Ottimo hotel, perfetto per le famiglie.

Es geht um ein nicht so großes Familienhotel. Es war alles Wichtige da , mehr brauchten wir nicht. Das Familienzimmer war groß und gut gelegen. Es gab einen Pool, Tischtennis und einen kleinen Spielplatz. Das Essen hat uns sehr gefallen. Besonders das Frühstück war frisch und lecker. Auch Mittag- und Abendessen waren gut, das Personal freundlich, und das Essen wurde schön serviert. Man aß quasi zuerst mit den Augen☺️Der Hauswein war auch sehr gut. Das Golfmobil zum Strand funktionierte immer schnell, und die Kinder hatten viel Spaß. Die Fahrt dauerte nur drei Minuten. Am Strand gab es immer kaltes aromatisiertes Wasser. Wer etwas anderes wollte, konnte es kaufen – alles wurde auf das Zimmer geschrieben und am Ende zusammen bezahlt. Der Spielplatz und der Strand waren sauber und schön. Die Spielgeräte sind eher für ältere Kinder, aber es gibt auch ein Bodentrampolin, das für alle Kinder geeignet ist. Wir fanden die „Aperitivo“-Party am Strand sehr schön: mit Snacks, Getränken und gut organisiert. Auch die Red-Party zum Abschluss war toll. Die Besitzer-Familie war aktiv beim Abend dabei , hat Essen verteilt , man sah, wie viel Mühe sie sich geben. Wir sind sehr früh weggefahren und uns wurde ein Lunchpaket vorbereitet. Obendrauf gab es noch ein süßes kleines Gebäckpäckchen – eine sehr nette Geste!

Ich fand das Hotel insgesamt sehr schön, mit tollem Essen und klasse Bedienung. Ein paar Dinge passen aber nicht so gut dazu: Der Spielplatz sah etwas unordentlich aus, und ehrlich gesagt kann man mit Bodenschutz-Puzzlematten schlecht den Boden kaschieren, wenn schon Löcher vorhanden sind. Auch die Balkonmöbel aus billigem Plastik passen nicht zum Gesamteindruck des Hotels. Das sind nur kleine Tipps, keine Kritik.

Siamo tornati al nostro hotel preferito e ci siamo trovati benissimo, come è sempre stato. Quest’anno abbiamo partecipato anche alla gita alla “Fattoria Ricci” e alla cena tipica romagnola, ci eravamo andati un po’ di anni fa, quando i nostri figli erano più piccoli, e devo dire che anche stavolta abbiamo passato una divertente e piacevole serata e la cena era ottima. Anche quest’anno durante il nostro soggiorno, abbiamo ritrovato l’attenta ospitalità che contraddistingue lo Sport & Residenza e la famiglia Ricci. Grazie, per la bella vacanza che ci avete fatto trascorrere.

Accoglienza, attenzione al cliente e personale super professionale.

Si tratta di un albergo di seconda fila (non affaccia direttamente sulla spiaggia) ma dista 50-100 metri dal mare. Dispone di un servizio continuo di trasporto gratuito elettrico per la spiaggia di proprietà dell' albergo che si trova a circa 500 metri. Quello che fa la differenza in questo albergo non è tanto la eleganza degli arredi o le dimensioni delle camere (anche se esistono differenti dimensioni e alternative con formula residence) ma il servizio offerto. Si tratta di una conduzione familiare orgogliosamente efficace da generazioni, personale giovane ben condotto a favorire una vacanza in cui il rapporto tra il costo e il servizio offerto è eccezionale per quanto riguarda pulizia, cortesia e qualità della ristorazione! Particolarmente fruibile anche se ci sono delle difficoltà motorie

A fare il difficile direi solo che ci sono due grossi cuscini ornamentali alla testata del letto che poi ti infastidiscono perchè non sai dove metterli nella quotidianità della stanza

Ottima la presenza di animazione per i più piccoli. Molto apprezzata la navetta per raggiungere la spiaggia convenzionata e la piscina dell'hotel

Il cucinino di piccole dimensioni è sufficiente solo per minime preparazioni (non si possono usare due pentole contemporaneamente sui fornelli a causa delle dimensioni ridotte)

Absolute Empfehlung,.Das Hotel wird sehr liebevoll geführt. Das Personal ist super freundlich und das Essen hervorragend. Die Zimmer groß genug, und sauber. Tolle Ausflüge möglich. Der Strand ist auch traumhaft und mit dem Shuttle oder zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Pool ist auch sauber und angenehm. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Für Familien mit Kindern perfekt.

Das einzige was ich mir noch gewünscht hätte wäre eine Getränkekarte im Speisesaal. Und eine Ablage für Shampoos in der Dusche.

Colazione, pranzi e cene di alta qualità, abbondanti e molto variegati con opzioni per intolleranze ed allergie. Ottimi i servizi della struttura e la pulizia delle camere e degli spazi comuni. Tutto il personale è stato eccezionale ed accogliente: una vera vacanza

Die Lage war sehr gut, direkt in der Stadt und zum Strand ( 200 m) gab es einen Shuttle Service. Das Appartement war komfortabel und sauber.

Das Buffet war sehr gut. Wir hatten mit Halbpension gebucht.

We enjoyed a pleasant week at Hotel Sport & Residenza. Our apartment was spacious, clean, and comfortable and with good beds. - However, the Wi-Fi did not reach our unit (357), which was a challenge when traveling with teenagers. Considering it is branded as a “Sport” hotel, we found the gym facilities somewhat disappointing. The fitness room is located at another hotel and is only about 15 m² in size and with only one multi-machine and one bench. On the positive side, the breakfast was excellent, with high-quality food and outstanding coffee. The staff were generally very helpful and service-minded, although some team members had limited English skills.

Vilket hotell! Så trevlig personal, bra frukost och fantastisk service! En regnig dag ordnade de snabbt fram shuttle till lämplig inomhusaktivitet. Se till att åka med shuttle till Cesenaticos kanal, så vackert! Hotellet har även bra kontakter för dagsturer till San Marino, som också är väl värt ett besök. Bagnon vid stranden var precis lagom och kändes trygg. Vi lämnade våra grejer (inte värdesaker) när vi gick på lunch. Barnen uppskattade lekplats och volleybollbanan. Boll finns att låna. Städningen på hotellet var också till belåtenhet. Området omkring är tyst och det var ingen sen underhållning som störde den kvällströtta. Poolen uppvärmd och en badvakt håller lite extra koll på de som badar. Cyklar finns att låna. Det här hotellet gav mycket för pengarna!

The hotel staff were absolutely brilliant. They were so friendly and helpful.they are led by an excellent multilingual hotel manager who epitomises superior customer service. The meals included were excellent and the special dinner events included were totally unexpected and were outstanding and emphasised the focus of the hotel on superior customer service and exceeding customer expectations.

The only slight minus is the rooms are a bit dated and could do with a renovation.

Although this is a "Italia Bike Hotel" it does not really cater for the sporting cyclist, There is a bike shop close at hand but their rental bikes do not offer a good choice. The staff were excellent and very helpful including giving me a lift to the railway station since it was raining.

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Deshalb herrschte eine sehr entspannte Atmosphäre und die Inhaberfamile war ebenso in allen Angelegenheiten behilflich. Falls notwendig konnte sogar auf Deutsch weitergeholfen werden.Das Essen war sehr lecker und vielfältig.

Fantastic stay for our family of 5! Staff are so friendly and the chef even made a cake for us to celebrate a birthday! The private beach was nice to relax in and the shuttle bus there was a nice touch. Location was good and a short walk to the shops, beach and play park We stayed in May so was quieter our kids enjoyed having the pool to themselves I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a relaxing stay as the staff will go out of their way to make sure you enjoy your time here! Well done to the Ricci hotel staff!

Good hotel. Very good swimming pool, not too crowded so really enjoyable. Staff was kind bit extremely reactive to requests. Room was clean and common areas as well

Personale molto cortese. I ragazzi della reception sono molto disponibili e gentili. Struttura in buona posizione, vicina alle spiagge e al centro del paese.

Consiglio il soggiorno presso questa struttura, ricca di molteplici servizi... dalla spiaggia privata alle biciclette, alla navetta per andare in centro a Cesenatico, con piscina interna a bordo della quale gustare un'ottima colazione. Personale attento e gradevole

Abbiamo soggiornato nella parte Hotel. Stanze abbastanza spaziose e complete di cassaforte, aria condizionata, e frigobar. Ottima accoglienza all arrivo, molto bella e ricca, la colazione all aperto. Bella la piscina Cena buona, vario il buffet. 150 metri dal mare in zona tranquilla Consigliato, anche perché Pet Friendly !!!

Bell'albergo, pulito, elegante, con una splendida piscina riscaldata e comodo parcheggio. Ottima cucina. Personale sempre disponibile, gentilissimo e cortese. Ben al di sopra delle aspettative la gentilezza di mettere a disposizione la camera già alle ore 10 del giorno d'arrivo e se possible, fino alle 16 del giorno di partenza, cosa di solito molto rara, ma di grande utilità soprattutto per le famiglie con bambini, che in questo albergo troveranno tutte le comodità. Consigliatissimo.

Di passaggio per cesenatico abbiamo prenotato per una notte . Viaggiavamo con una bambina di 3 mesi. In albergo ci hanno procurato una culla e fatto attenzione alle nostre esigenze. Siamo arrivati alle 4 di pomeriggio stanchi e affamati e anche se la cucina era chiusa ci hanno preparato due ottime piadine . Trattamento eccellente ! Grazie . Colazione a buffet varia e molto buona. Torte fatte in casa . Possibilità di farsi un estratto di frutta e verdura a scelta . Piscina esterna curata e accogliente . Se dovessimo ripassare , speriamo per un soggiorno lungo , cercheremo di prendere una stanza :) .

Abbiamo sbisogno giornata una notte in questo hotel e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Camera ampia e pulita, personale gentile e accogliente. Buona la cucina.
