my stay there, but I did hope that free guest laundry could be provided. I highly recommended this place!

Firstly, the staff are great - I can’t fault the hospitality. The good things: good size gym and range of equipment, nice lounge with good selection of food including number of calories (which is the first place I have seen this. I don’t really drink but the drinks selection looked good. Quick turnaround laundry is helpful. Rooms clean and to a decent standard and not long to wait when using lifts. Good air con. The not so good - no air con in the gym and for some reason the windows were open when it is 30+ outside, some of the sauna facilities were closed so could not comment. Fridge is not a very cold temperature even when on the highest setting. There is not a decent convenience store close, the nearest is about a 15 min walk each way on the other side of the road and the selection is not great. I ordered breakfast to my room and they would not give me a selection of fruit for some reason - although I’m sure this would be entirely possible if I went to the restaurant. Now the very bad - the water in the shower and taps smelt absolutely rotten, not like drains more like dirty stagnant water - it was a concern but given I was staying for one night and I imagine all rooms use the same system i just decided to grin and bear it. Would I stay here again? Unsure, possibly as it is quite close to the train station. The negatives (apart from the water) are more just inconveniences than anything.

My friend and I visited Hefei during this May holiday. We chose to stay at Hilton Hefei because the location is very convenient. It is located next to the metro No.1 Changhuai station. Easy to get to the famous Bao Gong Garden, around 4 stops by the metro. We stay at a executive room with city view, by the way the sun set view is good, we had access to executive lounge on the 24 floor. It provided breakfast, afternoon tea and happy hour for executive room guest. The hotel have several restaurants, we had breakfast in the all day dinning, the breakfast have many choices but it was very crowded during the May Day holidays. We also tried Chinese restaurant on the ground floor, it served different kinds of Chinese dishes like Sichuan style,Cantonese and local flavor too. We had a pleasant stay.

I have been staying there since 2006 and it has always been a pleasant experience (even when the roadworks were going on outside). I think it is the best option in Hefei!

The hotel is very clean and the staff very friendly. Not much by means of food within walking distance; however, if you're willing to take the local train a few stops, there are numerous options to choose from. The local train is right outside the Hilton property.

Overall I still happy to stay here again.

The Hefei Hilton always provides the top notch service I feel I need when I am focused on work. I don't ask for much but whatever I ask for, they try to accommodate me. As long as I continue to have good experiences with my stay at the Hilton, I will continue to book my trips there.

This was our fourth stay at the Hilton. It is not the most convenient location for us but the. Staff are so friendly and helpful that we keep returning. The hotel is close to a metro station so it’s easy to get to the Wanda Plaza for coffee and for interesting food. Taxis are also plentiful and cheap. The executive lounge is worth the extra cost both for the comfort it offers and also for food.

힐튼은 어딜가든 훌륭한 서비스를 제공합니다. 수영장은 4층이었지만 창을 통해 빛이 들어와 환했어요. 그런데 수영장만 개방을 한건지 사람들이 굉장히 많았습니다. 코치와 훈련하는 초등학생 아이가 있을 정도. 휘트니스 센터도 4층에 같이 있는데 조정 기구가 재미있었어요. 운동화 수영모 등이 없으면 운동할 수 없음. 근처엔 딱히 먹을만한게 없습니다.... 근데 합비는 좁은 동네라 택시타고 조금만 나가면 10~20위안 정도? 어디든 가서 먹을 수 있습니다.

I stayed in Hilton Hefei last summer and surprisingly found their wifi took me to youtube and facebook as quickly as I stepped in my room. The breakfast was great. The room rate was the cheapest among all Hilton's I have used.

This is my 2nd time to stay here. The first time was not a good experience but this time was excellent.. The lunch , especially sushi and goat steak were GREAT... The goat meat was the best ever and their cheesecakes and breads were marvelous! The pool was nice too . IT was heated and had a hot tub and kids pool as well as a big pool. It had a place for tennis and badminton too. TheInternet in the business room and guest room was high speed and the happy hour food and drinks were good. I asked how much and I swear she said 19 nineTEEN but the snack bar was 90 / but i believe she said nineTEEN... not nineDEE... anyway.. that was small matter, just I may have passed if I knew the real price. the workers there are quite friendly, just understand them since English is not well-understood there but they did make a good effort to try and communicate things like prices or directions. The deposit was only 500rmb, not 5000 like someone else commented. Overall, I would definately revisit after they finish the kids cafe. On the website it said there was a kids cafe but it was just a slide and tea party table and swing in the restaurant.

I had scanned copy of my passport and not the original passport itself. They nor expedia responded to my effort to rebook or refund in a mutually beneficial way . They charged me 50rmb to use the computer to try and change the booking date. I paid for a room and and wasnt allowed access to stay so i tried to negatiate to get vouchers for meals at dinner or free usage of computer to at least have lunch or get something but no negotiations were made. Overall, instead of accepting my New York ID card or scanned copy of passport they just offerred nothing to cure this online booking for a room and tried to blame chinese or hotel protocol instead of reimbursing or transfering the paid room for other services such as eating a meal there as a voucher or complimentary meal. Also tbey charged me 50 just tonuse their PC to try and change the booking dates. Overal, their rules and regulations were very different than any hotel I ever stayed at and I've booked hotels in over 10 different countries abroad.

pretty good place to stay few days, but most of the guest are chinese. so the breakfast is not really for foreigner. on 23floor executive lounge was awsome, cozy and the food was clean and good for me. I could take a rest and do some work. Amenities are same as other Hilton hotel. and the location is a little far from airport but close to train station and the city.

The hotel is very good with nice facilities, but this time they tried to charge me deposit of 10.000 RMB only for 2 nights and 2 rooms. After a lot of discusdions They charged me 6.000 RMB. This is an excess never experienced before. I don' t know which kind of guest they have, maybe they don' t pay their bills.

I really like this hotel as the service is great! I realize that the hotel cannot control the construction of the new subway which makes all of Hefei a nightmare to get around. Perhaps they could talk to the construction companies to get them to only work during working hours. I was awakened by jackhammering at 7:30 a.m. on a Saturday and then kept awake by it at 9 p.m. that night.

The hotel itself was luxurious. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was spacious and the t.v was a good size. The neighborhood wasn't the best so I stayed in and enjoyed the amenities in the hotel.

This hotel closed to Hefei train station. Only 10 mins walks. outside air not good. but Hefei city is beautiful.

We were there to visit a friend in Hefei. The hotel is conveniently located and close to everything. (Hefei isn't a big city tho.) It is very difficult however to get a cab from the hotel.
