Reviewed Sep 7, 2026Great location, very central. Suite was very comfortable with nice views. Breakfast had lots of choice. Staff were very helpful and friendly.
Book a space in the hotel garage, however, if you have a large car, getting in the garage could be tricky as there’s a tight turn. Getting out is easier and you need to go to the single barrier to exit the main car park. To get in the car park ( to get to the garage) you need a code that lowers the bollard and the code for entry to the garage, you get these from reception.

I couldn't fault the service. I wouldn't hesitate to stay at the hotel again we paid to use the garage. We found it was worth paying the cost knowing the car was safe as parking in obernai is at a premium . The only downside was there was a concert in the main square of obernai and on the same night france won a match in the world cup and so there was a lot of joy riding cars round streets till 2am, thus making it hard to sleep.
