The views of the room were beautiful, the personnel really nice and helpful, the central location was very convenient. I like the opportunity to have a parking spot just near to the hotel, even if we need to pay extra.

La situació. L’habitació i el lavabo estaven molt bé, amplis i nets. L’esmorzar molt complet.

No m’ha agradat que cal pujar o baixar escales per accedir a l’hotel. Les habitacions són accessibles amb ascensor, però enlloc vam veure que calguéssin escales per arribar al propi hotel i com anàvem amb una persona gran, amb dificultats de mobilitat, va ser una dificultat inesperada.

El colchón excesivamente duro me fue imposible dormir, acabé casi toda la noche en el sillón. Los enchufes, las mesitas de noche incomodísimas, tendrán su encanto pero no son nada prácticas la botella de agua, el móvil y el pastillero, no cabe más.

The location was superb and even though we didn’t have a room overlooking the cathedral by just stepping out of the door it was straight in front of you. Our room was spacious, it had a mini bar which was reasonable. The secure car park was a bonus. Just be aware the hotel itself is in an historic zone so only authorised cars can go down these streets, goggle maps does tell you this. You have to follow the direction of the actual car park address.

No kettle, but that is generally the norm in Spanish hotels. Didn’t spoil anything.

Rooms are spacious, comfortable, and spotless with a lovely view.

Trés pénible bruit de ventilation centrale et parking souterrain très exigüe.

Accueil, qualité des chambres, un petit déjeuner exceptionnel et enfin un emplacement parfait d’où on fait toutes les visites à pied. Parking à l’hôtel très appréciable.

We hadden een kamer met zicht op de kathedraal geboekt. Maar onze kamer bleek in een bijgebouw te zijn met zijzicht op de kathedraal. Ontbijt was in hotel zelf, buitenom via trappen. Hotel was vrij duur.

The hotel is a in a great location right in front of the main Burgos attraction, the Cathedral. The chap on reception was really welcoming and helpful. The room itself was very clean and well presented and the bed was comfortable. We'd read reviews about it being noisy but didn't find that to be the case. Breakfast was buffet-style and had a good selection. Some reviews mention that parking is not possible with anything other than a small car, this isn't true, it is very tight and you have to be super-careful but I managed with a family saloon and there were a couple of (undented) SUVs in there. Overall, a great base from which to visit Burgos

The hotel is in a great location overlooking the cathedral but our room was at the back facing a side-street (I know not every room can face the cathedral and we didn't specifically ask so our fault really). My guess is that the shower fitting has been loosened to ensure it points straight down as the design of the shower panel (it's too short really) means that the floor gets soaked if the shower head were in a "normal" position. It's not the end of the world though.

Posizione eccezionale, dalla finestra la cattedrale che ho apprezzato maggiormente nel mio viaggio de Madrid Segovia, fino a Bilbao… un sogno soggiornare nel cuore antico della città! Camera datata con fascino, bagno con bidet, Parcheggio libero facile sotto l’hotel. Colazione eccellente! Gentilezza e accoglienza receptionist con spiegazioni sui luoghi più belli. Lo consiglio vivamente!

Great central location. Reception staff were very helpful. Parking in the hotel garage worth booking. Room was in annex across the road but that was fine. The room was excellent with a view of ancient church wall and beyond.

The underground parking was quite tricky and it might be helpful to advise room in annex so no need to take cases down steps to reception and then up steps again to street and annex.

Alles etwas alt. Ausstattung war den Preis nicht wert. Klimaanlage zentral gesteuert. Sehr laut an der Straße, wenn man gerne mit offenem Fenster schläft. Frühstück mäßig.

Accueil très agréable du responsable qui en plus parle français. Une situation exceptionnelle de l'hôtel au pied de la cathédrale. Une vue directe de la chambre sur la cathédrale. Un petit déjeuner très copieux, où rien ne manque, dans une salle très confortable. Une expérience globale vraiment exceptionnelle avec un rapport qualité prix qui l'est tout autant.

Il faudrait vraiment être de mauvaise foi pour trouver quelque chose à ne pas avoir apprécié...

Buena ubicación, parking, camas muy cómodas, habitación amplia y cuarto de baño grande con sitio para dejar las cosas y colgar las toallas. Desayuno muy bueno. Tenía aire acondicionado en la habitación aunque no ponía nada en las características de la habitación.

Por poner algo, la mampara de la bañera era pequeña.

Good location and our window faced the cathedral.

No ramp to aid luggage transport. One needs to go up and down steps to the hotel entrance. No luggage assistance provided by hotel as there’s only 1 person at the front desk. Gabriel was very helpful with bus reservations and helping us report a lost item on the bus.

Cuando llegamos y fuimos a hacer el check in estaba hablando con otros huéspedes y dándoles todo tipo de explicaciones e información (más de 15 min hablando con ellos), hasta ahí todo genial. El problema vino cuando yo le pedí información y fue muy escasa, le tenía que ir sacando yo toda la información: no sabíamos cómo se accedía al parking porque no nos dieron la dirección (aún que avisamos y reservamos plaza días antes) no nos dijo donde era el desayuno, ni la clave del wifi, etc… El chico que había al día siguiente y el personal que estaba cuando el desayuno, genial!!

la ubicación es espectacular, la pena es que nos dijeron que solo tenían 5 habitaciones con vistas a la catedral y nuestra habitación daba a un patio interior bastante feo

no podíamos dejar la ventana abierta para dormir puesto que se oía constantemente el sonido de una máquina (imagino que ventilación del aire acondicionado de las habitaciones)

Que rêver de plus que d’être en face de la Cathédrale de Burgos en plein centre-ville historique l’hôtel a beaucoup de charme loin de la décoration standard habituel mais absolument confortable Parking souterrain à 50 mètres donc une étape à recommander sans hésitation

The property was extremely well located, absolutely loved the view, the room was clean, simple, but yet spacious and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was excellent, highly recommend the option. The staff were kind and very welcoming.

Although the breakfast buffet had uncut whole fruits and packaged mini cakes (in addition to fresh cut fruits and a large variety of cakes, breads etc) there was strict rule that you couldn’t even take one of the pre wrapped snack cakes or a fruit out of the dining room. There was even a sign stuck on the wall saying if you take anything out of the dining room they reserve the right to charge 13 Euro. This seemed really unreasonable.

Locatie is perfect, direct naast de kathedraal. Kamers (wij hadden geen uitzicht op de kathedraal geboekt en zaten in het oudere deel van het hotel) zijn netjes maar basic en niet heel ruim. Ontbijt is voldoende (2e ochtend was van mindere kwaliteit). Ontbijtruimte is leuk mét uitzicht.

Het was veruit het duurste onderkomen van onze rondreis maar zeker niet het mooiste (en dan zijn ontbijt en parkeren niet eens in de prijs inbegrepen). Ik had er meer van verwacht, je betaalt puur voor de locatie. Parkeergarage is krap met in- en uitrijden.

El hotel no dispone de instalaciones para poder disfrutar fuera de la habitación. El personal de recepción no responde al teléfono interno de la habitación. No disponen de personal de mantenimiento. Avisamos de un problema con el televisor y no vino nadie a resolverlo.

Parking un peu cher et compliqué d'accès pour les grands véhicules. Amélioration : personnel très professionnel à l'accueil même trop centré sur l'administratif et pas assez d'interaction avec le client mais très agréable tout de même

La ubicación es perfecta y en el hotel todo está limpísimo. A la hora de hacer el check-in, las habitaciones no estaban preparadas todavía (eran las 15;30). Se veía que había bastante caos porque había por lo menos otra familia esperando su habitación. Karen, la recepcionista, sin perder la sonrisa, aguantó muy bien la situación y nos recomendó un restaurante y nos fuimos a comer. A la vuelta todavía seguían las habitaciones sin estar preparadas. Después de un buen rato, a las 17:30, pudimos pasar.

No puede ser que un hotel de esta categoría tenga problemas con la disponibilidad de las habitaciones. Se percibía que había pocos recursos para hacer las limpiezas de las habitaciones. Y no hablo de la limpieza, porque todo estaba limpísimo sino del tiempo de espera. Exceptuando este problema el resto todo bien.
