Belle Virrey Finca Hotel

Der Service war durchweg sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders begeistert hat uns die einmalige Lage – angenehm ruhig, authentisch und fernab vom üblichen Tourismus. Auch das Frühstück war hervorragend: abwechslungsreich, frisch und wirklich lecker. Die Auswahl an Brot, Obst und Aufschnitt ließ keine Wünsche offen. Ein weiteres Highlight war die moderne Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine, die tatsächlich für Kaffee wie zu Hause gesorgt hat.

La finca es preciosa, la limpieza, las habitaciones, el baño, las camas enormes, el desayuno estupendo y el personal increíble. Rodeado de naturaleza y ovejitas! Nadia un encanto, volveremos!!

Echamos en falta un espejo en la habitación! Lo único!

Die Matratzen waren schon etwas durchgelegen und es fehlte ein Duschvorhang bzw. eine Glaswand.

El entorno

El hotel no cumple con las expectativas que se describen en Booking. Soy clienta de esta plataforma desde hace muchos años y, en esta ocasión, me he sentido profundamente decepcionada. El desayuno deja mucho que desear: abundante bollería industrial, poca variedad de fruta y ningún producto de proximidad o típico de la zona. Las habitaciones están bastante deterioradas y, durante los tres días que estuvimos alojados, no tuvimos ni un solo cambio de toallas. Otro aspecto negativo es la falta de insonorización. Cada vez que otros huéspedes subían a la segunda planta, se escuchaban claramente sus pasos desde la habitación. El descanso se ve afectado por el ruido y la falta de aislamiento. La única experiencia realmente positiva que nos llevamos fue poder disfrutar del amanecer, acompañado del sonido de la naturaleza y del rebaño de ovejas que se encuentra al lado del hotel. Es una lástima que una casa con una arquitectura, e historia tan interesante y ubicada en un entorno tan especial no esté a la altura de las expectativas que genera. Lamentablemente, no repetiremos nuestra estancia en este hotel.

Very peaceful hotel in a quiet location. Good location if you have a car and want to explore different areas of the island. We drove to Cala d’Or, deia, valldemossa, soller and it was a good location for that. Good breakfast and excellent coffee machine. It’s a very “hands off” hotel which for me I enjoyed.

In der ersten Nacht bekamen wir ein winziges Zimmer im Nebengebäude, was nicht dem gebuchten Zimmer entsprach. Das war sehr enttäuschend und auch ärgerlich, zumal wir den vollen Preis für dieses Zimmer zahlen mussten. Am nächsten Tag konnten wir - allerdings erst nach Reklamation - umziehen. Dieses Zimmer im Hauptgebäude war dann sehr schön.

Leider war in der Beschreibung ein Restaurant und/ oder eine bar angegeben. Sowas gab es leider nicht. Man musste zum Essen oder zum Absacker immer außer Haus. Und natürlich stets mit Auto.

El alojamiento

L’esmorzar es espectacular, tant en qualitat, varietat i espai. El jardí m’ha encantat i l’habitació estava molt bé i còmode.

Per arribar a la meva habitacio només es podia accedir per una escala força dreta, no hi havia asecnsor en aquella zona, i la maleta pesava…

Casa preciosa. Zona tranquila y bien comunicada. Habitaciones grandes. Camas cómodas. Desayuno variado. Personal amable.

Die Unterkunft selbst ist absolut traumhaft und sehr charmant! Eine wunderschöne Ruhe-Oase! Alles wird gepflegt und sehr sauber gehalten. Die Mitarbeiter sind überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sie würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Sehr schönes Hauptgebäude zentrale Lage, lassen sich Ausflüge machen in 30 Minten ist man in Palma oder Aludia sehr gutes Frühstück und sehr gemütlicher Ort zum Frühstücken

hatten keine Lust in den Pool zu nutzen - wirkte sehr sehr schmuddelig viele Gänsefedern im Wasser am Poolrand wie im Gras hatte es Gänsecode die Anlage wirkte generell sehr ungepflegt Anlage/Gebäude etwas in die Jahre gekommen und hatten den Eindruck dass schon lange keine Renovationen gemacht wurden (schade)

LO único que puedo destacar es el edificio, soberbio, una finca típicamente mallorquina.

Por lo demás, la razón de la mala puntuación: Pides contar algo mas , por ejemplo de la "cena".....si no hay cena, no hay comida, no hay restaurante.... Estas alojado en un hotel que si quieres comer una simple ensalada ,o un sándwich, tienes que coger el coche y buscarte la vida, igual para la cena. En las descripción general NO SE ESPECIFICA CLARAMENTE que NO hay restaurante para comer y cenar. Estuvimos media hora y nos marchamos.

Schöne Finca in gepflegtem Garten, sehr ruhig gelegen. Leckeres Frühstück, welches man draussen geniessen kann.

Ich weiss nicht, wie es ansonsten ist, aber im Frühling gabs keine Möglichkeit für ein Abendessen oder zB Kaffee und Kuchen im.voer Uhr.

Sehr schönes traditionelles und schönes Hotel. Preisleistung ist sehr gut. Sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Schöne ruhige Lage.

The staff was very kind and helpful whenever I had a question. I've arrived after the check-in time, but they explained everything and it was super easy. The Finca was beautiful, I loved staying in a building with Mallorcan vibe.

The location is only reachable by car or bicycle, and the next restaurant was in Inca so you had to drive everytime to reach anything.

Prachtige finca op een toplocatie!

Wateronderbreking gedurende 3 dagen. Hadden slechts zeer korte momenten water op de kamer, niet lang genoeg om te douchen. Bleek een uitzonderlijk probleem te zijn en ze hebben de waterpomp dan ook vervangen. Weinig tot geen compensatie (enkel onze toeristenbelasting moesten we niet betalen) voor dit toch wel grote ongemak.

Die Finka wurde so von ihrem Erbauer bewohnt. Fast ein Museum, aber alle Möbel restauriert oder stilecht erneuert. Ein großer Wohnbereich (ganze Etage) ist den Gästen zugänglich - wie gesagt, alles Original vor gut 100 Jahren. Wir hatten das große Zimmer mit Dachterasse. Restaurants waren im nahen Umfeld (Inka, Sineu,Cencelles) nicht zum wiederkommen geieignet. Aber Alcudia ist 30 Minuten entfernt und hat einen Stadtkern mit Abiente und vielen Restaurant. Inca dauert mit Parkplatz auch 30 Minuten. Anreise: Dem Navi Sencelles eingeben, dann fahrt ihr an der Finka direkt vorbei.

Aus der Zeit der Erbauung dieser Finka wurde wieder viel mit Teppichen gearbeitet. Teppiche sind nur als Wandteppich gut. Das Menagement ist von Raumduftdiffuser zu unserem Leidewesen begeistert. Den Diffuser im Zimmer haben wir vor die Terrassentür gestellt.

La mampara de la ducha no evita que se moje todo el baño. Se nos inundó el baño porque no tragaba bien la ducha, pudimos quitar el desagüe y estaba lleno de pelos

Recepción y amplitud de habitación

Bañera alta , suciedad en pasillos y habitación, del parking a llegar a la puerta del hotel con linternas y desayuno justo aunque se entiende por las pocas habitaciones. Supongo que estarían finalizando temporada.

Wir waren zum 2.Mal hier. Die ruhige Lage des Hotels! Die Größe des Zimmers(11), mit einem riesigen Bett. Wenn Hochzeiten im Hotel stattfinden kann es auch mal lauter werden.

Nur eine Bettdecke im Doppelbett. Das ist nicht so meins. Abends gibt es kein Restaurant mehr. Es fehlt auch die Möglichkeit auf ein Café am Nachmittag oder ein Wein am Abend.

El.personal es muy amable y el hotel es una finca mallorquina preciosa y muy bien cuidada

Es una lastima que no de opcion a cenar. Al estar en las afueras de Inca, estaria bien que aunque fuera reservando de antemano, se pudiera cenar en el hotel

Staff (specially at breakfast) were incredibly friendly and helpful. The property is beautiful and surrounding area is very peaceful with sheep and views of the mountains.

Very noisy because of the thin doors. The sound of people walking and talking in the corridor was very loud and sounded as if there was no door at all. Decor is nice, but specially in the bathroom it looks run-down with rust marks.

Das Fincahotel ist ein sehr schönes Gebäude mit einer schönen Zimmereinrichtung und befindet sich in einer sehr ruhig gelegenen Lage.

Wir wollten einen erholsamen Rückzugsort abseits der überfüllten Strandresorts und fanden an den beiden Wochenenden während unseres fast zwei Wochen langen Aufenthaltes in September, eine große Hochzeit und viele sehr laute und betrunkene Gäste in der Hotelanlage sowie direkt vor unserem Zimmer vor. Beim Frühstück waren einige Hotelgäste ebenfalls über die Nachtruhestörungen sehr enttäuscht. Die Hochzeitsgäste wurden zu unserem Bedauern direkt neben den Zimmern der Urlaubsgäste untergebracht und hatten nachts in ihren Zimmern Besuch und laut weiter gefeiert. Wir hatten an den beiden Wochenenden nicht geschlafen, da es erst gegen 5:00 Uhr morgens ruhig wurde. Wir haben erfahren, dass eine Hochzeit nicht nur während unseres Urlaubsaufenthaltes stattgefunden hatte. Das Frühstück war eintönig. Der Poolbereich war in die Jahre gekommen und um die Sonnenliegen befanden sich viele Ameisen. In unserem Zimmer wurde in den fast zwei Wochen der Fußboden weder gesaugt noch gewischt, lediglich die Handtücher wurden gewechselt. Wir verreisen mehrmals im Jahr, das Fincahotel war eine der schlimmsten Hotelerfahrungen, die wir jemals auf unseren Reisen gemacht haben.

Sehr ruhige und schöne Lage. Das Haus hat generell eine sehr beeindruckende Atmosphäre. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Room decor was nice, loads of car parking space.

Our stay at this property was extremely disappointing and fell far below expectations, especially considering it is marketed as a 4-star hotel. In reality, the experience was closer to a 2-3 star standard at best, and absolutely not worth the price charged. The grounds and facilities were poorly maintained. The pool area was overgrown, with leaves, insects, and debris floating in the water, which guests, including ourselves, had to clean using the net provided, as no staff attended to it. Ants were scattered around the sunbeds, making it uncomfortable to relax. The property felt more like an unattended villa than a functioning hotel. Housekeeping was another major issue. Bed linens were not changed for multiple days in a row, and when we specifically requested this, the staff appeared reluctant and visibly unhappy to fulfill such a basic requirement. Essential amenities were lacking as well. There were no complimentary shower gels, and while shampoo and conditioner dispensers were fixed to the wall, they did not work. The lack of service extended beyond housekeeping. Staff were often hard to locate anywhere on the property, making even simple requests unnecessarily difficult. Breakfast was monotonous and of very poor quality. Every morning it was the same limited selection: a few types of bread, a self-service coffee/tea machine, a small assortment of chopped fruit, a small display of sweets, and occasionally some scrambled eggs if you arrived early enough. For a hotel claiming 4 stars, the offering was far below acceptable standards. The location is also highly impractical. It is isolated and far from any town or amenities, meaning a car is absolutely essential. Without one, guests are effectively stranded at the property with very little to do. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences we have had. The lack of basic hospitality, cleanliness, amenities, and service makes it unacceptable to classify this as a 4-star property.

Definitiv die Ruhe, wenn man Abseits sein möchte und doch in ca. +/- 25min im Osten in Alcudia oder in Palma Zentrum sein möchte ist es perfekt. Die Austattung ist gut das nötigste ist vorhanden, Zimmer sind richtig nice, altmodisch aber richtig schön! Sehr empfehlswert!

Prachtig, sfeervol en rustig hotel met mogelijkheden voor massage en sauna en natuurlijk het ruime zwembad. Het personeel is daarnaast enorm vriendelijk en denkt graag mee.

Het bed was enigzins hard en de vier beschikbare toppers waren helaas in gebruik.

Incantevole struttura, pulizia impeccabile, ottima e ricca colazione,personale cordiale e gentile.

The room was nice and spacious, the breakfast was nice, the staff were friendly. The hotel is very pretty and it was a nice space to stay in. It was toddler friendly - there was a high chair at breakfast for our daughter and she really enjoyed the pool area.

We had ants in our hotel room - the bathroom and living area. We were travelling with a toddler so ate in the room a couple of times and came out to ants swarming over leftover food on the side. We also got bites from ants that were on the sofa. We did raise this and they gave us a can of raid but the cleaners didn’t do a very good job of clearing the ants and there were dead ants left in the corner of the bathroom/along the walls. This also didn’t fix the issue of the ants and we had to spray every day. The cleaners also didn’t fully clean our room every time, sometimes leaving used plates without replacing, and once left a cleaning cloth on the side of the bathroom.

This was our 3rd time at Virrey but unfortuantely the last one. The only positive thing about this hotel is the lovely tranquil location. Everything else is just worn out and dissapointing. The hotel keeps changing managers every year. First time we stayed we had an amazing time, we had been upgraded to a nice room when we said it was our anniversary, given cava on the house, hotel was very clean and was smelling nice, the restaurant was open a la carte with an incredible chef ( Lucho ), we felt absolutely amazing and came the second year.

The second year was already a bit of a downgrade, because the restaurant no longer had a la carte but just a set menu for dinner, but still better than no restaurant at all. We did get the nice room we had booked online and were pleased with that. However, this year third time, no restaurant open for dinner anymore, only breakfast ( also breakfast was very poor and limited portions - nothing compared with what it used to be 3 - 4 years ago ), the hotel itself is not very clean anymore, the terraces need proper good scrub, our hotel room cleaning person did not even bother to make our bed or take the rubbish out on the second day of our stay ( when we returned in the evening - we literally found all the rubbish in the bins as we left them in the morning), the pool continues to be full of bees and at times not pleasant to swim in, and when we said it was our anniversay because we always go around the same time around our anniversary ( it used to be our special place for this celebration) they did not bother to even offer a plate of fruit or a glass of wine - nothing. I appreciate the staff and the manager follow instructions from higher above them but i hope the owners know their hotel is not that amazing anymore unless they do something about it urgently. They also used to offer wedding venue packages and that is fully closed as well. Last but not least, we stayed in room 8 and i lifted the mattress to look for something and the mattress had old black mould stains on - huge regulations violations.

A estadia foi ótima. O hotel tem um diferencial por ter estacionamento na propriedade e fácil acesso aos pontos da ilha naquela localização. O café da manhã foi incrível, muitas opções e inclusive saudáveis, os funcionários receptivos também. Únicos pontos negativos foi que não pediram o pagamento da taxa de hospedagem na chegada, mas pediram cartão caução. Por isso, creditaram a taxa no meu cartão ao invés de oferecer outa forma de pagamento! Na saída, também não preparam nosso café da manhã para levar, apesar de termos pago junto a estadia (saímos às 5h da manhã, e avisamos a equipe) mas nada foi feito. A piscina não é aquecida. Mesmo no verão, fica muito difícil entrar, já que a água é muito gelada. Penso que os hóspedes poderiam aproveitar mais as comodidades e lazeres do hotel, desde que o hotel pudesse contribuir para isso. O hotel é lindo, mas os hóspedes precisam sair para ter lazer de água, já que eles não aquecem a piscina. O jardim é muito bem cuidado e a parte interna também. Eu pedi um espelho de corpo (não tinha no quarto) e uma das camareiras me arrumou um extremamente rápido e já o deixou em meu quarto pelos próximos dias. Adorei essa gentileza.

Die Ruhe

The hotel is set in a lovely, quiet, and peaceful location surrounded by fields. Our two rooms were lovely with daily room cleans & a change of towels. We enjoyed using the pool and table tennis table. The safe and fridge were useful. The staff were very helpful even providing us with irons, helping arrange taxi to Inca and local shops and even organising breakfast early.

Muy tranquilo, la habitación muy limpia y un entorno muy bonito. Nos subieron a una habitación superior sin coste con unas vistas de las palmeras preciosas y la chica que nos atendió fue muy agradable.

No pudimos hacer uso de la piscina porque los días que estuvimos estaba nublado, pero es verdad que tampoco era muy apetecible porque tenía bastantes bichos flotando creo que la podrían tener un poco más limpia…. Otra cosa que me decepcionó es que pensaba que había restaurante, porque aparecen fotos en los que se ve, lo que resulta lo tienen cerrado entonces te ves obligado a cocher el coche mínimo 10 minutos para ir a buscar algún sitio para cenar.

It’s a beautiful setting and the room was large and spacious

The place felt a little tired around the edges, I think a 4* hotel is a bit of a stretch, our room had no mini bar, no long mirror, there was no where to get a drink in the hotel. Pictures of lovely food in the gallery and a sign as you arrive pointing to the restaurant but there isn’t one anymore. Shower in a bathroom flooded the whole floor.

Petit déjeuner, parfait, chambre suite, très bien.

Dommage, l’hôtel manque cruellement de vie, seul le service du petit déjeuner est présent, nous aurions aimé trouvé un bar, avec quelques planches à déguster, l’hôtel est tellement propice à cela, un repas ou apéritive nocturne serait vraiment à envisager.

Petit havre de paix et de tranquillité, tout en étant proche d'une autoroute, donc très facile d'accès. La chambre était confortable, l'air conditionné était un grand plus. Le petit déjeuner est très complet et varié et la piscine très agréable ! Personnel serviable.

Insonorisation de la chambre pas optimale, nous entendions fort le bruit des portes des autres chambres claquer ainsi que la résonance des voix dans le couloir.

Petit dej de qualité

Nous avons réservé une suite junior pour 3 , et nous nous sommes retrouvés dans une petite chambre classique (non réservable pour 3, oui car beaucoup trop petite pour 3) un « geste »de 178€ à été fait sans excuse sachant que la différence de prix (vu sur booking) est de plus de 300€!

Habitación amplia y muy bonita, bonito paisaje desde todas las ventanas de la habitación. Buen desayuno.

En sus servicios indicaban que tenían bar en la piscina, detalle que hizo que nos decantáramos por este hotel y no por otros. No hay bar en la piscina, ni restaurante tal y como puede entenderse si se ve las fotografías donde uno de los carteles lo anuncia. Piscina sucia y descuidada. Mobiliario antiguo y piscina llena de hojas que parecen no retirar.

El desayuno muy variado y con producto local. La tranquilidad, la habitación grande.

El colchón duro. El aire acondicionado estaba encima de un armario y no llegaba el aire a la otra estancia. No tiene bar, solo máquina de refrescos.
