Smart and clean and secure parking. Just a ten minute walk into town where there are loads of restaurants. The town is a treasure in Alsace with its half timbered buildings and pretty streets. A delight. Good English is spoken at reception

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut gelegen……es gibt einen Privaten Parkbereich den man buchen kann.Es was alles sehr sauber und die Betten bequehm.

Die orivate Parkmöglichkeit ist sehr eng und ich hatte nur einen kleinen SUV. Die „junior-Suite“ die ich gebucht habe,war ziehmlich eng und alles ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen…….Teppichboden,Sanitäranlagen…..etc. aber trotzdem sauber.Auf den Fotos sieht schon alles einiges grösser und schöner aus……ich war etwas enttäuscht,da es eine Überraschung hätte sein sollen für meinen Partner zum 60zigsten Geburtstag.Das Frühstücksbuffet ist zu teuer für das was es bieted und es war immer sehr chaotisch und die Tische wurden nicht abgeräumt ausser man hat einen Tisch für neue Gäste gebraucht.Dier angebliche Balkon war eine Gemeinschaftsterasse für 3 Suiten…..sehr unangenehm……

Breakfast was nice, the staff too.

A few things. Rooms and facilities were dated, the bed was not comfortable and the furniture and bathroom felt like 50 years old. The family room was very cramped for a family of four. Marketed as a family room with a parking included but there was just free parking on the street. Location was OK, but all in all it was overpriced and overmarketed for what is really was.

The closeness to the local town was walkable in 10 mins and lots to see and do. Private parking was fab.

The room was disgustingly glass marks everywhere felt dirty un clean . The stairs were unsafe there was a single bed upstairs and a double the single had a brown awful Blanket on and the bed itself looked like a 30s old hospital bed disgusting .. sheets had holes. We got a refund for breakfast cause I couldn’t believe how much they were charging.. would never return.

Goede douche, wel bad instap douche, maar druk van het water super goed. Bed was uitstekend en kamer was sfeervol.

Er is geen stopcontact bij het nachtkastje om je telefoon op te laden en de openbare toilet in de lobby is verouderd.

We were directed to use unsecure on street parking and not offered any alternative. The family room is very small and was fine for us (2 adults and 2 teenagers) for one night but would not be comfortable for longer than that. The ladder up to the mezzanine would also be dangerous for smaller children. air con could have been cooler

Zimmer im alten Bereich, nicht renoviert! Spinnweben und in die Jshre gekommener Teppichboden! Chefin war freundlich, wirkte aber aufgesetzt und kleinlich! Hat auf auf uns die Ausstrahlung gehabt, dass es nur ums Geld geht! Frühstück für den Preis zu wenig!

L'hôtel si trova in una posizione non lontana dal centro raggiungibile comodamente a piedi. Il parcheggio interno all'hotel è spazioso, il personale gentile. La camera, tripla, aveva un soppalco con un letto matrimoniale ed un letto singolo con soffitto molto alto, separata dalla zona principale dove si trova un altro letto matrimoniale. Apprezzata la bottiglia di acqua di benvenuto.

La toilette non è nuovissima, ma comunque funzionale e fornita di prodotti per la detersione.

Our room (310) smelt like stale sweat, and when I asked reception if they could provide some air freshener or a diffuser (because changing rooms was not possible in a fully booked out hotel) the staff member just said she would have to see and look into it later - we never heard back!

La camera era spaziosa ed i letti erano comodi. Il posto auto nel parcheggio interno è adeguato per dimensione.

L'hotel ha un costo eccessivo, per quello che offre. La colazione (17 euro per un adulto e 10 euro per un bambino) è un furto, essendo inadeguata per varietà e qualità, sia sul dolce che sul salato. Non c'erano torte, solo qualche dolce confezionato. Il pane era duro, immagino del giorno prima.

Great location and great family suite

Das Frühstück war ganz in Ordnung, die Zimmer waren sauber und die Orga lief problemlos. Schön war die Bar im Erdgeschoss, leider gab es kein Restaurant.

Es gab recht wenig Parkplätze, ansonsten war alles ok.

The room was clean. It was good having a suite so that my 17 year old daughter had some space. The air conditioning was welcome.

We didn't have the breakfast because I thought it was expensive although Colmar is a magnet for tourists. I didn't think the bed was very comfortable because it had a dip in it. If you were not very mobile, you would have struggled getting in the shower because it was a high step into the bath.

Non abbiamo fato la colazione, hotel turistico eravamo di passaggio ,per una notte un hotel così può andare , buona la posizione rispetto al centro che volevamo visitare.

Possibilità di parcheggiare senza stress, anche gratuitamente. Personale gentile alla reception.

La stanza, una camera famigliare, prevedeva il terzo letto al piano rialzato con una scala ripida per raggiungerlo e dalla pedata molto stretta. Decisamente pericolosa, che sconsiglio di far usare a qualsiasi bambino. Inoltre, il mobilio era piuttosto datato, niente a che vedere con le immagini di altre stanze e le recensioni positive sul gusto degli arredi: piastrelle crepate e ripiano macchiato in bagno, pavimento rialzato sul piano di sopra. Il Wi-Fi si staccava ogni volta che facevo hotspot e le cameriere durante la colazione ci hanno ignorato, non chiedendo nemmeno cosa portare come bevanda calda.

We went to sit in the garden with a drink, this area could have been a little tidier and cushions on the chairs would have been nice.

Die Lage ist sehr gut, Anreise unkompliziert. Altstadt in ca. 10 Min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Parkplatz im Innenhof sollte vorab geklärt werden, da knapp. Nachts ruhig, wenig Verkehr (Zimmer war seitlich zur Straße). Lobby mit Bar, Bardame etwas unerfahren.

Abendessen im Hotel prinzipiell möglich, man muss es aber rechtzeitig anmelden. Der Garten war leider nicht zugänglich.

De mogelijkheid om je wagen op een beveiligde parking te plaatsen.

Het personeel, maar dan vooral de dame aan de receptie, was onvriendelijk en niet behulpzaam. Bij aankomst kregen we te horen dat het restaurant gesloten was. Terwijl we onder andere het hotel hadden gekozen om, na onze lange autorit, ter plaatse iets te kunnen eten. Ook belangrijk om te vermelden: in het restaurant zijn kinderen niet toegestaan, dat werd ons ook duidelijk gezegd. Bijkomstig is het hotel te duur voor de grootte en de toch, iets wat verouderde kamers. Er zat bijvoorbeeld een gat in het gordijn.

La climatisation très vétuste et qui fait du bruit. Literie pas confortable, suite pas à la hauteur d’un trois étoiles et peu agréable. Petit déjeuner pas vraiment variés . C’est la première fois que je me plein d’un établissement.

We stayed at the hotel on our way to Italy, the location was good. We managed to see a bit of the old and cute city centre of Colmar as the hotel is a stone’s throw away from the old centre and they allowed us to leave the car in the parking after checking out.

The sofa bed was very uncomfortable

La stanza è molto carina, con arredi in stile ed eleganza. Anche i colori alle pareti e la tappezzeria sono in toni tenui. Ottima posizione per arrivare in centro città: 7 minuti a piedi e si entra in una città da favola. Questo è top. Personale qualificato e molto gentile e paziente.

Det lå i gåafstand til Colmar hyggelige centrum. Personalet i restauranten var søde.

Værelset var meget meget slidt. Madrassen i sengen var forfærdelig at ligge på, man kunne mærke fjedrene. Tapetet på 1 sal var revet af flere steder og hang i laser. Håndtaget til badeværelset var ved at falde af og fliserne på badeværelset var revnet og gået så meget i stykker at man var bange for at skære sig og der var vandskade på møblet ved håndvasken. Der stod 2 stole på balkonen som virkelig trængte til en udskiftning. Morgenmaden var minimal med ikke ret meget udvalg. Et hotel som VIRKELIG trænger til en opdatering. Et hotel som vi IKKE kan anbefale.

Prima tussenstop Italie-Nederland. Vriendelijk personeel, kamer aan de voorkant van het hotel erg benauwd en veel straatlawaai.

Parkeren op het terrein van het hotel. Centrum op loopafstand. Personeel gereserveerd maar vriendelijk. Kamer en badkamer voldoende ruim en schoon, airco, tv met chromecast. Balkon.

Douchen in een bad, douchekop zo laag dat je er niet onder kon. Het ontbijt was karig, weinig keuze qua vleeswaren, de scrambled eggs waren smakeloos, het gesneden fruit smaakte droog.

Cozy and friendly, very nice and comfortable family rooms. Clever configuration for privacy for all members of the family in one room. Excellent beds. The morning buffet was delicious and really well organized, avoiding the chaos that can occur during breakfast time. Offering to bring your coffee or juice to the table for you is thoughtful and minimizes the amount of people trying to figure out where to get these life essentials early in the morning!

I would have liked to know in beforehand where the entrance (gate) to their parking was. The hotel is in a busy street with traffic and barely anywhere to stop the car while you go and check. You need to get the electronic key first and then you can open the gate. In my opinion this could be communicated when reserving the parking spot.

Abbiamo trovato assurdo che la camera non venisse sistemata prima delle 15:00 del pomeriggio. Entrambi i giorni, una volta rientrati in hotel per riposarci o semplicemente andare in bagno, siamo stati costretti ad aspettare in reception che la camera venisse riordinata nonostante la mattina la lasciassimo alle 10:00.

Breakfast was lovely, with a good variety,but local specialities. The location was on a main road which made finding it and access to Colmar excellent, just a few minutes walk away. We were advised on good places to eat,but could have eaten at the hotel on Saturday.Overall anexcellent stay in a lovely town. We were able to park our car in the secure car park adjacent to the hotel.

Das Hotel sieht von aussen etwas "älter" aus, ist drinnen aber modern (renoviert). Wir hatten ein Zimmer im 2. OG in Richtung Innenhof, somit war es sehr ruhig. Es verfügte zudem über eine ruhige Klimaanlage und eine Terrasse. Und es sind abgeschlossene Parkplätze für 11€ verfügbar. Die Lage ist sehr gut, in wenigen Minuten ist man zu Fuss am Rande der Altstadt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir würden dieses Hotel bei einem erneuten Stadtbesuch sicherlich wieder wählen.

Auch wenn es wichtigeres gibt als ein Feedback über das Frühstück (bspw. gute Betten).... die Auswahl am Buffet war okay, Allerdings gibt es andere ***Hotels, welche für 17€ noch etwas kreativer anrichten. Aber eben, jammern auf hohem Niveau, denn der Capuccino war sehr gut und der Service sehr freundlich!

Ontbijt inhoudelijk prima, maar organisatie onprettig.

Airco aanwezig maar vanwege ECO afgesteld op minimum van 24C. Geen zomerdekens, bedden opgemaakt met dekbedden. Geen traditioneel restaurant maar concept ‘tapasbar’ tot 21.O0h. Ontbijtshift moet gereserveerd, vol is vol. Wij mochten niet eerder dan 9.O0h. Hotel ademt minimalistische benadering in alles. Bijvoorbeeld 1 set peper/zout beschikbaar voor alle ontbijtgasten of 6 zéér dunne stokbroodsneetjes voor 2 potjes smeersel (borrelhap) tbv 2pp.

Es gibt Ladesäulen für E-Autos und einen privaten Parkplatz, den wir allerdings gar nicht brauchten, weil es in der Umgebung auch Parkmöglichkeiten am Straßenrand gab. Man wohnt nicht sehr zentral in dem interessanten, hübschen Stadtkern, ist aber in 10 Gehminuten dort und hat dann alle Möglichen zum Ausgehen. Zum Essen können wir nichts angeben, weil wir möglichst flexibel bleiben wollten und immet auswärts gegessen haben.

Nice room with very efficient air conditioning. Short walk into the old town packed with restaurants and wine bars etc, it’s a stunningly beautiful place. Good breakfast and secure paid parking for my motorcycle. You get what you pay for, not the cheapest but worth it.

Nothing to dislike, just be aware parking and breakfast is extra (this is fairly clear when booking) don’t be surprised by the tourist tax.

Gut gelegen , in 8 bis 10 min geradeaus laufen ,war man in La Petite Venise und der Altstadt Zimmer ruhig,da zum Innenhof, Fahrrad sicher auf dem abgeschlossenen Parkplatz vom Hotel geparkt. Frühstück sehr gut, saisonale und regionale Produkte
