It was a great location if you are staying in Sorrento it’s about a 10 min walk down the Main Street from the train station. This hotel is in the center of all the nightlife, restaurants and a short walk to the ports/beach clubs. It’s close by taxi pickups and there’s a grocery story down stairs. The rooms are very comfortable and clean the blackout shutters were fantastic. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and the staff was very kind and welcoming.

The noise from the grocery store can be bit much when they are restocking or having pallets dropped off in the early morning

Very friendly and pleasant staff, with a calm and relaxing atmosphere. The air conditioning works well.

Very kind and friendly staff and excellent location. You can walk everywhere. It’s also very beautiful with a great garden and drinks service. Breakfast is great too. If you leave early, they prepare an ice breakfast bag for you. Fantastic hospitality.

There was mold in the bathroom.

In great area in old town, excellent breakfast and nice staff

Everything perfect!

The location was near centre, the staff was friendly

A localização é perfeita.

Excellent!! Few steps away from taxi drop off. Market right beside the hotel and location couldn’t be more perfect. Delicious breakfast as well.

Nothing

There was ants for all my durations

The hotel recommended a car parking concierge service which damaged the rental car. The company, Sorrento Parking, took a video of the car upon receipt showing no damage. The car showed damage upon delivery. The company states that their video was of low quality and so takes no responsibility for the damage. Sorrento Parking did not respond to several attempts to engage in next steps. After an escalation, they responded with a photo of the damage that we ourselves provided as „evidence“ of scratches even though these are not visible in their own video.

Confort, servizio eccellente ,centrale come ubicazione , Reception molto accogliente e professionale soprattutto Sigra Carla

Hermosa estadia

Nada

The location was perfect, staff went above and beyond and the facility is very well kept

Kahvaltı iyiydi, çırpılmış yumurta, peynir çeşitleri ve bolca tatlı ürün vardı. Dükkanların olduğu ana caddeye çok yakındı. Limana , plajlara ve tren istasyonuna 10 dakika yürüyüş mesafesindeydi.

The hotel location was excellent, very close to the train station and within walking distance of the restaurants and bars on the main street in Sorrento. The rooms were very nice, clean, and comfortable. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful throughout our stay.

The breakfast was good, but the selection was limited

Limpeza, conforto, localização, café da manhã

La struttura è curata, accogliente, ben posizionata e in stile elegante mediterraneo

Perfect location. Rooms are clean, spacious, bright!

Loved it all

Breakfast was great. They even made me a to go bag since my flight was earlier. Room was beautiful, clean & close to everything

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The location is excellent and very convenient for exploring the city.

This hotel in the centro storico was the best find ever! We were in luck! Right away it felt good. The checkin procedure was pleasant and the host gave us some helpful tips. The hotel itself is light and breezy, blue and white tiles, touches of yellow. Our room was so comfortable and the bathroom was really cute and well done. Breakfast was in a lovely spacious area and it was delicious. So much from which to choose. The staff were friendly and very attentive, especially the breakfast staff. We will definitely stay here again!

It was all lovely!

Domácka atmosféra, čisto, vynikajúca poloha

Hluk kazdu noc a kazde rano z prevadzky supermaketu pod hotelom - kvoli zasobovaniu tovarom

Perfect location for wandering in the old town, easy walking distance to the ferries and marinas. We found our room (no. 8) was lovely and quiet despite this hotel being in a side street in a bustling part of town. Aircon worked well, comfy bed and good shower. We stayed three nights and were looked after from the moment we booked to the moment we checked out. Great breakfast with lots of fresh choices. We loved the relaxed, friendly atmosphere and would definitely rebook.

Hermoso hotel, muy buena ubicación , habitaciones limpias.

Nada

Hotel charmoso e bem localizado. Equipe super atenciosa.

Ottima colazione e posizione. Cortesia e disponibilità di tutto il personale

Insonorizzazione camera

I loved it! Perfect location, friendly helpful staff, and really cute inside. I liked everything!! Don’t miss the opportunity to stay here. It made my trip extra special.

Lovely staff. Amazing accommodation. Very clean and comfortable. Lovely breakfast. Felt really homely!

Nothing!

The location is very well situated, just a 10-minute walk from the port and the bus station (the one coming from Naples), on a quiet side street. Although the hotel entrance feels a bit unusual at first, the interior is very charming and elegant, with a lovely Italian style. It’s not a modern or “wow” type of hotel, but rather a place with great taste and a cozy atmosphere. The room was nice, spacious enough, and very clean, and the bathroom was equally spotless. The breakfast at the property was delicious, although somewhat repetitive, offering omelets, cheese, ham, croissants, cakes, pastries, and fresh fruit every day. The ladies from the kitchen and reception were extremely kind and welcoming, which made the stay even more enjoyable.

Although there is a supermarket next to the hotel — which can be convenient for buying water, drinks, and other essentials — the area becomes quite busy in the evening. Unfortunately, the rooms are not very well soundproofed, so until around midnight or 1 AM, you can hear a lot of noise from people walking around outside. In the morning, there are also deliveries to the supermarket, and the carts being dragged across the pavement can be quite loud. This was probably the only real downside of the stay: while the central location is definitely an advantage, the noise and activity in the area can be a bit disturbing.

Hotel is BEAUTIFUL! Super clean, excellent location. Staff is wonderful.

One day a large group was leaving the hotel early and there was no hot water so we could not shower. We also had difficulty at breakfast as there was no room to sit. Other than that, we had a marvelous stay.

Friendly, helpful staff Clean. Lovely atmosphere

Ne-a plăcut totul. Hotel amplasat foarte bine, exact în centru, foarte curat, cochet. Mic dejun excelent pentru Italia.

Ne-a plăcut totul.

Poziționarea,curățenia

Very clean and placed in the center. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.

Teresa is wonderful! She works extremely hard to make a wonderfully fresh homemade breakfast every day. The staff are very friendly and accommodating, the location is perfect- centrally Located.

Can get a little noisy at night.

Building is in the heart of Sorrento, vibrant area with a supermarket very close and a shopping strip around the corner. Restaurants and cafes near by. Hotel is extremely clean, funky and gorgeous.

Super lokacija.

Isti doručak se ponavlja svaki dan. Nije bilo zemički već posle pola sata. Vrlo skromna i monotona ponuda

Clean. Wonderful staff

Nowhere to sit apart from bedroom.

The accommodation was comfortable, room temperatures were good. There was hot water shower and the location of the accommodation was walking distance to the central piazza.

Breakfast options were a little limited. However, the accommodation staff were very warm and hospitable, making our stay a pleasant one.

Localização, limpeza e atençao dos funcionarios

Instalações do quarto

Great location, pretty, lovely staff, nice breakfast.

Slightly noisy due to tiling throughout, but I’m used to quiet country side at home

The staff were amazing so helpful best hotel in Sorrento will definitely stay here again worth every cent

Absolutely spotless so clean house keeping did a excellent job breakfast was right up there fresh scrambled eggs every morning fresh homemade cakes

Beautifully decorated hotel, everything was perfect! Room was fabulous with a little balcony overlooking lemon trees. It had everything we needed for our stay. Fantastic location right off the main streets. Mini supermarket right next door. Amazing breakfast each day, many options available. All staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in the heart of Sorrento.

Super liebevoll eingerichtete Unterkunft mit eigenem Zitronengarten, super Lage, leckeres Frühstück

Great location, lovely clean rooms and super friendly staff. Beautiful view of orange and lemon trees from our room

We had an ant problem in our room. The breakfast was ok but not great - the fruit ran out early and the coffee was awful. Pastries were ok but some were sickeningly sweet. Loved having granola and yogurt options.

Nice decor, pleasant view and surroundings, very convenient and central location, and good breakfast.

The room was pretty small and got rather stuffy with the windows shut for too long.

Spotless facility, very modern, best location
