El champú que está en la ducha lo hemos recibido completamente vacío y el personal a veces era muy amable y otras veces era pesado.

L'emplacement était le seul bon point, l'appartement était vraiment sale, la douche puait, le sol et les toilettes étais pas propre ainsi que le lavabo qui se bouchait tout le temps, PAS DE CLIM ATTENTION !! NI VENTILO 😬, je déconseille vraiment cet appartement si vous voulez passer un bon séjour.. vaut mieux mettre un peu plus d'argent mais pas être déçu ..

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026Die Lage war super. Ich hatte jedoch ein Mini- Einzelzimmer mit einem schmalen Bett, in welchem ich nicht schlafen konnte und das zum Preis von einem Doppelzimmer . Erst nach 3 Tagen bekam ich mit Aufschlag 140,00 EUR gesamt ein Bett in welchem ich schlafen konnte . Das Kundenservice von Booking. com hat mir trotz mehrerer Versuche und Anfragen nicht geholfen , sondern einfach nur auf die Buchung berufen , welches ein Versehen war als Einzelzimmer. Nach 3 Tagen war dann das Zimmer sehr schön und sogar größer als benötigt als Einzelperson . Jetzt ist das gebuchte Zimmer für 6 Tage mit 463 EUR auf der Booking. COM und ich habe 862,00 bezahlt . Das ist das Doppelte. Ich habe früher immer viel über Booking. COM gebucht . Jetzt bin ich sehr enttäuscht und erwarte ein Entgegenkommen im Nachinein . Auch der Transfer , welcher kostenlos beinhaltet war , hat nicht geklappt , weil ich angeblich zu spät gefragt habe ? Hatte aber schon 4 Tage vor Anreise beim Hotel und Kundenservice angefragt . Falls ich keinen Benefit bekomme , werden Sie mich wohl als Kunden verlieren. Früher war ich immer sehr zufrieden. Mit erwartungsvollen Grüßen Martina Weber

Only the night shift reception guy is bad and wants more money and is not polite and its super rude. the other guys are nice and warm and polite it was the worst experience i have had in my life with hotels so sad

Le camere prenotate erano al 4 piano, l’ascensore era sempre bloccato al terzo piano perché non si chiudeva bene la porta. Nessun frigo in camera, l’acqua acquistata dovevamo berla calda. A luglio e con temperature elevate non può non esserci il frigo in camera.

Aamiainen oli hyvä ja monipuolinen. Hotelli sijaitsi hienolla paikalla aivan meren äärellä. Parvekkeemme oli merelle päin ja horisontti näkyi silmänkantamattomiin! Aaltojen ääntä oli myös ihana kuunnella iltaisin. Ilmastointi toimi myös hyvin, vaikkemme sitä juuri tarvinneet.

Abbiamo cambiato stanza. La prima stanza era piccola, letto piccolo, avrei voluto uno specchio vicino al tavolo, il lavandino non lo riuscivo ad aprire. È stato scomodo cambiare stanza e soprattutto non avere la stanza allo stesso piano delle nostre amiche. La seconda stanza era perfetta tranne il bagno che era piccolo, doccia piccola, senza bidè e senza un appoggio.

Reviewed Jul 17, 2026The hotel is in an excellent location. Slap bang in a central promenade position close to banks, bars, shops, restaurants and the beach
If you arrive by car, the parking choice is severely limited. The area in front of the hotel is classed as a loading bay and there are council employed parking attendants swarming around waiting to pounce, even if you explain to them ( in Spanish) that you are ‘ loading’ by dropping off or picking up your luggage. I received a 100E fine for picking up mine. There is nowhere to park the car up over night. You can try the car park 500 yards away at Sa Caleta but it is short stay and when you return to your vehicle in the morning you will find another 80E fine. I left the hotel a day early because I couldn’t handle the anxiety of it all any more and worrying if the car had been towed away. I explained this to the desk on leaving and he told me that the hotel has a parking option some distance away at 18E a night. Wasn’t told that checking in and rather expensive on top of the premium rate paid for a single room, Instead, I’m going home with a fist full of parking fines and memories of a holiday from hell!

Reviewed Jul 11, 2026Séjour très agréable cette semaine dans cet hôtel ! ⭐️ Un immense merci à toute l’équipe qui mérite clairement 5 étoiles : de la réception toujours accueillante et professionnelle, à la femme de chambre pour son travail impeccable, en passant par le technicien réactif, sans oublier la personne en charge des petits déjeuners, toujours souriante et attentionnée. Un vrai plaisir d’être entouré d’un personnel aussi investi et bienveillant. Je recommande sans hésiter !

La douche était bien trop étroite. Le manque de savoir vivre et d'éducation de certains clients bruyants.

Reviewed Jul 6, 2026Otel in konumu süper. Özellikle ön taraftan deniz gören odalar harika. Lüks bir oda değil mini bar lüks bir banyo yok ama manzara muhteşem. Çalışanlar çok kibar. Tekrar gitmeyi dört gözle bekliyorum.

The walls are problematic and I could not sleep at all because there was a big man group in my next room who were talking and laughing whole night, even at 5AM. When I first entered the room, it was smelling a lot like a perfume, which I realized then that because of the washing powders used for the laundry. In this hot area, it was also sad not to have a small fridge in the room.

Reviewed Jul 3, 2026Расположение отеля превосходное. Персонал отличный, администратор Игорь отзывчивый, говорит по русски. Завтраки дороговаты, по 15 евро с персоны. Единственный минус отеля, так это то, что в номере нет холодильника.

Jediné co mužů vytknout a co mi na pokoji chybělo byla malá lednička.

Hotel muy ruidoso no tiene insonorización, se escucha todo lo que pasa en el otro alojamiento, el personal de ingreso permite la entrada de personas hospedadas en condiciones poco recomendables .. borrachos

El personal a veces no se expresa adecuadamente, especialmente el personal de la noche. La puerta estaba defectuosa y no podían arréglala, pero tampoco me ofrecían alguna solución.

Pas de parking attitré ! Il faut payer en supplément 18€/j + 50€ de caution en espèces. Une catastrophe pour aller en voiture au monte charge dans une petite ruelle. Sur booking il faut indiquer que le parking est en supplément. Merci Chambre petite, douche très petite pas agréable d’utilisation. Dommage

Reviewed Jun 12, 2026Everything was excellent from the moment I arrived until the moment I left. Professional staff, friendly and straightforward.
The only downside that I can mention was the drainage pipes which can be heard very loudly when someone flushes the toilet from the room above you its like the water flows trough your room, other than that nothing else.

Une chambre censée etre vue mer. On apercoit la mer entre 2 bâtiment ! Cest pas vue mer. Le parking une catastrophe !!! Il n'est pas situé a lhotel, il est a 400 m et le GPS fait n'importe quoi. Parking introuvable meme avec les explications de la réception !
