Situat aproape de aeroport, parcare gratuită în fața hotelului, cameră foarte mare, internet excelent, personalul amabil.

Patul foarte mare, salteaua nu atenua mișcările, sistemul de ventilație emitea zgomote disconfortabile, un soi de pocnituri din contracții de material plastic.

The staff were brilliant couldn’t have done anything more to make the stay comfortable. The parking was easy and really secure

We are really enjoying our current stay at the hotel. The pastries and sweet items at breakfast are excellent! It would be wonderful to see a few more non-pork protein options added to the breakfast spread for guests with dietary preferences, but we’ve still found good alternatives. Highly recommended overall!

This is a great hotel if you are doing something nearby or you have a car. We were at the hotel for a dance camp (ballroom dancing) so we spent the whole day there for a week. The breakfast was great with real cappuccino bar and fresh food. The room was spacious. If you are a BW member, the gym and the spa are free which is a great extra! We rented a car locally for a day trip to Verona and Lago Di Garda. The rooms are clean and there is no noise at night. We highly recommend this hotel!

The rooms were large, clean and the bed was huge! Great coffee machine and having 2 linking rooms worked well with kids. Supermarkets in walking distance.

The location isn't amazing... Not particularly close to the airport but also a trek into Treviso (a minor niggle, we thought it was closer to the airport).

Boccio complessivamente l’esperienza, fatta eccezione per il letto, che ho trovato comodo, e per una signora del bar, simpatica e professionale, che sembrava dover gestire con grande impegno anche situazioni non semplici. Ci sono poi piccole accortezze che, in un hotel, dovrebbero essere scontate. Ad esempio, quando viene rifatta la stanza, il telecomando dovrebbe essere lasciato sempre nello stesso punto o comunque in una posizione facilmente individuabile. Un ospite che rientra in camera non dovrebbe perdere tempo a cercarlo come in una caccia al tesoro. Sono dettagli apparentemente minori, ma fanno la differenza nella qualità del soggiorno e nella percezione dell’organizzazione della struttura. In qualsiasi hotel ci si aspetta cura, ordine e attenzione anche nelle cose più semplici.

Arrivare in hotel alle 23:00 e non trovare alcun servizio disponibile per poter mangiare qualcosa è, a mio avviso, inaccettabile per una struttura che applica tariffe di circa 170 euro a notte. Non era disponibile il servizio in camera, il bar risultava chiuso e l’unica alternativa erano alcune macchinette automatiche, una soluzione decisamente non adeguata al livello che ci si aspetterebbe da un hotel di questa fascia. Anche il minibar in camera era completamente vuoto. Alla mia richiesta di spiegazioni mi è stato risposto che si tratta di una “politica dell’hotel”. Una scelta certamente possibile, ma che dovrebbe essere comunicata chiaramente in anticipo, soprattutto a un ospite che aveva già segnalato l’orario di arrivo e che, una volta giunto in struttura, non aveva alcuna possibilità concreta di cenare né in hotel né nelle immediate vicinanze. La sensazione è stata quella di una struttura poco organizzata e non adeguatamente presidiata nelle ore serali. Solo dopo una telefonata dai toni fermi sono riuscito a farmi portare dell’acqua in camera, servizio che dovrebbe essere garantito senza dover insistere. L’esperienza al ristorante e al bar non ha migliorato la situazione. Faccio salva una collaboratrice del bar, che si è dimostrata gentile e professionale; per il resto, ho percepito una gestione disorganizzata, personale non sempre preparato e tempi di servizio molto lenti. Durante il soggiorno, coinciso con una manifestazione sportiva di biliardo e con l’hotel particolarmente pieno, ho visto diversi ospiti lamentarsi per gli stessi motivi: lentezza, scarsa coordinazione e servizi non all’altezza. Nel complesso, la mia esperienza è stata fortemente negativa. Ritengo che una struttura con queste tariffe debba garantire standard minimi di accoglienza, assistenza e ristorazione, soprattutto quando viene preventivamente informata dell’orario di arrivo degli ospiti. Per quanto mi riguarda, il rapporto qualità-prezzo è del tutto insufficiente e non consiglierei quest

I would like to express my disappointment regarding the late check-out charge that was applied to our stay. Before check-out, we informed the hotel that we would be out on a cycling ride and requested a late check-out, which was approved by the hotel staff. Therefore, we were surprised to find that we were later charged a penalty. My understanding is that the room was not booked for the same day, so there was flexibility regarding the check-out time and the charge could have been waived. In addition, we arrived very late on the day of check-in, at approximately 1:30 a.m., which significantly reduced the time we were able to use the room. Considering these circumstances, I would appreciate it if you could review this matter and reconsider the late check-out charge. Thank you for your attention, and I look forward to hearing from you. Every time we have the chance to stay at BHR Best Western Premier Treviso, we leave just as impressed as the time before. The warmth, professionalism, and genuine kindness of the staff continue to make every stay special. This time, as the hotel was fully booked, we were graciously given a complimentary upgrade to a suite, and it was absolutely stunning. It featured two bathrooms, a separate living room, a beautiful bedroom, and floor-to-ceiling windows all around, creating a bright, elegant, and truly luxurious space. As always, we are very grateful to General Manager Luca Pizzolato, whose care and dedication are clearly reflected in how smoothly the hotel operates and in the consistently high standards maintained throughout the property. We would also like to sincerely thank the wonderful ladies at breakfast, who always take such kind care of us and make each morning feel welcoming and personal. The spa, which we use every day during our stays, is another highlight we truly appreciate. The privacy it offers, along with the excellent sauna and relaxing atmosphere, makes it a real pleasure. Spacious, large rooms with very comfortable beds (over 2 meters wide). Everything was spotless, with excellent sound insulation ensuring a peaceful stay. The location is perfect—just 5 minutes from the airport, making it incredibly convenient. Highly recommended for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Good hotel for the conferens I was a part of. The staff at the hotel was dooing a very good job. Food was good and coffe was exelent.

Got a upgraded room due to membership status. Great room, very clean. The hotel was all over at a good standard and very clean.

Although 30km out of city of Venice it is a very comfortable and well presented hotel with excellent staff and customer service.

Only problema was in fact the government rule of not allowing air condicioning ate the time of our stay (mid march) so the night were a little TO HOT.

Non mi era mai capitato in un 4 stelle di trovare il frigo bar completamente vuoto e sentirmi dire alla reception che dovevo prendere le bibite al distributore automatico. Meglio sarebbe aggiungere qualche euro al.prezzo della camera ma consentire all.ospite di accedere al frigo bar se la.paura è quella che la consumazione non venga pagata...

This was a nice hotel that was clean and tidy and very well serviced. The Restaurant was excellent. The gym was extra cost though which was a disappointing.

Stayed here several nights in September for work. The hotel was extremely nice and the rooms very spacious and clean. The restaurant and bar areas were very nice and well taken care of. There are several restaurants in the same complex so that you have options. Our stay was split up by an unexpected two day trip to Bologna, but the front desk staff was very cordial and understanding. They made our check ins/check outs extremely quick and easy. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone needing a nice place to stay in the area.

It was convenient for me to travel for my appointments.

Sometimes, the staff at the breakfast did not smile, when I asked for a hot water filled up for my second water tumbler. In the rooms, they can consider to add water kettle for making hot water. The check-in staff should have asked us if we wanted a non-smoking floor. We were assigned to a smoking floor when we prefer a non-smoking floor.

Ho soggiornato una notte al Best Western Premier BHR Treviso Hotel e l’esperienza è stata decisamente positiva. Struttura moderna, curata e molto pulita, con camere spaziose e ben insonorizzate: si riposa davvero bene. Letto comodo, bagno funzionale e tutto in ordine. Personale cortese e rapido sia al check-in che al check-out. Posizione comoda per chi è in zona Treviso/Quinto di Treviso e deve muoversi in auto, con parcheggio pratico. In generale un hotel “affidabile”, di quelli che non ti fanno perdere tempo: arrivi, ti sistemi, dormi bene e riparti senza sorprese. Ci tornerei. Punti positivi: pulizia, comfort del letto, silenzio, staff, parcheggio

Punto da migliorare (soft): se devo trovare qualcosa, qualche dettaglio potrebbe essere aggiornato qua e là, ma nulla che cambi il giudizio. Migliorabile il breakfast sia come varietà della scelta che nel servizio.

Grosses modernes Hotel ausserhalb der Stadt. Für uns war die Lage aber ideal, da wir zu einer Tanzveranstaltung im gleichen Hause waren.Großes, sauberes Zimmer, großes sauberes Bad. Genügend Stauraum für unsere Ausrüstung, Prima!

The rooms on 5th floor have heating issues, we got the room where it was impossible to regulate the temperature so we were exposed to overheating for the entire night.
