La posizione e ottima , in una via molto tranquilla e non si sentono rumori, il.personale molto gentile ,discreto e disponibile , colazione simplice ma.molto buono . De volete andare a sitges e avere sensazione di essere a casa vostra ve lo consiglio . . E potete prendere sole in terrazza.

The hotel staff was very nice. The hotel is in a great area. It is easy to get to the train station, beach, stores, restaurants. The value is great for a 2-star hotel. They have breakfast and a small sun deck you can use.

Très bon séjour ! L’hôtel est idéalement situé : proche de la gare, du centre-ville et de la mer, tout est accessible à pied, ce qui est vraiment très pratique. Le personnel est au top, très accueillant et gentil. Petit plus très appréciable : l’hôtel prête des parasols pour la plage ! La chambre était propre et bien équipée, avec tout le nécessaire (et surtout la climatisation, indispensable 😄). Je recommande sans hésiter !

Le petit déjeuner est copieux et à volonté, ce qui est appréciable, mais il reste malheureusement toujours identique, sans changement d’un jour à l’autre. Un peu plus de variété aurait été un vrai plus. Petit bémol également concernant l’isolation phonique 😅 Nous entendions assez facilement les bruits provenant des chambres voisines. Notre chambre étant située juste en dessous de la salle du petit déjeuner (au 2ᵉ étage, la salle étant au 3ᵉ), nous entendions également les bruits de préparation dès environ 8h du matin. Ce n’était pas idéal pour les grasses matinées.

It was away from the noisy areas of the city. Nice and quiet. The service staff was welcoming and polite 😁 The buffet breakfast is delicious and so good. So happy 😊

The stairs and walkway. My room was away from the lift and it was so awkward to carry my luggage in the small stairs and walkway. The walls are thin and you can hear everything and the slamming of doors 😑 (this is not really about the place, just people are rude and not respectful)

La posizione era sufficientemente centrale alle vie principali. Le camere venivano pulite ogni giorno, letti rifatti e gli asciugamani altrettanto cambiati (non sempre scontato in un Hotel). Colazione basic, ma rapporto qualità prezzo buono.

La camera era un pò piccola per due persone, soprattutto non c'era posto per le valigie. In generale la struttura è un pò datata i copriletti e cuscini decorativi si potevano evitare, però è la seconda volta che prenoto qui e in caso fosse necessario, potrei anche tornarci.

Siamo stati accolti molto calorosamente. La camera era comoda e dotata di tutto il necessario: letto confortevole, aria condizionata, frigorifero e una doccia fantastica. La pulizia veniva effettuata ogni giorno e tutto era sempre molto curato. La posizione è ottima, proprio nel centro di Sitges, e il rapporto qualità-prezzo è davvero buono. Un soggiorno piacevole che consigliamo sicuramente!

Отель «Монсеррат» — лучший двухзвёздочный отель, в котором мне доводилось останавливаться! ⭐️⭐️ С самого первого момента мы почувствовали здесь доброжелательное отношение. Мы приехали раньше времени, но персонал пошёл нам навстречу и заселил нас вместе с друзьями в один номер — было очень приятно и по-домашнему. Номера небольшие, но вполне комфортные: всё необходимое есть, чтобы после прогулок отдохнуть во время сиесты или вечером. Кондиционер работает отлично — в жаркую испанскую погоду это особенно важно! 😊 Единственное, чего нам немного не хватало, — холодного пива из холодильника 😄 Холодильник работал не совсем хорошо. Но, честно говоря, это совершенно не омрачило наш отдых. А завтраки — просто супер! 🥐🍖 Круассаны, испанский паштет, хамон, свежие фрукты, хлопья — каждый найдёт что-нибудь по своему вкусу. Всё вкусно и сытно! Отдельно хочется поблагодарить весь персонал — очень приятные, приветливые и доброжелательные люди, благодаря которым в отеле действительно чувствуешь себя желанным гостем. Огромное спасибо за прекрасный отдых! Мы обязательно вернёмся к вам снова! ❤️🇪🇸

The size of the room was super small and facing an interior patio , which it was super dirty. The shower was so small I couldn’t even fit inside . Was extremely claustrophobic to be honest. The interior was very tacky and needed an update.

Zu klein für zwei Erwachsene Männer. Frühstück war kurz vor okay aber könnte besser sein. Wir haben zwar Frühstück gebucht, aber sind immer zum 365 Bäckerei frühstücken gegangen.

W laczkach 5 minut do morza - super!

Perfekte Lage. Alles da was man braucht: Klimaanlage, Ventilator, sogar Mikrowelle und Nespresso Maschine. Frühstück war okay.

Alles ist in die Jahre gekommen. Es fehlte etwas Stil. Mit einigen Kleinigkeiten hätte man das Zimmer durchaus gemütlicher und wärmer gestalten können.

Der Raum war gut ausgestattet mit Mikrowelle und Kühlschrank. Die Klimaanlage hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Das Frühstück war lecker und vielseitig. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und charmant, sogar mehrsprachig unterwegs. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Nähe nach Barcelona war gut für Tagesausflüge und auch in Sitges gibt es viel zu sehen und zu machen sowie schönen Strand zum entspannen und schwimmen.

Sehr hellhörig und oft bis spät nachts/frühmorgens noch Lärm in anderen Zimmern.

Wifi was excellent. Breakfast was decent, but it was a little bit limited. I slept well. The bathroom part of the room was excellent. Everything worked properly. The hotel is within close walking distance of the main things I wanted to see in Sitges.

I could sometimes hear people in other rooms. That was especially true for a guy who opened his window to smoke which led to him coughing a bit.

The simplistic aspect of small beach hotel. Nothing fancy, but very welcoming. It feels like a beach home. I also enjoyed the possibility of leaving my suitcase after checking out. I spent the day at the beach and when returned in the evening I picked it up.

The noise in the morning and the front door staff judging/doubting if I was really a guest when walking in.

- L'insonorisation de la chambre - les bruits incessants à n'importe quelle heure du jour et de la nuit, dans la cage d'escalier situé au ras de la chambre. - la préparation du petit-déjeuner situé juste au-dessus de la chambre, qui fais un bruit monstrueux, avec déplacement de table dès 8h le matin. - on entendait tous les bruits de porte et les claquettes dans les escaliers - le petit déj qui n'est pas du tout varié puisque c'est tous les jours la même chose avec simplement côté salé, du jambon blanc, du salami, du jambon sec et les tranches de fromage. Plusieurs variétés de pain mais vraiment pas un choix énorme.

Breakfast is nicely presented (albeit a basic continental) in a lovely top floor dining area with art on the walls and option to sit outside.

Would have liked a greater volume of complimentary toiletries, as I was travelling light!

Ecco una recensione naturale e bilanciata: Ho soggiornato in questo hotel e mi sono trovato molto bene. La colazione è buona e la terrazza con vista sui tetti è davvero piacevole. Il personale è sempre stato cortese e disponibile. Ho apprezzato anche gli ombrelloni gratuiti per la spiaggia e la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli e fare una doccia prima della partenza, un servizio molto comodo. La posizione è ottima, in pieno centro, e il rapporto qualità-prezzo è davvero conveniente.

L'unico aspetto che potrebbe essere migliorato è l'aspetto generale della struttura, che risulta un po' datato. Nel complesso, comunque, è un hotel che consiglierei volentieri.

Persone molto gentili e ospitali. Siamo stati accolti con molta cura. Ci hanno concesso il ricovero moto nel loro garage privato: direi eccezionale! Ci torniamo senz'altro! Consiglio!

Sono ormai anni che soggiorniamo in questo hotel, modesto ma comodo per soggiornare a Sitges fuori dal caos del centro e vicino a tutti i servizi. Ottima la colazione e molto comoda la possibilità di utilizzare ombrelloni e altre attrezzature da spiaggia (in base alla disponibilità) senza doverli acquistare o noleggiare sul posto. La stanza questa volta non ha soddisfatto le nostre aspettative, era posizionata sul retro con affaccio su una chiostrina. Purtroppo era l'unica disponibilità quindi ci siamo dovuti accontentare.

Da migliorare un po' la pulizia delle camere, non sempre ottimale..

The staff are pleasant and seem to be on duty late through the night which gives a a sense of safety.

The price for three nights was approximately €370. The room was so basic. Ugly and old. A leaking fridge. The furniture is cheap and ugly. The bed covers are matching the curtains and and are from the 1970s. The bed frame is old, basic and again from the 1970s. There is grout on the tiles which could be easily cleaned if we'll maintained. My major problem with this establishment is the audacity to charge so much but with very little investment in the property. Guests accept if the building is old but some investment could be easily done in terms of modern bedding and some furniture from IKEA. There is clear lack of care and no love here other than the love of overcharging tourists for terrible accommodation.

Location, friendliness of all the staff: charming staff asi checked in, the staff serving breakfast were warm, friendly and efficient. The lady leaning my room was helpful and patient.this was value for money, charming and you can tell the effort in being sustainable too. I liked having a microwave, fridge and and coffee machine in the room. It was lovely to have a welcome as I arrived in the early hrs which made me feel secure.

Minor issue no cutlery in the room but I did not ask for any either so that is on me although the need was in the early hrs.

- Friendly staff even if they don’t know English, they are always there to help. - The location is exactly in the middle from the beach and the train station, and not in a busy party street. - You can take for free an umbrella, beach towels, or mats for the beach. - The frittata at the breakfast was delicious. - The AC was cooling the room super fast even though it made a bit of noise.

- The room was quite old and in need of renovation. - Noise coming at night from loud people on the street is a problem, so bring earplugs. - The breakfast was the same each day, no changes whatsoever. - The shower had low pressure when cold water is turned on and the cold water was not that cold. - The mattress cover kept sliding off and dragging the sheets with it so the bed needed to be adjusted each day.

The hotel is at a perfect location in the town centre, a few minutes walking distance from the beach and the central bars, clubs, etc. The street has reduced traffic, so it's not busy with cars. The staff was super helpful and kind. Great value for the price.

Bei dem Preis hätte es zum Frühstück auch mal ein gekochtes Ei oder ein Rührei geben dürfen. Sehr hellhörige Zimmer, z.B. hat man die Gespräche aus dem Nachbarzimmer noch gehört, als ich in meinem Bad war, das aber nicht unmittelbar an das Nachbarzimmer grenzte. Es gibt Zimmer nach hinten oder zur Seite, aber dennoch habe ich eines zur Hauptstraße bekommen. Allerdings war der Lärm von draußen nicht sehr groß

- very nice and friendly staff - we were able to go to pur room way before check in time which was just super helpful - nice and reasonable breakfast included in the price, breakfast is served on the third floor where there is a little terrace and it has a great vibe (the staff here too very nice, they keep monitoring the table and once there is a shortage of anything they refill, they really do a nice job) - excellent location - they provide umbrella and chair to the beach which was also super appreciated

This is a diamond of a find!!! What a great hotel! Super clean, the stuff is absolutely amazing, has everything you need. The location is fantastic - close to the beach but also to all the restaurants / party places. The price is fantastic and the breakfast is just next level like wow!!! Great launch on the 3rd floor with fresh food and coffee / juices. The rooms are small but perfect - I really like that. And they get cleaned every day. I had such a great time with my best friend. We would totally go back!!!

Muy contento con mi estancia en este hotel. La ubicación es perfecta, cerca de todo pero tranquilo a la vez. Es cierto que tiene unos años ya pero está muy bien mantenido y limpio. El desayuno cumple de sobras, tienes de todo. Y también destacar al personal, super amables en todo momento.
