Reception staff were superb, very helpful, offered great recommendations of places to visit, we arrived earlier than expected and they did their best to make ready our room… much appreciated! Pool area was lovely! Parking free and plenty of spaces

The restaurant is way over priced eg two glasses of wine, my husband and I had two courses …. the bill was 150euros and the meal and service was not worth this ! To be honest you can find much better and cost less in Perpignan. Also breakfast was v v average and not worth 25 euros per person! The restaurant was a disappointment hence the lower scores . The location was a bit far out from Perpignan but on a positive you were able to exit the area quickly without nearing the city!

Le cadre, le personnel, très attentif, surtout le barman et ses excellents cocktails, il est très à l'écoute des clients, comme on en voit rarement. La piscine est magnifique, le restaurant excellent.

Rien, juste qu'il faudrait un peu plus de choix pour le snack.

Bedden waren goed. Ontbijt prima. Goed als overnachtingshotel, maar niet voor een langer verblijf. Je wordt op het verkeerde been gezet doordat het 'Villa' heet, maar het is een groot en druk hotel met een te kleine tuin voor zoveel gasten. Ze zeggen 1,5 hectare, maar dat geldt misschien voor het hele grondgebied waar alle gebouwen op staan.

Wat te gek voor woorden is, is dat het zwembad van 12.00u-14.30u is gesloten 'vanwege de lunch'. Dan wordt je er gewoon uitgestuurd. Ligbedden kunnen slechts in één stand ( niet zit- en niet lig, maar 'hang' stand ) en zijn veel te hard. Eerste avond diner in restaurant. Receptie had verzuimd dit door te geven. Hooghartige 'Maitre' gaf ons uiteindelijk een tafel binnnen. prijs-kwaliteit verhouding klopt niet. Geldt zowel voor de kamer als voor het restaurant

Un petit hâvre de paix, pour une halte d'une nuit mais nous reviendrons avec plaisir pour en profiter plus longuement. Un hôtel très agréable à taille humaine (j'ai vu qu'il construit une extension, j'espère qu'il le restera) avec un personnel vraiment aux petits soins.

Sehr schöne Hotelanlage.

Eine zauberhafte Location, ganz nah an der Autobahn- von der nichts zu hören ist. Klasse Zimmer, toller Innenhof mit einem genialen Restaurant. Es fühlte sich richtig luxuriös an.

Bel hôtel, confortable et propre. Personnel attentif et très agréable

L'ensemble des prestations sont irréprochables, le personnel est très professionnel et très agréable.

Tout l'emplacement, la piscine, la proximité d'un personnel très à l'écoute. Très serviable.

Les murs sont un peu trop fin à mon gout. On entend fort le bruit dans les autres chambres. Sinon l'absence de crochets dans la chambre. Mais rien de dramatique.

Het hotel ligt vlakbij de route naar het zuiden en toch ademt het rust uit ook al is het niet echt idyllisch gelegen. Je kan er laat eten wat super is als je op doorreis bent. Vriendelijke ploeg, goede bedden, rustige ruime kamers en hele goede bedden. Ook uitgebreid ontbijt met vers fruit. Mooie tuin en zwembad.

Eigenlijk niets. We stoppen er graag als het uitkomt en zijn elke keer tevreden.

Beautiful hotel, amazing food and lovely staff

Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa Duflot war ein Erlebnis der besonderen Art. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen, hervorragend bedient und sehr zuvorkommend behandelt. Das Zimmer war sehr komfortabel eingerichtet, verfügte über ein wunderschönes Badezimmer und einen schnuckligen Sitzplatz. Die ganze Hotelanlage mit dem herrlichen Pool und der darum herum gruppierten Bar und dem grossartigen Restaurant war ein Traum. Der Ort ist fantastisch, um zu entspannen und/oder sich von einer langen Reise zu erholen. Später lernten wir die Inhaber kennen, die uns äusserst herzlich begrüssten und uns wertvolle Tipps zur Erkundung der Stadt Perpignan gaben. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können den Aufenthalt hier nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

le personnel est très agréable on voit qu'il est heureux de travailler dans cet établissement. la zone piscine est vraiment un point très agréable.

The place was very tranquil. Truly gave the whole family a good rest. The breakfast was great. They were good at accommodating Glutenfree diet for my celiac daughter.

The menu for lunch and dinner was the same, and the same the next day. The menu was limited and quite peculiar. Food was good, but the menu could vary from day to day and lunch to dinner. If staying for more days we would have felt that we would have to leave the property for variation food wise. Other than that everything was great.

Choice of food for main evening meal was poor.

The apartment was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this apartment to others.

Beautiful room with large comfy bed and great balcony terrace. The bathroom was lovely too , with a bath and a walk in shower. The aircon was brilliant - silent and powerful. The rooms are well soundproof too , so we slept wonderfully. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful.

There is absolutely nothing walkable from the hotel. You MUST rent a car. The bar and restaurant are nice but very expensive- also the menu didn’t change once in our week there - only 4 choices of main course. However the food was delicious.

The restaurant was lovely, great food and very pretty. I love the style and the olde world vibe of the property. The bed is a great size and really comfortable

The in house internet kept dropping out and this was really annoying as our room had little to no mobile reception.

Le cadre accueillant, la piscine, la situation, un havre de paix. Nous aimons revenir dans cet endroit, le logement est propre confortable et le restaurant propose une cuisine variée.

Nous ne sommes pas restés assez longtemps pour trouver des défauts.

Le personnel est très accueillants et professionnels notamment au restaurant service de salle irréprochable et exigeant, carte de vin bien sélectionné, autour du bonne cuisine bien réalisée, le bar piscine efficace, le service petit déjeuner également agréable et disponible . La Chambre spacieuse et bien équipée, bien entretenue la petite terrasse est un plus, literie de qualité et salle de bain à la hauteur, propre avec produits de convenances Nuxe spa. Carte de Massage et Spa accessible. Le parc est la végétation environnante joue un rôle important dans un séjour de qualité et apaisant. Rare sont les établissements avec cette exigence d’accueil bravo.

This hotel is well run. The staff are welcoming and efficient. The rooms are comfortable and the garden is agréable.

Het is een heel fijn elegant hotel, super vriendelijk personeel, heerlijke ruime kamer met hele fijne bedden. We waren op doorreis dus we hebben geen gebruik gemaakt van de faciliteiten. Wel diner, was heerlijk en onze hond mocht mee in het restaurant en bij het ontbijt. Ze kreeg zelfs water. Er heerst een fijne rust!

The infinity pool!! Absolutely amazing! 10 meters of stainless steel perfection!! The water is warm and clear and you can open your eyes under water ! The staff was so pleasant and helpful and went out of their way to make us feel welcome!! The rooms were spacious, clean and well appointed. Very eclectic mix of design styles but somehow it just worked! Restaurant was very delicious, we had a great dinner here. Convenient to drive into town or to local wineries: you do need a car though, theres no place to walk around the property and no other restaurants nearby.

A bit far from the center of Perpignan so if you’re planning to walk into town, this will be a little far. Suggest bringing a car! But we loved that it was outside town because it felt like a lovely escape and the grounds are wonderful.

Le restaurant est exceptionnel !

Nous avons été très déçus par notre séjour dans cet établissement soi-disant 4 étoiles. Nous avons dormi dans une chambre où se trouvaient des nids de guêpes à proximité immédiate dans la salle de bain, créant une situation particulièrement inquiétante et inconfortable. Nous avons failli nous faire piquer à plusieurs reprises, ce qui est difficilement acceptable, surtout dans un établissement de ce standing. Le plus regrettable reste toutefois la manière dont notre signalement a été traité. Lorsque nous avons expliqué la situation à la réception, nous espérions être écoutés avec sérieux et bénéficier d’un minimum d’empathie. Au lieu de cela, la jeune femme présente à l’accueil s’est montrée particulièrement désagréable et hautaine. Elle nous a répondu que « cela pouvait arriver » et que, si nous le souhaitions, nous pouvions avoir « une chambre sans guêpes ». Cette remarque, qui se voulait peut-être humoristique, nous a semblé totalement déplacée, provocatrice et irrespectueuse compte tenu du risque encouru et de notre mécontentement légitime. Il est particulièrement décevant de constater un tel manque de considération dans un établissement affichant 4 étoiles et facturant près de 150 € la nuit. À ce niveau de prestation, nous nous attendions non seulement à des conditions d’hébergement irréprochables, mais également à un accueil professionnel et à une prise en charge sérieuse de nos préoccupations. Avec quelques explications, des excuses sincères et davantage d’empathie, cette situation aurait pu être gérée de manière bien plus satisfaisante. Malheureusement, nous repartons avec une très mauvaise impression et le sentiment que notre sécurité et notre confort n’étaient pas une priorité. Nous sommes donc extrêmement déçus par cette expérience et ne considérons pas que le rapport qualité-prix soit à la hauteur des standards annoncés

Ambiance of the Pool and Restaurant was excellent. We also went into Perpignan for a browse and loved the City.

Maybe a bit more choice in the dining options but for a couple of nights it was fine.

Überfüllter Parkplatz abseits vom Hotel aufgrund einer Baustelle und eines Motorradclubs. Koffer mussten weit transportiert werden . Dafür hätte es eine Preissenkung geben müssen . Der Zimmersafe fliegt immer noch lose im Schrank . Wertsachen können nicht sicher deponiert werden

Peu de rangement dans la chambre, ainsi qu'un manque de luminosité pour une chambre de catégorie éxécutive.

Très bel hôtel avec de bons équipements. Le personnel est très agréables et très pro. Mention spéciale à la dame qui nous a servi les repas au restaurant les deux soirs, elle est top. On reviendra avec plaisir essayer la future piscine chauffée et la salle de sport .
