Alt personalet var høflige og ydede deres bedste service. Maden i restauranten var udsøgt og til en meget rimelig pris. Barstuen var usædvanlig hyggelig.

Our flight was delayed so we missed a night out of our four night stay. The hotel gave us free breakfast each of the three mornings we were there which was really nice of them. Very accommodating and helped us with routes for the Dolomites and where to hire bikes. Highly recommended hotel with great friendly staff that exceeded all expectations.

En general nos gustó el hotel, nos pareció bonito, cómodo, con mucha facilidad para parquear por pago afuera, las habitaciones tienen un tamaño adecuado, la cama y las almohadas estaban bien, la ubicación está buena, hay que ir en el carro al pueblo de Cortina o caminar 20 minutos el desayuno muy rico , súper surtido, muy generoso en todo lo que ofrece, delicioso 😋, el personal muy querido y amable !!!

For the price of stay,,we would expect air conditioning, a room refrigerator, and a property not by a major road. We had to keep windows open hence the all night road noise kept us up along with the heat. It was our most expensive property in Europe. Free breakfast but need to salt the eggs!

Ho soggiornato con mia mamma e siamo stati molto bene. La colazione è ottima, la vista sulle Dolomiti è incantevole e il parco a disposizione della clientela è grande e ben curato. Con una bella passeggiata si raggiunge il centro di Cortina. Il personale è gentile e molto disponibile.

No air conditioning which I knew but had windows open and the traffic at night was so loud. Lots of big noisy trucks! Second night asked for a fan and was able to close Windows, that helped a lot. Did not year the traffic then.

Lovely traditional mountain hotel. Lovely room and spacious bathroom with a bath. Nice view of garden and scenery behind the hotel. Quieter location out of the town, be prepared to walk or drive to town. We liked this. Plenty of hotel parking. Great breakfast and great service in the bar. Good separate bar and lounge areas. Plenty of space to relax.

Este o locatie traditionala, amplasata la sosea, acesta nefiind un impediment, izolarea fonica fiind buna, aproape de centru, avand posibilitatea de a merge de la locatie spre centru (Corso Italia) pe o alee pietonala. Camera curata, micul dejun bun si variat, personalul atat de la receptie cat si din restaurant foarte amabil, indicatiile lor primite la solicitarile noastre fiind rapide, exacte, concrete. Parcare privata la locatie, ceea ce pentru noi este foarte important.

Esternamente la struttura si presenta molto curata e gradevole. Internamente, tuttavia, risulta un po' datata. In particolare i bagni delle camere non sono propriamente moderni.

Really nice stay here. Staff are lovely, it is a family run hotel and feels homely. Plenty of car parking which is great. There is a restaurant in the hotel which is perfect if you’ve had a big day and too tired to go out. Food was exceptional, the Apple struddle is a must! All restaurant staff were absolutely amazing and the woman cleaning our room each morning was lovely. A massive thanks!

I loved everything. If I was to be very picky I will echo what other reviews said about the adjacent room doors being loud when they close, no AC in the room and road noise if the windows are open. None of this bothered us, we slept well every night.

Staff is very friendly and very welcoming. The restaurant is charming.

Our room did not have a shower.

Very friendly, family run hotel. All the staff were great, but a special mention to Frederico, who made us feel very welcome. The dinner we had was delicious and the room was very clean, with a recently modernised bathroom.

Parking is a little tricky, particularly if you get a spot on the main road.

Our room was facing the street, and the traffic noise was so loud that we were unable to sleep at all. In addition, we had been informed that pets were not allowed at the property. However, several guests had dogs with them, and the noise from the dogs made it even more difficult to get any sleep. At check-out, I raised this issue with the staff and was told that some long-standing guests are allowed to bring their pets. I found this quite disappointing and inconsistent, especially since we had specifically been told that pets were not permitted.

Prachtige locatie met super attent en fijn personeel. De kamers werden iedere dag netjes opgeruimd. Het ontbijt en het diner was geweldig. Ruime keuze bij het ontbijt en bij het diner iedere avond weer een heerlijke verassing wat de keuken ons voorschotelde. De dagmenu's hebben ons geweldig kunnen bekoren. Samen met het fijne bedienend personeel was dit helemaal super en compleet!

De locatie ligt aan een drukke weg. Het verkeer is goed te horen. Hierbij wel opgemerkt dat wij daar in onze dagelijkse thuissituatie geen last van hebben. Dan is elke auto al snel te veel/het verkeer snel gehorig.

Great location. Perfect base for exploring Dolomites. Staff superb.

Our room was on the top floor facing the main road, which was noisy for most of the day. The bathroom was in poor condition, with a shower door that wouldn't close properly. The paint was peeling, giving the bathroom a neglected appearance. The toilet was heavily discolored and should have been replaced.

Road was quite noisy at the front of the hotel. We also felt the dinner menu was quite limited but food that was served was great.

Beautiful location with a view of mountains on both sides. Short drive to town center. Quite convenient when getting out in the morning towards hiking trails. Good selection of food for breakfasts.

No shower curtain in the bath, also no shower holder, so you kinda have to keep holding it with one hand. No kettle or coffee machine in the room. Mattress was little lumpy, you kinda had to sleep on the sides otherwise getting swallowed by the middle. Oh, no AC in the room. Very old tv without screen mirrowing.

The service was above and beyond. Accommodating, cohesive, gracious staff and service throughout my stay. Moreover, the lasagna at the restaurant was phenomenal, absolutely memorable.

We loved the large, beautiful yard, the traditional Tyrolean style of the property, and the easy access to the pedestrian path leading straight into the center. The staff and waiters were also very nice and helpful

Some parking spots are located right by the main street, which isn't ideal, but we managed fine and were able to catch spots inside the courtyard. The breakfast buffet exactly the same every single day.

I don’t often leave reviews but this hotel deserves it. Everything about this place was amazing. The location, the food and the staff especially. Andres at the front desk mapped out our routes, provided us endless advice and helped with our scheduling. The bar tender provided me hot water in a pot with cups every night on request. The washing was done so perfectly I was amazed. All the staff were so friendly and happy it made it feel like a family environment and such a great place to call home temporarily. The breakfast was amazing! Could not recommend enough!

The hotel wasn't cheap. I think the spa should have been included and with no extra charge.

L'hotel si trova in un'ottima posizione ed in circa 20 minuti, percorrendo una piacevole via pedonale sul retro della struttura, si raggiunge comodamente il centro. La colazione è buona, anche se non molto varia. Le camere sono state ristrutturate, mantenendo però il loro stile classico, cosa che abbiamo apprezzato. È disponibile un ampio parcheggio e lo staff si è dimostrato sempre gentile e disponibile. Nel complesso, un soggiorno piacevole.

L'unico aspetto che ci ha lasciato un po' perplessi è che diversi servizi sono a pagamento, come ad esempio la spa. Considerando il costo già elevato del soggiorno, ci saremmo aspettati un prezzo più contenuto per accedervi, o magari che fosse inclusa. Probabilmente, però, è anche una conseguenza dei prezzi generalmente più alti della zona di Cortina.

도로변이라 소음이 있습니다만 1~2일 정도 숙박이면 문제 없을거 같고 우리는 4박이라서 좀 피곤함을 느꼈습니다. 지역 특성상 많은 숙소들이 도로에 인접해 있어서 소음은 다같은 문제일거 같아요

Location is fine, nice staff

Shower doors don’t close, toilet wasn’t securely fastened to the floor in our room. Both were ill after eating scrambled eggs for breakfast - didn’t eat these again and problem went away. Rooms are very dated and don’t have universal European plugs, also no ac which is ok for ski resort, but traffic noise is incredibly loud. This was by far our worst hotel in the dolomites with significantly higher cost than others at 100pp per night. Spa is totally overpriced and should be included in stay or small fee. Staff were fine, room was clean but that was about it that I would say was good.

Ritorno per il secondo anno in questo hotel in occasione della Lavaredo Ultra Trail (fine giugno). L'hotel è a 1,5 km dal corso principale (corso Italia) ma la passeggiata è in piano e molto piacevole, in una zona tranquilla. Ha il parcheggio gratuito e un bel parco dove rilassarsi e prendere il sole. I servizi sono tutti eccellenti (la colazione, la cena) e il personale disponibile e cordiale

Friendly family owned hotel with lovely staff. Very professional and well kept accommodation. Excellent breakfast and evening meals both à la carte and fixed menu. Great location only 15 mins walk into the town centre along the cycle path. Great Mountain views.

Iznimno smo zadovoljni boravkom. Soba je bila lijepa, vrlo čista i uredna. Doručak u hotelu bio je odličan, s raznovrsnom i ukusnom ponudom. Osoblje je bilo ljubazno i uslužno, a cjelokupno iskustvo nadmašilo je naša očekivanja. Definitivno preporučujemo ovaj hotel i rado bismo se ponovno vratili.

Good service however, the issues outweighed the good service.

There were a number of issues with the property and they are as follows: • Paper thin walls - we could hear the man in the room next to us snoring. • Rooms are facing a busy street so you can hear cars driving by all day and night • No blinds just sheer fabric so the light comes in and you get woken really early • The beds are just two singles pushed together and my partner and I kept falling down the crack between both beds • the Sauna and spa which are advertised are not actually part of the hotel facilities, they are an external business and cost 30 euros per person per use. Which was insane. • The TV didn’t work at all despite trouble shooting • Car park was often full although an employee under up giving us his spot which was nice
