La façade est sinistre, et surtout pas de place de parking pour nous alors que c'est annoncé ! Il existe 2 places pour tout l'hôtel...Cependant, il y a un parking payant pas trop loin .

Reviewed Aug 10, 2025Relación calidad precio, es un hotel antiguo, justito, pero muy bien ubicado y a buen precio. Quiero destacar que la limpieza del baño y la habitación muy bien. No tuvimos problemas para aparcar gratis en la misma calle.
Tanta cortina, estampado con flores, gruesas y con polvo. En general todo papel pintado, mantas de lana....uno espera todo más neutro, blanco.

Reviewed Aug 8, 2025Relación calidad-precio excelente. Un hotel sencillo pero cuidado, ubicado en el centro de Quimper. Habitaciones muy bonitas y cómodas. Si volviésemos a Quimper, repetiríamos. Tiene un garaje para bicicletas en caso de que hagas un viaje en bici.

Reviewed Aug 6, 2025Die Lage am Rand der Altstadt war für unsere Zwecke perfekt. Der (Bezahl-)Garagenplatz war sehr hilfreich. Die Auscheckzeit bis 12:00 war für uns sehr praktisch, denn so konnten wir uns am Vormittag noch in Ruhe die Stadt ansehen. Das Hotel ist für uns angenehm altmodisch (mit Teppichboden usw.).
Wenige Steckdosen und wenige Kleiderhaken im Zimmer.

Reviewed Aug 5, 2025The location is ideal for central Quimper, which is great to visit. The hotel was clean if old-fashioned. The room and bed were very comfortabie. The breakfasts were exceptional - as good as or better than we’ve had anywhere (including 5 star places). The staff were unusually helpful, for example with advice about the free street parking - for 2 nights we found spots opposite and visible from our bedroom, though such closeness isn’t guaranteed.
Nothing. I suppose having stairs only to the second floor wouldn’t suit everyone. The decor is not glamorous but one quickly forgets that on finding this such a great place to stay, just 3 or 4 minutes walk from the cathedral square.

Reviewed Jul 7, 2025The reception person was polite and pleasant, location was good and we found a great boulangerie for breakfast & restaurant for dinner nearby (walking distance). City center by the Cathedral & City Square were lively!
Normally I refrain from writing reviews like this, but I feel that it is necessary to help a future guest in their decision-making process. There was mold in the bathroom (shower tiles), the room was dingy, dusty and dated. The place is in serious need of an update & a deep clean. We have stayed in many other period hotels that were modest, but clean. While traveling in Europe, we have stayed in 2 star hotels that actually were more like 3 star hotels. We felt like this hotel should not have earned 2 star rating.

Wir bekamen keinen Parkplatz und mussten irgendwo suchen( obwohl das Hotel nicht sehr belegt war) Bei der großen Hitze (über 30 °) konnte nicht durchgelüftet werden. (Flur war noch wärmer) Treppe in älteren Häusern ist meist etwas enger.

Reviewed Jun 25, 2025Very nice patio with roses to have breakfast. Old fashioned bedroom, but well planned with wardrobe for clothes and a good bathroom with a shower. Very close to the city centre and good value.
The Gradlon needs to be renovated, common parts with very old carpets and wallpapers. The patio is nice, but the fountain doesn't work. Breakfast room dark and dingy. Bedrooms also need updating. Everything looked better on the Website.

Reviewed Jun 18, 2025The best thing about this hotel is its location; a very short walk to the historic centre of Quimper. It is clean. The breakfast was good. But it is very dated and in need of complete modernisation. It looks quite sad. If you get there early enough (which we did) there is hotel parking - but only two places. There is no lift - and we struggled with our luggage to our room on the second floor.

Reviewed Jun 17, 2025A warm friendly welcome by the hotel reception set our stay. The hotel is full of character and warmth. Stayed in room 127 on the first floor over looking the central atrium. The room was clean and well presented with good size shower and bed. Good WiFi , very quiet ( till the gull population wake up at 5.15 and for the next hour have a morning singalong ) ideally located for the old part of town as only a short walk away. We parked on the Main Street outside the hotel at no cost . Highly recommended.
