Alfred Hotels Beaune La Madeleine

Very helpful, friendly staff at lovely hotel well placed in Beaune. Recently renovated.

Excellent location, staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was amazing. Clean and well kept.

A bar would have been nice for an evening drink

Great location and very secure parking. Comfortable room with lovely facilities especially the hairdryer! The breakfast was delicious. We would return and definitely recommend.

Nothing to dislike

KEIN HARTROCKNER IM ZIMMER

The location was great although the annexe was a bit of a walk from the main hotel. The staff were delightful. The decor of the building was very calming. Secure parking.

There was not a comfortable chair in the bedroom which was needed as the annexe did not have a relaxation/reception room downstairs. The bath was very narrow.

Kostenloser Parkplatz in ca. 3 Gehminuten entfernt.

Fantastisch :)

Super friendly staff Perfect location Nice breakfast

amazing hotel, beautiful location, friendly staff, would definitely stay here again

Mulighed for parkering i lukket gård. Sød betjening.

-

Room was very clean, with comfortable bedding and robust air conditioning. It was recently updated with a brand new shower. Absolutely exceeded my expectations - especially since I was in the "annex". Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly as well. Would stay here again without hesitation!

Nothing

Rien

The property is brand-new beautifully appointed very clean and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. As a matter of fact the Manager actually drove us to the car rental agency because taxis are very unreliable in Beaune!

We had a room on the second floor where you could not see out of the Windows. This should’ve been made much clearer in the description of the room. Because we would not have booked this particular room. Also, the bathtub was very large very high very slippery with no grab bars and it was difficult to get in and out of. We are grandparents. In addition this should’ve been made clear in the wrong description or they will have a preventable accident or injury on their hands from a guest.

Mooie kamer, goed ontbijt

Excellent mix of hot and cold food

Nothing

Décoration, accueil, confort de la literie

Pretty much everything

Would have liked a kettle in the room to make a cup of tea - there was a nespresso machine

Hotel entspricht Preis-Leistung. Frühstück sehr gut. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.

Keine Mängel zu beanstanden

Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Goede begeleiding via whatsapp. Reserveerde restaurant voor ons. Top

Gute Lage, freundliches Personal

The staff were so friendly and helpful and you could tell the housekeeping staff paid attention to detail - our room was spotlessly tidy. The breakfast was great a good mix of different foods and options. Centrally located next to a lovely French town

The 'kettle' for hot water in the breakfast room was very tempremental and difficult to use and both times we used jt gave us lukewarm cups of tea.

Great hotel, fab breakfast in a great location. The converge and hotel team were amazing

Nothing

Friendly & welcoming staff. Comfortable and clean rooms, stylish boutique hotel. Dog friendly

Fabulous hotel in a fantastic location. The bed was super comfy and the breakfast was amazing. The team were all super friendly and welcoming. Vanessa the concierge was very helpful. Private parking was a bonus.

We couldn't stay longer

Very nicely furnished boutique hotel from a small French chain. Very well designed and with high quality bathroom fittings by Roca, Hans Grohe, etc. and nice shower gel and shampoo, hand wash supplies - all organic. Good A/C, very comfortable and well specified mattress and pillows. Good WiFi. Brilliant location for Beaune centre. The hotel has limited secure parking on site, but you can also park outside for free and nearby in further secure parking. Good Nespresso machine and good quality towels. Very clean room. Staff were charming & welcoming. We will be returning!

No wardrobe but a good shelving and hanging unit. No safe.

Alles!

Breakfast -not only was there a huge variety of items in the buffet but it was all excellent quality, and constantly replenished. Hotel parking was full, but free car park is only a very short walk.

Well located , pillows were great

I booked 2 rooms, 1 with a double bed and one with 2 singles. When we got there they only had rooms with double beds. They solved the problem by putting my son in another room so it was OK but not what we asked for

It was a good stopover for a night and the breakfast was very good.

The toilet seat was loose and after breakfast there was no hot water. A few days before our arrival we asked for a sheet and blanket instead of a duvet and the hotel advised this was of course possible. We arrived and there was a duvet. We were too tired on arrival to notify the reception staff.

This is a gem of a hotel. Location is perfect and the staff is exceptional as are the beds and the breakfast. We enjoyed our stay so much we booked the same hotel in Toulouse . And a big plus is dogs are welcome.

In the description in booking it says parking, which they have but you must reserve in advance and it is not included in the price . The staff quickly found us a spot as places are limited. Just to keep in mind when reserving .

The people the location the breakfast and the room

A fair number of steps

belle chambre - calme - propre

Hotel molto carino, arredato benissimo, pulitissimo, staff gentilissimo. La colazione è stata deliziosa! Posizione a due passi dal centro. Consiglio questo hotel. Beaune è veramente deliziosa! Siamo stati benissimo

A charming, tasteful, clean, comfortable property. Wonderful staff, especially the chap who greeted us at our late check in and Vanessa who was on the virtual concierge service who answered all our queries and booked us a lovely local restaurant as we arrived after a long drive.

Nothing

Hotel is centraal gelegen, vlakbij het centrum. Zeer lekker en uitgebreid ontbijt.

Beautiful, contemporary property

Sehr schönes kleines Hotel in guter Lage mit toller Auswahl beim Frühstück. Parkplätze sind in der Nähe vorhanden

Comoda e accogliente

Sehr gut gelegen… schönes , ruhiges Zimmer … nette Mitarbeiter, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit

Location, parking, comfy bed and lovely breakfast

Bath with no shower screen

Uitstekende service. Warm welkom. Ook dankzij Vanessa en haar collega's

Ottima posizione. Struttura curata nei particolari. Staff molto disponibile. Ottima colazione.

Nulla.

Leuk ingericht hotel. Vriendelijk personeel.

location decoration of the main building

when booking, any info on the 2 different buildings where we could stay. a too small bedroom for 2 persons considering it was in the attic and one side of the bed had a very low ceiling.

Tout

Très proche du centre ville. Personnel serviable.

Parking was vlakbij.

We were only staying for one night, just passing through, but it was exactly what we were hoping for. Perfect location for exploring Beaune by foot; a light, clean room, helpful staff and parking out front (I think we got lucky on this last point!)

Perhaps a fridge in the room would have been helpful, and the aircon was quite loud and rattly - but it was a very hot day

Staff gentile, accogliente, molto pulito, ottima posizione

Camera rumorosa

posizione dell'hotel e colazione

Prima verzorgd ontbijt in gezellige sfeer.

Love this hotel. Now our 3rd visit, it never disappoints. Warm welcome, personally shown to our room & what a pretty town. Rooms have been renovated to a high standard, are super clean with luxurious bedding & bathrooms are high quality. Looking forward to our next stay!

Small private & secure car park at rear that is normally full but parking in the main square (a few minutes walk from main hotel but very near annex area) has always been available so it’s a minor issue.

Very good option if you are visiting Beaune. Walking distance from the centre and plenty of dinning options near by. The room was fully renovated and the airco was a life saver with the heat wave. We will definitely book again on our next stop in Beaune. The concierge interaction was a plus, she helped booked a restaurant while we were on the road! Great job!

All was fine!

Very friendly, good value great location

Amazing staff. Impeccably clean. Wonderful location. Amazing breakfast.

Nothing.

Very clean, modern hotel in a great location, only 5 minutes from the centre. Private parking for an additional €15 per night which is steep but probably worth it for peace of mind
