Reviewed Sep 7, 2026Die Lage und die Sauberkeit entsprach unseren Vorstellungen. Hotelparkplatz war Videoüberwacht aber stand so sicher dort (gebührenpflichtig).
Preis-Leistung für ein 4*Sterne Hotel in unseren Augen leider nicht entsprechend. Beim Frühstücksbüffet wurde oft erst sehr spät aufgefüllt (fehlende Milch,…) auch ein 2. Kaffee war fast unmöglich zu erhalten. Im Allgemeinen werden die Landsleute im Hotel stark bevorzugt. Wir warten heute noch auf unsere Getränke an der Poolbar. 30€ für Strandliegen und das in der letzen Reihe, auch hier werden Landsleute wieder bevorzugt.

Reviewed Sep 1, 2026Die gute Lage des Hotels, das tolle große und sehr gut ausgestattete Zimmer, die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter, die allgemeine Sauberkeit.
Unserer Meinung nach hat das Preisleitungsverhältnis nicht gepasst. Die aufgerufenen Preise (Übernachtung inkl. Frühstück) des Hotels waren doch sehr hoch. Dass bei solch hohen Preisen dann noch saftige Extra-Kosten z.B. fürs Parken oder für "normale" Frühstückswaren wie Spiegeleier aufgerufen werden, find ich für diese Preiskategorie doch recht ungewöhnlich und überzogen.

Reviewed Aug 22, 2026Mi è piaciuto tutto e siamo stati benissimo. Si attraversa la strada e si è sul mare, staff gentilissimo e colazione abbondante. Aurea e ristorante di alto livello, con cibo buonissimo. E per ferragosto ci hanno anche omaggiato una bottiglia di prosecco in camera.

La presenza della pasticceria Aura all'interno della struttura offre l'opportunità di degustare prodotti dolciari di alta qualità.
Ho riscontrato che il costo del parcheggio è risultato particolarmente elevato, la mancanza di spazi per riporre le valige e le scarpe.

Het hotel was niks op aan te merken. Alleen de plek zouden wij nooit meer naartoe gaan Het strand was verschrikkelijk en de plek is ook niet ons ding We zijn iedere dag met de auto op pad gegaan om te zwemmen en dingen te bekijken. Toscane is prachtig maar niet in Marina di Massa

La relación calidad-precio. Es un buen hotel, pero considero que el precio está por encima de lo que realmente ofrece, especialmente si se compara con otros hoteles de la zona. * El control de la temperatura de la habitación depende del hotel. El cliente no puede regular el aire acondicionado. Las dos primeras noches fueron muy incómodas porque la habitación estaba excesivamente fría y tuvimos que insistir varias veces para que modificaran la temperatura. * El mensaje sobre la playa resulta ambiguo. Da la impresión de que el hotel dispone de una zona privada, cuando en realidad lo que tiene es un acuerdo con algunos bagni. En nuestro caso preguntamos directamente en uno y nos ofrecieron una sombrilla con tumbonas por 40 €, mientras que el propio hotel nos pedía 45 € por exactamente el mismo servicio. * El desayuno se sirve en una sala moderna y con unas vistas muy bonitas, pero la oferta resulta algo escasa para un hotel de esta categoría. Algunos días tardaban en reponer determinados productos o simplemente no los reponían. Además, sorprende que cobren un suplemento por preparaciones tan sencillas como una tortilla francesa. * También eché en falta mayor claridad en la facturación. Reservé a través de Booking con un precio determinado y, sin embargo, la factura emitida por el hotel reflejaba un importe superior, lo que nos generó bastante confusión. Finalmente comprobamos que el importe cobrado era el correcto y coincidía con la reserva, pero la forma de presentar la factura resulta poco transparente y puede llevar a error. Nos alojamos tres personas en una suite con dos ambientes separados, una distribución cómoda y práctica. En conjunto, el hotel destaca por su limpieza, tranquilidad y ubicación. Sin embargo, por el precio que pagamos esperaba un servicio más cuidado y una mayor transparencia tanto en la política de playa como en la facturación.

Reviewed Aug 2, 2026La chambre est propre et fonctionelle. Le balcon donnait sur la mer. La route en contre-bas n'est pas très bruyante. La clim' fonctionnait parfaitement bien. L'emplacement est top, tout près de la plage. Le bar au rez de chaussé est très bien et le service est impeccable.
Le petit-déjeuner était assez sobre. Pas énormément de choix. En revanche, tout était très bon. C'est quand même dommage de devoir payer un supplément pour un pancanke alors que dans d'autres hôtels de cette catégorie cela fait partie de l'offre "normale". La location des transats à la plage fait quand même mal au porte-monnaie...

Reviewed Jul 14, 2026Chambre triple avec jolie vue frontale sur la mer, espace jardin très agréable pour prendre un apéritif ou manger, restaurant sur le rooftop servant une cuisine raffinée avec une vue magnifique, bon buffet du petit déjeuner au 1er étage, personnel dans l'ensemble accueillant et chaleureux (surtout Massimo et Philippo), plage payante de l'autre côté de la route devant l'hôtel servant des plats d'un bon rapport qualité-prix (Bagno Carlo Rossi).
Manque d'amabilité de la réceptionniste lors de la remise des cartes magnétiques de la chambre le dernier jour de notre séjour d'une semaine (étonnant pour un 4 étoiles, pas de "merci" ni de "bon voyage"). Au restaurant du 5e étage, parfois longue attente entre le plat principal et le dessert. Piscine un peu petite pour nager, lorsque des enfants jouent à la balle avec leurs parents. Dommage que le magnifique piano au rez ne soit que décoratif.

Reviewed Jul 12, 2026Ausgezeichnete Lage direkt beim Strand, viele gute Restaurants fußläufig zu erreichen. Personal des Hotels war durchgängig außerordentlich aufmerksam, hilfsbereit und sehr nett. Saubere, gut ausgestattete Zimmer, jeden Tag top Reinigung. Sehr gutes Frühstück, tolle Bars, jeden Tag durfte man sich frische Tücher für Strand oder Pool nehmen. Guter Valetparkservice gehen Aufpreis. Restaurant Aurora mit ausgezeichneten Süßspeisen. Restaurant im obersten Stock mit traumhafter Aussicht und hervorragendem Service.
Nur etwas Kkeines: Frühstückszeit nur bis 10 Uhr etwas kurz, bis 10.30 oder 11.00 Uhr wäre ideal.

Reviewed Jul 6, 2026The room was big enough, was cleaned every day. Bathroom big enough and we had a nice sea view. It had air conditioning which was great.
The hotel is placed in a noisy area. At night is had to fall asleep because of the street noise. The black out curtains could not be extended and there was too much street light at night. It was weird that a lady knocked twice at our door asking if we need extra towels. I felt uncomfortable as if she wanted money or something. Two of our daughter toys (collectable characters hard to replace) dissappeared from the room. We told reception however they did no investigation regarding the toy dissapearance. Overall not a good hotel for kids, staff not that supportive.

This hotel doesn't know what to do with a solo traveler. Example, while sitting out by the pool. I asked the older pool attendant for an ice tea, he provided appertivo drinks for all the other pool guests requests, but I was still waiting. Then he decided to clean out the refrigerator, still waiting for a bottle of ice tea, not like it takes a lot of effort to provide a bottle of ice tea. I finally decided to cancel the order.

Reviewed Jun 28, 2026Bella struttura, moderna e pulita! Il personale è stato molto gentile e pronto ad ogni nostra richiesta. Abbiamo passato le giornate divise tra il lido Maria pia, molto bello e la piscina del Hotel, che offre un fantastico servizio bar! Siamo stati davvero bene, una settimana di vero relax. Nei pressi del hotel ci sono ottimi ristoranti, gelaterie e bancarelle come il mercato del venerdì! L ideale per una vacanza con tutti i comfort all insegna del relax!

Reviewed Jun 25, 2026Ottima struttura posta sul lungomare di Massa Marittima nella quale ero già stato, trovandomi bene, doversi anni fa e ove sono tornato volentieri. Personale gentile, camere e servizi di dimensioni appropriate, buona colazione continentale, servizi (piscina, posteggio) adeguati; comoda la convenzione con alcune spiagge vicine.
Il segnale del wi-fi non raggiungeva in modo adeguato la camera posta verso il paese.

1. Номер люкс больше напоминает номер эконом. Размер миниатюрный, никакого балкона, сантехника старая. 2. Бассейн миниатюрный. Бар бассейна периодически не работает. При этом приносить свои напитки в это время тоже запрещено. Детского бассейна нет. 3. Кофе на завтраке просто отвратительный. 4. Парковка от отеля стоит 50 евро в сутки. Открытая, не подземная. Своих денег не стоит.

Thought the pool would be cold as it is not heated but as it faces south the hot sunshine made it a comfortable temperature even in early June. Breakfast is exceptional with plenty of choice and great venue overlooking the sea
Need a shaving mirror in the bathroom. On check in staff need to warn you that the rooftop restaurant, Sestante gets very booked up. We tried to book 24 hours before and no bookings were available for 2 days. Disappointing when you are a hotel guest and looking forward to the experience. Outside secure parking a short walk away is so convenient giving peace of mind for 20 euros a night

Reviewed May 26, 2026Staff molto gentile e super disponibile, ci hanno dato ottimi consigli sia per il parcheggio (disponibile il loro a qualche minuto dal hotel) e per mangiare. Molto buono il Sushi e ottimo il servizio in camera. Un particolare apprezzamento e ringraziamento, alla giovane ragazza in Reception, l’ultima notte non abbiamo usufruito dal parcheggio e avvisati il giorno della partenza non ci ha fatto pagare. Ed è stata super gentile in tutta la durata del nostro soggiorno.
