Bonotto Hotel Palladio

As per title, is not located in historic center but just 800 meters/10 minutes walk which is not bad. Is a medium-big size hotel with large public areas, a business hotel. Has it own parking places, making it very easy for those who bring own transport because is not easy to park in historic town. We had a nice room with back views, very spacious; public areas were also very clean, even though they are not brand new. The breakfast was the average type like any other mid size business hotel with the healthy table (yogurt, cereals, nuts) with other sweets, biscuits, baked goods (croissants, slices of bread variety); savoury choices were available scrambled and boiled eggs, salami and cheese cuts and chunks of Grana (Parmesan type cheese), not bad. The reception service was very welcoming and courteous.

My stay was for the business purpose, but I could enjoy my private time and my stay in this hotel, since my room was so quiet and clean .

Very clean, spacious room. I only missed showercap and mini's etc. But very good breskfast, incl. croissants,yoghurt/,nuts/cake, fresh fruit cheese etc etc. The hotel is a bit oldfashionef but good. Also a very iny elevator. Its approx 10 mjn wzlk from old citycenter. Location is very good!

Have stayed in many 4 and 5 star Hotels in big crowded cities like Munich, Basel, Paris, Dijon, Frankfurt am Main, Athens, Milano, Stockholm to name a few with similar parking outlay like yours. However the other hotels had the courtesy to offer their basement parking for free when the ground one is full. Both during arrival and later in the evening had to wait for 3-5mins for someone to drive off in order to park to one of your designated ground parking spots. You should be charging the basement garage parking when you know that your ground parking area is full and offer as an ex-gratia on free courtesy the indoor parking....I told my wife though the suite was comfortable I am never ever booking again at your hotel.

Das Hotel liegt nicht weit weg von der Altstadt. Das Zimmer war ruhig. Das Frühstücksbuffet außergewöhnlich. Die Fahrräder konnten wir in der Tiefgarage abstellen.

Das Doppelzimmer war groß, trotzdem gab es nur einen Stuhl.

La camera era bella spaziosa e nuova il bagno era grande

Il bagno non era tenuto molto bene la vasca perdeva acqua

6 Euro pro Motorrad für eine Nacht, fanden wir etwas teuer.

Fabulous hotel in beautiful area. It is peaceful but only a five minute walk to railway and bus station. The room was spacious and had quality furnishings.

Das Wasser in der minibar kostet 2 €. Wasser sollte eigentlich gratis sein, das wäre ein Service.

Posizione buona per visita della città. Colazione con buffet degno di nota.

Die Lage ist perfekt: gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen, großer Parkplatz. Zu Fuß in die Altstadt sind es ca. 10 Minuten. Das Hotel hat viel Charme, saubere Zimmer und ein sehr gutes Frühstück.

Frigo molto poco performante

Colazione a buffet, ricca di alimenti e bevande, tipiche sia di una colazione italiana che internazionale. Camera molto ampia, bagno pure. Un po' "Vintage" ma funzionali e carini il termostato e l'arredo (a chi piace come me il vintage è una nota positiva). Receptionist in ingresso ed uscita capaci e cordiali. Posizione strategica per chi si sposta con i mezzi per turismo e lavoro!

Ottima posizione, personale gentile, struttura pulita e ampia camera con tutti i confort. Ottima colazione ricca e di qualità, sia dolce che salato!

Struttura pulita, parcheggio ampio, colazione ricca,dal dolce al salato...in più, avevamo prenotato per una camera standard e al check-in ci hanno comunicato di averci spostato in una camera premium allo stesso prezzo. Personale preparato e cortese. Consigliato

I would like to take this opportunity to thank all the staff at the hotel, especially Marina at reception. Marina gave us great advice on which sites to visit in Bassano del Grappa. Our stay was a truly pleasant experience

Nice hotel was definitely greatr when opened in the 80s as it looks and not much done since. But staff is very friendly, parking in front of the hotel and close to the city center.

le stanze singole purtroppo non sono ben posizionate (la vista interna opprimente), comunque me l'hanno cambiata senza neppure supplemento! Più che soddisfatta

The room was fairly clean

On Booking, the hotel listed private parking as available. However, upon arrival, we were told it was full, and no assistance was offered to help us find an alternative. We had to drive around the area for over 20 minutes to find a spot. The staff made no effort to be helpful in any way. Breakfast was inedible — from the sweet to the savory options, including the coffee. The hotel's furnishings are very outdated. Not necessarily dirty, but definitely in need of renovation. The shower was permanently stained. Overall, the staff was not particularly courteous. We will definitely not be returning.
