Hay un ambiente muy agusto y el personal es amable

Las camas están muy duras y no se puede dormir agusto, ya que toda la noche están tratando de acomodarte, pero o se logra dormir agusto por la incomodidad de la cama.

Olía horrible a drenaje el cuarto estaba en el baño y me salio una cucaracha muy grande en la noche hubo como un corto apagón nose que paso

El restaurante era bueno, buena atencion y mucha comida local. Si era un poco caro

No había ascensor para ninguno de los modulos

La habitación estubo bien pero habia muchísimo ruido por la cantidad de carros, trailers y la gente de escuchaba todo lo que platicaban... y también se escuchaba una gotera en el baño pero no era la regadera...era en la ventilación

Muy buen servicios en general, nos gustó la ubicación y las instalaciones, no visitamos el restaurante, las camas estaban bien, solo la del sofa cama era incomoda (se entiende).

Tuvimos un detalle con un guardia del estacionamiento que nos exigió el "corbatín" aún enseñandole la tarjeta y mencionando en número de cuarto, al final nos dejó pasar advirtiendonos que la próxima vez no sería lo mismo.

El tamaño y la comodidad del cuarto, las areas muy bien distribuidas. Disfrutamos mucho la alberca, aunque ya mas tarde pusieron musica y ya no se sintio tan familiar, pero es para cada gusto.

Hubo un poco de ruido en los pasillos de gente gritando, pero durante la noche todo estuvo bien, sobretodo que no habia musica o fiesta.

Muy atento el personal con gran calidad y calidez humana, cualquier pregunta que se les hizo por parte mía y de mi familia; respondían muy atentos y con certeza, la habitación muy amplia y muy cómoda y sobretodo el silencio en las instalaciones, más que excelente

The hotel has seen better days! Personnel was attentive and helpful, but the rooms need to be updated. The web page do not show the reality of the place.

El trato del personal de la alberca es pésimo. Prohíben muchas cosas y no se hace ameno el rato, lo raro es que no a todos los huespedes; ya despues me enteré que con darle cierta cantidad de dinero te da ciertas libertades.

Security at the gated entrance was the reason I choose this property. Pool bar, pool and pool staff were great. Buffet excellent

That the walls /ceilings are thin ? I guess. Was trying to sleep at 1am and the neighbors upstairs were running around and being loud so we couldn’t sleep

This hotel offers pretty much the best value for the money in Hermosillo. The showers are hot, with high pressure, they have a very pleasant pool area, spacious parking, friendly staff, and I can’t beat buffet restaurant, which is particularly good for breakfast. It’s near the Sonora desert Eco park as well. And if you’re coming from the south, it’s one of the first hotels you come to, so it’s easy to find. All around a very great place.

Good showers, friendly staff, fantastic restaurant, nice pool with pool bar, spacious rooms, well guarded parking area. Overall, a great place and close to Centro Investigationes de Sonora wildlife park.

We stayed 5 days. We did not have breakfast or dinner there, we had lunch one time on the last day and was just okay. It was very hot outside and the AC was always working good in our room otherwise we would of have change Hotels. We are trying to comprehend what Hotel doesn't have a nice lounge bar inside for their guests? We have travel a lot to different places & locations and this is our very first time that a Hotel doesn't have a nice bar lounge to sit and relax, also it seems that the staff is not being informed of changes because we asked the receptionist about their lounge bar and she sent us to the second floor of the buffett and there's no bar at all there, a lady upstairs said that they closed the bar years ago. Another person stated that the swimming pool has a bar we headed there and the patio umbrellas were closed, and it was so hot outside, no one was at the small bar and all liquor was exposed to the sun, we felt so uncomfortably awkward like if we were having a bad dream. The staff was friendly, yes, the room clean yes and it was equipped with a nice working AC, that is all. We did our best not to spent more time there and headed to San Carlos and restaurants nearby with comfortable lounge bars inside of their facilities.

This is a very nice hotel with great staff. There is definitely pride in ownership. My only drawback is the bed was very hard. Will definitely recommend and stay again.
