Ero a Reggio Emilia per la gran fondo Matildica pertanto la posizione dell'hotel Posta è davvero strategica a soli 400m dalla partenza e dall'arrivo. Il personale è davvero gentile e disponibile.

Unica nota negativa la cassaforte della mia camera non funzionava (camera 112)

Posizione centralissima in meraviglioso palazzo d'epoca. Staff gentile e disponibile.

Nothing to not like except we were there for just one night. Exceptionally helpful reception staff and amazing man who parked our car in the small inner courtyard. Excellent breakfast and again very pleasant staff. Coffee actually made for you not just an automatic machine. Lovely. Building beautiful and very unique interiors.

Palazzo storico nel centro di Reggio Emilia. Posizione a due passi dalla Via Emilia e da Piazza Prampolini ottimo per spostarsi a piedi. Gentilezza dello staff al check in e check out con possibilità di lasciare il bagaglio in deposito. Camera bellissima con vista sulla città arredata con gusto e bagno molto spazioso. Colazione dalle 7:00 con opzioni dolci e salate, uova, frutta fresca e molto altro.

The hotel was a renovated historic building. It had a character, very beutifual, and very well managed. It was in the heart of old town, and close to many restuarants and scenic neighborhood.

Frühstück sehr gut, kein italienisches prima colazione eher kontinentales Frühstück, für jeden was dabei Sehr schönes Ambiente, Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zum Hotel mit dem Auto zu kommen, ja da geht es durch sehr kleine und enge Gassen, kleines Abenteuer. Innenstadt sehr schön, und alles zu Fuß erreichbar.

Chambre spacieuse et personnel très arrangeant, très serviable. Espaces de travail ou de salon agréables aussi en dehors de la chambre. Grande chambre, climatisation parfaite.

Ottima colazione. Variegata. Presenti valide alternative per chi ha intolleranze alimentari. Staff gentilissimo. Ottima posizione dell'albergo in centro storico con possibilità di usufruire oltre al servizio ristorativo interno anche dei tantissimi locali in zona e degustare piatti e prodotti tipici locali.

Opnieuw was de ervaring uitstekend: het is een heel authentiek hotel in uitstekende staat en geweldig personeel op een toplocatie in Reggio Emilia. Ontbijt weer ongeëvenaard goed in een prachtige ruimte.

A beautiful, comfortable hotel in the heart of Reggio Emilia. The room was very comfortable. The breakfast room was charming serving a nice spread.

Hotel Posta was an impressive hotel located in the heart of Reggio Emilia. It is many, many hundreds of years old, and naturally has a lot of history. The bar was small yet lovely, and the staff were very helpful. I enjoyed borrowing a nice bike from the hotel, and riding to visit the gorgeous Collezione Maramotti which was a fast bike ride away (or a long walk). The room was large and very clean, and the value for money was fantastic. I look forward to staying again some day.

Il costo. 130 euro una notte in stanza singola con colazione e parcheggio. Abbiamo prenotato 4 camere solo noi con due auto. È vero che è in centro ed è un bellissimo hotel, ma è comunque un tantino eccessivo il costo. 100 euro sarebbero stati più che sufficienti Ad ogni modo il bilancio è positivo

Molto buona la colazione, ingredienti freschi di ottima qualità. Affascinante il palazzo storico.

La camera aveva un forte odore di chiuso e credo ci fossero molti acari perché appena arrivata mi si é chiuso il naso e hanno iniziato a bruciarmi gli occhi fino a quando sono ripartita. Varrebbe la pena tenere le camere più arieggiate e tenere più pulite tende e poltrone, che sicuramente erano piene di acari. Sicuramente da sostituire il bidet antiquato sprovvisto di miscelatore.

The fluffiest towels I have ever felt. The bedding was great quality. Spacious room. The breakfats room is beautiful. And right in the centre of Reggio Emilia.

Bequemes breites Doppelbett, kuschelige große Duschtücher, Klimaanlage, Duschgel, Haarshampoo etc ausreichend vorhanden. Sehr zentrale Lage, sehr gute Hilfestellung für die Zufahrt zum Hotel, das in einer zona limitata liegt. Parkmöglichkeit im Hof gegen Gebühr (Eur 18 pro Tag), sonst gratis mit Parkkarte in der Nähe des Hotels. Frühstücksbuffet sehr gut und umfangreich, Cafe wird frisch je nach Wunsch (Espresso, Cappuccino) zubereitet. Sehr freundliches hilfsbereites Personal. Zum Bahnhof ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß, vor dort mit dem Zug Besichtigungen von Parma, Bologna, Modena sehr bequem möglich.

Durch die zentrale Lage Straßenlärm (für uns irrelevant, da wir mit Ohrstöpsel schlafen).

Man muss dem Hotel Posta zu ihrem Personal gratulieren, es ausgesprochen nett, zuvorkommend und extrem freundlich. Ein Lob auf dieses Team.

Es gibt nichts zum aussetzen.

Lovely place, location was long but easy to walk to from train station and very walkable area. Shampoo there had a lovely scent (okay, minor point but my spouse liked it!)

Le camere ma soprattutto i bagni sono molto datati andrebbero ristrutturati, orario colazione di sabato sfidante (9,45 max) infatti non abbiamo fatto colazione, deposito bagagli non custodito (con cartello sulla mancata assunzione di responsabilità, cosa peraltro negata dalla giurisprudenza), la presenza di un cartello vicino al bancone all'entrata che se rinunci alla pulizia per un giorno ti danno un drink in più (politica non coerente con un quattro stelle)

Lit très dur. Sous ma fenêtre se trouve une terrasse de restaurant, donc très bruyant jusque tard et tôt le matin quand il installe à nouveau les tables… peut-être que d’autres chambres sont plus calmes ?

Zentrale Lage im Centro Storico. Gepflegtes, würdevoll gealtertes Gebäude. Zu unserer Überraschung erhielten wir ein Upgrade und kamen in den Genuss einer Junior Suite.

A charming hotel in a beautiful historic building, right in the city center, with an excellent location. The breakfast was excellent and well thought out. The room was comfortable, clean, and beautiful. Most notably, the staff were wonderful. Despite the parking complexity, everything runs smoothly—the team is kind and welcoming. Overall, an excellent hotel to stay in while in the city.

It’s not easy to reach the hotel by car, as you need to pass through ZTL areas (restricted traffic zones where driving is generally not allowed). The hotel provides authorization, but it can still feel a bit stressful to drive through these areas. If you're used to it, it will not be a problem :) In addition, there was a very strong smell of cleaning products in the corridor (not in the room), extremely strong, both on the day we arrived and when we left. The main issue for us was that, apparently, in Italy there is a regulation that does not allow air conditioning to be set to cooling before April 20. The room was quite warm, and it wasn’t possible to switch the AC to cooling due to this rule. That said, the staff were very kind and tried to help—they brought us a fan, which solved the problem.
