Für meine Bedürfnisse ist das Frühstück ausreichend. Die Lage ist perfekt, kein Lärm aus der umliegenden Region. Im Haus sehr ruhig. Sehr gut die "Fahrradgarage" Raumgröße, versperrt usw.. Das Zimmer sehr sauber, komfortabel, elektr. steuerbare Rollo, Gerät Klimaanlage gut positioniert und mit Fernbedienung zu steuern.

Очень милый отель в 2мин ходьбы от вокзалов. При этом очень тихо и комфортно. Небольшой завтрак и кофе с утра - то что надо. До исторического центра можно прогуляться 10-15 мин спокойным шагом. С удовольствием остановлюсь у вас, если еще приеду в Удине. Спасибо большое!

A recepciós kijött elénk és megmutatta hova tegyük a kerékpárokat. Ez egy zárt garázs volt tele konnektorokkal. Ár érték arányban kiváló szállás. A reggeli is rendben volt, bár zöldség itt sem volt. A helyet kicsit nehéz megtalálni, de a környező éttermek alkalmazottai segítenek ebben.

Ilyen nem volt. Nem tudok negatívumot mondani. Még a lift és a klíma is működött.

Ottima la posizione perché a pochi passi dalla stazione ferroviaria e a pochi minuti dal centro della Città. Buona soluzione per chi deve soggiornare un paio di giorni.

La colazione mediocre. La pulizia del bagno lasciava desiderare.

il deposito per le bici è sicuro e dotato di prese per la ricarica (poche); checkin facile e veloce.

colazione di bassa qualità e quantità, evitate il cappuccino; la pulizia del bagno molto critica, si distaccano pezzi di tinteggiatura. E' stato un ripiego, a quel prezzo ci sono strutture migliori purtroppo al completo.

Location near station and bus station was great, staff were welcoming, accommodation was adequate but not luxurious. Overall good value.

La ubicación frente a la estación de tren, el trato del personal, pese a que tuve que salir del hotel a las 5'30 me abrieron la sala de desayuno con todo preparado.

Struttura con arredamento vecchio, il letto è più vicino ad una brandina che a un vero letto.

For a hotel located directly across from the train station, this hotel was above average and one reason is that it is set slightly back from the street so you don't hear anything. Most of the other guests I saw were professional workmen: good people who go to bed early, get up early and are very quiet, even at breakfast. This is not really a tourist hotel, meaning you are unlikely to hear a bunch of drunken young people come back late in the night and wake you up.

The rooms are very plain and the breakfast is really pretty ordinary.

Da localização, bem em frente à estação do trem. Do quarto e do banheiro, cama de casal grande e confortável, roupas de cama limpíssimas, toalhas limpas e felpudas, água do chuveiro abundante e forte. Do café da manhã, farto e variado.

Nada a reclamar. Apenas observo que a entrada fica a alguns metros da avenida, pois tem o estacionamento na frente.

Einerseits war die Lage gut, ich kam mit der Bahn, reiste mit der Bahn weiter und unternahm Tagestouren mit der Bahn, da musste ich nur über die Straße gehen. Das Hotel liegt ruhig in einem Hof.

Andererseits ist es schmuddeliges Bahnhofsviertel, die Gegend ist etwas heruntergekommen. Das Hotel müsste renoviert und der Eingang sowie der Hof einladender gestaltet werden.

La posizione comoda al centro. Per una notte era la cosa più importante.

La struttura è pulita, ma ferma a qualche decennio fa. Arredo essenziale, definirlo vintage lo farebbe sembrare carino. Colazione bocciata. Macchina del caffè / cappuccino da paese dell'est, inaccettabile in Italia. Consiglio la colazione altrove. La posizione era l'unico pro, ma la metto anche nei contro perché è proprio davanti alla stazione fs. La sera la zona non ti fa sentire molto al sicuro.

The room was rather small and on my second day I had to ask the cleaning ladies to clean my room better, which they did. The room was under the roof and the engines of the corridor cooling system were very noisy. I had to call the receptionist at night to have the engines off to be able to sleep. No window mosquito nets ( the previous time I had a room on the first floor).

Nie podobało mi się że na Booking.com napisane było że wszystkie opłaty są zawarte w cenie, na miejscu okazało się że muszę zapłacić jeszcze dodatkowy podatek miejski.

Comodo vicinissimo alla stazione treni e autobus

La camera è spaziosa, confortevole. La mia era sottotetto, quindi molto calda, ma ben rinfrescata dal condizionatore. Colazione discreta.

Il parcheggio, in sede, è a pagamento (10 o 15 euro). Il quartiere intorno all'hotel, come sempre vicino alla stazione del treno, non è bellissimo e con dubbie frequentazioni

Für uns als Radfahrer Familie Top Lage gegenüber vom Bahnhof. Sichere Radgarage und 3 Bettzimmer. Frühstück gut und Personal sehr freundlich. 24 Std besetzte Rezeption finden wir toll!

Mic dejun execrabil, parcarea se plătea deși se specifica ca există parcare nu se specifica ca se plătește separat, dar fiind cu moto am avut loc gratuit în final dar nu acoperit

Hotelul este situat langa gara, foarte aproapte de statia de autobuz si suficient de aproape de centrul vechi al orasului. Camera a fost simpla, curata, iar personalul de la receptie amabil.

Micul dejun nu a fost suficient de diversificat. Zona (apropierea de gara) in care se afla hotelul este un pic ciudata (diversitatea persoanelor).

L'hôtel est bien situé, juste en face de la gare. De plus, l'hôtel est propre et le personnel accueillant.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Ruhiges Zimmer. Gutes Frühstück. Sehr gute Lage direkt am Bahnhof. Alles Klasse.

Przede wszystkim obiekt znajduje się około 200 m od dworca kolejowego. To jest zdecydowany plus. Sam pokój bardzo czysty, łazienka również. Pościel idealna, ręczniki również. Klimatyzacja pomimo że dość stara działa bez zarzutu. Stołówka w piwnicy, dość duszno ale jedzenie typu kontynentalnego w porządku. Polecam szczególnie na jeden nocleg w trasie.

Wystrój pokoju ma już dobre czasy za sobą. Stare sprzęty, stare meble, niedziałający telewizor. Wyposażenie łazienki też nie dobrane do gabarytu łazienki. Łóżko pomimo tego że również stare bardzo wygodne. Rozeschnięte panele podłogowe i ciemna klatka schodowa. W menu stołówki brak czegokolwiek na ciepło czyli jajecznicy i kiełbasek.

Prozori u sobama se ne mogu otvoriti pa zna zafaliti zraka (ali klima pomaže). Blizina kolodvora je generalo plus, ali nije baš sigurno za hodati solo u večernjim satima.

The breakfast was okay, but it could benefit from a wider variety of options. The hotel was very clean, and we especially appreciated the secure parking area.

The hotel felt a bit outdated in terms of interior and overall style. Considering that, the price seemed relatively high for the value offered.

This hotel has a good price-performance ratio. The location is great - close to the train station and 10 minutes to the city centre. Despite its central location it is not noisy. The rooms are clean, with cosy beds and you also have an AC. The staff speaks English and is helpful and pleasant.

Vi skulle med toget tidligt om morgenen, så det var nemt at bo lige overfor. Meget venligt personale. Døgnåben reception. Vi fik lov til at tage morgenmad allerede kl 6.15. Fin aflåst cykelparkering.

Det er et gammelt trist og slidt hotel. Aircondition fungerede ikke ordentligt. Dårlige senge og hovedpuder.

The hotel looks old, smells old, and everything else is old. You have to pay extra for parking, which is annoying. Walking around the hotel is uncomfortable; there are a lot of shady people hanging around. It feels unsafe. The breakfast is meager. The pillows are thin and uncomfortable.

- beim Frühstück gab es um 9 Uhr schon keine ordentlichen Brötchen mehr -keine Wurst nichts -die Hotelrezeptionistin war morgens sehr sehr laut damit man nicht mehr schlafen konnte

Das Frühstück war leider sehr minimalistisch: keine Eier, nur einfache Aufbackbrötchen, sehr geringe Auswahl und keinerlei Obst. Auf meine Nachfrage nach einem Frühstücksei bekam ich die knappe Antwort: „Eier gibt es hier nicht!“ – was den Eindruck zusätzlich getrübt hat. Positiv hervorzuheben ist die gute Lage des Hotels; man erreicht das Zentrum schnell und bequem, was auch der Hauptgrund für unsere Buchung war. Insgesamt jedoch entspricht das Frühstücksangebot nicht dem, was man bei dieser Lage und Preiskategorie erwarten würde.

Das Frühstück hätte deutlich besser sein können: sehr geringe Auswahl, keine Eier, einfache Aufbackbrötchen und keinerlei Obst. Zudem wirkte das Personal wenig aufmerksam – ein freundliches „Guten Morgen“ sollte selbstverständlich sein und hat gefehlt.

Duschkabin var för trång. Svårt att röra sig där inne och jag är inte så stor. Frukosten hade inte så mycket att erbjuda.

La camera era la 301 pessima. Il bagno non aveva il bidè, il box doccia non aveva una porta e la doccetta non aveva un gancio dove appenderla mentre ti lavi, dovevi lavarti con una mano e con l'altra tenere la doccetta. I prodotti da bagno erano due saponette posticce. Il climatizzatore aveva le alette devia flusso inesistenti, praticamente ti congelavi mentre era in funzione. Voi di booking mettete delle foto in descrizione del hotel che non esistono andate a controllare.

La camera che mi hanno assegnato è tutta da rifare, pessima.

Milý a ochotný personál, dobrá snídaně. Hotel blízko nádraží. Výhoda brzkých snídaní. Hotel na tranzitní prespání plně dostačující.

Na pokoji nefungovala klimatizace (bez chladícího výkonu), hotel je v místě, kde se člověk necítí úplně bezpečně.

Muy buena ubicación del hotel, al lado de la estación de tren. Bien comunicada con el centro. Muchas opciones de comida rápida cerca, de cocina de varias nacionalidades que cierran un poco más tarde. También buenas osterias y pizzerias relativamente cerca. Excelente trato del personal, en especial de Katia, que me dio muy buenas indicaciones.

El hotel tiene un cierto 'aire retro', como si el tiempo se hubiera detenido... Instalaciones renovadas pero a las que se le ve que tienen ya unos años (ascensor, escaleras, los muebles de las habitaciones. En concreto, mi habitación tenía una cama muy muy incómoda, súper pequeña. Un minibar (aunque era bastante grande para ser 'minibar') que hacía también la función de mesa de noche, ya que no había una mesita adyacente a la cama. Tampoco un enchufe para poder cargar el móvil. Si querías tener el móvil cargando cerca de la cama, tenías que desenchufar este pequeño frigorífico; o bien, cargarlo en el baño. En relación al desayuno, no está del todo mal, si bien hay un exceso de bollería industrial. Zumos y pan también industriales

Hotel Principe is right across the street from the station. It has been renovated and has every convenience - including plugs for USB. The breakfast buffet was ample, with the typical supermarket-style products. The wifi was terrific.

We stayed on the top floor, a recent expansion project. The room has a slanted roof with a skylight, facing south. We stayed two nights during a very hot period and the A/C worked overtime but never truly cooled the room.

Excellent value 4 money, wonderful, super helpful staff!

Die Nähe zum Zentrum ist ganz OK, das Frühstück war gut.

Das Umfeld des Hotels im Bahnhofsviertel ist abenteuerlich, alleine abends das Hotel zu verlassen ist für eine Frau nicht zu empfehlen. Das Hotel hat einen Parkplatz, kostet 10,-- €. Das wird einem schon vor der Begrüßung an der Rezeption mitgeteilt. Dass der Parkplatz für Fiat 500 gebaut wurde, merkt man spätestens am Morgen bei der Abreise.

Il prezzo rispetto ai servizi offerti. Per essere un tre stelle, secondo me, dovrebbe avere una colazione migliore almeno per quanto abbiamo pagato.

A hotel környéke nem túl szép. A pályaudvar közelsége miatt, elég sok gyanús alakkal találkozni arrafelé. Sajnos a hotel szellőző rendszere melletti szobát kaptuk a legfölső emeleten, ami rettenetesen hangos volt. Kérésünkre kikapcsolták a fürdőszobai szellőzőrendszert hogy tudjunk pihenni. A tetőtéri szobának az ablakából nem lehet kilátni olyan magasan van. A reggeli elég szegényes. Ha valaki csak gyorsan bekapna pár falatot és inna egy kávét arra viszont megfelel.

Colazione continentale con buona scelta di prodotti freschi e confezionati. Caffè e cappuccino preparati al bar. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Camera e bagno un po’ piccoli ma comunque comodi. Aria condizionata da gestire personalmente in camera. Posizione silenziosa

Purtroppo la posizione a ridosso della stazione non è il massimo ma non ci si può fare molto

Die Lage war sehr gut, gleich schräg gegenüber vom Bahnhof. Es war auch ruhig und die Klimaanlage war vom Vorteil, da es wirklich sehr heiß war. Personal war sehr nett. Zimmer war winzig aber sauber!!! Frühstück war durchaus in Ordnung, Schinken, Salami, Käse etc. für Italien eher eine Ausnahme.

Das Hotel ist etwas renovierungsbedürftig. Zimmer war sehr klein, eine einzige Steckdose im Zimmer. Ein Bett stand gleich neben der Eingangstüre, also kein Zwischenraum. Aber was will man sich um den Preis schon erwarten. Über etwas Gemüse zum Frühstück, wie Gurkenscheiben oder Paprika, hätten wir uns gefreut! Im Bahnhofsviertel lungern halt merkwürdige Gestalten herum, aber das ist in jeder Stadt so......

Ich fahr alles mit dem Zug. Top Lage vom Bahnhof zum Hotel. Perfekter Ausgangspunkt mit den Zugfahrten nach Triest und Venedig..

Die Lage des Hotels befindet sich zwar nicht im besten Viertel der Stadt, jedoch für die Weiterfahrt auf dem Alpe Adria Radweg ideal. Hotel selbst liegt in einem Hinterhof und es ist dort ruhig.

Das Frühstück hätte besser sein können.
