Todo era hermoso. El hotel es de cuentos. Me encantó el patio, las plantas, el mobiliario. El personal que te recibe!! Te atienden muy atentos!!!! Todo superó mis expectativas. La Arquitectura y el diseño del hotel te transportaba a donde querías estar. ❤️

Tolle Lage, aber 1,3 km vom Center entfernt

L’accueil charmant de la responsable et tous ses bons conseils pour visiter Villeneuve Lez Avignon. La chambre était très cosy et très agréable avec la petite terrasse donnant sur le jardin. Super petit déjeuner à conseiller avec beaucoup de choix et la possibilité de le prendre dans la petite cour ou dans la salle. La possibilité de boire ou manger quelques biscuits gracieusement est un vrai plaisir.

Hotel encantador con una ubicación inmejorable, zona tranquila. La habitación era grande y los desayunos con mucha variedad de dulces y tartas. Quizás se echa en falta algo más se tipi salado. Tiene un patio con jardín que es una preciosidad

El entorno es maravilloso. Buscabamos algo en Avignon y encontramos este hotel a solo 2 km y estuvimos encantados con la elección. El personal muy amable y pendiente en todo momento de facilitarnos todo (viajamos con 4 celiacos en la familia y no siempre es fácil).

Me encantó todo pero por decir algo a mejorar, quizá si tuvieran algo de dulce o bollería sin gluten en el desayuno además del pan que tenían, estaría súper.

El edificio antiguo reformado muy bonito. Las habitaciones son amplias. La zona del desayuno es muy bonita, pero el desayuno es un poco pobre.

Con antelación escribimos para preguntar sobre el parking y no nos contestaron. Y cuando llegamos nos dijeron que había un parking pero que era de pago que estaba a una distancia mayor que uno público y que nos recomendaba ir a uno público. Me parece que la información que pone en la página del Hotel es incorrecta ya que no tiene un parking privado en el mismo Hotel. Además nos dijeron que tenían una zona de carga de descarga de 10 minutos y no estaba libre cuando nosotros llegamos ni siquiera a la media hora después o sea que no podemos descargar ahí y tuvimos que dar vueltas cada vez que venía un coche. Y además la habitación no estaba muy limpia. Y está lejos del centro.

J’ai adoré mon séjour ! Le personnel est vraiment accueillant et attentionné, les chambres sont d’une propreté irréprochable et le petit-déjeuner est excellent, avec des produits faits maison. Une mention toute particulière pour la gentillesse du propriétaire, qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable. Une chose est sûre : je reviendrai sans aucune hésitation ! 😊

Waren schon mehrfach in diesem Hotel und sind immer wieder begeistert. Besonders die absolute Kundenfreundlichkeit ist bemerkenswert. So kann man frühstücken so lange man will und darf auch das Zimmer etwas länger behalten, wenn man danach fragt und es irgend möglich ist.

Het is een heel charmant en authentiek hotel. Sfeervol, mooi oud gebouwje kunt er ontbijten in de charmante tuin. In de kamers zijn naar mijn mening iets te veel tierelantijntjes. (maar mijn dochter vond het juist prachtig) Onze kamer had tapijt. daar houden we niet zo van. Mijn dochter had wel een houtel vloer. Om de auto te parkeren krijg je een parkeerplek toegewezen een eindje verderop(9 euro)

bij het ontbijt in de tuin hoorde je geluiden uit een aangrenzende badkamer. en tapijt. En de douche was in het bad. je moest de douchekop steeds vasthouden. Het was moeilijk om re geen waterbalet van te maken. Let op: er is geen lift in dit hotel

Das Bett war viel zu weich und hat sich während der Nacht auseinander geschoben, sodass eine Ritze entstanden ist, in die man hineingerutscht ist. Dadurch war der Schlafkomfort leider eingeschränkt. Zudem war uns bei der Anreise nicht mehr bewusst, dass wir kein Frühstück gebucht hatten. Aus unserer Sicht wäre es jedoch professioneller gewesen, uns beim Check-in noch einmal darauf hinzuweisen und gleichzeitig über den Preis des Frühstücks zu informieren. In den zwei Tagen hätten wir für das Frühstück keine 50 Euro ausgegeben und uns vermutlich eher für eine Boulangerie oder ein Café entschieden. Entsprechend negativ überrascht waren wir bei der Abreise.

We loved the breakfast, both the food itself and the patio in which we could eat it. The rooms were comfortable. We also liked the terrace: it was pleasant and very quiet for a nice relaxation time.

Un lieu calme et charmant à l'atmosphère médiévale, un excellent point de départ pour explorer Avignon et ses environs. Une expérience d'hébergement exceptionnelle que je recommande fortement !

9 fois sur 10, les chambres d'hôtel sont décevantes par rapport aux photos qui sont postées sur les sites. L'hôtel de l'atelier est très honnête par rapport à ça. Le rêve est bien au rendez-vous. Le charme et la poésie sont partout. Le bâtiment est ancien mais tout est très propre et tellement beau ! La jeune femme qui m'a reçue était charmante, je me suis sentir vraiment accueillie. Pour moi c'est une vraie pépite !

Had a FANTASTIC stay here. The staff were amazing, so lovely and polite and extremely helpful. The care they showed was exceptional. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The bed was 10/10, the mattress was SO comfy and you just sunk in, with big thick pillows and a big thick blanket. I didn’t want to leave or get out of the bed in my room 😂 Now I’m on the hunt for what brand they used so I can replicate the bedding situation back home 🥰

We spent two nights at this hotel and used it as a base for exploring Villeneuve-les-Avignon. The room was spacious, breakfast was delicious, and the overall atmosphere was charming and romantic.

Not a fan when hotels put two single beds together and call it a “double bed”, but I guess we booked a “double or twin room”, so that’s what you get.

A beautifully and sympathetically restored and maintained building, retaining all it’s character and charm whilst providing all modern luxuries - top quality mattresses, bed linen, a/c, great water pressure. Breakfast was excellent. Staff incredibly helpful and friendly which contributes to a relaxed ambience.

This lovely hotel sits near the entrance of Villeneuve‑les‑Avignon. It is decorated with great warmth, thoughtful design and lovely vintage touches throughout the whole property. The location could not be better for sightseeing. We can easily walk to downtown areas. Twice a week, a local market takes place nearby, offering abundant local food specialties. Our room was very comfortable during our stay. All hotel staff members were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We had a wonderful time here and will definitely choose this hotel again for our next trip.

Εξαιρετικο πρωινό με την απαραίτητη ποικιλία από τοπικά προϊόντα και σπιτικα γλυκά και πίτες. Το καταλυμμα είναι σε ένα παλαιό ,παραδοσιακό ,αλλά ανακαινισμένο κτήριο που κρατάει τον χαρακτήρα της περιοχής. Ο δε ιδιοκτήτης Steffan ευγενικος και πολυ εξυπηρετικος.

Το δωμάτιο μας ήταν μικρό,αλλα επαρκές ,το δε καταλυμμα δεν έχει ασανσέρ λόγω της παραδοσιακής και αυθεντικής αρχιτεκτονικής που κρατήθηκε..Παρ'ολα αυτά υπήρχε βοήθεια με τις αποσκευές. Δεν είχαμε πρόβλημα ,αλλά καλό θα ήταν να το γνωρίζαμε.

Charmant hotel

Ein wunderschönes Hotel, mit schönem grossen und sauberen Zimmer. In der Lobby gibt es Kaffee, Tee und Süsses zur freien Entnahme. Auch unser Hund wurde sehr freundlich empfangen. Der Service war einzigartig! Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Alles war super. Sollte man Probleme beim Treppen steigen haben, sollte man ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss nehmen, da es keinen Lift gibt

Exceptional place to stay the comfort is honestly fabulous , areas to sit and relax with tea/coffee pastries provided . Beautiful outdoor areas to sit under beautiful vines and trees, all very French luxury, Our favourite hotels after staying at many and have stayed there at least four times now . La chambre est authentiquement d’époque, ce qui donne du charme et garde son charme d’antan mais qui pourrait être un peu modernisé, surtout pour la salle de bain. Peux être de la charcuterie au petit déjeuné mais ce qui est présenté, fait maison est vraiement délicieux.

A magical hotel, like stepping into a fairy tale! Keep in mind that this is an old, beautifully restored building with no elevator and narrow, steep staircases, but a fairy tale shouldn't have an elevator :)) Very attentive staff. Great energy, haven't slept like this in a long time!
