Great location

Check in was easy, the receptionist was friendly and cheerful. We think we were given a room upgrade as the room was larger and brighter than the rooms we've had on previous stays. In particular, the bathroom was a good size and the shower was in a bath rather than a small cabinet. The rooms are quiet despite the nearby busy street and a fan was provided to help with the heat. Breakfast is reasonable and does include fresh fruit. The bed was comfortable with nice crisp white bed linen. The location was good for us and equidistant from La Muette and Passy Metro stations.

Unfortunately, the lift was out of service during my stay, requiring me to use the stairs to access my room on the fourth floor. The stairs were similar to emergency fire escape stairs and were particularly challenging to navigate with luggage. This caused considerable inconvenience and detracted from the overall comfort of my stay.

La ubicación era excelente ,un centro comercial enfrente lleno de tiendas y la torre Eiffel muy cerca.

Lo único malo que nuestra habitación tenías que subir dos plantas de escaleras de caracol y si vas con una persona mayor como fue mi caso es un poco difícil para ellos por lo demás todo muy bien. El buffet de desayuno muy completo.

Should have believed the bad reviews. Please read them beforehand! They do not lie! Unfortunately, the room looks nothing like the advertised pictures. It is disappointing to arrive expecting one thing, only to realize the photos were completely misleading and fake, probably made better with AI. If the listing would been honest, I could have made an informed choice about whether I was willing to stay in these conditions. The real problem is how OUTDATED and NEGLECTED the property is. The bathroom in particular felt unhygienic and uncomfortable: the lighting was harsh and clinical, the toilet smelled unpleasant, and both the sink and shower had yellow staining. While it was tolerable for two nights, I would not recommend it for a longer stay if you value cleanliness. Given the condition of the amenities, the price is far too high, even taking the lovely location into account. I would not stay here again.

O quarto tem um mau cheiro de mofo insuportável devido ao piso com carpete. Terrível. O local de banho é ridículo com uma cortina de plástico dentro de uma banheira impressionantemente sem espaço. HORRÍVEL!

Labas franču stila brokastis. Ieteiktu gan papildināt ar svaigiem dārzeņiem. Ērta atrašanās vieta, var doties uz galvenajiem apskates objektiem ar kājām. Viesnīca atrodas klusā un zaļā iekšpagalmā, nedzird pilsētas trokšņus. Neērtības varētu radīt vītņu kāpes, pa kurām jādodas uz nummuriņiem (grūti uznest smagu koferi), bet kā mums ar smaidu teica, Jūs jau ziemeļnieces, nebūs problēmas.

Das Hotel liegt nicht weit weg vom Eifelturm, Fußläufig gut erreichbar. Für eine Nacht war es ok.

Unsere Betten war sehr klein, hatten 2 einzelne Betten. Matratzen sehr klein, denke 80 cm, kenne ich aus Italien auch so. Bei jedem umdrehen quietschte das Bett. Es gab im Hotel kein Fahrstuhl, wenn man mit großen Koffer anreist hat man schon Arbeit die kleinen Stufen hochzugehen. Für eine Nacht war es ok, für längere Aufenthalte nicht zu empfehlen.

The hotel in a a little private side street with trees right outside the room windows. Quiet and secluded in central Paris at a very reasonable price. The room was very comfortable and well equipped. We felt that it was a refuge from the busy streets outside but at the same time near to shops, a small market and places to eat. The lift, although small, was a boon to take suitcases up to a third floor room. The bed was firm as hotel beds should be and not like the bouncy castle beds that are common in some types of accommodation.

La posizione è davvero comoda, a 15 minuti a piedi dalla Tour Eiffel e comunque in una bella zona di Parigi. Non avevamo aspettative altissime, quindi posso dire che in generale, se non si hanno grandi pretese, il soggiorno è stato pienamente sufficiente.

La pulizia potrebbe essere leggermente migliorata (il ventilatore era molto sporco), lo stesso vale per i comfort all'interno della struttura. Nella mia camera per esempio mancava il condizionatore. Non c'è l'ascensore e c'è una scala a chiocciola un po' difficile da salire e scendere se si hanno bimbi piccoli da portare in braccio o valige pesanti. In generale però posso dire che è stato un soggiorno sufficiente per quello che ci aspettavamo.

Przemiła obsługa, urocza i bezpieczna dzielnica. Bliskość schludnej linii metra 6: passy. ( bardzo polecam, to ta popularna linia pokazywana w internecie, jeżeli wsiądzie się na passy, to minutę później przejeżdża się przez słynny most z którego widać wieżę eiffla. Za każdym wyjazdem z hotelu przejeżdża się tą trasą, to dodaje magii. Swoją drogą do wieży można dojść pieszo, to 15 minutowy spacer. Nigdzie nie jechałyśmy dłużej niż 30 minut. 5 minut na pieszo od hotelu znajduje się słynny spot do zdjęć av de camoens. Na przeciwko hotelu jest galeria handlowa, brandy melville i subdued. Pełno uroczych sklepików, a nawet pod hotelem znajduje się boissier, słynny sklep z cukierkami, oraz nieopodal repetto, śliczny sklep baletowy. Sam pokój był czysty i przytulny, obsługa pomocna, a hotelik uroczy. W tej cenie polecam, nie sądzę, że w tak bezpiecznym i uroczym miejscu da się taniej.

We liked that the location was really near to trocadero and Eiffel tower. With a lot shops around and it was really clean! From perspective of the comfort the main room was ok size nice simple decor

To continue with comfort the bathroom was really small. I am a big girl and I was ok but if it was someone bigger (overweight) the toilet couldn't fit ...also the shower was extremely small you could not move inside

Gentilezza, pulizia e accoglienza al top!

Nos gustó que estaba muy céntrico y al lado del metro.

Lo que no nos gustó fue el no tener ascensor.Nos tocó en el segundo piso y encima con una escalera de caracol muy incómoda para subir maletas. Además las habitaciones no están muy aisladas y puedes escuchar perfectamente a la habitación de al lado. Por último en recepción no fueron muy simpáticos y hablaban borde y sin ganas.

Pictures were deceiving, the hairdryer was broken , the blinds didn’t work , the shower was broken and had no pressure , there were crumbs and stains on the carpet , no fridge in the room , there were stains on the valance sheet and the walls , the aircon unit was old noisy and only covered one spot in the room !

Location not too far from the Eiffel Tower and the boat tours and the Passy metro station. Friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. The room was compact but complete with chairs, table and a ventilator. Shame that there is such limited space between the bed a the wall. Loved the small garden area.

The fact there is no lift could be a problem but we knew about this in advance and only had a small suitcase.

Excellent value for money. So close to the town, so we decided to pop in for dinner and breakfast to save money (we were not disappointed with the options). Swimming pool was amazing and so quiet the day after, worth staying after check out.

Staff were wonderful! The room was small and basic, but had all we needed. The breakfast was simple but well done and very enjoyable. The cleanliness was excellent. The location was amazing, only 12 mins walk to the Eiffel Tower. Nice restaurants/cafes nearby a couple of minutes walk. Metro station 10 min walk. We really enjoyed our stay here, I would definitely go back. Value for money great!

The location was excellent, right in the heart of Passy, close to everything I needed. The staff were helpful throughout my stay, and the room was cozy with all the necessities covered. Overall a really pleasant stay, I enjoyed my time here!

Wonderful place to spend a few nights in Paris. Nice area, great people, calm and relaxed. Highly recommended.

Kamers zijn netjes , maar aan de krappe kant , is niet zoals op de foto’s . Ontbijt is geen aanrader , beter zelf ontbijtje in de stad regelen . Kussens van het bed ook redelijk hard

L’accueil chaleureux (de la plupart mais pas tous) des employés surtout d’un des maîtres d hôtel qui m’a reçu le 1er jour et qui a été de très bon conseil, il avait toujours un mot agréable. Merci à lui et aurevoir car il n’était pas présent à mon départ. Petit déjeuner appréciable, réapprovisionnement rapide en viennoiseries au besoin. L’emplacement idéal et le calme de la cour intérieure.

L’escalier en colimaçon. Dur après des journées de marche et avec des valises. La salle où on se sert le petit déjeuner est très étroite. Les murs un peu fins on entend bien la vie des voisins.

J'ai beaucoup aimé l'emplacement de l'hôtel, le lit était propre, les matelas étaient confortables, mais la chambre était très petite et il y avait des escaliers raides, mais dans l'ensemble, tout était bien et le personnel était sympathique.

The rooms were clean with blackout blinds and very comfortable beds. Also located right in the centre of Paris so easy to get to all of the local attractions.

On booking.com and google maps, it leads you to a restaurant 200m away from where the hotel actually is. It took us around 25 minutes to actually find the hotel with great difficulty. Even the staff couldn’t explain clearly how to find the hotel. This clearly needs to be corrected.

Nicely located into a pedestrian alley, the small hotel is ideal for staying in the centre of Paris yet enjoying a quiet sleep. Very clean accomodation, night portier, garden views and even outdoor table and chairs for ground floor rooms which look like small cotrages. Owners are very attentive to their guests and responded quickly to my demands, even with a room upgrade !

The hotel was very quiet and peaceful. The staff were friendly, polite, and helpful. I had a pleasant stay.

The rooms were quite small, and there was no refrigerator in the room, which was inconvenient. Also, if you have heavy luggage, carrying it up the stairs can be difficult since there is no elevator.

Our second stay here - we love it. It is perfect for comfort and convenience. The staff are lovely. One can read the papers. The atmosphere is so peaceful and an excellent retreat from the busy city.

L'accès au chambre peut potentiellement poser problèmes à certains voyageurs. Notre chambre était au 2ème avec un escalier exigu en colimaçon. Ce qui, pour nous, n'était pas un point négatif.
