Room was not clean. Dust visible all over the room. Stains on the blue bed throws. Bed not very comfortable. Mould visible in the bathroom. Thin walls and windows so the noise levels from the street and neighbouring rooms were high. We also had an ant infestation on our last morning after some food crumbs were spilled on the floor the night before

The district looks criminal. It was quite discomfortable to come back to the hotel after diner, though it was not too late. There are a lot of strange people walking around. Even some of the other guests at the hotel made me want to keep my distance from them. Although the hotel was clean, the overall appearance was somewhat untidy. There wasn’t even any soap in the bathroom. There was shower gel provided in the shower, but the soap dispenser by the sink was empty.

Reviewed Aug 22, 2026Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel et nous en gardons une excellente impression. L'établissement est propre, confortable et très bien entretenu, et l'accueil a été agréable. L'emplacement est également un véritable avantage pour visiter Venise : la gare se trouve à environ 5 minutes à pied, ce qui permet de rejoindre Venise très facilement et rapidement.
Je tiens cependant à signaler un point qui, à mon sens, mérite d'être connu des futurs clients. L'environnement immédiat de l'hôtel est malheureusement très dégradé. Les rues aux alentours étaient particulièrement sales, avec beaucoup de détritus et de verre cassé au sol. Nous avons également été confrontés à des personnes consommant des drogues dans la rue, avec notamment des seringues abandonnées au sol. Nous ne nous sentions donc pas vraiment à l'aise lorsque nous sortions de l'hôtel, et il était également très difficile de trouver un endroit propre et sûr pour promener notre chien. Je précise vraiment que ces remarques ne concernent absolument pas l'hôtel, pour lequel nous sommes très satisfaits. Je partage simplement cette information pour que les futurs voyageurs puissent savoir à quoi s'attendre concernant le quartier autour de l'hôtel, notamment les personnes voyageant avec un chien ou souhaitant se déplacer à pied dans les environs.

We were there before checkin thinking we would ask to just drop our bags when the guy at the front desk said our room was ready and we could check in. That was the nicest thing to hear after a long day of travel. That alone is customer service above and beyond. I would differently return and recommend to my friends.

Probably more so the culture of the area Vs just the hotel…. There were people openly shooting up drugs by the bus stop and down the side of the hotel. It didn’t feel like a safe area at all so just keep your wits about you.

It's near the Mestre train station, but several dodgy people hang around on the way to the airport shuttle station at night, which makes me feel a bit uneasy walking alone. The WIFI is not very stable.

Reviewed Jul 3, 2026Místo hotelu, vlastní parkoviště, poblíž spoustu restaurací na večeři a možnost ponechání auta na parkovacím místě v po check-outu, kdy jsme z Mestre ještě mohli navštívit Benátky. Vlakové nádraží se nachází 4 minuty chůze a je to vše blízko a dostupné. Ubytování můžeme jenom doporučit.

Reviewed Jun 18, 2026Я останавливалась в этом отеле три раза. Один раз в одноместном номере, два раза в двухместном. Мне нравится, что отель находится совсем рядом с ж/д станицей Местре-Венеция. А так же рядом автобусные остановки Flixbus и других. Я доходила до ж/д станции за минут пять. В паре минут хороший супермаркет в котором есть отдел готовой еды. Район некоторым может показаться многонациональным, но это как в большинстве привокзальных районов. Меня не напрягало, ночами я не ходила. Отель очень чистый! Уборка на высоте. Каждый день меняют полотенца, даже если остановился на пару дней. Слышимость как и везде - в коридоре слышно как проходят постояльцы, из соседних номеров слышно только если очень громко говорят. Мне повезло, постояльцы были адекватные. Кровать в двухместном номере - две односпальные сведённые вместе. Мне не мешало, но имейте в виду. В номерах есть мини-бар, сейф. Очень просторная ванная комната. Персонал доброжелательный. Прекрасное соотношение цены и качества для Венеции.

メストレ駅から近いが、移動中に臭いがキツいゾーン（道に設置されている生ゴミ臭）を通らなければならなくて臭かった。部屋に自分以外の髪の毛が落ちてたのが気持ち悪くて気になった。日本と違いホテルに自販機がなかったのが残念。 あと清掃入ったときに窓開けっ放しにしてたのか？虫が数匹入ってたのが残念だった。

Reviewed Jun 17, 2026駅からも十分歩ける距離。館内は清潔で、どのフロントの方もこちらの拙い英語に笑顔でにこやかに対応してくれたし、黒人の男性のスタッフは無愛想でしたがチェックアウト後に私が汗だくで廊下の隅で荷物整理していたらさりげなくお水をくれて、その優しさがありがたかったです。
私の泊まった部屋はエアコンがあまり効かず、一番温度を下げて風量を上げてもそよ風以下の風しか出ず、体感的には28度ぐらいにしかならなかったのがきつかった。（友達の泊まった部屋はエアコンは効いていた） また、シャワーブースの排水がイマイチで、少し水を流したらそれ以上の時間、水を止め排水しないといけなかった。

Поруч також зупинка автобусів до аеропорту. 👍
Бажано, щоб ваш номер не виходив на дорогу з транспортом. В кімнаті дерев'яні вікна і шумоізоляція дуже низька. Я вночі не могла спати, на жаль, тому що шумно з дороги. Треба просити номер, що виходить вікнами у двір, це моя рекомендація.

Reviewed Jun 9, 2026Un lindo hotel con una ubicación excelente, a pocos minutos caminando de la estación. Es una opción muy recomendable para quienes buscan una alternativa más económica a alojarse en Venecia insular, sin perder buena conexión con la ciudad. El personal fue muy amable y estuvo siempre a disposición para explicarnos todo, ayudarnos con lo que necesitáramos y resolver nuestras dudas. La zona cuenta además con muchos restaurantes chinos, con comida buena y económica. La habitación estaba limpia y contaba con todo lo necesario para una estadía cómoda y correcta. Una muy buena opción en relación calidad-precio.

Me desperté a medianoche al baño y había una cucaracha de gran tamaño, tenía huevos y no fue una experiencia muy agradable, nos invitaron a desayunar para compensar la mala experiencia pero fue un poco asqueroso encontrarse eso, luego no pudimos dormir.

Ho dovuto lasciare la.macchina in strada e ho rischiato la rottura di un finestrino per furto. Fortunatamente il macellaio che si ha trovato sull'atto la persona ha evitato il peggio.
