Reviewed Aug 27, 2026Mooie junior suite op 5e verdiep met terras en zijdelings zeezicht enerzijds en Monte Titano/San Marino anderzijds. Uitgebreid ontbijt, omelet/crepes a la minute indien gewenst. Vlakbij de zee, beach club le palme 88-89. Tent of parasol betalend (incl handdoeken dagelijks). Niet goedkoop, maar wel comfortabel. Zeker de moeite. Locatie is perfect, ook voor avondwandeling, grote keuze aan restaurants in de buurt. Zeer vriendelijk receptiepersoneel, ook via Whatsapp communicatie mogelijk. Zeer vlot, erg behulpzaam. Idem voor de housekeeping en het meeste personeel bij het ontbijt. Parking niet steeds beschikbaar maar flexibel mogen parkeren.

Дали набагато гірший номер а ніж на фото. Дуже старий і з дуже старою мебелью. При виселенні пробували дорахувати на 800 євро більше. Мав неприємні розмови, погляди, інтонації. Не почувався у цьому готелі безпечно і що мене чули коли у мене з чимось були проблема. Інтернет не працює ні Роумінг ні Вай Фай. Забутьте про роботу, інтернету не буде тут. Дуже поганий сервіс і поведінка працівників на рецепції.

Reviewed Aug 15, 2026Food was amazing. There were a lot variety of sea food. Breakfast is very good. Staff in the restaurant are very welcome, especially a big thanks to Anastasia and Victorio. They are very friendly, communicative, and helpful. The bar on the 7th floor has amazing views on the sea. The manager Stefano is very professionally doing his job, he agreed to solve an issue that we have. I like the cleanness and safety on the beach. The big plus is for the safety guards that stay all day on the beach and do their job very well. The free transfer to the train station was only one way. I also like the bed linen, very clean, snowy, white, no smells.
I didn't like that water was 4 EURO per bottle, even if we paid for the full board. The wine and drink also 10 EURO per glass. This hotel has a private beach but we should to pay for the sun bed 15 EURO. To go to the pool is not permitted if you don't pay for the beach. To go to Jacuzzi costs 2-6 EURO per person. Also, I didn't like the size of the room, it was tiny for us. The hotel has comlimentary transfer from the train station, but nobody brought us to the hotel, so we paid for the taxi.

The hotel does not deserve a 4-star rating. It is overpriced for what it offers, and many amenities require additional payment. Parking is not included, and you also have to pay extra to use the beach amenities and pool. For the price, I expected much more to be included. Overall, I do not feel the hotel provides good value for the money

Хотелось бы побольше номера по размеру. Стоимость клубов на пляже достаточно высокая, но есть варианты и подешевле. Но в целом все хорошо.

Очень мне понравилось дружелюбное отношение к собакам ( мы отдыхали со своими питомцами). Пляж, находящийся буквально в 100 метрах, позволяет брать собак за дополнительную плату (15€). Недалеко до центральной улицы с променадом, магазинами, ресторанами Потрясающий вид из ресторана на последнем этаже на море!

Mi aspettavo qualcosa di piu' sulla stanza, alcuni dettagli non erano per niente.curati (es. Rivestimento della sedia della scrivania strappato, la barra della doccia rovinata e la tv non sempre funzionante). Letto troppo morbido per i nostri gusti.

Reviewed Jul 12, 2026This hotel advertises beautiful photos of a stunning pool and a private beach supposedly belonging to the hotel. However, you have to pay around €60 / $80 per day to actually use these facilities. Technically, as a hotel guest, you are allowed to access the beach free of charge. In reality, though, this is nearly impossible because the entire beach is covered with sunbeds and loungers that cost €60 per day for two people. 🤥 Apart from that, the hotel is lovely and well-maintained. However, we felt misled because the pool and private beach were the main reasons we chose this hotel in the first place.

Reviewed Jul 11, 2026Die Lage war direkt (über die Promenade) am Strand. Das Hotel teilt sich den Strand mit umliegenden Hotels. Ansonsten konnte man an der Promenade in alle Richtungen laufen für Shopping & Essen. Junges Hotelpersonal (Rezeption & Frühstück) sehr freundlich.
Der sogenannte Privatstrand war auch für Hotelgäste mit allen Möglichkeiten kostenpflichtig. Liegen, Sonnenschirm und Handtüchern kosten für zwei Personen 49€-65€ pro Tag je nach Reihe am Strand. Dafür darf (!) man dann auch dort duschen und in den Hotelpool gehen, der sehr klein ist und täglich 13-14 Uhr geschlossen ist. Zudem das ältere Hotelpersonal beim Frühstück wenig zuvorkommend und arrogant. Die Jugend arbeitet, die älteren Herren verwalten. Ausländische Gäste werden mit weniger Vorliebe behandelt. Frühstücksauswahl auch eher dürftig - aufgefüllt wird wenig bis kaum, Auswahl in Summe einem Hotel in der Preisklasse nicht würdig.

Reviewed Jul 5, 2026La posizione è ottima.. il personale è cortese e disponibile! La terrazza al settimo piano è davvero bella con una lounge bar e ristorante che però non dipende dall'hotel. La colazione offre vari prodotti in una sala aperta sul lungomare.
Al nostro arrivo la camera non corrispondeva alla Superior con vista mare laterale prenotata e pagata già per metà....decisamente piccola e buia! Il giorno dopo , su mia richiesta,ci hanno assegnato una camera al 5°piano decisamente megliore.

le petit déjeuner, à mon gout il manque du pain frais. De plus au repas du soir mon mari a bu 3 verres de vin rouge et on nous a facturé une bouteille complète, idem avec la bouteille d'eau. J estime qu'ils auraient pu nous avertir, et nous aurions pris les bouteilles dans notre chambre.

Kamers niet erg groot maar oké. De badkamer was echter zo klein dat je bijna omgekeerd op de wc moest zitten. Wastafel zo laag dat alles nat werd. Communicatie kan beter in alle opzichten.

Mi hanno assegnato la camera 313. Odore di fogna che arrivava dalla doccia. Gradino pericoloso per accedere al bagno. Bagno con muffa e scarsa pulizia (la colonna della doccia ed il porta sapone del bidet INCOMMENTABILI), TV dificile da accendere e con richiesta di accettazioni condizioni per OGNI CAMBIO DI CANALE. Ventola in bagno che non funzionava a dovere. Qualcuno della reception è entrato in camera mia senza bussare, avendo sbagliato piano.....

Bardzo małe pokoje wręcz ciężko się minąć, bardzo głośno na 5 piętrze słyszeliśmy dostawy z góry, obok mieliśmy pomieszczenie dla pań sprzątających i windę, ciężko było się wyspać :( do tego płatna plaża, w obiekcie nie ma basenu lub sauny.

La qualità di materasso e cuscini, troppo morbidi e non rispondenti ai più recenti dettami sul comfort del sonno.

Comodo il parcheggio anche se il costo giornaliero è un po’ eccessivo ma immagino che sia così per tutte le strutture. Ottima colazione, dalle torte fatte in casa ai pancake fatti al momento e al salato. Personale accogliente e gentile e camera con vista mare perfetta. Pulizia impeccabile.

Non c’è il ben che minimo calore romagnolo del personale. Nella sala colazioni eravamo stipati alcuni hanno dovuto attendere per entrare, troppo piena. La sala panoramica e credo più grande avrebbe dovuto essere aperta per il n di prenotazioni.

La stanza comodissima bello anche il bagno con phon potente. Complimenti allo staff gentile e pronto e bravissime le signore delle pulizie. Tornerò.

Camera un po’ troppo piccola, gradino per accedere al bagno (pericoloso se hai bambini), necessaria cura degli arredi e dell’ambiente ( mobili un po’ datati e carta da parati scollata in certi punti)..forse altre stanze erano di più recente restaurazione. Per il resto staff e colazione degna di nota.
