Very disappointing handling of damage to my car I am extremely disappointed with how Hotel Bellevue handled an incident involving my car. During my stay, I was specifically asked to leave my car key at the reception. While the key was in the hotel’s possession, one of the hotel employees damaged the gear shift knob of my Volvo XC40. The hotel initially acknowledged the situation and informed me in writing that they would contact their insurance provider regarding coverage for the damage and would contact me again shortly. Unfortunately, that never happened. I took the initiative myself and obtained repair estimates from two authorized Volvo service centers, with repair costs of approximately €716–€730, and sent both estimates to the hotel. I also asked them simply to confirm whether I could proceed with the repair or whether I needed to wait for their insurance company’s approval. Since then, I have received no meaningful response and no solution. What makes this particularly frustrating is that I did exactly what the hotel requested by leaving my car key at reception. My vehicle was damaged while under their responsibility, they initially indicated that the matter would be handled through their insurance, and then communication effectively stopped. Accidents can happen. What matters is how a business deals with them afterwards. In my case, the lack of follow-up and responsibility has been extremely disappointing. I am still waiting for Hotel Bellevue to resolve the damage and cover the repair costs as previously discussed.

Dieses Hotel liegt sehr gut direkt am Strand und in noch fußläufiger Nähe zur Stadt. Teilweise ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen (wir hatten ein noch nicht renoviertes Zimmer) aber sauber und komfortabel. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit und das Frühstück war mit ausreichender Auswahl und der Möglichkeit für frische Cappuccini sehr brauchbar.

Das Bad war zwar sauber aber im Hinblick auf die Details und das Funktionieren der Ausstattung doch offensichtlich renovierungswürdig und maximal okay. Wir haben aber gesehen, dass andere Zimmer schon renovierte Bäder hatten.

La gentilezza del personale

A szálloda nagyon jó helyen van. Közel a strand, amire a szálloda kedvezményt ad. A reggeli nagyon bőséges, választékos.

Egyedül az nem tetszett hogy a szobában folyamatosan hallottunk egy búgó hangot éjjel, ami valószínűleg a szobában lévő bár hűtő volt.

Toplocatie tov strand en het centrum is eenvoudig te bereiken met de huurfietsen van Lime naast de deur. Badkamer was zo te zien recent gerenoveerd, goede airco ook. Zeer uitgebreid ontbijt en aardig personeel.

Er was een hoekje in de ontbijtzaal waar gasten met een hond mochten ontbijten. Dat gaf af en toe veel geblaf.

Geras viešbutis, pačiame centre, prie pat paplūdimio, kavinukių ir viso veiksmo. Triukšmo, esančio apačioje, nesigirdi. Turėjome nedidelį numerį su dvigule ir dviaukšte lova. Mažiukas balkonas, iš kurio atsiveria šoninis vaizdas į jūrą, paplūdymį ir promenadą. Smagu, kad koridoriuje stovi nemokamas aparatas su šaltu vandeniu.

Nėra stiklinių/puodelių, nors kavos pakeliai buvo. Gerti karštą gėrimą iš paruoštų vienkartinių popierinių puodelių praktiškai neįmanoma. Brangus parkingas, bet be jo neapsieisi. Nesupratom, kodėl pusryčių metu pateikiamy vaisiai buvo kelis kartus mažesni ir prastesnės išvaizdos už tuos, kuriuos siūlė gatvės prekeiviai. Pusryčiai kuklūs. Man per daug saldumynų.

Bellissima struttura in posizione perfetta. La nostra camera era molto grande e confortevole e con una terrazza grandissima. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la colazione, davvero notevole, e la presenza di erogatori di acqua a tutti i piani. Un grazie a tutti i membri dello staff, tutti gentili e disponibili. Il rapporto qualita'/prezzo e' eccellente, lo consigliamo a tutti e speriamo di ritornare presto.

A água do chuveiro não descia, tinha sempre de desligar o chuveiro a cada segundo para não alagar o quarto. Foi pedido para trocar o quarto, mas informaram que o hotel estava cheio.

Przestronne pokoje, miła obsługa recepcji oraz Pań sprzątających, bardzo blisko plaży oraz głównego deptaka w mieście. Przyzwoite śniadania, choć nieco mało urozmaicone.

Brakuje szafki w łazience, żeby położyć swoje kosmetyki. I trochę zbyt dokładnie personel restauracji odlicza czas do zakończenia śniadania. 10:29 właściwie już zamykają.

Stanza molto vecchia con parquet rovinato e sembra che ci siano mobili/angoli/tende non puliti da molto tempo. Per chi soffre di leggera allergia agli acari, è addirittura difficile dormirci. Peccato.

Die Lage ist super.

Fällt nicht leicht den normalerweise scheue ich schlechte Rezensionen aber in diesem Fall geht es nicht anders. Bett angeblich Doppelbett Länge 180 für mich viel zu kurz bin 185cm groß. Dazu Matratzen in denen Plastikteile alle 30cm stecken die liebevoll mit einem Lacken bedeckt werden. Prinzessin auf der Erbse bekommt hier eine neue Bedeutung.Aus der Klimaanlage fliegt der Staub in Mengen die man fast nicht glauben kann. Diesen findet man in großen Mengen unter dem Bett und am Morgenauf dem HandyDisplay. Der Boden ist aus Holz das an einigen Stellen angeschimmelt ist einfach grausig. Schallisolierte Zimmer werden beworben selten so gelacht. Klobrille sofern man es so nennen möchte viel zu schmal um ihren Zweck zu erfüllen. Klopapier kann man durchschauen haben selber welches gekauft da unbrauchbar. Frühstück mit Rührei in dem die hartgekochten Eier eingearbeitet werden. Ach ja der Kühlschrank im Zimmer dient nur der Zierde. Absolut unverständlich wie dies ein 4 Sterne Hotel sein kann.

The location is really good, but at night there was a concert in front of the hotel and it was too noisy for us with a baby that needs to sleep around 9:00-9:30. The music was really loud until at least 11:00PM. And it was every night (we stay there 6 nights).

1. First of all the room was not clean properly daily by the staff. Just mopping and changing towels, nothing more. They changed the bed one time in 6 nights. One day i ask the reception to send housekeeping because it was already 3PM and no cleaning, and the lady just threw away our pijamas in the middle of the bed, changing towels and that’s it. 2. The hotel is pretty old and it’s obvious. When we got into the room the AC was licking that bad it was a lake in the room. They fix it and it was ok afterall. 3. Regarding to the previous point, one day i ask the reception to check the canalization in the bathroom coz it was smelling really really bad. He said he will send someone. I don’t know that they checked coz when i went back in the room the smell was still there, they just throw away the garbage (but that was not the reason, coz i only had there water bottles and a pack of potato chips). And we stay there with that bad smell for 3 days coz nobody was taking care of it.

Die alten Möbel und das der Boden aus Holz ist. Durch die Klimaanlage hat es so feucht gerochen und da wir im August Hochsaison waren, ist bis um halb fünf unten am Basketball Platz lärm. Das gedribbel und gegröle geht nicht mit geöffneten Fenster. Die Bars sind bis eins offen das passt, die Musik ist nicht so laut.

Minden megfelelt egy nyaraláshiz. Nagyon közel volt a vásarlási lehetőség, éttermek, strand, közlekedés. Finom volt a reggeli is.

Gyenge wifi állt rendelkezésre. Vacsora lehetőség jó lett volna.

Mi è piaciuto la posizione molto comoda a tutto, e il personale che ha fatto la notte gentile e competente e la pulizia della camera e la colazione abbastanza varia

Hanno ristrutturato la hole quindi quando entri sembra un bel hotel, ma salendo capisci che le camere sono molto obsolete non insonorizzate però pulite, lo staff giornaliero non mi ha soddisfatto molto, il check-in troppo tardi, in pratica paghi la notte per stare poco e niente, vogliono fare sembrare un hotel da 4 stelle ma non lo è assolutamente si per servizi si per camere solo il prezzo e la posizione posso essere da 4 stelle

Perfekcyjna czystość! Pani Oksana sprzątająca na 4 piętrze dbała o każdy aspekt: świeże ręczniki, doskonale wyprana bialutka pościel, codziennie idealnie posprzątany pokój, wysoka kultura i uprzejmość! Wyjątkowe, pyszne śniadania, duży wybór i na bieżąco uzupełniane jedzenie, można zamówić pyszną kawę u Pani baristki (świeżo wyciskany sok z pomarańczy dodatkowo płatny). Personel hotelu bardzo przyjazny, uprzejmy i pomocny. Jesteśmy zadowoleni!

Wszystko ok! (jeśli ktoś chciałby szukać minusów, to w pokojach usytuowanych bliżej ulicy jest dosyć głośno nawet w nocy, ale gdy ktoś wybiera hotel w centrum Rimini przy głównej turystycznej ulicy, to powinien liczyć się z hałasem, ewentualnie zamówić pokój usytuowany tylko od strony morza).

La stanza non è ben insonorizzata: anche con le finestre chiuse si sentiva la musica da fuori fino a tardi

Posizione fronte spiaggia; per chi arriva in treno in 10 minuti a piedi si raggiunge la struttura. Colazione. Climatizzazione stanza ottima.

La camera dell’albergo era molto pulita e la stessa cosa anche nelle parti comuni dell’albergo. Le dimensioni della camera erano buone e anzi per tre persone si stava bene. Il bagno sempre pulito le dimensioni dello stesso erano sufficienti forse poteva esser un pò più grande il lavello e mancava un mobiletto per appoggiare li diversi prodotti da bagno. Il personale sempre disponibile e accogliente, hanno sempre soddisfatto le nostre richieste. La struttura la conosco di alcuni anni e quest’anno lo trovato ancora più pulita sia la stanza che le parti comuni. Apprezzato molto la possibilità di avere sempre gratis acqua fresca naturale e gassata dai distributori presenti nei piani dell’albergo.

Se proprio devo trovare un difetto trovo alquanto strano offrire un ottima colazione ma mettere a pagamento le spremute di arancia non lo capisco, il costo è irrisorio 3 euro a spremuta ma se è compresa la colazione dovrebbe esser compresa nel prezzo della camera con colazione. Se posso dare un consiglio aumentate magari il costo di 5 euro al giorno ma comprendete anche la spremuta. Negli alberghi che ho visitato non ho mai pagato le spremute ma comprese nel costo colazione. La colazione è davvero molto ricca e diversificata, unico neo la questione spremuta e magari se si potesse avere almeno una seconda scelta di marmellata sarebbe perfetta.

Posizione bellissima se ci vai per vacanza, io mi sono fermato per lavoro... non mi ha fatto impazzire la zona, zero parcheggio e rispetto ad altre zone di Marina centro poca scelta di ristoranti ( ovviamente per essere a Rimini marina centro)

L’aria condizionata non era stata ancora accesa. Nella zona è quasi impossibile parcheggiare, posto auto da prenotare necessariamente.

La colazione era buonissima! Torte fresche tutti i giorni e più scelte ogni giorno. La posizione è fronte mare, scelta appositamente per stare comode con la spiaggia. Ottima Il mare era più pulito di come me l'avevano descritto, quindi ok La convenzione in sconto con il lido Nettuno, davanti all'hotel. Il dispenser d'acqua (fresca, gasata e frizzante) per riempire le borracce (utilissimo)

L'arredamento delle camere, un pò retrò, con questi colori marroncini che tutto fa pensare meno che stare in spiaggia (Personalmente lo cambierei) Avevamo chiesto upgrade (gratuito) per avere stanza vista mare. Ci hanno detto che non erano disponibili, se non previo pagamento. A mio avviso, se hai le stanze vuote, dovresti incentivare i clienti ad entusiasmarsi del posto. Peccato

The building is starting to show its age. Even though I have nothing to say about comfort, the fact is that a modern renovation is clearly needed. The extra price tag comes with the location.

camera minuscola, con arredo vecchio degli anni '80, parquet rovinato, bagno vecchio, piccolo , malamente illuminato .Aria condizionata rumorosa e poco gestibile come temperatura. Rapporto qualità prezzo inadeguato per una stanza claustrofobica, in cui ci sta giusto un letto alla francese , un mini corridoio con un tavolino occupato interamente dal bollitore e le 4 tisane presenti( per indicare la dimensione del tavolo). e un balconcino Andando spesso in zona Rimini, è un hotel dove non sarei disposto a tornare.

The central location and the view were the only real positives. After I complained, I was moved to another room, which had fewer issues than the first one. However, this cost me time, energy and patience, and in a hotel of this category it should not depend on luck whether you end up in an acceptable room. My review therefore refers to the overall experience across both rooms.

Unfortunately, the hotel was in very poor condition for a four-star property. The photos only show a small part of the problems, because Booking allows only four pictures to be uploaded. There would have been much more to show. The room had dirt in many places, especially in the bathroom. The toilet was greenish on arrival, and the toilet paper holder was badly positioned, so the toilet paper was blocked by the open toilet lid when sitting on the toilet. Several bathroom fixtures, drains, metal parts and corners looked dirty, stained, corroded or badly maintained. Many things in the room were damaged and simply left unrepaired, including broken or worn fixtures, damaged tiles, open drill holes, poor repairs, damaged wooden parts, skirting boards and furniture. The room did not just look old, which I expected when booking. It looked genuinely poorly maintained. The so-called minibar was not a minibar, but just an empty small refrigerator. The air conditioning also seemed extremely outdated. It was not able to maintain a stable temperature and cooled in a very basic, uncontrolled way, so I woke up several times during the night feeling cold. The breakfast selection was broad, but the quality seemed poor. The orange juice looked artificial and unnaturally bright, and real orange juice was only available for an extra charge. After I complained, I was moved to another room with fewer issues, but it was still not problem-free. Overall, the location is good, but cleanliness, maintenance, comfort and quality control were far below what I expect from a four-star hotel.
