Good location to see the city

Parklplatz gegen Entgelt vorhanden.

Loved the terrace room - very quiet and pretty — and so nice to sleep with the doors open!

The location couldn't be better, perfect experiencing a cool place like Nantes

The atmosphere of the hotel, both staff and guests was strangely subdued.

Very lovely hotel in the center of Nantes - just at the castle. Parking space is also availble Great breakfast - beyond French petit dejeuner. Some really good local choice The room with the terasse is highly recommended.

nothing to complain

Situation

Appalling breakfast in over crowded corridor/room

Nice hotel in superb location, everything is at the door step. We've booked a a room with a beautifull view on Château des ducs de Bretagne, really enjoyed it! Comfortable bed and great noise insallation - the window faces the park with lots of people buzzing around in the evenings, but as soon as you close the window - not a sound. Highly recommended!

Great location, very quiet (our room was not facing the château) very friendly staff, super comfortable bed and walking distance to center of town. Would definitely book again

Great location, very helpful staff. Lovely room, very comfortable. Good breakfast.

Nothing

L’accueil, l’emplacement

Ideal location for city centre and railway station.

Only 1 coffee pod left each day, no milk and bottle of water occasionally! Room was very dark with poor lighting

Its central location within walking distance from the Château des Ducs de Bretagne, Nantes Cathedral and lovely shops and restaurants. We also availed of private parking (with prior reservation) for €25 for an overnight stay.

The decor in our bedroom (Superior Double) was very dark but it was very comfortable.

La posizione

Dimensione camera

Everything very well designed and thoughtful, clean and stylish. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great location in the edge of the old quarter opposite the chateau.

Location... chateau, cathedral and historical centre at your door step. Friendly staff. Room was clean. Comfortable bed. Quiet room on 4th floor with views of the internal courtyard and roofs.

Lighting in the room quite poor. When I arrived the room was really hot and I was not able to switch the thermostat from heating to cooling. I have not reported this tough. I just had the windows always opened which I preferred.

Location, look and feel and helpful staff. A well run boutique hotel.

While L’Hôtel offers limited secure parking it is a bit pricy. This is my only and limited negative.

Confort

Pas bouilloire dans la chambre

Nichts

Great location hotel for 2 nights. Friendly Helpful staff . Lovely views of the chateau

Our room had a constant bad smell, but it’s a very old building. Our bedroom looked nothing like the photos in the website so maybe the other rooms are nicer. It’s really needs to be updated. Breakfast is OK .

It was perfect for a short stay in Nantes to see the city - the location was superb! The rooms were reasonably priced and were clean.

The hallways seemed a bit outdated/like they needed renovation but it didn't affect our stay.

Location and price for the room (we only stayed one night on arrival to Nantes and before we left Nantes).

J'y suis revenue, c'est plutôt bon signe. 😊

Rien !

Friendly staff and great location

My room seemed a bit run down :(

Posizione centralissima, buona colazione. Staff molto gentile.

Molto ben curata e pulita.

Camera spaziosa in pieno centro

Wunderschönes Hotel mit wunderbarem Ausblick

Was Fair price, good location, space for our bikes

The air conditioning wasn’t working. We reported the problem, but nothing was done to fix it. We had to sleep with the window open, which resulted in us being bitten by mosquitoes. We had a very uncomfortable night and slept badly.

The common areas, the location, starf and breakfast was nice

The room. Very old, needs big update to be at the same level with the rest of the hotel

Ottimo hotel in fantastica posizione.

It was very hot in Nantes on the day we stayed. AC unit had difficulty cooling the room. Staff was above and beyond kind, helpful and determined. Looked for, found and shipped my husband’s lost hearing aids! So wonderful!

The hotel is really nice and in a quiet location of the city. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

No AC, mosquitoes. Hot room and lots of mosquitoes.

Parking was secure Staff very friendly

No door to bathroom

Camera silenziosa e aver ottenuto vista castello.

Tutto Ok.

Easy to find, not busy and we were taken to our parking with no fuss. We didn't mind paying for that. The town and location were a surprise, as this was a stop along the wayl

Really very little.

close to the center and was very clean

35 degree weather and no AC in the rooms, my friend who had a back problem was told that she is given a room with 10 stairs to reach to - she had a luggage and she is simply not allowed to do any heavy lifting due to a tear in her back. When we explained the situation to the front desk we were greeted with an unpleasant look and said they can only change one room if there is availability. No flexibility, no support, nothing. I didnt even use the breakfast because I was so pissed. The room in the morning was 32 degrees.

I loved how close it was to the city center and the train station. Also feeling very safe in the neighborhood was a plus. The room was very clean and well-kept. Small, but since I was traveling alone, it felt very cozy.

There wasn't any hand soap to wash my hands with, so I had to use the shower/bathtub's body soap. Small detail though. I'm pretty sure if this happens to anyone else and bring that up, they will definitely take care of it.

Close to where we wanted to be
