Great wee hotel in the main square which is very pretty with lots of great cafes and restaurants. Easy access to trams and buses just around the corner to go to Vienna. The staff were all amazing and incredibly helpful.

Locatie: heel goed en dichtbij Venetië. Met de tram T1 ben je binnen 20 minuten in Venetië. De hygiëne was ook zeer goed. Het ontbijt was gewoon top en goed verzorgd.

We kwamen ’s morgens aan. Aan de receptie zat een kale meneer met een bril. Hij was zeer onvriendelijk en behoorlijk brutaal. Terwijl de dame die in de namiddag aan de receptie zat ontzettend vriendelijk en aangenaam was!

Nice hotel in a great location. Many shops and restaurants steps away. The hotel was clean, comfortable and the staff friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was fantastic. Great spread. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The location was great right on the square Continental breakfast had a really good choice beds were comfortable.

There were no tea/coffee facilities in the room also only one English Channel bbc news, another channel would have been appreciated as we were in the room most evenings by 9.30 pm.

Since the hotel is on a piazza, taxi could not take me to the front door since I had a walker.

Obwohl in Booking angegeben, war nciht nur keine E-Ladestation rund ums Hotel, sondern auch keine am zugewiesenen Parkplatz (Parcheggio Carducci). Auch das wäre kein Problem, aber beim Filter "E-Ladestation vorhanden" erscheint u.a. dieses Hotel. Das ist Schwindel. Warum toleriert Booking das?

We stayed at Hotel Al Vivit for 1 night before flying back to the States - it was very clean, strong air conditioning, and a great landing place for some rest and a good night's sleep prior to our flights. The staff were very professional and the location made it easy to go into Venice - we walked to/from the bus.

Really good location, central but also quiet. Close to a lot of restaurants and shops. The apartment was beautiful. The staff was very friendly. Very good breakfast.

Something was wrong with the air conditioning. We tried to turn it off, but it kept going. We told the receptionist who said he will turn it off from the system, but it hept going all night. It was really cold and we had to put the big towels on the kids when they went to bed.

We had a very nice stay at Hotel Vivit. The room was really nice and super clean, it was also quiet due to the hotel being located in a big pedestrian zone. It's location also allows to get to Venice easely in a blink of a eye via bus or tram, which is super convinient. Lastely, the lady at the reception was really kind, welcoming and helpful, a real sweetheart.

Está céntrico, en el mejor sitio de Mestre. El personal de recepción fue muy amable y nos explicó cómo moverse en Venecia y que ver, dónde cenar, etc. La habitación cuádruple muy amplia y cómoda. El desayuno muy completo.

En ciertos momentos del desayuno, había mucha gente y el espacio es tan pequeño que no te podías mover. Además, el personal encargado del desayuno es mínimo y no limpiaban las mesas sucias del desayuno cuando salían los clientes, lo que originaba más aglomeración de gente.

Beautiful room with AC - much needed in the summer heat. Hotel set in beautiful piazza, near to transport links to Venice and Treviso airport links. Great breakfast with plenty of food choices. Would stay again.

Les comportements de certains membres du personnel n'étaient malheureusement pas très accueillants. Bien que nous soyons des étrangers francophones dans votre pays, il existe toujours des moyens de communiquer, même à travers le langage non verbal. Un simple sourire, un regard bienveillant ou une attitude chaleureuse peuvent faire toute la différence. Malheureusement, nous n'avons pas ressenti cette proximité avec votre équipe. Le personnel nous a paru froid, méfiant et peu enclin à échanger. Les réponses étaient brèves, sans réelle volonté d'engager la conversation, ce qui nous a donné l'impression que la communication avec les clients n'était pas une priorité. C'est un point qui, selon nous, mériterait d'être amélioré afin d'offrir une expérience plus agréable aux visiteurs, quelle que soit leur langue.

The staff were very friendly and always ready to help in every way. We had the Loft and the Aircon upstairs was playing up and they swiftly gave us a second room. Great location very easy to.get around.

Wenn man das Frühstück nicht dazu bucht ist am Eingang eine Frühstücksbar .Sehr italienisch und gut . Das Zimmer war im Dachgeschoss . Klimaanlage , perfekt für zwei Personen und sehr schönen , modernen Bad . Die Lage des Hotels ist in der historischen Altstadt . Das Preis-Leistung Verhältniss war top .

Alles war o.k. . Man sollte sich nur im klaren darüber sein , dass man von Mestre immer erst mit Bus oder Bahn nach Venedig fahren muß . Wenn man ein Zeitfenster hat sollte genau geplant werden was man sehen will .

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hotel Al Vivit! We spent four nights here, and from the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. The hotel was a perfect and peaceful retreat from the Italian summer heat. Our room was beautiful, comfortable, spotlessly clean, and very well air-conditioned—something we truly appreciated during the hot weather. The housekeeping service was excellent, and we always returned to a fresh, tidy room and bathroom. We also felt safe and comfortable throughout our entire stay. The reception staff were truly exceptional. The gentlemen at the front desk were incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. They were always happy to assist us with anything we needed, helped us arrange everything, and gave us many great recommendations on places to visit and the best ways to get there. We could also conveniently purchase public transport and airport shuttle tickets directly at the hotel. On our final day, we had to check out very early in the morning and unfortunately missed breakfast. However, the night receptionist thoughtfully offered us coffee before we left. It was such a kind and considerate gesture, and it perfectly reflected the wonderful level of care we experienced throughout our stay. Hotel Al Vivit is a truly special place in the heart of Mestre, and we would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Venice and the surrounding area. Despite reading that Mestre is “just a stopover on the way to Venice,” we found it charming, beautiful, and absolutely worth exploring. We would love to return someday. Thank you once again for making our stay so memorable and for providing such outstanding service!

This is our fifth stay at Al Vivit, and once again we had a great experience. We especially appreciated the new night manager’s American accent. The rooms are, as always, very well maintained, with spotless bathrooms and thoughtful lighting. Venice is still just a 20-minute tram drive away from the nearby square, and the parking is safe and well organized. We’ll definitely come back.

Relativamente ao quarto fiquei desiludida, pois estava virado para as trazeiras e nem sequer podia abrir a janela. Parecia que estava numa masmorra...para o valor que paguei acho que merecia melhor....

Oli harmi, ettei ikkunoista ollut mukavia maisemia rakennustelineiden takia. Ikkunat piti pitää kiinni koko ajan.

Frühstück war nicht so toll. Lage Hotel und Parkplatz katastrophe...zu weit weg!!! Auf Bilder und in wirklichkeit ist Welten unterschied,wir waren enttäuscht.

Breakfast was delightful, hotel room and bathroom were impeccably clean, the staff were friendly and amicable and had great recommendations for us. Shoutout to Giussepe and Jacoba aka Music- Without them we wouldn't have gone to tour the best part of the trip, which was the Giardina della Biennale! Great part of town in the local piazza with immediate access to food/grocery/transportation.

Bathroom light could not be turned off, lights in general in the rooms were either full-blast wake the **** up, or completely dark, there was no in between. They could use a few smaller lamps in my opinion. Twin bed room didn't have a plug by one of the beds- A slight inconvenience. We paid $150 USD per night for two people to share a basic hotel room with twin beds, plus breakfast included. Seems ever-so-slightly steep considering we weren't even on the Venice island and had to tram/bus in every day. Then again, the breakfast (@ $5 per person per day), likely saved us a good bit of money over eating anywhere else.

The location is excellent, right in the city center, in the pedestrian area, with many terraces, shops, a mall nearby. The T1 tram and 4L bus stations for Venice are 2 minutes from the hotel. The reception staff are very kind, welcoming, they help you with anything you need. I had an apartment, large, clean, equipped with everything you need, a mini kitchen, a small but clean bathroom. I liked that the whole hotel was clean. The breakfast was quite good, omelette, boiled eggs, cold cuts, mozzarella, many varieties of sweets, candied fruit, cereals, coffee.

The beds were very comfortable and the reception staff very nice. Breakfast was very good and the staff very helpful.
