Petit point négatif : la baignoire, nous aurions préféré une douche. Pas d'ascenseur mais la personne à l'accueil nous a aidés.

A localização é perfeita, até o eclipse que ocorreu no dia 12/08 eu púde ver do terraço do hotel. Mas o grande diferencial deste hotel é o atendimento, de uma gentileza, presteza e eficiência impressionantes. Eu adorei tudo.

El aparcamiento un poco dificil en la zona y aunque habí un descuento en el parking cercano el coche no podía entrar y salir con el descuento.

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026La atención de Raquel. Estaba en el turno de noche y nos atendió fenomenal. Llegamos de madrugada con un bebe de 10 meses y tenían todo preparado. El desayuno, pequeñito pero muy rico todo. Y una vez más la atención de Raquel fue lo que lo que lo hizo excelente. Es un hotel familiar, sin lujos pero con lo suficiente para estar cómodo. Todo MUY LIMPIO. y tiene un patio interior donde se desayuna que es ideal. Repetiríamos.

Reviewed Jul 23, 2026Todos los empleados fueron muy amables y hospitalarios. Instalaciones cuidadas. Habitación amplia y muy limpia. El hotel también cuenta con un patio muy acogedor lleno de plantas y bonitos detalles donde disfrutar de un buen desayuno por las mañanas. Se podía aparcar en la calle, pero un día que no encontramos aparcamiento allí pudimos aparcar en el aparcamiento del hotel a un precio no muy elevado. Arcos de la Frontera es un lugar precioso y estuvimos allí cuatro días e hicimos la ruta de los pueblos blancos y una pequeña visita a Cádiz y Gibraltar.

Reviewed May 15, 2026Hôtel simple mais adapté et pratique pour une étape de voyage. La courette intérieure et les terrasses sont appréciables. Petit-déjeuner international simple mais efficace. Idem pour la salle de bain, spacieuse. La propreté. Son directeur (?) aimable et parlant anglais. L'emplacement à l'entrée de la vieille ville touristique. Le parking spacieux et bien protégé.
La gratuité du parking, offerte "sur présentation du Guide du routard", a d'abord été refusée au moment du départ au prétexte qu'il aurait fallu le présenter à l'arrivée. Propos alors déplacés et gênants de la responsable à l'acceuil (?) sur le Guide du routard dont "elle se fiche car il ne lui rapporterait que très peu de clients" et "qu'elle va quitter" ... Bref cette bataille au départ a gâché notre bonne impression.

Reviewed May 11, 2026Stort ljust och fräscht rum och badrum. Alldeles utanför en liten takterrass med stolar och bord, perfekt för ett glas vin i solen. Väldigt trevlig personal. Möjlighet till en stor privat parkering 20 m bort. Läget alldeles utmärkt (dock med lite branta backar).
Det enda jag saknade var lite grönsaker till frukosten.
