We like the hotel very much, staff was pleasant, food delicious, the pools were suitable for small children as we wanted. And the toboggans were also very good for children. It was clean and the cleaning ladies were very helpful. We got a very big room where children could play at their own.

We didn't like smoking everywhere, on the balconies, near the pools, sometimes very crowded canteen and tables very close each other there.

Personnel très gentilles Bonne ambiance pour les enfants Par contre l’hôtel ne vaut pas 4 étoiles mais un 3 étoiles Et la propreté est vraiment vraiment à revoir les lits sont bien faits mais le reste est négligé ( nettoyage de la salle , en dessous des lits pas nettoyer …)

El poco espacio que hay en las zonas de las piscinas para poner una hamaca.

Nous avons apprécié le personnel, qui était correct et agréable dans l’ensemble. Les différentes piscines et les installations pour les enfants, notamment les toboggans, sont de vrais points forts. Nous avons également beaucoup aimé le calme de l’hôtel la nuit et la bonne isolation des chambres, car nous n’entendions pas les voisins ni les bruits dans les couloirs. La proximité de la plage est également très appréciable, ainsi que les nombreux commerces et restaurants à proximité de l’hôtel.

Le principal point négatif a été le manque de propreté : ménage bâclé, poussière sous les lits et chambre mal nettoyée dès notre arrivée, au point de devoir le signaler à la réception. Les cartes d’accès à la chambre fonctionnaient également une fois sur deux. Nous avons aussi été déçus par l’organisation du restaurant. Il y avait beaucoup trop de monde et une file d’attente quasiment à chaque repas. Les horaires du petit-déjeuner et du dîner sont trop courts compte tenu du nombre de clients, et il fallait parfois attendre devant le restaurant qu’une table se libère. Le buffet était varié, mais la qualité des plats était plutôt moyenne et les boissons payantes. Enfin, le fait que la femme de ménage toquait chaque matin entre 9h15-9h30 était assez pénible.

Casi nada,mala comida,aparcamiento del hotel sin cámaras de pago y q fallaban las tarjetas constantemente,personal de recepción borde y nunca parecían saber nada siempre tenía la culpa el cliente en general no m gustó casi nada.

Me gustó tanto la comida, como la comodidad de los colchones.

La multitud en las piscinas y lo irresponsables que son los adultos... ocupando amacas cuando no estaban en la piscina y ocupando sitios que otros podrían disfrutar y no estando sentados en una silla como nos toco a nosotros.

Es un hotel con mucho potencial si cambian algunas cosas

Todos todos los suelos del hotel son un verdadero peligro. Los pasillos que llevan a las habitaciones eran sumamente resbaladizos y casi siempre estaban mojados. Un peligro total. Pero las piscinas son otro nivel de peligro y no sé cómo puede estar autorizado sinceramente. Los suelos son resbalosos pero al extremo. Al principio pensé que estaban así por moho quizás? Pero no, estaban limpios solo que son de un material muy peligroso porque aunque lleves chanclas de esas que se pegan al suelo, en ese suelo resbalan de todos modos

Suciedad, las dos chicas de recepcion (mañanas) son muy desagradables, no ponen el aire acondicionado en las zonas comunes segun los trabajadores porque los jefes dicen que gasta! Increïble! Comida pesima, ascensor es enanos para el tamaño del hotel…y podria seguir…

Me gustó mucho la zona de la piscina, especialmente los toboganes y todo el entretenimiento preparado para los niños. Además, la habitación era muy cómoda y estuvimos muy a gusto durante nuestra estancia.

No me gustó la limpieza de las zonas comunes, ya que considero que debería cuidarse mucho más para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas . Además, durante nuestra estancia un niño defecó en la piscina. El personal cerró la piscina, aplicó un producto y aproximadamente una hora después volvió a abrirla al público. Esta situación nos generó bastante preocupación, ya que considero que, ante la presencia de heces en una piscina, deberían aplicarse rigurosamente todos los protocolos sanitarios correspondientes y garantizar que el agua es segura antes de permitir nuevamente el baño. Creo que un establecimiento familiar, especialmente con tantos niños utilizando las piscinas, debería prestar una atención especial a la limpieza, higiene y seguridad de estas instalaciones.

En el miniclub podrían poner un aire acondicionado. El tema ascensores también es un poco complicado, ya que primero sube a las plantas superiores y siempre baja con gente, hemos estado más de 15 minutos esperando para poder bajar con el carro y maletas. La atención telefónica de reservas no fué muy acertada, mi bebé enfermó el dia de antes y llamamos para cambiar el dia de entrada y nos contestó de forma un poco altiva y mal, suerte que booking nos solucionó el problema.

No había variedad de comida, demasiada pizza, debería de tener galletas para niños que no come cereales

La piscina de adultos me pareció algo pequeña para todas las personas que puede alojar el hotel y mas en período vacacional donde los hoteles suelen estar llenos.

Wir waren 1 Nacht hier und dafür hat alles gepasst. Die Pools sind gut aber die Liegemöglichkeiten sehr begrenzt. Das Frühstück war ok und jeder hat etwas passendes gefunden. Die Zimmer sind top und das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

La zona de piscinas no está mal para los peques, pero está abarrotada de gente. Además, el suelo resbala mucho y está bastante sucio, con pelos y pelusas.

Nos tocó una habitación en un séptimo piso en la que la puerta corredera de la terraza no cerraba bien. La almohada era prácticamente una hoja de papel. La habitación no estaba muy limpia: los cristales estaban sucios, la mampara tenía mucha cal y, en la zona donde estaba la nevera, encontramos un papel de una tirita en el suelo. También había una marca de cigarro y el WC olía muchísimo a orina. Para la cena tuvimos que hacer más de una hora de cola. El horario de la cena es de 19:00 a 21:00 h, pero tuvimos que bajar a las 19:30 h y aun así estuvimos esperando más de una hora para poder entrar. Además, el hotel no tiene parking y es muy difícil aparcar en la zona. Todo el aparcamiento exterior es zona azul.

Trop de monde Très très bruyant dans tous les espaces communs ,salle de restaurant une vrai usine, le soir dans les couloirs du bordel , c est peu dire jusqu a minuit. .aucune insonorisation dans les chambres. Pas de place de parking dans l hôtel ,ni dans la rue , Super quand on a une voiture. Aucune serviettes de bain pour la piscine, déjà toutes prises à 15h30 ...

Buffet très variable et bon! Hotel qui est très bien, familial. Les toboggans sont super pour les enfants et les nuits étaient très calmes !

Le seul bémol c'est le parking nous avons dû marcher car jamais de places donc nous avons limité les deplacements en voiture mais nous avons du coup pas pu visité beaucoup car avec un enfant de 6 ans si pas de voiture ont est vite limité.

La réception ne nous comprenait pas dans notre langue, on est livré à nous même.on a trouvé une bête dans le matelas.

Personeel was vriendelijk en de kamers waren proper.

De liften... zaten op het 4de verdiep, 3 liften voor al de verdiepingen zou moeten gaan. Maar stel deze dan in als er 1 word opgeroepen dat de andere naar een ander verdieping gaat en niet alle 3 naar hetzelfde verdiep. Hebben op een moment 25 min moeten wachten op een lift voor met onze koffers naar beneden te gaan. Ook had ik gevraagd voor een kinderbedje. Deze gingen ze bezien of er beschibaar waren op ons datum. 2 keer voor gemaild en geen feedback gekregen. Er stond geen kinderbedje op onze kamer...

La piscina aunque eché de menos zonas con sombra sobre todo en la piscina infantil. Las sombrillas que habían estaban acaparadas siempre por las mismas personas, que reservaban las tumbonas y después no estaban ni en la zona de piscina. La atención de los empleados era excelente, tanto en recepción como en el comedor buffet.

El buffet no me gustó nada porque la comida era muy poco saludable, sobre todo teniendo en cuenta que es un hotel enfocado a familias con niños. No había muchas zonas con sombra en la zona de piscina y eso hizo que no pudiéramos estar todo el rato que nos habría gustado porque íbamos con un bebé y nos preocupaba que le diera mucho el sol. El servicio de limpieza de las habitaciones está escaso de personal porque a las 14 del mediodía todavía no habían limpiado la habitación.

No pudimos aparcar en el parking. Tuvimos que estar mas de 1h dando vueltas para intentar aparcar y al final aparcamos y no en el parking del hotel porque no había plazas disponibles (aun preguntando pasadas las 15h que es cuando nos dijeron que volvieramos a preguntar y podria quedar alguna libre

Lo que mas me gustó, fue las piscinas, y los toboganes... y que cada mañana los chicos/chicas limpiaban todo de la piscina y al rededores...

Restaurant staff were ok, there are a couple openly rude people in there two, one female staff worker was just going around telling certain people to leave the restaurant due to clothing even though others were wearing the same and wasnt told to leave for example three people were told to leave for wearing sandals, or a damp tshirt having come in from the pool or not wearing a tshirt over their bikinis, while others doing the exact same thing were not told. The food is ok..... depending on your tastes. Some think it was a good variety some didnt. For the week we were here, as a parent of two sen children and one fussy one, and being neurodiverse ourselves we mainly ate out for the week despite paying all inclusive. The first night here was fish, and fish and fish. The second was fish, some marinated chicken, spicy soup and other things that I couldnt tell you. They dont put what the food is anywhere, they just say if its meat or vegetable. The third night they had pigs heart. Don't get me wrong they did pizza but it had loads of things on it and again no where was written what was on the pizza. Didn't see one chicken nuggets the whole time we were here. Rooms were nice. It was weird as a family room as they put two single beds in one part and two double beds pushed together in the other, so me and my husband ended up in the single beds while the kids had the doubles. Cleaners was probably the most hard workers. There really isnt anything to do here for the kids. Depending on ages they will be very bored, very quickly. My kids ages range from 7 to 10 and all they really had to do was the pool and karaoke. The hotel is not big enough for the amount of people they let in. They have day passes so anyone from anywhere can come in, plus the people staying, they have three pools and three slides, slides were good, pools were mobbed from morning until evening kick out. The tiles in the pool needs maintenance, the amount of people you here complaining of tripping over an uneven broken tile or cutting their toe on one. The lifeguards didnt actually guard life, they didnt do anything, two kids were struggling and got helped by other adults, one couple was very clearly having 'discreet' sex in the middle pool with everyone including their kid swimming around them. Life guard laughed. The entertainment during the day, the kids club was just colouring. They put up didnt activities on the notice board but when you go to them, its still colouring. One of the elevator doors open at the bottom as its moving. Beach is about 5 to 10 min walk Would 110 percent recommend mcgregors for food which is 5 mins away So yea 3 stars because while there are some good points, it does get over shadowed by all the little bad moments coming together

Tout est à proximité on peut tout faire à pied. C’est un grand hôtel avec une piscine pour enfant. Personnel est souriant et disponible et à l’écoute. Les places devant l’hôtel sont gratuites. De très grands lits. Animations le soir pour les enfants avec des mascottes… petit déjeuner variés.

Les chambres ne sont pas propres il y a des cheveux par terre du sable des cailloux... avec un bébé qui marche à 4 pattes c’est pas très raussrant. C’est très bruyant. Si vous rechercher de vacances reposantes n’y aller pas. Le carrelage autour de la piscine est dangereux plusieurs personnes sont tombées. Chambre petite. Ne mérites pas toutes ses étoiles

I came here with my mum, brother, 3 daughters and niece. I'm gonna be honest when I first came I felt very disappointed. Lots of buildings surrounding it. The pool is too small for the amount of guests there are. The food is nice but not enough desert selection at all. There are some staff that are nice but majority really don't want to help and quite rude. The worst thing about this hotel is the air conditioning. It is right near the door and it doesn't make the whole room cool it has no power at all. The same with the whole hotel the air conditioning is non existent and we spent the whole time uncomfortable with the heat. There's no music round the pool. It was an ok holiday but would never come back here

L'hôtel est hyper bruyant, aucun respect entre les clients, l'incivilité des clients est juste insupportable, dégradation, impolitesse, et j'en passe Aucun membre du personnel pour dire quoique se soit ,a par le maître nageur qui est un des rares a faire son boulot, et bien du courage a lui puisqu'il est plus nounou que maître nageur. Une chaleur dans la chambre avec une clim qui ne sert a rien puisque l'on en ressent rien du tout a par quand on est pile poil dessous.

We only started looking at the reviews properly in the weeks before our stay, and we prepared for the worst! This hotel is not 4*, maybe in its early days and against the competition in the area, but now, it’s more 2-3*. It is a family hotel, suited for young kids. Pros: . It has 3 pools, although small based on the hotel capacity - theres a kids play pool (pirate ship), a main pool, a shallow pool, plus slides. . The rooms were clean, and the water hot for showers. . It’s close enough to amenities - I.e. the main strip with restaurants, shops and the beach. . It has a mini-kids club that breaks the day up with activities for little ones. Cons: . The walls are paper thin - you can hear everything - no exaggeration! . The safe lock was missing, and one of the balcony doors didn’t lock. . Everywhere outside is so slippery, I can’t stress enough. We saw 3 adults slip over on the stairs during our week - one man was so seriously injured that an ambulance came and took him to hospital. . The food is low quality, there’s enough to choose something for each meal and some ok choices like salad, cheese, meats, pastries at breakfast but the main choices were bulk cooked so overcooked and cold. Also, the canteen style room does not cater for the hotel capacity, if you don’t get there within 30 minute of the sitting, you are queuing. The tables are set so close together you struggle to get in and out. We made sure we were first to breakfast then ate out the last 4 days of 7 because we couldn’t handle the chaos. . Everywhere else is also very claustrophobic. Obviously a sought after place because it was packed but there are not enough sun-beds for everyone; the space around the pool leaves minimal room to move around; the pools were so crowded too that you could hardly move around especially in the main pool; the hotel room was small. . On top of that, the air-con everywhere is poor, however, it kept the room cool enough luckily as that would have been a dealbreaker. Overall, we would not return even though the kids absolutely loved it (ages 4,7,9). No other hotel in the area appeared to accommodate for kids as well as here and that was the only reason we endured it for the whole week. In hindsight, we could have looked for better in the first place but this was one of the cheapest all-inclusive holidays we found for a family of 5 with 3 young kids that could provide 1 family room - we chose to pay as little as possible and what we got what the reality of that.

Molta gent a les piscines i molt petites per la quantitat de gent que hi ha, molta cua a l’hora de pujar o baixar en ascensor, es sent tot desde l’habitació, per ser un hotel de 4 estrelles ni sabó per la dutxa. No tornaria

Limpieza pésima en la habitación, aire acondicionado nefasto tanto en habitaciones como en el bar, recepción en ninguna instalación se notaba fresquito. Piscinas las 3 masificadas muy pequeñas para tanta gente, accesos a piscina cortados con tumbonas de la gente. La comida podría ser mejor si es que tiene 4 estrellas. Huéspedes incivicos y sucios no todos por suerte pero si muchos. El personal correcto.

Las comidas un poco escasas. El desayuno bien pero tanto la comida como la cena muy temprano y muy poco tiempo

How this hotel got its 4* rating I do not know. The pictures paint a false image. Swimming pools were very small, it looked like a scene from the titanic once a few people had got in.and the area around it for sunbeds was cramped.Food was very basic and barely warm. The dining area is small and if you time it wrong you have to wait to get in.All drinks were watered down and given in small plastic cups unless you were a paying guest. Room towels were changed daily but I think that is as far as cleaning went. Luckily we were only there 4 days as I would’ve struggled with any more. Evening entertainment completely aimed at young children. Area around the hotel is very run down and there’s not a lot to do in Calella. We got the train to Barcelona one day which was under £20 return for 2. I wouldn’t go back and wouldn’t recommend.
