Personalul foarte amabil, nu am fost mulțumiți de camera rezervată pentru că se afla la mansardă și ne-au schimbat camera fără probleme și fără să plătim nimic în plus. Micul dejun destul de bun, ar putea fi îmbunătățit. Hotelul este amplasat în centru și sunt terase și localuri în vecinătate.

Într-una dintre seri a fost o petrecere in piațeta din fața hotelului și s-a prelungit până la două dimineața, fapt care a făcut să nu ne putem odihni deloc (ferestrele erau ca și inexistente din punct de vedere al atenuării zgomotului).

Die Zufahrt zum hoteleigenen Parkplatz (Via Caimi 1) ist schwierig, da das Navigationsgerät im Auto die Fahrt in die Sackgasse, in der die Hoteleinfahrt erst liegt, als unmöglich ausgibt und die Suchenden „ratlos“ im Kreis herumführt, bis man sich der Navigation verweigert und es trotzdem versucht. Eine Meldung an die Google Map sowie bessere Wegweiser in der Via Caimi sind unbedingt nötig.

Location fantastica. Hotel in posizione centrale. Staff cortese e disponibile. Camera molto spaziosa. colazione buffet con ampia scelta.

Ci hanno assegnato una cmaera per persone disabili. Non c'era finestra, ma solo un abbaino. Sul pavimento una moquette sporca ed il bagno che si allagava facendo la doccia... non si trattano così le persone sfortunate non autonome!

Lovely hotel with spacious and comfortable rooms in a pretty Italian Alpine village. Staff were pleasant, beds comfortable, rooms very clean and the food was very nice. We were with a group, stayed for one night and had both dinner and breakfast at the hotel and found it very pleasant. Would highly recommend!

Очень скудный и не вкусный завтрак, как по мне не соответствует уровню отеля, плюсом, очень большие вопросы к бару, выбор напитков скудный, как по мне доя Италии совсем все плохо с виной картой и самый худший апероль который мы пили за неделю прибывания в Италии.

We hadden een kamer met Airco alleen was de airco niet opgewassen tegen de hoge temperatuur en grote van de kamer buiten was het overdag 34 graden op de kamer 26,5 a 27 graden. Na overleg hebben we een iets kleinere kamer gekregen en was de airco iets dominanter aanwezig maar ook hier bleef de kamer 25 graden. Maar wel veel behulpzaamheid van de receptie. Het Hotel lag midden in het centrum van Sondrio aan het centrale plein prima locatie ook goede parkeer mogelijkheid bij hotel

Se airco koelde niet genoeg en het ontbijt was summier laten we zeggen Italiaans. Tevens was er een bar aanwezig maar die ging 2200 uur dicht helaas

Tuvimos un problema , nos dieron una habitacion para discapacitados donde el Baño no tenia mampara y siempre estaba todo mojado , super peligroso y no te venian a limpiar, hicimos el reclamo y nos dijeron que la culpa fue de booking que acepto darnos esa reserva y no lo resolvieron

The location in the centre of town is fantastic. They were very good with gluten free options for breakfast and dinner.

The room was very cold and the aircon continued blasting even though I had turned it off on the wall and eventually called Reception and they said they turned it off too but it too cold to sleep with only a light duvet on the bed and no extra blanket.

A beautiful historic building, convenient parking, and interestingly designed interiors. Unfortunately, when placed in incompetent hands, such potential inevitably turns into a disaster—or into the typically Italian attitude of “va bene così,” meaning “it’s fine as it is; that will do.”

Even when set to 10°C, it was impossible to sleep comfortably. The same problem existed throughout the entire hotel. The breakfast was extremely poor. Frankly, it is almost unbelievable that a hotel in such a famous location serves guests such a limited selection of food. It was little more than bread and water. Unfortunately, my overall impression is that the staff smile at you, but they simply do not care whether you ever come back. That level of indifference overshadows everything else.

A really lovely hotel located in the heart of town. We got an upgrade to a corner room which was massive. Great views to the snow capped mountains in the distance and a nice breakfast. Didn't eat dinner here so cannot comment. One of the nicer hotels we stayed at in Northern Italy.

Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert. Auf Rückfrage hat die Rezeption erklärt, dass die Gemeinde den Gebrauch untersagt, bei 30 Grad Aussentemperatur....

Lage sehr gut, Motorräder könnten im Innenhof geparkt werden. Frühstück für italienische Verhältnisse gut.

36 Grad über mehrere Tage... Extra ein Zimmer mit Klimaanlage gebucht und dann läuft das Ding nicht??! Auch im Ersatzraum keine Klima verfügbar. Fenster öffnen hat bei Tropennacht nur bedingt geholfen. Und auf der Piazza auch noch Volksfest... Leider kaum geschlafen.

Great place for a quick stop or a longer stay. Personel was extremely helpful and the spa was great after a long day traveling.

Abbiamo dormito una sola notte in questo hotel al centro di Sondrio: elegante, pulito, camera spaziosissima e ben fornito. A piedi si possono raggiungere tutti i locali intorno , ma se chiedete al personale vi sanno consigliare. Se dovessi tornare da quelle parti non esiterei risceglierlo!

Mi hanno aspettato fino a tarda notte e sono stati davvero gentili durante tutto il soggiorno, dal check in alla colazione. La posizione è perfetta e ci sono dei parcheggi comodi per raggiungere l'hotel velocemente. Colazione di qualità. Dormito molto bene. Bagno comodo e grande.

La camera era un po' piccola. Il prezzo è alto per quello che offre.

Tutto perfetto. Sono stati molto disponibili, per un problema di prenotazione ho avuto anche un upgrade allo stesso costo. Sia le receptionist che il cameriere della colazione sono stati gentilissimi.

Avrei preferito una finestra vera piuttosto che la VELUX e una finestra molto alta. Cmq nessun problema.

A good hotel for a small Italian town. The room is quite large—it could easily accommodate a single bed and a double bed. It feels like they skimped on space. Otherwise, everything is fine—decent breakfasts, a good location—right in the center, a large bathroom.

La gentilezza del personale

Mi è stato assegnato un bagno per disabili non richiesto. Al check in mi è stato descritto (niente bidè e doccia con solo un buco nel pavimento), ho accettato per non mettere in imbarazzo la persona molto nota a Sondrio che mi accompagnava. Però non mi è stato detto che la camera era un sottotetto senza finestre, con un lucernario inadeguato a un normale ricambio dell'aria. Non basta: se fossi stato davvero disabile in bagno sarei caduto più volte data l'assenza totale di appoggi, alla faccia delle norme.

Non eccezionale la colazione , prodotti buoni ma più o meno quello che si trova in ogni albergo, mi aspettavo qualcosa in più. Ma comunque discreta.

Una bellissima struttura confortevole situata in una grande piazza Garibaldi,ben gestita.

Non mi è piaciuto il comportamento di Booking che nell’assegnare la camera non ha precisato che la camera assegnata per invalidi era priva di doccia e bidè. Grazie alla comprensione di Sabrina della reception e’ stato risolto l’inconveniente con il cambio camera Superior senza aumento di prezzo.

Credo di aver ricevuto la stessa stanza per due volte di fila, una stanza adattata per i disabili, bella, ma un po’ scomoda e veramente tanto calda, aprire la finestra (abbaino) ha comunque risolto tutto

Issue with electricity in the room (complete black out), we have been moved to another room after the 2nd night out of 3. Spa was not ready to welcome guests even though it is a service under reservation: I could not use the sauna or steam room as they did not have time to heat enough during my dedicated time slot. Error in calculating the total bill : it was rectified immediately but it was not a nice experience to have to check totals and come back for explanation+reimbursement.

Ho soggiornato parecchie volte in questo hotel e devo dire che le camere sono ampie e sempre molto pulite, il personale disponibile e gentile e il ristorante è superlativo. Mi è piaciuta anche la spa.

L accueil de la réception. La personne a fait le maximum pour nous trouver une meilleure chambre que celle que nous avions réservée via Booking. Le petit-déjeuner est fabuleux. Les plats du restaurant 1862 de l hôtel sont fabuleux !

Il faisait très chaud dans la chambre mais bon on y était en janvier !

A truly Grand hotel, very comfortable and beautifully appointed. The concierge was very helpful. Breakfast was excellent!

Fajna lokalizacja, hotel ładny, pokój duży, przestronny, tak jak łazienka. Bardzo wygodne łóżka.

Śniadanie dosyć skromne (choć dobre), lecz bardzo mały wybór. Jeśli chce się coś innego np. Omlet to trzeba za niego dodatkowo zapłacić.
