Top hotel, ligging, ontbijt was super de receptie erg vriendelijk

Personeel was zeer attent! De kamer was buiten de verwachtingen! Eten was prima!

Hotel bestaat uit meerdere gebouwen en daardoor zijn er ook (in mijn beleving) diverse prijzen klassen.

Habitaciones muy limpias y personal muy amable, súper bien!!!!

Séjour parfait !L'hôtel est fantastique. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les attentions à notre arrivée : la bouteille de cava fraîche et les bonbons ont été une merveilleuse surprise dans la chambre. De plus, nous avons eu la bonne surprise d'être surclassés dans une chambre avec vue sur la mer qui possède des WC séparés. Le personnel était super aimable et professionnel. À recommander totalement ! Les repas étaient très bien cuisinés et les boissons de la formule tout compris étaient bonnes. La piscine est très agréable avec beaucoup de transats. De plus, la plage et les commerces sont à proximité immédiate. À recommander totalement !

Les soirées se terminent tôt : 23h - Le bar ferme à 01h00 sans musique de fond, le silence était brutal

The rooms were clean and functional, the pool was nice and drinks and food were included. It was easy to get everywhere on foot or by train, but for me the staff were the true gems of this hotel. NOTHING was too trouble and they made me feel really welcomed and looked after. I would definitely come back. A lovely experience here as nd I thank everybody for such a lovely experience.

Pues que hice la petición de hora de entrada en la habitación de 12:00 a 13:00 en principio estába aceptado segun el correo que me mandaron y cuando lleguemos alas 12:00 no la tenían preparada y al final no nos dieron la habitación hasta pasadas las 14:00 horas cosa que no me gustó la verdad ya que cuando hice la solicitud era porque realmente lo necesitaba

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel and I can honestly say that I was more than satisfied with my experience. The location is exceptional and was one of the things I loved most about the hotel. Everything was convenient and the setting was perfect for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. I was truly impressed by the cleanliness. The entire hotel was spotless and very well maintained. The rooms were cleaned every day, with fresh towels and bed linen changed daily, which made the stay even more comfortable. The staff were amazing — hardworking, friendly, polite, and always willing to help. Their kindness and positive attitude really made a difference and made me feel very welcome throughout my stay. The food was another highlight. There was an excellent variety of dishes, with plenty of choice for everyone, and I was very happy with both the quality and selection. The rooms were comfortable, spacious, and well equipped, making it easy to relax and feel at home. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay and was genuinely sad to leave. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this hotel, and I would happily come back again. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful location, excellent food, exceptional cleanliness, comfortable rooms, and, most importantly, wonderful and hardworking staff. Raňajky, obedy aj večere boli fantastické, veľký výber aj pre deti aj pre gurmánov. Ešte aj medzi obedom a večerou sa dalo najesť. Výber v bare pre all inclusive takisto vyhovoval.

Večerný zábavný program bol síce každý večer, ale niektoré dni bol úbohý. Falošné spievanie speváčky bez odposluchu málokoho uchvátilo. Počas večerných programov sa tvorili dlhé čakacie rady na bare - neoddelili si výdaj mix drinkov a dobrých káv s bežným pitím nealka, a tak sme niekedy na fľašku minerálky čakali 15 minút.

Un hôtel très propre, bonne literie, la chambre correct. Le petit déjeuner ainsi que les repas sont variés. Proximité des magasins, la plage. Le personnel aimables. Animations tous les soirs.

La wifi pas géniale, piscine un peu petite vu le monde à l’hôtel. Dans ce côté de la Costa brava peu parle français et à l’hôtel aussi. Attention pour aller se baigner à la mer, descente en pente dans l’eau et ça descend profond d’un coup attention pour les enfants ne sachant pas nager et avec cailloux et la plage n’a pas de sable fin c’est plutot gros sable

Todo, una sorpresa. No me esperaba que fuera así de cómodo, limpio atentos ..

Tutto, struttura grande pulita e personale cortese e simpatico.

Lo que más nos gustó fue el personal, tanto el de recepción como el de restaurante y el de limpieza. Muy atentos y dispuestos a ayudarte con lo que fuera y siempre con una sonrisa. También estuvieron geniales las comidas y en el caso de mi marido que tiene intolerancia al gluten, lo comentó con el chef y le hicieron pizza y pasta sin gluten. Y otros aspectos importantes fueron: el poder haber llevado a nuestra mascota 🐇, ya que en muchos sitios no lo permiten pero ahí fue bien recibida. Pedimos 3 habitaciones y nos las pusieron juntas, una gran decisión a mi parecer ya que nos podíamos comunicar fácilmente y sin molestar al resto de habitaciones. Y, finalmente, comentar las vistas de la habitación, ya que podíamos ver el mar desde el balcón y era maravilloso.

Nuestro lavabo estaba atascado y quitando un elemento y dejando libre la tubería se solucionó pero no lo arreglaron como tal. Aunque es un mal menor que no supuso ninguna molestia, la verdad.

L’hôtel est bien situé, il y a un parking gratuit à 200m, des commerces, des restaurants. Le buffet de l’hôtel est très bien autant le matin que le soir. Le personnel est a l’écoute et très gentil. Les chambres sont faites tous les jours et j'ai apprécié le petit mot à l'arrivée et le petit mot au départ en plus nous avons eu une bouteille de Cava et des bonbons à l'arrivée et des petits gâteaux au départ ça fait plaisir

Le bruit des personnes qui se croient tous seuls et qui hurle dans les couloirs et l'alarme incendie dans le couloir à sonner 2 fois je pense qu'il y en a qui on fumé dans le couloir. C'est la deuxième fois que je viens dans cette hôtel, mais cette fois le matin il n'y avait pas les omelettes faites à la demande comme la première fois c'est dommage

Facile à trouver, parking gratuit à proximité. Bord de rue passante avec magasins et autres, accès plage à proximité à pieds. Hôtel agréable, propre. Personnel au top. Buffets très variés et très bons. Chambre confortable

Pas assez de transat autour de la piscine. Ambiance du buffet relativement très bruyant, surtout lorsque le personnel ouvre les portes battantes des cuisines avec leurs chariots...

L'aire condicionat tenia poca potència i costava bastant temps refrescar l'habitació.

J’ai réservé neuf nuits le premier jour où on est arrivé c’était propre. Ensuite les femmes de ménage ne venez pas changer les draps et nettoyer en plus. Après la plage avec le sable les enfants la chambre c’était un peu crade, elle ne venait pas faire le ménage, on était obligé d’aller à la réception pour demander de faire intervenir la femme de ménage tous les jours

Ce que je n’ai pas aimé, c’est la fréquentation trop de jeunes, même les adultes avec enfants tous alcoolisées, on a failli se faire agresser dans les escaliers par un mec bourré à la piscine que des String et des gens mal éduqués. Franchement en famille, je trouve que ce n’est pas le bon hôtel. Le seul point positif, c’est que c’est en face de la plage.

Not tasty and not attractive food which caused poisoning of me and my child. Quite small territory and not very helpful stuff, especially in the restaurant where you are not almost understood in English. Queues to enter the restaurant for dinner and supper.

. Breakfast is generally ok classic hotel but it could be better. There is not enough sweet option after eg. porridge, semolina, or sweet boiled rice, no fresh croissant. If you are after 9am no space and you must wait. Diner is ok good source of fresh salad and 2 types of meet and pasta always. Grill is very nice. They have every night some animation. Also drinks are very cheap coffee 1,8eur, beer 2eur.

Rooms are relative old one and sure are not 4*. all hotel need renovation to be 4 stars.Position is good. Beach is 300m and it is not suitable for kids. Deep water is after 2m.

Мы отдыхали в 2 местном номере с видом на море,в номере каждый день были уборки,персонал очень приветливый и приятный,на ресепшене всегда помогут.Завтраки и ужины были очень насыщенные и разнообразные.Море находиться очень близко.Очень рекомендую!!!

La habitación era muy pequeña, el baño faltaba un estante para dejar las cosas y colgadores, la piscina muy pequeña para tanta gente y los horarios adaptados a los extranjeros.

el personal, en concreto los camareros de la tarde/noche, y muy detallistas en la bienvenida y la despedida.

la piscina era pequeña a comparación de todo el hotel y la cantidad de hamacas disponibles, pero es lo de menos.

La qualité des jus au self : ils avaient le goût de sirop pur donc il fallait les diluer à l’eau La propreté des couverts qui laissait un peu à désirer egalement.

El personal al muy agradables y atentos todos, se portaron genial con recibimiento champan y chiches, tuvimos un problemilla con el aire acondicionado y en menos de una hora nos cambiaton de habitacion. Fuimos con la mascota, un gato y super bien. Es la segunda vez que repito. Ubicación perfecta

Que los extranjeros que tenian todo incluido no respetaban la cola para pedir o entrar al comedor, unos maleducados.

La atención del personal es inmejorable, la comida muy buena con mucha variedad, cercano a la playa y su ubicación en el paseo marítimo es genial para ir de tiendas, tomarte algo o dar un paseo.

Siamo ospiti fedeli da molti anni, ma quest'anno abbiamo notato più cura nella pulizia della camera e aree comuni. Il personale ci ha coccolati dall'arrivo fino alla partenza. Grazie di cuore al Sig. Manuel e a tutto lo staff per il meraviglioso soggiorno. I miei suoceri sono rimasti colpiti e già sognano con tornare il prossimo anno.

Solo un suggerimento, più formazione agli addetti alla griglia in ristorante. Avendo una buona materia prima, il risultato molte volte non era all'altezza. Carne di maiale cruda (che può essere rischioso) o pesce e vitello stracotto e asciutto.

Hotel familiar, buen ambiente, tranquilidad, música en directo por las noches, comedor excelente, todo rico y mucha variedad, silencioso por la noche y a un paso de la playa. Ojo, la playa es de gravilla pero si te compras escarpines no tienes problema. Zona limpia y tranquila.

Quizas parking debería de estar incluido en el precio para los clientes. Lo demás ninguna pega. Recomendable 100%.

Le confort et l’emplacement

L’hôtel est vraiment parfait ! Le personnel est très agréable, certains parle le français. La chambre est très spacieuse, la vue sur piscine/mer incroyable, emplacement au top avec les commerces et la mer en bas de l’hôtel. Le petit déjeuné un gros gros plus, énormément de choix autant sucré que salé. Des petits mots/attention laissé dans les chambres à l’arrivée et au départ. Franchement rien à redire ! Déçu de devoir rentrée 😂

Si je dois vraiment vraiment chipoter je dirais les personnes qui claque leur porte de chambre quand ils partent (on entend pas mal)

Чудовий готель на набережній повній магазинів та ресторанів, але розташований ніби окремо, гарна територія, зелена, анімація ввечері біля басейну. Окреме дякую адміністраторам на рецепції, особливо україномовній, взагалі рецепція працює чудово, завжди готові допомогти вирішити всі проблеми, звертались коли клімат контроль перестав працювати і трохи шуміли сусіди зверху, море поруч через підземний перехід, пляж широкий а море чисте і красиве. Їздили гуляти в Барселону, поруч електричка та автобусна зупинка. Їжа в ресторані хороша, брали повний пансіон, але іноді саме мʼясних страв не вистачало, більше риби чи морепродуктів

Proximité de la plage p'tit dej varié, hôtel propre

La salle de bain qui ne se ferme pas avec un bébé de 2 ans pas évident.

De locatie was heel goed. Gelijk centrum. Je moet een viaduct onderdoor om naar het strand te gaan. Maar ook prima te bereiken. Schoonmaak prima. De meneer bij receptie heel lief! Wij hadden wel een mooi uitzicht op zee. Balkon is ook fijn dat dit er is.

Heel gehorig de kamers, bedden waren voor ons echt te hard. Door het lawaai slecht geslapen. Wij zaten op de derde verdieping. Wij hadden alleen overnachting kamers waren oke. Zwembad was soms echt vol. Bedjes rondom zwembad waren wel altijd vol. Boven of beneden is wel plek zat. Parkeren was prima maar jammer als ze hier geld voor vragen als dit vol zand en met mini steentjes bedekt terrein achter hotel is. Mag wel wat opgeknapt worden!

Le petit déjeuner est top. L'établissement est à 10 minutes de la gare et 200 mètres de la plage. Juste magnifique

Un voisin de chambre qui faisait beaucoup de bruit. On peut entendre la musique jusqu'à 1 heure, voire 1h30 du matin. Endroit festif

Great location, beach is just a couple minutes away. The room was big (we got double double bed and even got a cot for our 1-year old. The room and the hotel were clean. Breakfast was tasty with good options, even free cold Champaign.

Parking was a little far from the hotel. Karaoke at night can be a bit noisy.

Daha sonrasında baktığımda içecek almak için sırada olup üstünde tshirt veya benzeri bir kıyafet olmayanları gördüm. Bu sadece bana özel bir durum mu???? Sonraki gün yine aynı yerde çalışan bir hanımefendi ıslak olduğumu kuru gelmemi kötü bir üslup ile bana söyledi. Sorun şu ki başkaları da ıslak bir şekilde sıradaydı ve bunu sadece bana söyledi. Eger bu kadar ıslaklığa tahammülünüz yoksa havuzun hemen yanına da bar koymanız gerekiyor ya da üst taraftaki şezlongların yanındaki barı da açmanız gerekiyor. Havuz yanındaki barın çalışanlarının tavırları gerçekten çok kötüydü, bir daha asla tercih etmeyeceğim bir otel. Tavsiye etmiyorum.

À l'arrivée de notre petit séjour , message de bienvenue avec 4 bouteilles d'eau ainsi qu'une bouteille de champagne et pour notre départ petit message de bon retour avec 4 petits gâteaux le top

Le petit bémol il manque une porte entre la chambre et l'accès à la salle de bain car la lumière en pleine nuit c'est pas Très agréable et surtout le bruit de la chasse d'eau. Sinon salle de bain au top très grande

I enjoyed the location, close to access to the beach, many cafes ans bars, transport links - all good. The hotel itself was not as we had hoped after reading reviews. The room and balcony were tiny for 3 adults which meant you couldn't really relax for any length of time in your room. Generally clean, but aging. We had to ask for hangers as there were only 5 when we arrived, no kettle, no mugs, no complimentary water on arrival. We weren't 'all inclusive' but if we had been it would have been a little stiffling. The pool/bar area was tiny and it felt like the only outside space for the hotel was the pool area which was packed with loungers ans tables and a tiny courtyard as you enter/leave the hotel. We didn't spend much time in the bar, generally as we found the staff rude and grumpy - maybe because we weren't spanish speaking?? Being paying customers over 'all inclusive' you wpuld have thoughts they'd appreciate the custom and perhaps smile a little. The cleaning team and reception teams were lovely and super helpful. Quite an expensive hotel for a 4 star hotel lacking in facilities.

En dos semanas que estuvimos no nos cambiaron las sábanas.Se limpiaba la habitación por encima y en el edificio que estuvimos,porque son varios,el ascensor iba súper lento y solo uno.El lavabo atascándose cada dos por tres.

La ubicación es muy buena , cerca de un paso subterráneo para llegar a la playa . El bufé del desayuno muy variado .

Una piscina más grande .

Prima hotel bij de boulevard van Malgrat. Geen last gehad van luide muziek of lawaai. We hadden een kamer met mooi uitzicht op zwembad en zee. De airco was goed en best stil. We hadden elke dag schoonmaak en schone handdoeken. We hebben geen gebruik gemaakt van het ontbijt dus daar kan ik niks over zeggen. Wel hadden we een prima waterkoker bij de receptie gehaald (borg (€10). Het was fijne dat we na het uitchecken nog konden douchen en de bagage konden stallen. Personeel erg vriendelijk!

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel exceeded our expectations. The location was excellent, the rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the staff was always friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was relaxing, and all facilities were well maintained. The breakfast and dinner offered a good variety of food, and the overall value for money was excellent. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.
