Hotel Nazionale

Staff was very helpful and kind. Breakfast in the garden was wonderful! Great location, close to everything. Staff helped us schedule taxi’s and had helpful recommendations for food.

Excelente ubicación. Muy buena atención de todo el personal. El desayuno, impecable.

Nada, solo la estadía muy corta.

It was simple but good

Nothing not to like

Breakfast was very good. Staff very helpful and cheerful. Room was and hotel itself was extremely clean. Location was very central to all amenities. Breakfast area was very pleasant considering you were in the middle of the town.

The only little thing was there was no “Do not Disturb”, card which could have been embarrassing. But easily fixed.

cordialità, solarità e gentilezza dello staff in primis.

L'emplacement. Chambre confortable Petit-déjeuner

Alles perfekt

Vieta, oras

Dideli rankšluoščiai nekeičiami kiekvieną dieną. Kondicionierius galėjo šaldyti daugiau.

Giardino stupendo, staff eccezionale

Nada a apontar.

Ingenting.

The proximity to the beach, shops, restaurants and the park. The staff (reception, breakfast, cleaning) very kind. We had the triple room which was a on small side, but we knew well in advance. Breakfast very good, it was served on the terrace. We are coming back for sure! Thank you ☺️

Not the hotel’s fault, but it can be noisy during the night so we couldn’t sleep with the windows opened.

The hotel was my favourite hotel in all Italy. It is simply beautiful and perfect. The family room was very spacious, and the room was cleaned every day. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The hotel includes free bike rental. Breakfast area is in a lovely garden, and the food is basic but fresh and very sufficient. The location is absolutely perfect, 10 minute walk from the train station and 5 minute stroll to the beach, and surrounded by really good restaurants. I really miss this hotel and the beautiful town of Levanto, but so grateful for finding this little gem.

Absolutely nothing, I wouldn't change a thing.

Location is parfect.

Tutto

Location and good breakfast

Shower gel needed to be refilled

L'emplacement proche plages centre et gare

The staff went above and beyond and the hotel was beautiful. We loved breakfast every morning and the location was perfect. Looking forward to going again!

Dobra lokalizacja

Maleńki prysznic i zapach kanalizacji w łazience

Loved the hotel, the room and the location. It’s great that they offer you a bike included with your stay and a towel for the beach. Great staff

Noise from the street

Wonderful stay! We were on a girls' trip, daughter and two mothers and had an excellent experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The hotel is within walking distance of everything, and having convenient parking for our rental car was a bonus. The property is beautifully decorated, and the breakfast spread was outstanding. We would love to visit again and highly recommend it!

Centrally located hotel not far from the train station and beaches. The family run hotel is a good sport to start your Cinque Terre Trip. The family is very kind and helpful, breakfast decent.

We had a nice room and view, only the bed was growing a little old and flaky so I woke up with flakes in my hair every morning which wasn’t very pleasant.

Hotel a gestione familiare, ristrutturato di recente. Staff gentilissimo. Camera spaziosa e pulita. Colazione molto buona in un giardino delizioso. Da ripetere sicuramente. A due passi dal mare.

The apartment was big and was in excellent location. The hotel was quick to communicate and very helpful.

The only downside was the hot water heater was leaking and we had to keep checking it and emptying buckets of water.

Perfext from the first step. Starring with the stuff who helps in every question with a smile. Lovely breakfast and very comfartable big room with great location in wonderfull place I wish we had more nights.

The bed can be more comfartable.
